I'd been considering a tankless water heater for the longest and I finally just jumped in and did it - I hired Pirate to buy one and install it for me and the manager Mike was so patient with my bazillion questions (and crazy work schedule) and when we were able to schedule the work the technician was clean, quick, and super friendly.

The tankless was the best decision ever and the Pirate guys are the best plumbers ever. Thank you!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring Pirate Plumbing in Henderson, NV for a water heater installation, and I must say that it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The level of unprofessionalism, incompetence, and rudeness displayed by this company was beyond comprehension. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Pirate Plumbing if you value your time, money, and sanity.

First and foremost, the installation process dragged on for an excruciatingly long time. It seemed like the technicians had no sense of urgency and were more interested in wasting my time than completing the job efficiently. My patience wore thin as I was left without hot water for an extended period due to their sluggishness.

Not only were they unbelievably slow, but the staff at Pirate Plumbing also exhibited a shocking level of rudeness. The technicians spoke down to me, as if I were an ignorant child, and showed a complete lack of respect. It was clear that they had no regard for customer satisfaction or basic professionalism.

One of the most infuriating aspects of my experience was the repeated lies that I encountered throughout my interaction with Pirate Plumbing. The tech named Isaac, in particular, lied about something as simple as a phone call. If they had bothered to call from Home Depot, the charges could have been applied to my pro account. However, due to their dishonesty and lack of follow-through, I was left to foot the bill unnecessarily through them with no proof of purchase provided for further issues. He also agreed to an installation on a Saturday morning and they didn't even bother to verify if the warranty for rheem would be open. It is absolutely unacceptable for a company to deceive its customers and then make baseless assumptions without proper verification.

To make matters worse, their office manager, Desiree, was an absolute nightmare to deal with. She displayed an appalling lack of professionalism, treating me with disrespect and making unfounded assumptions. Her attitude only exacerbated the already terrible experience I had with Pirate Plumbing. It is clear that she is ill-suited for a customer service role and lacks the basic skills necessary to handle customer concerns in a respectful and efficient manner.

Based on my firsthand experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from hiring Pirate Plumbing. Their incompetence, tardiness, rude behavior, and propensity for lying make them an unreliable and untrustworthy choice for any plumbing needs. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking a reputable plumbing company that values its customers and takes pride in providing quality service.

In conclusion, Pirate Plumbing is a company that epitomizes unprofessionalism, incompetence, and disrespect. From the delays to the dishonesty, rudeness, and an office manager who lacks basic customer service skills, my experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. I implore you to steer clear of Pirate Plumbing and find a more reliable and reputable plumbing service to meet your needs.

We couldn't figure out why our refrigerator line does not have water coming out. Read reviews on yelp and was able to find this company due to a lot of great reviews. I'm so glad I went for pirate plumbing.

First off, Kevin was amazing. He explained to us well what happened why the water is not flowing. He is very respectful and very good at his job. He even checked up our sink upstairs and told us what is wrong with it. He was fast and very knowledgeable. My husband and I definitely found a go to plumbing company for our future needs.

If you ever choose them, you will not regret it.

My home warranty (AHS) assigned them the job on Thursday. I called them Friday and Monday and nobody ever answered or called back. My home warranty even tried to call and nobody picked up but they state response time in 10 mins. Not so much.

My garbage disposal started making a weird noise and stopped working.  Anthony was on time, very nice and respectful and was sweet to my dogs.  He knew exactly what the problem was in about 2 minutes and had my garbage disposal back up and running very quickly.  I'll hire this company again

My sewer had major blockage where both bathrooms in my 2 bathroom house backed up. I first called Pure Plumbing & Air, they were professional but I felt their estimate was quite high so I decided to have Pirate Plumbing come out to give me a 2nd estimate and I'm so glad I did bc their estimate was much more reasonable and I was happy with it so I gave Pirate the green light to unclog the clogged sewer!

Pirate managed to unclog the sewer pipe letting me know there were roots in the sewer pipe and to be aware of it moving forward. I am so happy to have found my go to plumber in Las Vegas and I highly highly highly recommend Pirate Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services! They are professional, reliable, affordable and have good transparent communications! Thanks Donny and to your team for an excellent job well done!

I've used Pirate Plumbing for two projects and both times I have been very satisfied. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. My plumber Kevin was first-class at every step. Highly recommend!

Pirate Plumbing was able to schedule me same day and technician showed up at the beginning of the time frame scheduled.  

Water from our entire house was being drained into one area.  Within minutes Kevin figured out what the problem was then proceeded to a solution.  The entire job was quick and didn't last more than 20 minutes.  Also, Kevin answered all my questions and  addressed concerns.  Very satisfied with the service and will do business again if necessary.

Very high estimations and not experienced crazy speculations extremely high priced for knowledge trying hard to talk us into possible problems from their inexperience

My home warranty company sent pirate plumbing to fix my toilet. Kevin was the technician. He was fantastic. He arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. Kevin was very efficient, friendly and professional. I usually never know what company I'm going to get when using my home warranty. I was very happy with pirate plumbing. I am  not going to post a picture because who really  to see my toilet?

Pirate plumbing came to our house through a home warranty. Vindictive company! Lied with our diagnosis to purposely jeopardize the approval with our claim because of a petty misunderstanding. They submitted that we purposely broke our pipe by force out of spite and in result our claim was denied! Had to pay out of pocket. Shame shame shame!

This is the 2nd time I've used Pirate Plumbing. I was 100% satisfied the First visit to installing a garbage Disposal.  The service rep explained the procedure and what entailed. I called about 9:00A.M. and they put me on schedule for the afternoon between 1:00 P.M. and 5:00P.M. They sent me texts, when they would be arriving. David and Jordan arrived about 4:30 P.M. They assessed the situation, making sure the water was off and I provided the necessary parts. They replaced the Angle Wave, installed connector hose from valve to tank. The reason I gave them 5 Stars because of their professionalism, there Dress attire.They were very polite. They were good representatives of Pirate Plumbing of Henderson, NV

Worst plumbing service ever.  Service guy is a liar, and lazy too.  Spent more time on the phone than fixing our kitchen sink stoppage.  Failed to solve the problem and tried to pin the blame on us.  Thankfully got everything on ring video to prove otherwise.  If all you have is a simple clogged toilet or shower drain, go ahead and listen to the other high rated reviews.  But if you need anything else that requires serious plumbing and professional work ethic, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THESE GUYS.  By the way, I asked the technician if he's a certified plumber and all he could say was I've been doing this for many years.  I take that as a no.

Kevin with Pirate Plumbing is a LIFE SAVER! They are contracted with my home warranty AHS (American Home Shield) and he was nothing short of AMAZING!!! I will ONLY use this company for my Plumbing repairs. So thorough, excellent customer service, responsive and professional. And the Manager Donnie made sure my appointment was handled right away. Truly happy to have found a reputable, trustworthy and customer centric company. I respect the transparency and integrity of Kevin.

Great, prompt service!  I called on a Saturday night (a real person answered the phone) about a toilet leaking from the base.  Donny showed up promptly the next morning.  He could have easily put a temporary fix on the problem but when I told him that it had been installed less than 6 months ago by a restoration service (as well as most of the bathroom!), he told me that they were required to fix it b/c it was still under warranty.  He also explained how they would need to fix it by replacing the sub-flooring. I asked how much I owed him for the service call and he said zero!

My water heater busted in the middle of the night and damaged the adjacent wall as well as flooded the garage. Was able to get a hold of Donnie at dispatch first thing in the morning. He quickly sent someone to check the damage and scope of work & immediately began working with my warranty company to get a replacement. They worked to get a replacement installed quickly so I could have hot water while the restoration company cleaned up the water damage. Good communication and easy to work with.

Did an exceptional job replacing a water line from the city to our home! We had no water, so it was definitely an emergency... & they took care of it very quickly!

It was a stressful afternoon after finding out about the water damage  that was caused from our water heater! BUT a situation gone bad... soon became good! :)

We had called today, 4/2 and Donny helped us out and honestly made me feel comfortable right away! You can just feel when someone feels like a genuine person and he is that person. He was very thorough and answered all our questions with great detail and also made sure we understood the whole process of what was going on and each step to fix the issue. I was very pleased and rest assured.

My father-in-law has some bit of idea/experience with plumbing issues and such so he was with me as we discussed the matter. He was considerate of my father-in-law who is totally blind in his late 70s'. He practically narrated everything he was doing and  forewarned him with any noise that was about to happen so he doesn't get alarmed. My father-in-law understood everything he was doing. He felt comfortable in his presence as I was so that was honestly very nice. Thank you, we appreciate him very much! :)

Our shower was leaking from the handle and we had 2 other companies come out and give us quotes to fixing our shower and they could not give us a clear answer on what the charges were for and how much it would all cost. Pirate Plumbing was fantastic from the moment we called.  They had Javier come out and he was super friendly and very knowledgeable in what he was doing. He clearly explained to me what he would be doing and how he would fix it all. Javier went above and beyond to complete this job and I really appreciated it. I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off like the other companies. All I asked for was a reasonable explanation of what I was paying for and this is the only company that could explain it excellently. I would 100% use this company again and request Javier. We recently had to turn all water off to the entire house due to a laundry room water leak. For many reasons, we decided to look for a plumber that would come out that night. After many tries, we found Pirate Plumbing.
Rudy, the owner, messaged me immediately. In less than two hours he had a plumber at our house. I believe his name was Will. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
The price for an emergency plumber to cut into the drywall and repair/replace the valves was very reasonable.
Before leaving, he cleaned up the area using new, very clean towels.
I will definitely be using this company again and suggest you consider them as well.

Ryan came to my house two times and would not change a bag garbage disposal and lied to Old Republic and said that I was putting leaves and things down the garbage disposal that broke it. Thank goodness Old Republic gave me a second opinion and the garbage disposal got fixed by another plumber from another company. Horrible horrible horrible! Do not use them!

I had to allow this company to install sink immediately despite horrible interaction and overall experience with company. HSA/American Home Shield authorized installation immediately in order to prevent further water waste due to water leak.  American Home Shield did however fire them  immediately after faucet installation and prevented them from servicing my other appliance on same claim as a result of their unresponsive, unethical, & professional, behavior of entire staff - including administrator & head plumbing technician.

Ken is a superb plumber. He is punctual, knowledgeable and reliable. He arrived early, detected the leak problem and repaired it perfectly.

He is the best and the most qualified plumber we have hired since we moved to Nevada in 1994!

These guys are amazing and the only Plumbing company I will use! They installed a complete water softening and water filtration system along with other repairs I needed for a fraction of the price that other plumbers have quoted me and had it all installed within hours! I cannot recommend them enough!

I highly recommend this company!  They are reasonable, timely, quick and efficient.  I am so impressed with them I will be recommending them to everyone I know.  Danny came out and thoroughly checked everything needed gave an astonishingly great quote then started the job immediately!  Words cannot express how nice and courteous everyone is there.  I am so greatful that there is truly wonderful company like this one and I was fortunate to find it!

Showed up early, was professional and performed the job even cleaned up after. Everything looks good so far I'm happy with the work.

My house is completely without water and would have stayed that way had it not been for Kevin. He came out on a Saturday and went above and beyond what he was cleared to do because he didn't want to leave without the water at least being temporarily fixed. He used what he had available in his truck and did me a huge favor while my property management now has to go back to give him approval to do the rest. I'm super appreciative of his hard work and him taking the time to explain some of the process. Highly recommend.

1st update 10/7 - Chavis just left, having installed our water heater. I am very happy with the installation. I was given an arrival window of 10-12. I was sent that info by both text & email. I was notified when Chavis was en route, which was about 11. Chavis was totally professional. The installation was completed by 1 p.m., less than 2 hours after he arrived. The work is beautiful & there was absolutely no mess left behind. I was promptly texted & emailed with my receipt. This whole process has been easier than I could have hoped. Having to replace a water heater is never fun & not a situation I would have chosen to go through voluntarily but Pirate Plumbing made this awful situation the best it could possibly be. Again, I will update after we've used the water heater a couple of weeks.

Original post 10/5 - Our water heater started leaking 2 nights ago. I looked in our neighborhood app for recommendations for a plumber and saw several people had used & loved Pirate Plumbing. I called them at around 9 p.m. and a very nice woman answered. She listened to the problem & checked to see if she could get someone out that night. No one was available but she scheduled me for 2 p.m. the next day & said if anything earlier came up, they would call. She also told me that if the water heater began to leak more, I should turn off the water supply to avoid problems which I did end up doing as the leak got a little worse. At noon the next day, 2 hours before my appt time, Chavis called & said he could come early. He was at my condo in 10 minutes. Chavis was very nice & knowledgeable. He found out when my water heater was made, when the original warranty expired & explained that my water heater is a special one as it doesn't just supply hot water to our home but also heats it. When I was clearly startled by the price, he immediately offered to call the office to see if there was anything they could do to get the price down, which they did. I did get 2 more estimates that afternoon and Pirate Plumbing beat both - 1 by almost $200 & the other by over $700. Due to some covid financial setbacks, the cost was a big hurdle for me but I emailed them this morning & Ashley called me within a couple of hours.  She was  very kind & gave me 3 weeks to pay the last $700 that I didn't have. She then set up an appt to install the water heater tomorrow, much quicker than I expected. I'm so impressed by this company & so relieved that we won't have to go any longer without hot water. I will update my review after our water heater has been installed & we have used it for a couple of weeks. If you have a water heater issue, don't hesitate to call Pirate. The customer service is awesome & they beat the price of both competitors' estimates. That's a win!

Quick response but unable to service with no explanation.  It's a job. You fix and you get paid.

Our disposal broke and we decided to install a new sink at the same time. Chavis arrived on time and was very personable and professional. He answered all of our questions and concerns about the installation and had a great attitude about the job. Would definitely call Pirate Plumbing again, not only because they have a cool work van, lol, but because they did an awesome job!

Ken was our plumber.  We couldn't be happier he installed the valves for our washer valves and box . We were without water and he did such a professional job. He may be one of the most honest of all trades we have had in our home while we have had it in remodel. By the way not that it mattered at this point but price was really good. We have two dogs and he let out little one sit with him while he worked.  Get Ken if you can.

Highly recommend. They responded in 15 minutes after hours to help me turn off the water for my water heater, which was leaking. They did this for free! Who does that now days? They gave me a quote for a new heater and it was installed the next morning as promised. The workers were friendly and did a great job!

We had some water damage on our ceiling, below our 2nd floor bathtub and toilet. So, we got a few quotes from different plumbers. Danny Rodriguez from Pirate Plumbing was the only one to actually fully test things out to determine the issue. He was very courteous and professional and was extremely patient with all the questions that I had.

I explained the issue that I was having. Appointment was scheduled to come out and give me a quote. None of the communications said anything about a $125 per hour cost to evaluate and estimate. Wasted my time and theirs. That was not very professional to me. Be upfront so that there are no misunderstandings.

I spoke to Rudy on the phone and he was very understanding with the issue of my Tankless water heater. He was able to book an appointment for a technician to come out and inspect the unit. I received a call from the technician (I forgot his name, sorry) and he asked me a few questions regarding the unit and told me to get with the company regarding the unit because it may still be under warranty and if he touched it, that might void the warranty. All I have to say is Thank you for your suggestion. Rest assured I will recommend this company to family and friends in the future.

Don't waste your time to get a yelp quote. They want to charge a service call to just clear a grease clog in a kitchen sink. Why using yelp? Makes no sense. Guess has to much business. Got my estimate and scheduled appointment with an experienced yelp plumber.

I was staying at an AirBnB and my tub got clogged. I called the owner and never responded. I was frustrated and quickly called a local plumber. Danny, who I believe was one of the technicians, quickly analyzed the problem and started pulling out his equipment. Within an hour, I was finally able to take a shower!! I forwarded the bill to the owner and was reimbursed, (price was great!). I highly recommend!!

Pirate plumbing just finished installing my water softener and filtration system and it looks great. Danny and his partner came over the same day for a free estimate. After receiving the estimate I told them I wanted to get other estimates to compare (which they were totally cool with). After getting a couple more estimates they were a little more then the cheapest estimate but almost half the price of roto rooter. Their secretary ( who was very professional and accommodating) called me back and asked how the estimate went. I told her I had received a cheaper quote in which I was going to go with. She then checked with the owner and not only matched the other company's price but gave me an additional 10% off. How could I not take this offer. I said they could have the job and they sent Danny and his partner back over the same day. They were very professional and they did a great job. Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.

I had a leak which flooded my house. Ken came out and had the part in his truck and fixed it immediately.  A couple weeks later I was thinking of what else could cause a flood in the house and noticed the hot water heater was installed in 2006!!!  Those that have lived in Las Vegas know that hot water heaters don't last that long here. Well, that was a disaster waiting to happen.  Ken came out and installed a commercial hot water heater, redid the exhaust, installed a new pressure valve and set it up so if there was a failure the water will go into the garage instead of the house. Ken was professional in his work.

In less than 5 minutes I received an answer to get a quote to install a new water softner. Set appt and the guys came as scheduled. They gave me a great quote and they were able to do the job right then and there. They even hauled away the old water softner no extra charge.  They were done in less than 2 hours. How dare you!! You guys just pretended to be friendly so you could take it vantage of a single woman you could not keep your damn hands off me! I have a witness to that do you think my mother didn't see everything that was going on in my own home? You are a great company at first great service decent kid it's not my fault what he charge me don't you dare tell me I don't want to pay for fees when your fees are outrageous you take advantage of the public and you know what you're doing!And you guys lied to me!I originally gave you a great review because I was full by you but when you come to my house you keep putting your arm around my waist you keep touching me around the shoulders and I gently move away with Covid I do not like to be touched.
