These guys rock. So selling my house and to get ready for the home inspection I go and flush my water heater...of course it's rusted out (probably flushed it twice in 5 years; I know, I know). Anyway, pilot goes out and won't restart as its rusted pretty badly; it's shot 15hrs prior to the inspection. Call Active at 10pm and they're able to come out and replace the water heater and bring me up to code by 10am the next morning. Saved me from a re-inspection for sure, and best of all, they were able to do it for an amazing price. They were professional, nice, and genuinaly cared about my plight and were wiling to go above and beyond to help me out. Thanks Active Plumbing, you've made me a customer for life for all my plumbing issues.

I did service last week pay about $500
And they're saying free of charge for week my sewer got clogged again and now they're saying I need to do jet clean for almost $900 they were ripping me off
Pipe to water heater developed a leak. Called Active Plumbing and Chris was here the same afternoon. Very professional. Speedy service and cleaned up the area after.
The guys they sent out were professional through and polite. I had an issue under my sink. within 5 minutes they were able to determine what it was and fix it immediately. They explained everything in detail and gave me a receipt also explaining everything. I was very happy with their service and would definitely use it again
I used Chris from Active Plumbing for a leaking pipe inside my wall, and I am very happy with his service! While I could hear the water leak and see evidence of it, I couldn't exactly pinpoint where it was. As soon as Chris arrived, he asked a few questions, walked through the house with me, and very quickly found the source of the leak.
As concerned and panicked as I was about the whole situation, Chris calmed my nerves and walked me through the issue, explained how he would fix it, and also helped me with steps I needed to take after the repair. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions. Overall, I found him to be patient and trustworthy, which are important qualities to me, especially when you're dealing with an emergency like this. I highly recommend Active Plumbing and will use this company again in the future.

These guys are great. They weren't able to come out the same day, so they came out early the next morning, but waived the call fee. They needed to tighten the parking nut and did so within 20 minutes. Danny was very polite, respectful, and knowledgable, which was very much appreciated! Would definitely call them again.
Today is the second time I have used Active Plumbing and they have been excellent each time! They have been on time during the window given both visits, very polite, and equipped with everything needed for repairs.
Today I walked into my garage on my way to work to the water heater flooding. I called and Brandy helped by telling me where to shut down the water, and told me she would check the schedule and get back to me with a time frame. Within the hour she called back and I had technicians at my house in a few hours.
Chris was my lead technician and he was very helpful. He explained the whole process as they went and explained all the charges to me prior to doing any work. I would be happy to have him back for repairs anytime!
I also work for a commercial service company and know good service. Active Plumbing offers great service!

Active Plumbing.. A TOTAL RIP OFF. The company was a referral from Southwest Gas. I set up an appointment and they were here on time. When I initially called, I was told that it would be $49 (ish) for the service call. When the repairman arrived he told me it would be a minimum of $267 as he had to diagnose the problem before the repair. I'm a senior citizen and cannot afford THAT luxury. Now, back to the problem at hand. While the repairman was in my house, I called Active Plumbing. The repairman left and went outside to his truck. WHILE I was speaking to Active, the guy just DROVE AWAY.. YUP - DROVE AWAY. The woman at Active said 'WHAT? Never heard from them again. I wouldn't give that company the wrong time of day...
Active plumbing is quick and committed to your needs. I was extremely please to have them call me back right away, in this town it can be hard to get people to committ to a phone call and you can wait days for a return, but not with Active Plumbing!

I used Active Plumbing 3 years ago to install a new water heater. The cost of everything was a little on the high side. The work they performed was above average. Recently I decided to take them up on a free water heater flush/home plumbing inspection. They flushed the tank and inspected the anode rod, the rod needed replaced and ended up costing me about $280. After the home inspection, they recommended about $3,500 in additional work. I did some online cost searching, and had a couple more bids. I can get the same work done for a lot less and some of the recommendations aren't really necessary. I honestly believe they are another company that's trying to generate maximum profit and prey on the 55+ communities (easy targets). Bottom-line, I would shop around and find another company, you can do better.

I want to first thank Tony, the plumbing professional sent out to help me! We had a kitchen sink that was backed up and to the point my kitchen flooded and it stinked! First, Carl at Active responded to me quickly and assessed the situation and was able to let me know when he could send someone out and was very flexible with my schedule as I work long hours and simply could not wait for a Monday through Friday company. Other companies wanted to charge a premium because of the time they came out, but Active was able to accommodate me. Tony reached out to me promptly and coordinated when I was going to be home. As soon as he got here, he assessed the sink and gave me the best case and worst case scenario of the problem. He got right to it and truly made sure he cleared the clog by snaking from the house all the out through the main line and ensuring he could see the snake. He was professional and super thorough he knocked the clog out entirely. He made sure he ran water and everything was cleared before he closed up. I appreciate a company that has very professional staff, are trustworthy, and are not trying to upsell any services or overcharge. Thank you again Active for being so fast, accommodating, and professional. Make sure Tony gets a kudos for his hard work. It's refreshing to know there's people like Tony out there to truly help people in need!
Our hot water heater bit the big one today. Water everywhere. I googled services available and saw Active Plumbing. I liked the idea that they were a local family business in Las Vegas for over 25 years. I called at 11 am and by 3:30 same same my old heater was gone and a new one installed. Our tech was courteous, knowledgeable and quick. I felt confident that our issue was addressed and completed to our satisfaction.

So strange - I had the opposite experience of the previous negative reviewer. Active Plumbing was way, way less expensive than our old plumber for a water heater. Way less! The service was great and prompt and saving over $700 was a huge $$$ help. I would recommend them to family and friends. Weird how our experiences are so different. Ask for Eddie - He is the owner and he is the one who helped me.

After waiting ALL DAY for service to arrive on a super hot day to repair our AC unit, and verifying 2x that they would get here. 5 minutes before arrival they canceled claiming they can not work on my unit. They knew in advance everything about the AC unit so there reason for canceling was flawed. Never use this horrible company unless you have time to waste!!! We
I had a leak in my main water line from the home to the street. The repair was made in a timely manner and they did a really good job at a respectful price. Great job!!!
Danny is awesome. Well informed and very knowledgeable. Quick and awesome at the task at hand. Use him for all my needs and highly recommend him.

I purchased a new stove and needed the gas line moved to accommodate the deeper stove. The crew of two arrived on time and the entire process took about half an hour. The price was reasonable and work was exemplary.
Received a great deal on Angies List: $49 for camera drain inspection. 2 men arrived during the requested time slot, very clean, very professional, answered all my questions without a sales pitch. Great guys. Thank you.

I have wanted to write a review on Active Plumbing for some time, but life does have a way of getting in the way at times. So, while life is leaving me alone for the moment, here is my review of my favourite plumbing contractor, Active Plumbing.
We have had the privilege of having Eddie, (the owner), his sons, Chris and Danny, contract with us for the plumbing problems we have had. We first contacted them in, I believe, 2010 or was it 2012 (?), no matter . . . what is important is the quality of their work and the expertise of the men doing it . . .
I have lived in this valley five decades and have used a number of plumbing contractors . . . No one has ever done the fine quality of work as has been done for us by Active Plumbing.
Active Plumbing is our plumber for life, (however long that might be). I expect them to be in business a very long time with their quality of work.
Carl, the office manager (?) (don't quote me, not positive)
Is excellent to talk with when you call, personable, attentive and knowledgeable.
And, last but not least, I was recently told they are joining forces with an excellent A/C, Heating/HVAC installation and maintenance firm to broaden the scope of business for both companies in the Las Vegas/Henderson Metroplex area.
I have been 'sold' on Active Plumbing for years and now look forward to fine A/C servicing also . . .

When my air went out yesterday I was miserable and my home warranty said I had to wait 2.5 days I called these guys and he was there within 3 hours and submitted a request with my home warranty. Had it taken care of within an hour. Highly recommend them.
These guys overcharge for the service they provide. They also charge $69 to come out and diagnose. After speaking with reputable plumbers in the area I found they grossly overcharged me for the work they performed. Definitely get multiple bids before hiring them.
Chris was awesome! Our Water Heater broke down. Active Plumbing gave me the best price and the best service. I'll be using them from now on and recommended them to family and friends
We had water leaking into the ceiling downstairs. After much run around from our home owners insurance. I looked online for a plumber to fix the issue. I found Active Plumbing and submitted a request for a quote. This was at 7:30pm and got an immediate response. Craig called me and we discussed the issue and he sent Isaac over the next day. Isaac was very professional, explained what he was going to do and then found we needed to eventually fix the flooring around the toilet as well. He proceeded to fix the issue and so far no leaks! I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a plumber.

It is always difficult to find reliable, honest home services when moving to a new city. I needed some creative plumbing work and called two plumbers who did not know how to resolve the issue and then said they would do research and get back to me...they never did. In desperation, I found ACTIVE PLUMBING and they were able to do the work on the first visit as if it were routine. Because of this I called them back to replace all of my old hose bibs that were leaking and later had a water conditioner installed. When one of the hose bibs and pipes began to leak 6 months later, ACTIVE PLUMBING promptly did all of the repairs at no cost since their work is guaranteed. No hassle. From the first contact with the receptionist to the completion of the work they show that they are there to satisfy the customer. They listen to your needs, give advice as to how the work should be done, and then complete the task. They happily answer all of the customer questions. They arrive on time and complete the work in a timely manner.Clean up after the job is done is immaculate. Some might complain about cost of work done, but I have no problem paying a tiny bit more than Joe the handyman plumber charges in order to have long lasting, quality work. If you need any plumbing work done and want it done right, call ACTIVE PLUMBING. You will not be disappointed and will become a loyal fan like I have.
I am waiting to see if my leak gets fixed before deciding on a final number of stars. I noticed water dripping from the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom and the ceiling above the toilet had a hole from water damage. They came out to evaluate and decided it was from the bathtub in the master bath above on the second floor. The tech said they would have to go in at the floor of the master closet, which is next to the tub. I was leery but I am not a plumber. He said they needed parts and had to schedule a time to return. On the second visit it was a different tech, apparently the first one was called for another job. This one said he could go in through the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom. $900 later, he had replaced a part of the pipe from the tub drain and seemed like it solved the issue. A few months later, after I had someone replace the drywall and paint, I noticed that there was a water stain in the new drywall. Called them back and the same tech came out. Replaced the tub drain, saying that was likely the issue. Seemed okay again. Fast forward another couple months, I can hear the water dripping into the ceiling again. I just called to have someone come out to check it. I had to have my mother (who lives in another state) call them since she is the homeowner in order to send someone out. They did not require this the last two times. AND they are charging me for the evaluation, which they did not do last visit. For $900 I expect the leak to be fixed. Not to mention the money I paid someone else to repair the ceiling and paint after they supposedly fixed the leak. I will have to pay to have it patched and painted again, but I want to be sure the leak is fixed first. Once this is resolved I will update my review.

Outstanding service! I need two vanities replaced in my master bath and had to work around my tile guys. They sent Chris and he was very professional. He explained everything during every step of the process. He didn't try to add any additional expenses and was very forthcoming about want I needed and didn't need. The tile guys were a little late in finishing their portion of the project and Chris was nice enough to stick around until they were finished. I signed up for their preventive maintenance plan and it was well worth it. Again, every step along the way Chris showed me exactly what he was doing and what was needed. They were very friendly, on time, and called in advance each time to let me know their technician was on the way. Their prices were competitive and they would match the estimates from others as well. I recommend this company without any hesitation.

I was referred to Active Plumbing by a friend who had used them 3 times for various reasons. He said they were really great.
My 20 year old water heater needed replacing. They did, no problem. They arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently and I think the price was also very competitive.
The biggest thing is Chris, the plumber and I wish I knew his partners name, is extremely knowledgeable. I had been having a serious home heating problem and had a heating and air company out to figure why I was not getting heat in my house in the winter time. They couldn't figure it out. Chris knew immediately! He said your house is heated by the hot water heater, and apparently the important part of that was installed incorrectly. Finally an answer!!! Yay for Active Plumbing...great company!

Our water heater went out Monday afternoon at 4:30. Active came out by 7 and had the new water heater installed by 9:30. The gentleman who came was very polite and did a good job. I do feel the cost was a little high. It came to $2300 (with 2 discounts) for a 40 gallon.
Our water heater sprung a leak and Active Plumbing had originally installed the unit so we contacted them. The old tank was still under warranty so Danny our technician replaced it with a new one. Relocating from Oregon we had no experience dealing with hard water so we had alot of questions. He was a fountain of knowledge and we got a lesson on our water softener and filtration system. I was amazed how courteous, polite, friendly and knowledgeable he was.
We were very interested in getting quotes on a non-salt water filtration system and told Danny we would be interested in getting quotes from Active Plumbing. Making sure we got three quotes from different companies, we were pleasantly surprised that Active Plumbing came in with the best price for the system we wanted! Eric and Danny came out immediately and installed our system. Both were so pleasant to deal with, and were very diligent in making sure our installation was above standard!
I would highly recommend this company as it is very apparent that their staff beginning with Carl on the initial call, down to the plumbing technicians, Danny and Eric, made this a very pleasant and efficient experience! Active Plumbing is now our go-to plumbing company!

We've been using Active Plumbing for quite some time. Specifically Chris. He knows what he is doing, is honest and we trust him to take care of all our plumbing needs. We have referred them to our friends. They also do heating and air conditioning!
This company is terrible. Had a large job to do and they don't even show up until 11 :00 am. They spent four days working on my sewer drain. I had to hire another company to fix part of what I paid them to do. They didn't return phone calls about finishing up. They were to remove the trash but I had it moved. They even took my new shovel with them when they left. After a phone call about it, they still haven't returned it.

These guys are great! Both times they have been at my house it's been a wonderful experience. Very thorough and friendly. No pressure or pitch to have work done or buy something. Worst company ever. My water heater broke and two weeks, it is still broken. I spend money for a part that was not needed. The censor is the problem, but they keep bringing old parts. I am so upset with this people. I'm disable and taking cold showers truly affects me.

Our AC was blowing hot air. We called Active Plumbing and they were there within the hour to fix the problem. They are professional, experienced and at a great rate. I will always use them and highly recommend them for all your AC needs.
I was out of town when my air conditioner went out on a Saturday night early August. My husband found Active Plumbing and Air Conditioning from a quick Google search while we were across the country in the middle of the night on Saturday. We called and their emergency line answered and a technician from dispatch called me back within two minutes to have someone scheduled for 8 - 10 AM the next morning on Sunday. We were flying back to Las Vegas on the plane when they called, so they coordinated with our dog sitter to come diagnose the issue. We had issues with our AC last year and had home warranty technicians out several times, going without AC in the middle of July for 2 weeks. When Joshua arrived he immediately put us at ease when inspecting and explaining what the issue was. He was able to quickly diagnose and replace the part that went out within minutes. One of the home warranty companies we used last year left an old part just sitting on our roof where our unit is and Joshua removed it for us and explained the unfortunate condition of our AC unit due to lack of care from the home warranty technicians. We signed up for their maintenance program on the spot with him so we can have regular time ups scheduled in advance. His integrity and genuine care was so unexpected and appreciated based on our past experiences with home warranty. We didn't renew it for a reason! From start to finish, calling and getting someone scheduled so quickly to Joshua arriving and completely fixing our issue within minutes upon arrival was a complete night and day experience from what we had gone through last year with home warranty. We are so grateful for him, the communication, and responsiveness from the company overall. We are already scheduled for our heating tune up in the fall so it's safe to say we'll be sticking with Active for future needs.

Active did a fantastic job! I had to replace a 75 Gallon Water Heater (plus pipework for a forced air heating system). Found them after checking around for a better quote and they came in $400.00 under the best quote! Came the next day and Eddie and his team got the old one out, hauled the old one out and replaced a new one in a decent timely fashion. Reworked the plumbing in a much better configuration than it was before and cleaned up any mess! Highly recommend for a first call (especially for water heaters!!)

messy. (didnt clean up after themselves) used cheap parts (feel like there going to break....) overpriced. didnt even bother culking the the trims they put on the showers so both have lit fallen off....
absolutely horrible. will never ever use again...

SCAMMERS! Be Ware.
Called and asked to have a Bidet installed. Told me normally costs around $179 but obviously could be additional charges if there are parts required or anything unusual. Sounds fair, so I scheduled the appointment. Technician arrives and sees the Bidet is electrical. The price goes to $537. I explained an electrician has already been scheduled to install a socket in the restroom. All he would have to do is the normal install. He contacts a supervisor and he tells him not to lower the price. That's what it's costs if it's electrical. I said no and paid the $20 evaluation fee. I then installed the Bidet myself. It took me 22 minutes, required no tools and came with all the components required. It was a hose and two screws. These people saw that I lived in a nice neighborhood and had an expensive house. They tried to take advantage of us and that is unacceptable. I am very disappointed.

I thought that Active Plumbing did a fantastic job on my plumbing issues. My water main broke and they came out quickly and gave me an estimate and got started right away. They even rigged up a line so that I had water while they replaced the main. The price was $1900 cheaper than another estimate I received.
When the pressure fluctuations of the new system broke the sprinkler line, they came out almost immediately and fixed it as part of their 2 year guarantee!
I cannot recommend them more highly.
We needed someone to come out and do an RO unit install for us. Isaac was very respectful, knowledgeable and informative throughout the whole process. Thank you Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning for having trustworthy human beings like Isaac by our side!

Woke up this morning with a funny sound in our garage. Our water heater had failed and there was water EVERYWHERE. Made a call at around 7 AM. The individual said he would be at our house in an hour. He was here in 45 minutes. I usually try and shop around but after reading the fabulous reviews they have, it was never a choice. In all the years we have lived in the Las Vegas valley, over 20, we have never had such good service. I highly recommend them to all of my friends. The owner, Eddie Schmitt, was the man who came to our house. He is a very good representative for his company and his crew were no different.
Terrible customer service. Spoke to a gentleman on the phone about a water heater the installed a few years back. They sent two guys out to look at it, never disclosed they were going to charge for the visit. I had a friend of mine whose a liscenced plumber look at it and he diagnosed the problem earlier and I explained that to them. They insisted on coming out anyways and were rude to my employees as well as myself, looked at it and pretty much reiterated what I had already told them was the problem then charged me and left. You'd think they'd have a little more professional courtesy if they wanted my business, especially bieng a commercial account. Do not recommend them to anyone!! If you do watch out for Edward, he's got a bit of an attitude.

Active Plumbing came highly recommended and did not disappoint! They have exceptional customer service. They were right on time as scheduled, prompt, professional and above all very knowledgeable. They are also reasonably priced!! I def will not be using any other company for any plumbing needs in the future!!
My thermostat broke Friday afternoon and within an hour of calling a technician was at my house. T.L. was very professional and respectful, explaining things to me and answering all my questions. I will definitely recommend these guys.
I had a situation where the drain pipes under my newly installed sink / countertop began to leak. As usual, these situations happen at the most inopportune time. We had an open house scheduled within the next 3 hours when I called Active Plumbing. The Service Call Technician who received may call understood the situation and scheduled a technician / plumber to be at my residence within an hour. Chris was the Tech /Plumber who arrived...within minutes, he assessed the situation, educated me as to what happened, corrected the problem and was out the door! He was professional yet personable, clearly experienced and made us all feel at ease with the situation. We sincerely appreciate the wonderful service and the most excellent price! Thank you!

We had a major plumbing issue that caused drains and toilets to overflow. We called Active Plumbing on Saturday of a holiday weekend and they came out within 2 hours. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and reliable. They put in significant effort to resolve the problem the same day. I would highly recommend them.

Run as far away as possible from Active Plumbing and Air Conditioning. My experience with them went from bad to worse. Technician arrived late. We saw his truck pull up and park in front of our house but no technician. After waiting 20 minutes I went outside to ask if he's coming in. He said he's on phone and I waited another 10 min. He comes in and spends 10 minutes evaluating what's wrong and another 15 minutes writing up everything on his pad. Then another guy shows up. He tells me it's $292 to replace the supply line hose to my toilet and $645 to tighten a loose nut on my sink faucet. But he will discount it to $580 total. I said $580? A supply line hose costs $7 at Home Depot. He said yes buts that's our fee. I sent them packing of course and paid the $49 visit fee. Then went into the bathroom, tightened the white plastic washer that connects the supply line hose to the base of the toilet and all was fixed perfectly. I'm sure they knew that this was the fix all along. Shame on me for not checking it first as I thought the toilet was leaking from the base. The other reviews claiming these guys are scammer is 100 % accurate. There are many honest plumbers on this town and this is not one of them.
I highly recommend Active Plumbing for both their superior products, professional service, and excellent customer relationships. After rejecting other sales people with the expensive (not far from superior products for several years), today I had this company install their superior products and minor plumbing repairs in my home! Call and ask for Chris! He is honest, takes pride in his workmanship and won't steer you wrong!

I hired Active Plumbing to install a natural gas line in my home, with permits pulled and inspection. They installed the natural gas line in my home on January 25th. They were paid-in-full for the project.
However Active Plumbing never pulled a building permit , nor had the work inspected. They have given me , 6 different dates as to when the building permit and inspection would occur. Nothing happened.
The last conversation with the Owner, Eddie, he told me it was hard to pull a permit.
I am a senior citizen. I have written and called them and asked for a resolution. They have not responded. They took my money and I believe they have abandoned my unfinished project. Their reported 100% customer service does not exist.

I hired these guys based on a referral. This company was paid to scope my house. Not only did they not complete the job they were paid for, but they lied about it. I was taking precautions before I made an offer on a property. Scoping the pipes was my first concern to determine whether or not I would purchase a home. I was out of state and the guy came in with the realtor and was supposed to have performed the task he was paid for. Not only did he lie about scoping the pipes, he added a big 5000 dollar repair list to the estimate...but said the pipes were in good shape...After we purchased the home, 2 days later we were getting water back flushing from the garbage disposal into the bathrooms. They had the audacity to charge me 200 bucks to clear the clog that they missed. I then hired a reputable outfit to scope...what we found was not good like Active Plumbing lied about. We found a no trespassing sign inside the pipe used as a patch...unreal !. I would not use these people ever again, and I would urge the public to beware of these conmen, thieves and liars.
I own a rental house in NLV and the hot water heater went out. Found Active Plumbing on the web and they were advertising a 40 gallon for $695 Total Price Installed on their web site. When I called them the price they gave me was somewhere around $750 and claimed that the web site has last year's price. This in itself points to a lack of integrity, because a businessman with integrity, might point out that they failed to updated the price on the web site, but still honor the price.
However, given that this is a rental and I need to get it replaced, I agree to the price and put them in touch with my property manager who in turn put them in touch with the tenant to work out the schedule.
To make the long story short, I get a call from my property manager that Active Plumbing told the tenant the price is going to be $1,100.
Nice. We go from $695 to $750 to $1100.
No deal. Arrangements were made and someone else got the job.
I called Active Plumbing because the thing in my garage was leaking. Chris came out to my home within an hour. It turns out the most important valve in my home was leaking. It controls the water pressure to my whole house. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. This is my second time using Active Plumbing and they are always courteous and provide me with excellent service!

I had this company come look at my water heater at my salon on Jan. 23 2016. They charged me a little over $1000.00 to repair two valves, replace the anode rod inside the the heater and flush the unit. I asked before all this work was done if I shouldn't just get a new unit, he said no this would fix it.
On Feb 6th the water heater has been running out of hot water for 5 days. I called them up and they said to replace the 75 gal hot water heater it would cost $2475.00 but they would credit me $500 dollars (since they repaired it 2 weeks ago) So the cost would be end up being $1975. I looked on line and the water heater costs $979.00 so basically they want to charge me $996.00 for installation.

This company is extremely expensive and they are not worth it. Don't use them.

First off, thank you so much Opie for getting our toilet flushing again! Our toilet was clogged the evening prior. The plumbing businesses I called were all booked, so I decided to go over the plumbing companies that provided us services before and Active Plumbing is one of them. I spoke to Carl who went out of his way to send someone between 12P-2P same day. Opie was a Godsend! Needless to say I had a plumbing crash course, LOL, and understood what he was going to do with recommendations if it happens again.

I can always count on Active Plumbing for their fast and reliable service. Chris always arrives on time and always cleans up when he's done. We've never had a problem after he has finished the job.
They can fix, repair, and install everything.
I definitely recommend them to everyone. They are very professional and courteous and do the job right the first time. I wholeheartedly give them five stars.

$200 for 5 minutes work to unclog a toilet. The guy was also 30 minutes later than the time he said. Their ad on Craigslist says this ...they were so much cheaper than the other guys... If $200 for 5 minutes work is cheap I need to become a plumber. Doctors and attorneys don't even make that kind of money. He also tried to sell me on annual service plan and some kind of camera system.
Long story short, toilet issue was not fixed by this rip off company. I found someone else to correctly diagnose and fix the real issue for less than half the price that this rip off company charged.
The company then called me after the bad review and had the nerve to call me the liar. He said his guy was there for 45 minutes. I guess they count the time afterwards where the plumber was sitting out front in his truck texting as work time.
Very good service, I was helped by Chris. He was fast and very knowledgeable I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for the job to be done right, the first time.
Active Plumbing is the absolute best choice for any plumbing needs, from the smallest job to the largest. Ed, Chris, and Danny are the most honest and knowledgable in the business. I couldn't be more happy when Chris shows up to fix whatever issue I am having. Active Plumbing always goes above and beyond to provide the best customer service at a fair price. I wouldn't use anyone else!
The plumber came pretty quickly after hours, but the quote was absolutely ridiculous. Paid their (Reasonable) service fee and sent him on his way.

Writing an update for Active Plumbing. Out of the blue a week or so ago I received a call from Carl offering a FREE flush of the hot water that they installed back in December 2011. I advised Carl that we had moved, but still own that property. Carl then offered me a free flush for both units. After setting an appointment for our new property, Chris showed up on time, in fact a little early. Chris was very courteous and professional, going over each step. He found our anode rod very worn and went over why. After replacing the anode rod, Chris made sure all the faucets and toilets were good to go. I asked about our rental since we had to reschedule it before...NO Problem! I checked with the Leasee regarding his availability and BAM, appointment set. I would not hesitate to use Active Plumbing again. A-1 people and service.

Two months ago I had water coming through my downstairs air vent with no idea why or how. Active showed up within the hour to help and they fixed the seal. Then, today, my shut off valve would NOT shut the water off. So I called them again, and sure enough
Isaac was here within the hour to replace it. The job was quick. The price was fair. And so I'll continue to use them in the future. Happy with them all around both times. These guys are solid.
When they installed the water heater three years ago they did a good job. The Ignitor switch went out today called they came by very promptly, however; Danny the owner son install a new switch left it out side the control box and did not use a connector. Then he removed the anode and told us they need to be change ever year??? We were never told that at install? Then he charged me $20 to come out and $200 for the Anode! If you look up the parts on line the spark ignitor is a $8 and the Anode is $49 I do understand labor fee he was only here maybe a half hour. I only received one invoice for the $20 check not happy with 1/2 hr service and nothing is cover under warranty so why have one?

I have used Active Plumbing before and they once again did not disappoint. I had a leak in my water meter box and called them to come out and check it for me. They took quick action and the price was reasonable. Justin kept me on board with what the leak was and came out the next day to fix it. I would definitely recommend them and tell you not to hesitate to call them.

Had a water heater failure and called Friday at 4pm and inquired about a new 75 gallon power vent. Was told they could pick 1 up and install Saturday morning. As promised, Saturday the old tank was hauled out and new one installed. They followed through on what was proposed and was done in a timely manner. Would recommend.
