Butter Plumbing has amazing customer service. Very communicative regarding costs and punctual regarding appointments. Every time I have needed them on emergency, they show up and do the job as expected but with added friendly, attentive service that you don't always find in Vegas. They have serviced our Reverse Osmosis Tank, Installed a whole home filtration system, and assisted with a plumbing related insurance claim denial. I highly recommend Butter Plumbing!

They are wonderful, especially Ura, who was very professional, friendly, and very personable as he patiently explained the details of the job repairing my tub jets.
The work was done exactly as quoted; timely and at a very reasonable price.
I've used Butter Plumbing several times, and they are the ONLY company I'll deal with.

After coming home to a flooded garage from a leaky water heater, I called Butter and they were here within 20 min. and completely  installed a new one in 2 hrs.  Ura was very professional and pleasant and explained everything  beforehand. Butter had been recommended to me and am very satisfied with the service.

Holy smokes these people are awesome!! I had he main pipe burst in my garage and I was frustrated (first time home owner). I called Butter up and asked if it would be possible for them to come that day. They were booked but I paid extra for them to come after hours. Just had the pleasure of working with Brandon from Butter Plumbing. He arrived exactly on time, assessed the issues and offered me a choice of solutions. He has solved a long standing plumbing problem for me plus fixed my water quality. Brandon is professional and engaging. I will be calling Butter Plumbing in the future if the need arises.

I have really enjoyed having Butter Plumbing come out. The last time they came out a technician missed a room he should have looked in for a water leak. When I called them and asked them to send him back out to check that area they agreed and sent him back out no charge. They are very reasonable and nice people. The tech also helped me out by taking pictures of my home when I wasn't there.

Butter Plumbing fixed our shower problem today and the difference is amazing!  Everything was explained to us beforehand and they did exactly what they said they would do.  They called 20 minutes before arriving (so we could put the dogs out), and even used booties over their shoes!
We used them once before for a problem with a pool pump and jacuzzi that was not functioning in a house we just purchased.  Two other companies couldn't figure out what was wrong - Butter Plumbing fixed everything and put it in perfect working order.  We will call them again with any plumbing need!

I had an emergency situation happen with a tenants kitchen sink leaking. We weren't sure what was causing the leak as there was nothing we could see. Due to the amount of water that was leaking I had to get someone out ASAP to avoid any issues. Anyways, after calling 7 different plumbing companies this was the only one who was actually able to go out on short notice. They were on top of communication and made payment so easy. I can't thank them enough, they will deff become my go to company if I ever need them in the future. Thank you!

My experience with Butter Plumbing was exceptional from the first phone call to payment. Everyone is cordial and professional and they really make you feel valued.  Our service technician, Rocky, was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly. He has quality workmanship also. We will definitely use them for any other plumbing needs.

Extremely unprofessional staff. The owner Mr. Butter does not answer his phone and will block one's number instead of answering and handling the issue at hand. This also includes Margaret Riordan, office manager. MARGARET hung up the phone on me multiple times and will allow the phone to ring and go to voicemail. There is no business being handles through the individuals in the office.
I DO NOT recommend this plumbing service!

Buyer Beware of Butter Plumbing. They won't even come to your house unless you agree to pay $69 up front for them just to show up - and that fee is NOT applied to any services.

They charged me $270 for something I probably could have taken care of myself (change out a cartridge on a tub faucet handle), if I didn't have house guests coming this weekend - and that was on top of the $69 service call fee. The tech also quoted me OUTRAGEOUS prices for the other, very simple things I needed to have fixed (changing out 2 other cartridges in 2 sink faucets - $176 for EACH faucet!) He then said I should just get new faucets - which I could purchase myself - and he would gladly install them for me for $350.00 EACH! WTH?

If you live in the Summerlin area, please be aware that Butter Plumbing apparently thinks the area is spelled: S-u-c-k-e-r-l-i-n

Modest Proposal to ALL Plumbers: If there are over 100 YouTube videos showing how to replace a part that costs less than $20 at Home Depot, then you really should NOT be charging $339.00 for that service - especially when it only took 15-20 minutes!

We weren't very happy with our experience. We requested a quote on the phone for a new water heater and they refused to give us one. We should've stopped there, but we decided to pay the $69 fee to have someone come out and look at our water heater. It of course needed to be replaced and then they quoted us a price that was quite a bit higher than the place we ended up going with. I suppose it was our fault for paying $69 to have them come out. Lesson learned.

Zero stars!!!!! Don't let these scammers get in your house especially your elderly parents home!  Charged over $500 to replace and install a garbage disposal because they were in their 80's and didn't know better. Receipt didn't even breakdown the prices because they knew they were ripping them off!  I will be reporting them to the BBB for elderly abuse. Shameful!!

Our garbage disposal had an issue. We called Butter Plumbing and they were even early to the appointment. Ask for Brandon, he was excellent,extremely knowledgeable, and fixed the issue during his visit. We would definitely use them again and refer them to others.

Nasty, rude, dishonest! I requested an email quote to replace a 2013 Butter installed water heater. Victoria called me on my work phone against my wishes, then emailed a nasty message which I will retain, stating that my DEMAND for a free quote and not pay their $99 service fee for the quote was against company policy?! I made No demand! All I wanted was a quote! Got quotes from other plumbing companies on yelp within an hour. Removed Butter Plumbing from my contact list. Butter doesn't need or will ever get my money!

We have used Butter Plumbing for several years, recommended by our daughter (who found them on Yelp), and we have been uniformly pleased with every service.  We have had simple things (faucet replacement, new toilet tank, hot water recirculating pump) and things a little more complex (major flood in six rooms, caused by rats chewing through our water softener discharge line - not the happiest of times) and the subsequent replacement.  Every single person who has responded has been professional, on-time - always a plus - and explained what need to be done, alternatives (if an option) and gave us the cost before the service.  I recommend them highly - Plumbing and repairs are a necessity and fact of life, Chris and his peers make them pleasant!

I'm sad to be leaving this review since my first interaction went so well when Milo came out to seal the gas line into my laundry room. Which is the reason why I wanted to give repeat business to them for possible repair/replacement of my water heater. However, as anyone that works late shift work and has to wake up early for personal appointments and operate on next to no sleep knows, it's extremely frustrating when those appointments aren't met and no notice is given.
Two times I made an appointment for a tech to come out. The first time, their dispatcher called me AFTER expected arrival time to say he was late, I forgave it and rescheduled. The second time the tech ran late with no notice and no ETA for his possible arrival, once I proactively called their office. I canceled the appointment and am now going with a hopefully more reliable service.
I may use this company again in the future since Milo made such a great first impression but it's not likely.

Find a different plumber. I won't let these con artists back into my house. If I could give them zero stars I would. Unprofessional, overpriced, low quality. I think that sums it up. These guys flat out lied to us when they sold us our hot water heater. We had a tank heater that dies on us. They sold us a tankless heater. They didn't tell us they were using us as test for a new system. The install looks like it was done by a bunch of morons. Lines routed like oragami. The unit was put on the wrong wall. The craftsmanship is horrible. They cut extra holes in the wall because the electrician was having a bad day. This unit was sold to us as maintenance free with a 12 year warranty.

The technicians also forgot to properly install the drain line so we ended up with water damage and had to replace drywall on our ceiling and wall in the room under the water heater. More savings. They charged us to come out and fix their incompetence.

Two years later we are getting cold water. We call and schedule a tech to have them come check it out. They were late for our appointment by several hours. Finally they reroute a different tech to us. When they finally get here they just call customer service for the heater. They charged us for the service call and for them calling customer service (apparently sitting on hold is considered diagnostic service.

Find someone else to work on your plumbing. We certainly won't be calling Butter again.

Had a water leak inside a wall on my two-story house. We were able to pinpoint the leak but they would not fix the leak. They wanted me to replace the entire distribution box and go without water for a week and a half.  Called someone else and they had it fixed in 20 minutes

Butter Plumbing was referred to us from a co-worker.  We had just bought a new house here in LV and the water was so hard all of our new appliances and fixtures were getting ruined!  All of the chrome fixtures were spotted and the sinks, showers and tubs were getting a white film all over everything.  So before too much damage was done, we called Butter Plumbing and had them install a Jason's Water System.  Butter Plumbing installed it so we would have  softened water at every tap.  This is not a do-it-yourself type system.  This softener is a commercial quality unit with a lifetime warranty.  Butter Plumbing did everything right.  They showed up on time, put everything in writing and didn't change the price.  The tech's that did the install were very professional and did a great job making sure everything was just the way we wanted it.  We now have good tasting, clean water through out our whole house.   I would definitely recommend Butter Plumbing and Jason's Water Systems.

After having 4 different plumbers look at issues at my house, Butter Plumbing finally solved all of them!  It was a relief to finally find a company that would take the time to investigate all of the various aspects of a complicated problem and then do something about them.  The appointment process was easy and a master plumber was dispatched within a day since this was not an emergency.  I had the opportunity to speak with the owner, Sean who was patient, understanding and courteous.  The gentleman who came out twice (since we needed parts) did all that was necessary to get us back in working condition and he was extremely conscientious to not make a mess in the home and clean up after the work was completed. The price was fair and reasonable and best of all, the water is now flowing and we are thrilled.  Thank you for your professionalism, Butter Plumbing!  We highly recommend your services.

When we bought our home we checked the past repair work papers and found that Butter Plumbing had installed our hot water and water softener.  We needed some additional work in the house and decided to give them a try.  We were very pleased with the results and with the care that Matt gave in installing a new sink and cleaning up the work site.  Thanks!

These guys are great!  Not only have they helped my business out in a pinch, on short notice, but they also do a great job for a fair price.  I recommend Butter Plumbing all the way.

I found their ad on a Church news paper. They came out 3 times to fix the same issues. Their business model is they charge $70 for service call unless there's an expensive repair in which they waive the $70. Long story short, I couldn't afford the $500 repair and was charged $70 for the issues. Consumers beware of the we are plumbers not sale people BS.

We arrived home, and noticed a leak under the kitchen sink.  I called Butter on a referral from a friend and they were able to schedule service for the very next day.  Ura did a great job from Butter Plumbing.  Arrived earlier than scheduled, and fixed problem promptly.  Very pleased.  I have to add......I have had several servicemen, cable repair, even medical response visit my house, but this is the first time Hannah did not bark!  In fact she watched Ura and even wagged her tail.  Animals are very receptive in judgement.  You have a very special employee.

Called them because our kitchen faucet went bad. They sent a nice rep out who said he could sell us a new faucet for $900 and $300 to install if we bought our own. We bought a new lifetime warranty Delta and paid $100 to have it installed. Be careful if you live in a retirement community. These people are very expensive!

I bought a Delta which was also guaranteed for life for $139 and Plumbing Solutions charged me $120 for the installation. Watch out for Butter !!!!!

These guys are a joke. They took two minutes to look at the problem and 20 min to write an estimate. The estimate was $1800 to replace 3ft of exposed pvc pipe. Then They Charged Me $65 Just To Come out. These guys are scammers. Don't use them

By far the worst experince Ive ever had trying to pay someone to fix someting for me. Shawn was very rude and insulting and did not diagnose anything on my pool heater. Would not recommend this business for anything.

Fabulous!!!!!! Had to have my water heater replaced. Yes I did my research regarding average cost. The tech, Kevin, was very informative, explained all the replacement procedures that would take place. Kevin's knowledge was over the top! Though I knew it was to be a pricey procedure, it was worth the expertise that was performed. Butter didn't just replace and install, they are going to come back out and maintain my water heater. Called after hours and the owner Shawn Butter answers the phone?? I thought I was dreaming, but it's true. Shawn helped me get the water turned off on my water softner that contiued to run even after I unplugged it. He remained calm and walked me thru the steps. Other service companies would sell you a service call. But Shawn felt he could save me the $$ and help me shut off the water over the phone. I highly recommend them. Thank you again, Shawn

Our hot water tank sprang a leak recently. The previous owner of our home advised us to use Butter Plumbing for any plumbing issues. I called Butter Plumbing late one evening and they answered the phone quickly. The technician on the phone arranged to have a service technician arrive at my home the very next morning at 10:30am. When Carlos arrived, he was neat, clean, prompt, and very educated of his task at hand. Carlos assessed the hot water tank and concluded it needed replacement. He offered me three different warranty packages available with their new hot water tanks.  Carlos assisted me with the contract and came by the next day at the same time to install the new unit.  Carlos worked diligently and efficiently to complete the job in the least amount of time as possible.

I highly recommend Butter Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

They charge too much. I know plumbers are getting richer by the job just by charging enormous pricing for showing up on non emergency calls but Butter is just like that, smooth Butter for taking your money. I will never call on them again. I questioned their pricing for a simple job but of course Mr. Butter tried to justify His cost. I don't like being conned, so I cut the conversation short. I paid and its done so Never again.  I should have read the Yelp reviews first before hiring them for the first time!! Never again.

This company charged me $1,250 to replace two toilets!  These were the cheapest toilets they offered. Shame on me for not getting a second opinion but I had used them in the past and had good experiences.  I feel cheated and ripped off.  GET A SECOND OPINION BEFORE YOU USE THIS COMPANY!

Wow! I've hired over 20 plumbers in the last 18 years to work on my fourplex in Los Angeles, so I have a solid foundation on which to rate Mark at Butter Plumbing.

This week, I've paid $70 each to three Las Vegas plumbers to come out and give me a quote on plumbing repair, additions, and bringing my plumbing up-to-code. That's $210 I've invested this week in finding a plumber worthy of my business.

Exceedingly beyond compare, Butter Plumbing, by way of their professional plumber, Mark, who was the person who came out, impressed me as the most honest, thorough, genuine, and trustworthy plumber I have EVER met.

Mark is clearly an experienced and detailed plumber, and an employee of Butter Plumbing. The other two plumbers who came out were commissioned, independent contractors neither of whom were thorough or transparent. I was as knowledgeable as they were - truly, because I've done a lot of my own plumbing work for almost two decades, in addition to watching and learning from the many plumbers I've hired in the past to work on my fourplex.

I feel confident that Butter Plumbing will continue to demonstrate the quality I have already experienced from Mark.

The Butter Plumbing plumber was not on time and gave no communication to inform us the plumber is going to be late.  We have to call them twice before the plumber shows up 1 1/2 hours later.  There is a $69.00 show up fee which will not be credited to the repair cost.  The plumber told me the hourly rate is $295.00/hour and is the minimum charge.  Therefore the minimum charge would be $69.00 (for just showing up) or $364.00 (if ANYTHING is done).  If the plumber took 5 minutes or 60 minutes, it would be $364.  I didn't dare to ask for the cost of 1 hour and 5 minutes of work.  I asked the plumber how much time it would take him to do the job? He said maybe 30 minutes but he has to wait for the glue to dry.  I admit, over the initial phone call that the $69.00 is not credited to the repair cost.  Had I known the hourly rate was $295.00/per hour I would not have made the appointment, to begin with, and saved the $69.00 show-up fee.  I didn't have the plumb to fix my problem.  Well, my lawyer set up my corporation charged me $275.00 per hour.  No, I would not recommend Butter Plumbing.

This was my first time using this company. When I purchased my house several years ago, the home inspector recommended replacing my main shut off valve to the house since it was beat up looking and the valve handle was rusted in the open position.
I was quoted a price and a time that the plumber would arrive. Right on time and no add ons to the quoted price. The gentleman that did the work was friendly and very thorough. He even performed a complimentary safety check on my water heater, etc;
I will definitely use this company in the future if the need arises.

Charged me $65 for a service call estimate only to find an estimate of $504 to install a water softener.   Wrong!    Had it done by another plumber for $250 later the same day.   Make sure you get an estimate by phone B4 the plumber comes out.  Butter would not provide a phone estimate.   There are more reasonable plumbing services in the valley.

I can't say enough nice things about jeremy. If I owned a plumbing company . I'd want him to work for me. He really does care about the customer. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything worked and that I got the right equipment that would last. The price was also very reasonable. I recommend butter plumbing because of the excellent people that they hire Jeremy being one of them.

If I could give them, including Shawn the owner, zero stars I would. I've had no hot water and scheduled a visit for a heater they installed in October a week ago.  After trying to tell me they'd need to reschedule for a different day, and me protesting because I had no hot water they sent Shawn.  He was rude from the moment he walked in and he said he was doing me a favor not charging me for service (I have a one year labor warranty from them according to my installation paper work).   This is after he and his office manager spoke to each other on speakerphone In front of me and acknowledged that his tech that did the original install was not competent and no longer working for the company. He tried to claim the labor warranty was from the manufacturer?  DO NOT USE, they do not stand behind their work at all.

As opposed to saying or writing perfect, I prefer to use and seek excellence regarding a person or a service. Butter Plumbing is an excellent company or service provider with fine employees and is highly recommended. It's an excellent service provider because of its employees. The operative word is service. The Butter Plumbing employees provided excellent service to us which has been often hard to find in this area.
Our house was flooded due to a faulty washing machine. The restoration company needed a water heater (that was enhanced with certain parts to perform solar functions) to be disconnected so the restoration company could remove, replace and paint drywall in the garage. The initial plumbing company that visited essentially disconnected the device with NO PLAN to ever reconnect it, advising me that the parts for the device didn't exist or couldn't be found. I had serious doubts and refused to accept that position.
I was ultimately referred to Butter Plumbing. Butter Plumbing's Nelly, Ura and also Dawn are the 3 people with whom I exchanged communications and observed workmanship that deserve special recognition. In particular, Ura is a remarkable, knowledgeable and skilled person. From the first encounter with the kind and effervescent Nelly to the physical visits by the pleasant and professional plumber Ura and a follow up call by a thoughtful and thorough Dawn as well as a subsequent chat with Nelly proved to me each time that this is an excellent and premier company in Clark County.
Upon Ura's initial visit, he assessed the problem and then returned with the proper parts which fixed the unit. He also gave me an excellent education about the device's functions and future needs far better than the (now out-of-business company which sold me the unit) ever did!
We were and are extremely pleased with the personnel and the actual service provided by Ura. This company is highly recommended. Excellent service is a rare commodity these days. So when in need, call the excellent Butter Plumbing Company!

Had butter plumbing out to try and fix my fire place because we couldn't get it to turn on, long story short it was an additional $65 from the original call fee for him to show us it works (nothing broken)
The first time I try it myself after the tech leaves and it's still not working for us. So $130 later and my fireplace is not working. I called and tried to be cool and figure it out but they want $65 to send another technician out to do the same thing they already did.. Which means another $130 total, $260 to be shown how to turn my fireplace on..
Was referred by my aunt and we were really let down, I hate posting bad reviews but this is not fair at all.

The water main line to the house sprung a massive leak.  After shutting off the water to the house from the street, I called Butter who had been the plumber for the house recommended by the previous owner.  While they came the same day, they could not guarantee when they would be able to do the work to get the water back up and running.  They sent an estimate (only one option) of $2.6K requiring a 50% deposit in order to even schedule the work; at that point, it wasn't going to be for another 3 days.  I paid the deposit to secure the work, however, I don't enjoy camping in my own house, so I called Hawthorne Plumbing as I've seen their trucks in my neighborhood.   They came right away (on a Sunday no less); tracked the technician, sent photos in advance, and continued to follow up.  My tech was professionally dressed in uniform, extremely knowledgeable, and explained four options to me to consider in the repair.  I picked the most extensive repair with the longest warranty and compared it to the Butter estimate.  It was $1K less expensive with a longer warrant than Butter for the exact same fix.    Note that Butter did not provide any options except the most expensive repair, which was obviously jacked up.  I called Butter to get my deposit back and cancel the job.  I also let them know about the astronomical rate difference so they could be aware that their fees were not close to being competitive. Their response was that their technicians are highly trained.  Suggest Hawthorne for all of your needs.  I couldn't have been happier.

Our hot water heater went out after regular hours.  I called Butter and Rocky came out to assess what needed to be done.  Came back the next morning on time and replaced the water heater.  He was patient, organized and very helpful.  He went above and beyond!  
Will be calling Butter to take care of a couple of other plumbing changes/issues that are not an emergency but need to be done.

I know I sound like a broken record, but again, Butter Plumbing was outstanding! Had a washer delivered and the delivery guy broke the hot water shut off valve. Couldn't turn the water off. The guy said, we don't fix stuff like that. I called Butter Plumbing and out he came. In less than 20 minutes, all fixed and he made sure the washer worked correctly too before he left. With this older home, I keep these guys on speed dial. Thanks again Kevin, you, like the rest of the crew are OUTSTANDING!

Butter Plumbing has been at my house a number of times for different issues. They are always very thorough and professional.  Before they start work the plumber always explains what they need to do and asks if I have any questions.  We have had Ura at our house on 2 jobs.  He is on time and gets the job finished correctly and in a timely manner.  I highly recommend Butter Plumbing.

Rip-Off Artists!!  We used Butter Plumbing to buy a new water heater five years ago.  At the time I thought it was very expensive.  When our pilot light went out this week, we called Butter Plumbing again, figuring that was our best bet for an easy fix.  Our research had indicated it was a relatively simple problem due to a thermocouple issue.  The service man it was a problematic water heater and said they didn't have the part and it would take 3-5 business days to get one.  Of course no one can go without hot water that long.  We were busy or would have gotten a second opinion (they probably bank on that happening).  We ended up getting yet another water heater from them to the tune of $1,700.  Save yourself from being ripped off and get another plumbing company.

I used Butter Plumbing for the first time today.

For years, we had a contract with Yes! Plumbing.  Their technicians, whether HVAC or plumbing, were almost always tidy; they were always polite and competent.  But boy were they expensive.  

I left the country for a while.  When I returned, I went into a rental house so wasn't allowed to choose my own plumber when needed.  Now that I'm in my own house again, I needed a plumber to hook up my clothes  dryer and  test the washer.  I knew I'd need more dryer vent hose.  I called Yes but was told that they don't do that.  Guess the job just wasn't big enough for them.  So, who to call?

I looked in Solera Star and saw ads for two plumbers, Butter and Jack.  I called Butter first, because I see their trucks so often in my old neighborhood of Solera Anthem.  Maureen answered promptly and immediately made me smile.  She was confident, professional, efficient, helpful and polite.  She scheduled a plumber to come to my new house; scheduled him for 1:30 in the afternoon of the same day I called!  She contacted the plumber, Raffi, to ensure he'd have vent hose with him.

Raffi called around 11:30 and said he was running ahead of schedule.  He asked if he could come earlier.  He showed up looking professional (clean, tidy, well-groomed) and put on booties to protect my carpeting even though he never went into a carpeted room -- unlike the Salesman and the Installer from ADT; the first of whom refused to wear booties and the second of whom said I forgot mine.  Sorry and then proceeded to spend many hours in my house, on my new carpet, in his work boots.

Anyhow, Raffi determined what needed to be done and gave me an estimate.  I asked for a senior discount, so he applied that.  He did what needed to be done.  He also showed me that the movers had hooked the washer's cold water pipe to the hot water and vice versa.  He fixed that.  He ran both the washer and the dryer to ensure they worked.  He asked me where I would like the appliances placed; how far from the walls, how far apart, etc. and then single handedly moved them.  He cleaned the appliances.

When he was done, he asked what he could do for the $69 service fee.  Even though I'm in a newly constructed home, I had a concern about water in the kitchen taking too long to heat.  He and I discussed my concern and options.  Although he could have sold me either one of two products, he recommended a wait and see approach which cost me nothing.  

When I need a plumber, I will call Butter Plumbing.

If I enter into a maintenance contract like I had for many years with Yes Plumbing, one where they come out twice a year (beginning of winter, beginning of summer), it will be with Butter Plumbing.  They are every bit as good a Yes Plumbing, but cost less (who doesn't) and they aren't so big for their britches that they refuse small jobs.  

We seniors often need to hire things done that we are no longer capable of doing ourselves.  The jobs aren't big but you could make a living off of a million small jobs.  Butter seems to get that; Yes Plumbing obviously doesn't, so Butter got today's business and will get all future business; and they get a great review on Yelp; and I will recommend them when my neighbors ask if I can recommend a good plumber.

I like both Raffi and Maureen a LOT.  Great customer service.  I will  definitely be a repeat customer.

We just moved in and needed some small things done.  We asked for quotes on water softeners and good a quick response.  Due to the age of the house (about 20) some things were not done to code.  Long story short, Chris our repair person, had to do extra manual labor to get the system installed.  Mr. Shawn Butter, the owner, upgraded our unit at no additional charge and no extra service fees.  The customer service was excellent from office staff, repair person and the owner!  Never have I had such a great experience!  Thank you!

Called these people to get an estimate for tankless water heater circulating pump, they charged me $69 to come over to tell me it is not a good idea and I should change my brand new tankless water heater, the technician offered to replace my new water heater for $5800 (verbally), never told me what brand, how many gallon per minute, make and model, capacity and nothing in writing...
Crooked, is the only word I would describe these people and this business....
I called the owner(Sean) he backed up his technician, and would not even offer to send a written estimate. STAY AWAY FROM BUTTER PLUMBING......!!!

Have had two different jobs done by Butter recently and they did an outstanding job in each case.  Highly professional and responsive.  You can easily get a hold of the owner, Shawn Butter, if you have any questions before, during or after the job.

We had a leak in the plex line above the laundry room on a Sunday. The tech arrived that day and made the repair. There were some issues that I let them know about and the bill was adjusted accordingly.

They lie about everything, quite simply... and the owner, Shawn Butter, keeps harassing me and even threatened to show up at my house when I cancelled my order for new toilets. The most dishonest business I have ever dealt with, even attempting to charge me (and previous home owner of all people) a $750 fee for cancelling an order 36 business hours after it was made, claiming the toilets were already shipped Friday evening and received Monday morning. A word to the wise, you know what to do.

I had a water leak in the main line going into house from the water heater. On a Saturday late afternoon, Daniel came out and fixed the leak.  But there had been water damage .  He returned on Sunday and fixed a temporary stand to move the heater.   When the leakage was dried and the restoration done, Daniel came back and put everything back as originally was.  Thanks to Butter Plumbing for being there when needed.

I want to thank Jeremy, Margaret, and Sean from Butter Plumbing for the great work setting up appointments and installing plumbing and a gas heater. We have been dealing with an unethical company we hired to build a pool (our first pool). With no concern, they destroyed our beautiful backyard and installed the wrong pool heater for the Las Vegas climate (they installed an electric heater that works in a humid climate, NOT a dry climate) and in the wrong place/did not follow city plans.

Butter Plumbing has been picking up the slack left behind. We are still working on getting the backyard to its original beautiful stage. It has been a nightmare. Butter Plumbing explained the job in detail and no shortcuts, friendly and professional -- price upfront. They also offer military discounts.

Wonderful service! Great communication from all. Great follow through. I got a technician at our place within a hour. Thank you. Reasonable pricing as well.

Butter just came out to do our warranty check on our water heater. Chris, their plumber came. He was fabulous. Explained everything he was about to do. It was done in less than 1/2 hour. Solved
Our problem with the vibration of our hot water timer in addition to our check up. Would definitely recommend Butter Plumber! Kudos to butter plumbing to hire a quality employee like Chris!

Beware!! Shaun is as rude as they come. He also refuses to wear a face mask!! Terrible leadership as the owner of the company. Go to an actual company. Not these family owned crooks

I have been doing business with Butter Plumbing for several years now (I can't even remember how long!). This most recent job was for installing 4 bathroom sink faucets and 1 kitchen faucet, along with all the angle stops, and a toilet in my guest bath. I purchased the faucets elsewhere, using Butter angle stops (100-year warranty!) and Butter toilet (with warranty!). Kenneth and Terrence did an excellent job. It took 2 days, due in part to their prior commitments, but they did not skimp on their commitment or their professionalism. They also replaced a cartridge in the master bath tub. After all the removals and replacements, they thoroughly tested all systems to ensure a proper job. After discovering an unexpected leak in one bathroom faucet, they kept at it until the issue was resolved. I highly recommend Butter Plumbing, specifically Kenneth and Terrence, and Melissa on the other end of the phone line for an appointment. Owner/operator Shawn is always a pleasure to do business with.
