Brian is the best! After getting astronomical bids from two other companies to replace two gas lines, I was so grateful to find Brian. He didn't try to have work done that wasn't necessary, as the other companies tried to do. He was fair, knowledgeable, and got the job done fast.

I can't say enough how amazing this plumbing company is. They are on-time, honest and professional. We were nervous that we had a pipe leak and potential mold in the house (from what our flooring guy told us) so they came out next day to inspect and found no evidence of either which was a relief for us since we have a 7 month old. They didn't even charge us to come out. I know for certain if we do have a plumbing issues we will absolutely call them to fix the issue.

Found out I had a leak from the upstairs bath to the half bath downstairs.  Who knew?  I do not use that bath until I had company use it last week.  I was not going to go searching and the first company that came up on Angi was.
Vegas Valley.  Talked to the owner, Keith, hung up thought about it and called him back, this was last Wednesday June 28th.  Keith told me he could have one of his techs out by morning.  Brian called me at 8 AM on June 29th and said he would be 11 minutes late.  Yes, he was here at 8:20AM and immediately found the problem.  Had to cut a hole in my ceiling. took pictures to show me and went to work.  I now have a skylight to nowhere but that can be fixed at a later date when everything dries out.  Brian was a very nice person, efficient and he was gone by 9:50AM.  You need a plumber, call Vegas Valley, I will recommend Vegas Valley to anyone asking if I know of a plumber.

I had work done to replace the hardware in my shower tub combo. I called them to come back out, the spout was still dripping. called Monday and appointment was for Friday. they called to reschedule 30min before my appointment. $500 for subpar work. When I scheduled the first appointment I received a call asking if they could come earlier now since you need to fix it, I'm being rescheduled?

Keith is amazing!! He will go above and beyond to make sure that his customers are happy, you can not ask for anything else. Thank you Vegas Valley Plumbing.

My management company hired Vegas Valley Plumbing for a Drain Pipe Camera Inspection.  After a couple of minutes, they stated they were unable to complete the job because the camera will not make the bends due to incorrect fittings in the wall.  They then proceeded to charge us $350 for an unfinished job.  It was clear they were unprepared and unwilling to compromise on an adjustment to the service charge.
They claim we don't charge by the hour, we charge by the job but what happens when they don't complete the job?  Stay away...  I would rate a zero if possible for lack of ethics!

I really wish I could give Vegas Valley Plumbing ZERO stars because the technician was BEYOND unethical.
The only reason I called VVP is because they are one of the approved vendors by the HOA.

I was quoted $500 for 2 toilets before he did any research on the issue. The light in the bathroom wasn't even turned on in the bathroom so in the dark he quoted me $500 for what?!

When I scoffed at the outrageous price he guaranteed a 2 year warranty for the work. He kept haggling the price down to $400 until I finally thanked him for his time and excused him. I did not realize when he was complementing the condo he was actually trying to rack up the rate!

I knew at least 1 of my bathrooms needed a new flapper valve but it turned out that's all BOTH bathrooms needed.  Less than $30 later and with the help of a friend problem solved. SMH, I absolutely would NOT recommend Vegas Valley Plumbing to anyone with a working brain.

So it has been 5 months since my water system was installed. Vegas Valley Plumbing has been here 3 times because of leaks. Also if you notice in the pic that the bottom pipe is tilted downward. When it was being installed Keegan (the owner) to me that there was nothing he could do. That is just the way it is. Also when it was installed Keegan installed all plastic parts. Going the cheap route. I want to note that I paid $3000 for the system and paid VVP $1350 to install it.
On the final leak repair the technician Houston, a young incredibly talented plumber came by. He literally rebuilt the whole system and put in metal valves. Just like it should have been done the first time. He also straightened the lower pipe. It hasn't leaked since.
I texted Houston to take care of a leak in a rental for a side job. Keegan must have all text forwarded to his phone because he called and ripped me a new one. If the water system was installed correctly the first time I wouldn't have  call for side jobs because I am not going to give VVP any more money.
Keegan is a great business man but a terrible plumber. I you are going to give VVP your money make sure they send Houston to you so the job gets done right.

Unfortunately, I didn't have the best experience with Vegas Valley Plumbing.

I requested a quote and even detailed the issue I was having (as Yelp! has a form you fill out, so you can get the MOST accurate cost.)

I was told by the person messaging back & forth with me that a consultation would be free, so without hesitation I invited them to my home.  The free consultation ended up costing me $150 b/c the man that they sent out insisted the garbage disposal being clogged was my only issue.  It wasn't; I knew it was clogged and it gets clogged daily - due to my garbage disposal being inoperable.  I always unclog it myself...I'm more than capable of doing so and have been since the issue has been ongoing for the past two months.  If I hadn't been , my kitchen would've flooded ages ago.

As I stated above, the issue was with the garbage disposal not operating, which I detailed in my original quote request.  If they weren't able to fix it, I should've been told that following the consultation.

The person that came by went under my sink, twisted the disposal wrench, and called the job done.  He was there less than 20 minutes.  The person who actually came to fix the issue only cost me $90.  So not only was I charged an absurd amount, it was for something I didn't even request.

I feel swindled, and it's my hope that whoever runs this business stands by their integrity and reaches out to me with a solution.

They replaced my tenants outdated supply lines and a third line for a great price. They are also military friendly and arrived on time. Thank you!

I have used Vegas Valley Plumbing twice now, both semi-emergency circumstances. I had them install a new sink head and remove the reverse osmosis system that was causing flooding around my sink countertops. I also had my water heater go out shortly after, and they were out to analyze the problem and replace the water heater within 24 hours. Every time I call, they answer and have someone ready to help. I would highly recommend using this company.

These are the only plumbers we will ever use.

Saturday morning, water was gushing from some valve on the side of the house. Not only did they tell me where to turn the water off from, but they showed up and fixed us up within a couple hours. Tony was friendly and informative and awesome.

I also want to add that BOTH the technicians they sent to our house were unreasonably attractive. Like, my husband even noticed it. I was like he's here to clean the pipes, eh? So, single people... plumbing problems = hot man sent directly to your home.

Very professional even tho i didnt gave job to them as i found better deal. The plumber was polite and professional when dealing with and gave proper explanation with what he believed need to be done and provided decent pricing.

Everyone I interacted with was polite and professional.   Tony installed a faucet, garbage disposal, air gap, and hooked up my diswasher.  The receptist and technician were helpful.   They stand behind their work and maintain reasonable prices.  A great experience!

If I have future plumbing needs, they will be the company I use.

This is an honest company! I was almost price-gouged by their competitor when my neighbor told me to call these guys. Keegan arrived promptly, worked quick, made some necessary adjustments to follow the building code, and charged me a good price for my new water heater. Thanks man!

They showed up with a mask and had the garbage disposal working in a couple of minutes.  Thought I was going to have to buy a new one since it was completely bound up and was prepared to spend several hundred dollars to get a new one. $75.00, ten minutes max and back in business!

I called on a Friday afternoon asking for someone to come out and make sure my water softener was installed correctly and adjust my water heater. Keith from Vegas Valley Plumbing returned my message almost immediately, and he sent over Carl the next day (Saturday morning).

It's a new home and quite frankly, I didn't want to mess anything up. It just didn't seem to me--my inexperienced self--that the water softener was working properly. I never had one before, so I wasn't sure.

Anyhow, Carl from Vegas Valley Plumbing came over first thing Saturday morning. He called telling me he was on his way. He checked everything out. And sure enough, the water softener was in bypass mode!!! So annoying that the folks who installed it left it that way (did they even know it was in bypass mode?). I'm so glad I called Vegas Valley Plumbing!!

Here's the best part. When I asked how much was the service call....Carl said nothing! NOTHING! Do you believe this? The absolute BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm still floored. I offered what I hope was a generous tip and Carl went on his way.

If I EVER need any plumbing, I will not hesitate contacting Vegas Valley Plumbing again. And I will share my experience with everyone in the area in need of plumbing services.

We were looking for someone to redirect a gas line behind our stove and reconnect a water conditioner that had come with our house.

Both Keegan and Keith were very respectful, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I ask so many questions and the answers they gave showed they have a very strong understanding, not just of products they offer, but also of the larger market.

On thing I really appreciated is that if they didn't know something, they said so and then found it out.

In the end, we did the gas line redirect and bought a whole house water filter (International Filter Core Pro). The water filter has made our drinking water so much better. Highly recommend it.

The new plumber just left my home. He is documenting what you did and didn't do. First of all, you left the old hose in that comes as a kit with the flush valve. So the new plumber kindly gave me a new hose. That makes you cheap. Secondly, on my invoice form you stated that you sold me a new flapper. I didn't even have a flapper in the first place. I had a piston valve. So there is no way you replaced something I didn't even have. I took pictures and I can prove it. You are a very deceptive company and when Keegan snapped at me for asking a question about the O ring, well, that just makes you a very unprofessional group of people.

Requested a quote and got a response nearly immediately with available times, one being the next morning.  He came, have a reasonable quote and could do it on the spot.  I now have hot water in my shower.  Jorge seemed like a nice man, even recognized my copy of The Four Agreements and commented on it.  (An amazing book if you don't already know of it.)

Support a small professional business; they're great.  :)

Arrived on time, did a good job, reasonably priced.  Had a shower with no hot water and a garbage disposal that needed to be replaced.  Bought a brand new disposal on sale, they installed for me.  We'll done.

Very impressed with their prompt reply and scheduling.  I did not make an appt. I would use them without doubt.  Cancelation is no part on them or their service.

I came home to a cold shower and found Vegas Valley Plumbing. They were able to make an appt right away and determine the simple issue with a tripped breaker. Quick fix and did not charge for their time to assist with the diagnosis.

Very Dishonest Contractor. Took advantage of the fact that I was unaware  that parts used in repair are provided by my condo HOA for free. Contractor got the parts from HOA for free and charged me full price. I paid more than $600 for one person, one hour's work before finding out from HOA. Stay away.

I had Vegas Valley Plumbing come
Give me a free quote on fixing my garbage disposal.  Within less than a minute of looking at it, they told me that I would need to replace the whole unit. I decided to try to fix it one more time myself by using the restart button and fixed it within 5 minutes.

Came out to fix a gas pipe in our fire pit. Estimates from two other companies were $600 and $1200 and both said they had to break the fire pit to get to the pipe. Vegas Valley came and and said they could do it for $460 and not break the fire pit. Just the area around the pipe. They came in the next day and fixed it no problems. Great price and great service. Highly recommend.

Very impressed with the professionalism from start to finish. I called because I had been without hot water for 5 days. The girl on the phone was not only professional but very caring about my situation. Keegan came out the same day and installed a brand new hot water heater. His knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. This is a great business. I will never call anyone else. If I could give more stars I would!

Initially had an issue but after speaking with Keith he was able to iron out all of the proverbial wrinkles and had a plumber out to fix my leak that afternoon. We were having a hot water issue in the kitchen. VVP came in and trouble shot the problem for an hour. They needed to look in the master bath but it is locked ( staying in temporary family home during quarantine) so they could not complete the assessment. They did not charge for the troubleshooting. This is my third job with Vegas  Valley Plumbing and I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs. Always very professional and courtesies

Quick, knowledgeable and honest.   They knew the problem with my Moen faucet was the cartridge right away.   They had the part and fixed it really quick.

The plumbing for my outdoor faucet had been bent and was leaking inside my wall. I called Vegas Valley and they came in 2 days, much faster than other companies.

The worker who arrived made a hole in the stucco to access the leak and soldered the pipe shut. While the repair was done quickly and well, I was frustrated that in the middle of the repair I was told that I would need to spend another $75 to replace something that wasn't leaking (hose bibb).

We hired VVP for the first time and were thrilled with their service. Very prompt response, polite and communicative about when they would be arriving. Roman was very knowledgeable and knew very quickly what the problem was, quoted it and quickly repaired it. He then found another we were unaware of, and same thing - quick diagnosis, quote and fix. We will definitely be calling VVP again for our next plumbing issue!

Zero rating the tech Anthony is awesome.the company itself is  CRAP.  We rescheduled our black Friday shopping plan to accommodate appointment that was scheduled for 10 am. He did not show up till after 1140 a.m. Then at about 130 the dude snake was in a knot. And he wanted ro reschedule. They charge 3% on credit cards. We spent over $2500.00 last Sunday to have lines unclogged and snaked. And this MO FO demanding payment in full for services rendered but NOT completed. Because he had other jobs/calls. Because we already paid them over $2500 bux and another 500+ today. I WOULD NOT HAVE PAID! MY HUSBAND DID. Plus we tipped the tech $200. And they wanna refuse service in future because I'm upset we changed our entire plans black Friday to accommodate. And they can't fulfill a verbal agreement. U ONLY HAVE 1 SNAKE?. I DIDN'T TIE THE THING IN A KNOT
F this place. Use another plumber who will values you as a customer who pays. And not come up with BS excuses and renig on an agreement. Yet alone demand payment in full for services incomplete. I will follow up with the service Commission and attorney.

Once again I had to call Vegas Valley Plumbing for a leak from our upstairs bathtub. I was worried that it might be a major repair through tile, etc, etc. I called Vegas Valley Plumbing over the holiday weekend and was able to schedule a convenient time. Keegan and his assistant arrived in a timely manner having called letting me know they were on their way. Once they arrived they quickly discussed and diagnosed the problem in an efficient and effective manner. At each step they described what they would do and what the cost was before they moved on. I have enormous confidence in their knowledge and experience and their fair pricing and excellent communication skills. My water heater sprung a leak and needed replacing after 12 years. I called Vegas Valley and they had my tank replaced in less than 8 hours from my call. Cannot beat that and the price was very reasonable for a holiday weekend.

My water heater broke on a Saturday, most companies wanted to charge extra for emergency work on Sunday. Vegas valley came out on Sunday to give me a quote and offered to replace it right away at a reasonable price. Their tech Jake was friendly and professional and completed the job in approximately 1 hour. I would highly recommend them for their promptness and professionalism.

Amazing Fast service.  Got on Angie's List Friday morning, they called me within 5 minutes of requesting a quote.  I described the scope of work.  I was provided a rough estimate. Of course you can't tell how deep the line is going to be or where the leak was.  They arrived on time Saturday morning, wrote up an official proposal on the spot. I approved and work was done in 3 hours.  And this for my rental, my tenant met with them I did everything via phone or internet.  Definitely would recommend, very professional!

Had a leak in my water line which runs from the main to the sprinkler valves.
Called this Company and they got me in very next day. Found the leak and it was repaired in about half an hour. Keegan very prompt and able to locate problem right away.  I would recommend this company for repairs and I will call them back if I need them in the future.

Whether a simple unclogging of drains, servicing hot water tanks, water treatment fixtures and valve re-fitting or running new lines we have been very pleased with all of this work they have done for us.

I would highly recommend Keith and Keegan for any plumbing services.   They were quick to come and give us an estimate and then came as scheduled.   They completed the work in a timely manner and made sure everything was 100% before leaving.   Their work was better than the work that was done previously and at the end of the job they took a portion of the estimate off because it was less work than they anticipated.  They made sure everything was cleaned up before they left a well.

Had Keegan out to swap out a specialty hose bibb with a leak.  Vegas Valley got me a quote the night I called them, and were able to come out the next day.  Keegan was running a little late that day, but called me to let me know 2 hours before he was supposed to show up.  He then called me when he was on his way.  This really help me not have to waste my time waiting around the house.  I will be calling Vegas Valley again.  Thanks guys.

I have to say that these guys are nothing but professional.  They accommodated my schedule and their work was perfect. Keegan was great. He was even able to show me where the flooring people I had installing tile made a big error. Their pricing seemed a little steep at first but after I saw the quality work they did and experienced their fabulous customer service, well worth it. I'd use them again...and will need to since the tile guys have to remove the toilet to fix their error. These guys are class acts, Keegan and Keith. Keep it up. Customer first!

The only plumbers I will use. This is the 4th time I've called them out for a repair and once again the service was great! Tony replaced the wax ring on my toilet in my guest bathroom (the toilet was leaking) and left it cleaner than when he started. Best plumbers in town!

Keegan & his company bailed me out!  Simple switch out to a new shower head  (I already had the replacement) .  Waited 4 weeks plus sent pictures & multiple calls to a competitor with no response.  The irony was the other people were recommended by the builder of our home.  
One internet inquiry & Keegan et al were here in less than 24 hours.  Pricing extremely reasonable.  Will definitely keep their number for future reference.

I had to replace hose bib on the outside of my house. It was dripping and corroded and was stuck and I could not remove it even with heavy wrenching. Called Vegas Valley Plumbing because of the overall good reviews they received online. The dispatch made an appointment for me the morning of the same day. Anthony, a handsome and professional young man showed up exactly on time and repaired the spigot. Not only was the price most acceptable, the quality and workmanship was excellent. I was very pleased with how I was treated over the phone and by Anthony who was most polite and efficient. I will definitely use Vegas Valley Plumbing for any and all of my future plumbing concerns!

I sent out a message via yelp and Keith responded right away.  They were able to accommodate my schedule and gave me a fair price compared to the competition.  They arrived on time and got my new garbage disposal installed quickly and efficiently.  The plumber who installed it even took the time to show me what went wrong with my old one and he showed me how to fix the new one if it gets jammed or doesn't come on.   I am glad I went with Vegas Valley Plumbing and will reach out to them again.

If possible, I would give them a ZERO. I spoke with Keith and scheduled an appointment for a 2 hour block. They did not call/ they did not show.

Wasn't home when the work was done, but I hear they were pleasant and professional. Not being home I couldn't ask whether or not they gave military discounts. Keith did go out of his way to fit us in after my DIY disaster. Which I greatly appreciate.

Keegan charged $150 for installing a $7 faucet on our exterior water line and was at our house for a half hour.  Did not offer my husband a senior discount although clearly a senior...sorry honey!  I called him the next day for some kind of adjustment to this over priced job.  What I got was a lot of double talk and excuses.  I would rate a zero if possible for lack of ethics!

This company gave me an estimate for placement of several valve boxes, trenching, and tying into a drain in my foundation. It involved jack hammering the house foundation, jackhammering the footing of a retaining wall, and placement of a channel drain.  The job took longer than the company anticipated and i was told that they may need a change order and charge more.  I pushed back that I had changed nothing, and they fact that the job is taking longer than they anticipated is not my fault.  I had sent them in advance the installation instructions from the manufacturers of the channel drain in order that they could inspect them and let me know if there were any problems.   When it came time for the channel drain installations, they refused to install the drains according to the manufacturers instructions.  If they had a problem with this then I think they should have informed me prior to starting the job.   I ended up placing the forms for pouring the concrete per manufacturers instructions.  Their employees were given an ice chest full of ice with soft drinks. Their employees where provided lunch of two of threes days the initial job took.  When the function of the drainage was tested it was found that the drain overflowed the trap box almost immediately which I think should have been anticipated by a plumber.   The plumber told me that they could install another valve to prevent this overflow and it MAY cost more, but if it did cost more, there would be a change order.   I had to leave town, and I never received notice of a change order or any additional cost.  The plumbers arrived and had my friend at the house sign the change order but she tells me she was misinformed that I was aware of the job and cost and she tells me the tablet she signed did not display the cost of the job.  The plumbers came for exactly 1 hour 39 min (recorded on security cam footage).   I was charged $470 for one plumber and one helper.  I wrote the company that I felt this charge was exorbitant, and I asked for a breakdown of the hourly rate and parts charges.   I never received a reply.   Later I received an email reply that they dont charge by the hour and that they provide value in their work.   I really dont think $470 for one hour and 39 min is much value, and they had my friend sign the change order without knowing anything about the specifics.   Bottom line I think they reamed me for an hour and 39 min at a charge of $470 because they spent more time than they wanted on the initial job (which had already been paid in full).   I know that they will say they spent over $100 on parts.   I supplied the valve, they supplied a valve box and perhaps a connector or elbow or two.  I dont know how this could cost over $100.  The trench to do the work was already open.   I will never use this company again.  Make sure you dont let them attempt to upcharge you.

I tried to install a hose bid in the back yard of home. Quiet naturally, I made my problem worse. I contacted VVP, and they came out the next morning, gave me a reasonable quote and made the repairs and corrected the mistakes I made, all within a couple of hours. Great company, great employees, great work. Will definitely use again, next time I screw up my plumbing.

The quote was so high compared to all other companies.  This made me feels being rip off, and they will chasing you and asking you to pay right after the work is done without giving you time to verify the work.  I would suggest not to using them for all your repair work if you have other options.

Apparently I had a leak in a line coming into my house and these guys were recommended to me by the guy who found where the leak was in my underground plumbing.  I called and they came over within a couple of hours.  Gave me an estimate and started the work the day after Christmas.  Apparently this tiny leak had been there almost the entire year so a couple of days wasn't going to matter.  They came out, trenched, installed new piping and the water was back on by 5pm in the same day.  Very efficient and the piping installed is warranted for 25 years.  I highly recommend these guys.

The company and all its employees are awesome.  I had multiple plumbing-related issues and called Vegas Valley based on their positive reviews on Angies List.  They identified the issues quickly and went above and beyond to fix the problems, and make sure I was happy with the end result.

I had a shower leak on the second floor bathroom that was dripping behind the bathtub and onto my first floor ceiling.  I got Keith's number from his father who I also use as my handy man.  Keith responded immediately (called on a holiday) and was able to fit me into their busy schedule immediately.  They were able to identify the issue immediately, gave me an estimate, details of the issue and finished quickly.  The price was affordable and backed up with a guarantee.  They kept me informed of the status and gave recommendations to prevent any further damage to the house.  We will definitely use Vegas Valley Plumbing again.  If you need a reliable, courteous, and trustworthy plumber, you came to the right company.

We woke up to cold showers and a flooded garage...our water heater had failed in the night! After receiving 3 on-site estimates I chose Vegas Valley Plumbing - and couldn't be happier! The techs, Travis and Carl, showed up on-time, had clean uniforms, were professional, polite, well mannered, and clearly knew what to do! They estimated the project (came in between the other two estimates) and did not try to up-sell or pressure me into having the job done right then and there. They also offered a 1 year labor warranty (the other two did not) and (bonus!) they checked out my water softener and tested my water, and will be back tomorrow to make the appropriate adjustments to the softener.  What excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend Vegas Valley Plumbing!

My water heater exploded on me on a Saturday morning, leaking everywhere causing water damage to my dry wall and baseboards. Keeghan and Keith were the only company willing to come out on a Saturday to give me a FREE estimate! :) They replaced my heater same day up to code and arrange to have Quick Response, the water restoration company to come out and remediate the water damage. Everything got handled in a timely matter was I was ready to work that same night with hot water. They were very professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Las Vegas Valley. Had the outside faucet cut and replaced plus the antisyphon replaced at my daughter's home and they did a wonderful job.  Everything working great and get a 1 year warranty.  So when we had a leak in the laundry room today, will be having them come over for an estimate on it.  Very professional, on time, quality work and courteous.

Keegan came to the house at the appointed time, answered my questions, laid out options, and gave me good info with a competitive quote.  The work was done on time and at the quoted price, no ups and adders.  Easy to deal with, would easily use Keegan again and have no reservations about recommending him.

They fixed 2 bathtub fixtures, removed and installed kitchen. Timely, did a great job and guarantee their work.  Highly recommend.

Found these guys on HomeAdvisor.  You want Keegan and Keith to be your plumbers.  Very quick with assessing the problem and then making it go away with their expertise.  I will be calling them for any future plumbing needs.  Oh yea,  they are both really personable.

These guys are plumbing rock stars! My mom (Mari Alvarez) had an issue with her showers not working and items needing to be replaced. These guys gave her a free quote and it was the most affordable out of 3. They were able to work her in quickly so she wouldn't be shower-less for long. When they were running late, they kept in contact with her so she wasn't left hanging and when they arrived they were courteous and efficient. Her new fixtures look fabulous and everything works well. Abel Cuello the dry wall guy did such a great job you can't tell where repairs were made. I highly recommend this team.
