Rosalie is the sweetest lady you will ever run into! She is so kind-hearted and warm, you can't help but feel taken care of after you hang up the phone. She makes sure you feel prioritized, and will work closely with you to get your problem resolved!

A special shoutout to Jacob: thank you so much! Jacob came out to fix a leak on my toilet and not only did he fix the leak, he stayed to examine my entire toilet and make sure that everything was in working shape.

Don't use this company!! Takes a service fee of $100! One person says applies to work..Another one says no it doesn't! Never showed up or called for appointment that was set !! Twice might I add!!!!Not even one star!! Stay far away!!! Have to post a star just to post!! Very unprofessional!

I've had horrible luck with plumbers, never using the same one twice. So when I decided to remodel my kitchen, I needed yet another plumber and I was referred to Moonlight by a friend. AMAZING! I can't recommend them enough, Derek is wonderful, scheduling is easy, communication is perfect, I just don't know what else to say. If you've had my luck with unreliable and/or shady Vegas plumbers, please give Moonlight a call, you won't be disappointed.

This is my first time looking for a plumber and I hit the jackpot finding Moonlight plumbing. It started with the phone call to the Moonlight plumbing; the office manager Rosalie was amazing. she even listened to complain about the terrible week. She called Derek and he found time to come to my home and access the leak in my front yard. Derek was very knowledgeable and found a way to fix the leak without having to dig up my entire driveway. Derek and his team worked on my home all day to ensure I had running water. I recommend this Moonlight Plumbing because they are highly professional and know what they are doing!

We had some work done and the owner came to give us a quote. He said he would perform the work and he did not. The two men that come to do the work were not sure of the work they were doing, good thing we were watching. The cost we paid for the reverse osmosis was high compared to others and one issue they were not able to resolve and they still charged us.

My entire first experience with Moonlight was so amazing I am trying to think of other plumbing needs just to have them back again. From the first (and many thereafter) phone calls with Rosalie to the initial consultation with the owner, Derek, and the service by Jacob, I couldn't be happier. Rosalie is a joy to work with; Derek was extremely professional and honest, and Jacob was efficient, did excellent work while keeping the areas clean. Having had so many types of service professionals in my home, Moonlight is thus far the best! I am so impressed and highly recommend.

The first service was great a year ago. This past time we made another appointment and no one came between the given time 3-5p with no call. We rescheduled to a few weeks out and on the day they were supposed to come, nothing. Not even a call to let us know they are running late etc. 'Update' later on the same day of given appointment, we got a call confirming an appointment for Wednesday. There was a miscommunication on there end. At least the service was completed.

I had a shower leak which was told it could be a major problem. I had one plumber who couldn't fix the issue. Derrick came from Moonlight and had it all fixed in about 15 minutes or less. Arrived on time and has a truck that looks like he could fix practically anything anywhere anytime. Super reasonable rates and he definitely knows his stuff. Also Rosalee in the office is great and made things happen quick for me. Super happy to have a trusted plumber here in Vegas. Highly recommend them.

This is our first experience with these plumbers. We booked our appointment for 9, and Our technician showed up at 9 o clock on the dot, he was super friendly and explained the repairs needed in a way I could understand. He made his repairs very quickly and there a great price! Not only was the technician awesome but so was the sweet heart who booked our appointment. If I could give this place more stars I would!

He shows up on time and if for some reason he is running a little late, he'll call and let you know. moonlight plumbing is a great. I have used them twice now and they have been amazing.
First your experience starts with Rosalie and she is great she will schedule one of the guys to come out to you ASAP. She is so happy and accommodating which is so refreshing to deal with someone like this in Las Vegas.
Both times I used them my plumber was Jacob. We had our water heater replaced and now our faucet in bathtub replaced. Jacob was so knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he needed to do in full detail. The work he did was great
This company was such a pleasure to work with. I would use them anytime I have a plumbing issue. I will refer them to everyone I know.

Thank you moonlight plumbing. It's great to know good workmanship and dependability really does still exist.

Was charged for two workers while two workers were not at my house entire time. One worker came much later. Low height toilet needed to be installed upstairs under counter but was instead installed downstairs and needed to be switched. New sink was placed down on instruction manual and needed to be torn out from under sink. Best part was that a few days later I went to use the dishwasher. While installing a kitchen faucet they turned off water to dishwasher and never turned it back on. Wouldn't call me back or take my calls. They did not offer any warranty or stand by service on my house. Very disappointed.

The whole experience was great! I received a phone call from Rosalie- which she is very sweet / efficient and easy to talk to! Had my appointment set up for Monday and they were able to come earlier than expected which was great. Derek came to inspect and fix every problem we had. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and what I could do to prevent possible future mishaps with some draining /plumbing issues I may have. What a joke! The owner Derek came out gave us an estimate to replace our water heater, we had two problems.

First, he had someone follow him to our home because he was parking in a handicap parking spot at where he was getting supplies. This person caused problems for me cussing me in front of my house calling the police and a lot of other unnecessary things. My other half got her number.

Second, the quote was less than 1/2 of what the ending cost was along threats from Derek that if we posted any of this that he would cause us legal problems.

Please avoid at all costs!

First, communication was very good and the service was above and beyond. I felt very comfortable and was shown things with my plumbing issue I was unaware of. They didn't need to show me how to fix simple things if broke in the future, but did.

I would recommend them and will be using their service in the future again.

I have had Moonlight Plumbing doing work on my home for over 2 years. Derek is amazing, honest and does a fantastic job. I have always been completely satisfied with the quality of his work, and his prices are very reasonable. It is nice to have some one you can trust do repairs on your home. He has done everything from toilet repairs, fix a water softener leak, water heater maintenence, and he has replaced an outdoor water nozzle. Derek is also my parents and brother's plumber. Rosalie was a pleasure to talk to on scheduling the service and originally I was quoted a price of $230 but only charged $175. I would happily refer this plumbing company to friends and family. And I will use their services in maintenance of water heater, water softener, and reverse osmosis system as this area has high levels of calcium and hard water, typical for desert living.

So glad we were referred to Moonlight Plumbing. We needed to have our main shut off valve, located in garage, replaced on our 25 yr old home. After getting a quote of approximately $450 from another plumbing company, we decided to get a second quote. Upon speaking with dispatcher Rosalie, who was such a pleasure, she was able to get plumber, Jacob, to our house within just a few hours. Jacob and his partner, Art, did an excellent job in a timely manner (see attached pictures). They were friendly and professional. And they completed it in half the time and $200 less than the other company had quoted us. Jacob even fixed a small leak on our laundry shut off valve at no charge.
It's such a relief to have found Moonlight Plumbing. They make you feel comfortable and confident that they will get the job done right at such a reasonable price.

Manager Derrick came out to properly check and diagnose issue and gave me the run down: the problem, what may have caused it, how long to fix, and when someone would be over to fix. These guys are amazing! We had a horrible water break in the front and not only did they come in quote-wise lower than anyone else, but they also did a fabulous job putting everything back together! They even let us borrow one of their tools to block the water until they were able to fix it, this saving us even more money! They were prompt, kind, tidy, and altogether a wonderful team! I recently had Derek and his team replace my existing water heater and install a new water softening system. Derek and his team were on time, professional and did an outstanding job. My existing water heater was in a very awkward location that prevented me from parking my car in the garage. Derek worked with me to find a more efficient location for the new equipment that required extensive reworking of vent, gas lines, waste lines to accommodate but works much better now. They even demo'd the existing water heater stand and installed a new metal water heater stand tucked into the corner. His drywall guy even came the same day and patched/repaired/painted the damaged/exposed areas.

This is actually the second time that i've used Moonlight Plumbing. They replaced a water heater at my previous home and their work was equally exceptional.

I highly recommend Moonlight Plumbing!

Phoned them twice on Thursday, both times they were away from the phone. Left a message, and they even did an automatic text asking for more information. A day later, my leak was repaired by someone else because I never got a callback from this company. Don't know the quality of their work if they never respond back.

Used Moonlight Plumbing for renovation of our 2 bathrooms. Can't rave enough about the service we received. They showed up when they said they would, did the work that was needed (which was a lot) and we r very happy with the outcome. I usually get 3 quotes for work we need but didn't in this case. Moonlight was highly recommended to us by r Real Estate agent friend and I didn't have any other recommendations so we went with her recommendation and glad we did. Derrick, the owner & his workers was responsive to our needs and his office gal Amelia, worked with me for scheduling & billing. Jeremy and crew were referred to us by a coworker. They did a great job for us. Our shower was having problems and it was a simple fix. We showed him a leaky faucet and he fixed it immediately. This is why we don't want plumbers like this. My husband offered to leave work, 45 minutes away, to meet him at our home, Derek declined, said he already left. This was all BEFORE our scheduled 1 pm appointment. Just know this, this plumber thinks you work for him.
