I've been using Allstate Service Group for over year. I've had my new Water Heater, Main Water Shutoff Valve, Front Water Faucet Replaced, and most recently my pool area water faucet all repaired at a very reasonable cost. Of course their Plummer work is exceptional. They are my go to Plumbing Company!! Highly recommend Allstate Service Group for your plumbing work.

I am beyond impressed with how quickly I got a response and had someone to my condo in less than two hours.
It's a Saturday and I'm doing a remodel on my condo. My contractor realized I would need a licensed plumber to come and reconfigure the plumbing in my kitchen island. I used to have a bar top and cut it down to open up the space but the plumbing was double looped up into the bar top so I needed it to be plumbed below.
I went onto Yelp and submitted the request for multiple estimates to local plumbers. Allstate service group was the quickest with their communication and giving me a quote based off the pictures I uploaded.
Krassimir was the plumber they sent out within 2 hrs. He got the job done correctly and quickly. I also love that they have a 1 year warranty on their work.
I was able to pay online which was very helpful. I highly recommend Allstate!
Requested a quote through yelp for a slow drain in my kitchen sink. Allstate responded promptly and gave me an estimate of $175 to clear the line after I submitted some pictures of the problem drain. Krassimir was my service tech and he was on time. An electric snake was used to clear the line but unfortunately it wasn't able to navigate through some of the fittings and got stuck, upon retrieval of the snake it got hung up and the head broke off inside the line. It was decided that hydro jetting the line was the next option since there was a lot of grease build up and perhaps the hydro jet would push out the snake head. After the hydro jet my drain was no longer slow. I was charged hydro jetting service instead of the snake service which was $350, I was fine with that since the line had a lot of built up grease and needed the hydro jet. I only wished that the hydrojet was used from the beginning since there was evidence of heavy build up. Now the tech will have to come back out for a follow up service to camera the lines to confirm the snake head is no longer in the system.....I will provide an update once that is complete.
Note - per Krassimir, run lots of hot water and dish soap down the drain to help prevent grease build up.
Never been so impressed with a company in my life. For starters, They don't pressure you for contact information or anything else that lures you into a commitment before you are ready. They let you send them photos and videos via email while all other companies I spoke too only would lure me with a consultation that came with a fee but it would be waived if I agreed to the service on the spot. Alex (who is an extremely patient man) took the stress out of it by allowing me to have the answers I was looking for immediately without any attachment.
I also misunderstood what I really needed done and once he saw the videos he told me I actually needed less work for less money than he originally thought. (I thought I had to cut a hole in my wall to replace the shower valve but really it was just the cartridge that needed replaced). The honesty is something that will keep me using this company with ANY plumbing issues I have.
When the technician came by he was efficient and I've been using my shower now for several days with zero issues. After using it for 4 months in my new home and having a screaming problem, I can now relax in a calm place which is so necessary in my life. My main water line broke and Allstate Service Group came to the rescue. They were quick to respond, they came out to give me a quote almost immediately, and they had the best one. They talked me through multiple options, and were patient as I made my decision. They stayed until the job was done, so that I could get water back that night. Once the job was completed you couldn't even tell they had my front yard torn up. I appreciate the service they provided me, and will use them again in the future.
If I can give 10 stars, Allstate Service Group will have it.
They are very professional, reliable and know what they are doing.
The owner, Alexander, was very hands on. He replied and quoted me after business hours. His estimate to replace a water heater was very close to the actual bill, no surprises.
After our hot water heater broke, we contacted our Home Warranty, but since our water heater was still under the manufacturer's warranty, Home Warranty doesn't really kick in. The service provider that the warranty company had, was pressuring us to upgrade to a bigger tank, which we really did not need. Their service provider Ideal Services really wanted us to spend more than what was necessary stating that we would not pass inspection with a 50 gallon water heater.
Alexander of Allstate assured me that we will pass inspection, which we did.
Kudos to businesses like Allstate who not only know what they are doing, they do not gauge and take advantage of customers. They followed up several times to make sure we were satisfied with their services. Krassimir, their Technician was very professional and efficient.
We hope that other business would learn a thing or two from Allstate in providing honest service and one of the best customer experience in the valley. I will definitely recommend them and have them on my speed dial.

I posted a message (with video) on Yelp that I was in need of a plumber.
Allstate Service Group responded quickly with a more then fair quote. They were able to send someone out that very day, even though it would be after regular business hours.
It seemed I would be needing to have a bigger job done then initially thought, so we scheduled that the same evening for a day that worked for me. Again the quote was fair, and after getting the job done the problem I was having for months stopped. Yay!
I've had Allstate out for other plumbing jobs since then and I couldn't be happier with my service and my plumbers knowledge.
They are very responsive, clean, knowledgable and fair in pricing. Everything I need in a service oriented business. (Now if I could just find a handyman like this, Ha!)

Sent Alex a Yelp request a couple of weeks ago because my garbage disposal decided to go kaput on me just before the weekend started. Contacted him on Monday, he put my request in to Dispatch, who contacted me within ten minutes, and we set up a date and time for installing the new garbage disposal I purchased from Amazon for that Thursday. Krassimir was on time, as he always is, and got right to work installing my new garbage disposal. Krassimir is an excellent technician, professional, knowledgeable, and proficient in what he does. Some pros and some cons.
Called this company awhile ago to fix a plumbing leak in one of the bathroom sinks. It was kind of hard to get someone on the phone as they don't always answer. Once they answered they were able to send a tech out within the same day. This was helpful because leaks can cause all sorts of problem.
The technician came out and was kind of grouchy, he did the work but not without complaining the entire time. He replaced the drain parts and fixed the leaks which was good.
The work is done nicely. So far no issues. However, he did not check the sink right next to it which started leaking a few weeks after. Could have done it at the same time if he had check and advised.
Overall a decent experience.

Israel has been providing our HVAC service for just over a year now. It is obvious he knows his work and takes pride in the delivery. I needed a new kitchen sink faucet and garbage disposal splash guard installed in my kitchen. I called a couple of different plumbers based on their Yelp reviews and got some estimates that I thought were really high.
I contacted Allstate Service Group and they quoted me $175 for the faucet and $50 for the splash guard without even coming out to the house. Since the price was less than half of what I was getting quoted from others, I decided to just go for it.
They showed up at the agreed-upon date and time, and installed the new faucet and splash guard with no problem. The service technician even noted it was kind of a difficult install because he had very little space to work with, but did a great job! I would totally use these guys again as their price was more than reasonable, and their service was excellent !
There are a lot of plumbers out there, and some of them are charging some crazy prices for stuff, nice to know there's businesses out there who still charge a reasonable price and deliver excellent service!

ASG provided the best quote and service for rerouting my hot water lines. The tech, Krassimir, who was the sole performer did an excellent job at preparing the work areas to keep the floor/carpet protected, keeping the drywall holes to a minimum, and finishing up everything nice and clean.
He worked extended hours to get the job done in a day and came back a second time to finish the final touches.
I was tight on time and needed the job done asap and the company was able to make some arrangement to start the work in a couple days instead of the first open in a week.
When I needed some breakdown for insurance claim, they provided asap as requested. Communicate was great from start to finish, and customer service was on point. Workmanship was excellent as well. Overall, a pleasant experience to a stressful situation. Highly recommend and will definitely continue to use them for my plumbing needs.

Our kitchen sink has been getting backed up around once a year for the past couple years. Our fault for emptying fat down the drain everyday when we first moved in. Instead of a temporary fix with a drain snake, we finally decided it was time for a hydrojet power wash.
We messaged a few different companies for quotes and were shocked at how much some companies wanted. They wanted anywhere from $600-$900 for something that takes minutes. Luckily we stumbled onto Allstate Service Group and they quoted us $350. We said yes and scheduled our appt.
The service technician came out and cleaned our drain very quickly. It created a mess of fat in our backyard, but he did a quick clean as best as he could.
We are very happy with the service and are happy to have found Allstate.

Last summer, my 20 year old heating and air-conditioning system was not working properly. I had a friend who knows about heating and air conditioning recommend the Allstate service group. From the initial meeting through the installation of my brand, new heating and air conditioning unit, last summer was very good but when I had a problem with my air conditioning system this year, I was very impressed by the way the Allstate service group handled the repair this year. Kudos to this heating and air-conditioning company. I would highly recommend you call them if you need heating, air conditioning, plumbing services.
We've used this business for plumbing repairs probably 5-6 times during the last 6 years since purchasing our home and were always extremely happy with the results. So happy in fact, that we can't imagine hiring anyone else. No we've had a chance to use them for an A/C repair as when it's gotten cold and we decided to turn on our heater, there was no hot air. As always, they were excellent in communicating to set up the appointment, to notify us when to expect the technician on the day of the appointment and finally when the technician was on the way. The technician arrived within the scheduled time window, quickly found the issue and very patiently explained it to me. Once I accepted the estimate, the repair was completed the next day and our heater has been trouble-free since.
I truly feel that this is one of the last companies left in town that can be trusted to provide an honest, reliable and reasonably priced service. I wholeheartedly recommend Allstate Service Group to my friends and colleagues and now to all you Yelpers :)
There nothing like waking up to find that the water in your shower is super cold and then go downstairs to find out. The water heater was leaking in the garage and we called around and All State was the most responsive and best priced for the job. They even told us that they do the permits and replace all the old parts with new etc. Dave showed up in a timely manner and said the job would be complete in a few hours. Our main water line was leaking. We received estimates from 2 highly recommended companies. The estimates were vague and the process was not explained well. Next we contacted Allstate Service through Yelp. They gave me an appointment; I told them ASAP we don't have water. Rafiq the technician showed up early and spent an hour to explain the process. We were promised if the job was not completed by Friday they would work through the weekend. Next day we received a written estimate in detail. We got on the phone with Alex the owner, went over the payment plan. The work was done quick, clean and water running in 1 day, Thank you Rafiq and Alaxy. Some of the estimated work was not necessary. We were on the phone again with Alex and the invoice was discounted.
In the event we have another problem in our home we will be contacting Allstate Service Group.
This is my second 5 star review, and both Eva who booked my appointment, and Roberto the service provider were very knowledgeabe, and helpful. Las Vegas is so lucky to have them here. Don't call anyone else.

The technician was honest and direct about the repair. They completed the job as promised . I found there communication and payment systems excellent.

I'm staying with a friend for the week and after using the bathroom, the dreaded clogged toilet situation happened. You know, the one where you try to frantically unclog the toilet but it only gets worse and you hate to be that guest. Well, lucky these are good friends so...Anyway, in my case, the bathtub started filling up, too. *Ensue panic.*
After an hour of fruitless attempts with the plunger, hot water, etc. I reached out to several businesses via Yelp. Alex got to me first, offering a flat rate of $225 to unclog the toilet and tub. He said the price would only go up if there were extra issues, like roots choking the pipes.
They gave me a timeline of 3:30-6:30 pm but ended up offering to come earlier. They were at the front door at 2 pm. I reached out about 12:30 pm, for context.
By the time they arrived, my friends decided to try and solve the issue themselves first. I felt awful canceling when the technician was already there, but he was gracious enough to provide a free consultation and refused any payment.
Alex (the owner) was so nice about everything! And the culture of the boss definitely is with the employees too. Rafiq (the tech) and Leslie (Manager?) were all wonderful.
We ended up not needing their services but with how the consult went, I am happy to recommend them! If you're in the Vegas area and in need of plumbing services, I highly recommend Alex and his team.

Requested a quote or estimate on Yelp and Alex was the one of the first to reply. After sending him a picture and info of my water heater, he provided me with a detailed and reasonable quote. He was direct and honest. I really like the process, it's convenient for me and saved me time. Other businesses wanted to check my set up first. I was able to get a preferred schedule on a Saturday.
Rafiq was very professional, came 15 mins ahead of the schedule. He answered all my questions about the water heater and he explained the importance of flushing it every 6 months. And he showed me how it's done. Overall, I'm very much satisfied with the service I got from start to finish.

Allstate Service Group was assigned to take care of our water damaged master bathroom. We decided to do an upgrade of removing the bathtub and making a large shower since we already had everything opened up. The project appeared to be completed with no issues so we contracted with them to remove a guest bath and turn it into a smaller version of the master bath but without the bench.
Once work started we noticed quality issues with the master bath work such as the bench coming loose, loose floor tiles, and grout cracking. We were told the bench would be replaced but they put a band aid on it instead. In the meantime, the work in the guest bath seemed to be going well and on schedule until we were informed that our tiles would take an additional 2 months after initially being told that the materials were procured.
I work for a GC and did my own homework and found that materials were available within 2 weeks. All State insisted that Floor & Decor was at fault, yet when I spoke with Floor & Decor they had no record of the order. All State agreed to allow us to choose different tiles to meet the deadline so we found something in the same pattern, except the tiles were hexagon. The installer had trouble with the hexagon shape and the result was skewed tiles.
Additionally, the glass installer scraped up multiple tiles in the process of installation. All State sent another company out to repair some of the tiles but there are still quality issues that were never fixed. They stopped returning our calls and texts so we just gave up. Lesson learned. Use this company at your own risk. They over promise and under deliver.
Isreal replaced our AC filter enclosure.
He was quick and efficient. He explained what was done and how to maintain it.
We will definitely be using AllState Service Group for our AC and Heating needs.

Do not do business with this company. I had them come out to my house for a repair on a leaking pipe. I used my Amazon home warranty. Which is a 75.00 service fee. They said they could not fix my pipe. But is now refusing to refund my 75.00. The so call manager hung up the phone in my face. All because I requested to speak to someone higher up.

They were so quick at responding and got me an appointment for the same day. I had water leak it was an emergency and Allstate treated it like that. I would def use them again.
I inquired today and got a very fast response. They resolved the issue (same day) with our sink, dishwasher, and insikerator. Highly recommended!

We are considering a replacement for our HVAC system (air conditioner, furnace and evaporator coil unit) and since we had a stellar experience with Allstate Service Group on water heater replacement, they were on top of our list to receive the estimates on a new system. Technical specialist Isreal Clark came out precisely on time, checked the current system the most throughly and took all the info. He even fixed the contact on the furnace that got loose. He came up with very detailed 4 variants for new system design and that we are seriously considering - costs are significant, but with the specialists like this we are confident that very complex equipment will be in a right hands. Highly recommend him as extremely savvy and excellent professional. We will scheduling our yearly maintainable appointments with him personally - his level is a true gem.
Allstate service group is a reliable company with honest and upfront pricing. I have used them multiple times and have been lucky to have the same technician Rafiq. Whenever he shows up I know my problem will be corrected completely and quickly.
I was referred to Allstate Service Group through my home warranty company, after the first company they sent me to failed to show up twice. I called Allstate and they were able to send someone out the same day! Our service tech Vladimir arrived within the given timeframe, was extremely helpful, diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it efficiently. He also explained everything to us so that we (hopefully) will not have this problem again. I am very satisfied with this experience.

Our A/C went out and the Home Warranty sent out All State Service Group.
They arrived on time, and the technician was professional and very thorough. They could have phoned it in since it was a warranty job, but our technician worked hard and got us squared away. Allstate Service group was recently sent out to repair my heater unit by my home warranty company and I could not be more pleased with the results. Prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable are some of the words I would use to describe the technician that came out to do the work. The heater picked the worst time to fail but the warranty company picked the best provider to fix it. We're warm again! Thank you.
Our kitchen faucet needed to go and we decided to upgrade it, as well as the garbage disposal. I got a quote quickly and they came out the same day. David was professional and quick with the install. He offered tips on how to keep our pipes from getting clogged. The install looks clean and no leaks so far! Thanks guys.

I'd avoid this company. From having to argue with them about not insulating an exterior wall to shoddy work and poorly sub contracted work. One person threw concrete and a bud light can in my compost bin. he was a guy they subcontracted to and gave access to my house while I was away. Or the subcontracted cupboards? Look at the pictures of my finished cabinets. Keep in mind I bought this home freshly redone 2019.
they really helped drag down the aesthetics of my home. If you're looking for an old worn home look after they are done, this is your company.
I walked into the garage into a pool of water to find our water heater went out. I called the home warranty whi sent out a different vendor with dismantled my water heater and left me with no hot water for 3 days. I contacted Allstate Service Group via a yelp project request and was able to get an estimate and I compared with other companies becauseof my prior negative experience. After I decided, Allstate was able to get me scheduled and repaired within 2 hours. Alexey and Rafiq were professional, efficient and friendly. Allstate coordinated the permit and Rafiq came back to complete the permit inspection appointment virtually a couple of days after installation. I am happy to recommend them and will also keep Allstate as my plumber for the future. Thank you all so much!

We used Allstate to replace a garbage disposal unit that I purchased from another business. They were able to provide a quote online using the description of the task, and photo of the old unit. They were also upfront that it looked like it may be more than a straight forward replacement since there was some visible corrosion from the old unit and that it would be an extra cost, which I was fine with.
The technician was friendly, and did a good job with the replacement, installation looks neat and there were no leaks. I was very happy with the overall service and would be happy to use them again.

So happy we just finished replacing and installing our new WATER HEATER! Our old water heater started leaking and flooded our garage! Having not knowing anyone in Las Vegas and not renewing our Home Warranty we reached out to 12 different businesses and ALLSTATE SERVICE GROUP was the best!
We had a major company come out to estimate and they gave us the run around and wanted to do extra work and cost A LOT more. Another company wanted to charge $89 to estimate, we drove to Lowes and Home Depot and they were $600-1000+ over and had a long list of extra products.
On top of that ALLSTATE SERVICE GROUP saw our old Water Heater was a 80 gallon and told us it was too big and not needed for our type of home and family, so they found a 50 gallon and it saved us $1000 instead of trying to sell us the bigger water heater.
Forgot to mention our home is 3-stories and 4 bathrooms! They figured it all out and got us the best brand/deal within our budget.

They arrived the very next morning since I had called them late in the evening. I even received a text message with a dispatch tracking map like Google Maps to see exactly where the technicians were at and could call if I wanted to! They did not waste any of my time.
STEVEN - one of the technicians called me to let me know he was on his way and within 15 minutes he arrived to install our safety disconnect box, he did an excellent job explaining and showing us incase of an emergency. He kept everything clean and did great work. Very good service
KRASSIMIR - The technician to install the WATER HEATER arrived shortly after. He explained to us the job, brought all the proper tools, kept our entire garage clean and we stood and watched his incredible work ethic and attention to detail. He made sure everything was proper and we watched how much work it takes to do this! He showed us our water supply turn off, explained emergency draining. He then tested our water and within the hour we had HOT WATER again. He really helped out our family.
At the beginning and the end of the service I received a detailed email receipt as well as a hard copy receipt, so I felt reinsured all costs were in writting. Warranty on my Water Heater and their warranty for the labor.

After I bought a new fridge, I was most excited for the autofill pitcher. Finally, no more Sparkletts or Brita! Turns out, the janky water line from the previous fridge didn't fit. We had a flood coming from an upstairs bathroom through the ceiling downstairs needless to say I assumed the worst. When the plumber arrived at my house, he did a quick evaluation and discovered it was actually a simple repair of the face plate on the shower the water is building up behind. He showed me the problem And I realized it was an easy repair that I could do on my own. The plumber was so helpful told me how to fix the problem I only had to pay a service fee.

We had an issue with our R/O water system and Allstate Service Group was called out to fix the issue. Roberto, our tech was fantastic. He diagnosed the issue of our tank not holding water within 2 minutes. The valve was bad. Roberto came back yesterday to replace the valve. Roberto was very knowledgeable. He was friendly and even removed his shoes before he entered our home. Our kitchen sink was having draining issues and we tried everything: liquid plumber, snaked it, hot water down the drain, lemon and vinegar...everything. Then I called my Home warranty and was directed to Allstate Service Group. Even the scheduler was awesome...I'm sorry Sis that I forgot your name, but thank you for great service. Great experience with Krassimir this morning. He was on time, courteous and provided great service to one of my rental units. He contacted me to let me know what needed to be done, gave a fair price and also recommended some routine maintenance work for later.

This place is a joke , i had a water main leak and it took them 2 weeks to come out and then the guy walks around my yard and says he has to call out a Specialist, which then he leaves and the Specialist is scheduled out a week in a half later .. when I call them they say they are waiting for the report in where the leak is . I said he placed a x on the spot and I have a photos . She then tells me she will call me by 7pm to schedule the new appt . Of coarse they don't call . I called the next day and no answer and no call back !

Our sink had been clogged since we moved in. Our landlord kept giving us the run around. I got in contact with Allstate and they had someone here within the hr. He unclogged gave us tips and told us why it was being clogged all in 30 minutes for $185 which was quoted to me before service had even started. Allstate was a great experience. They let me pick my day and time for the faucet repair. He also corrected what a plumber from Thumbtack.com messed up. I liked the fact he wore shoe coverings all the time in my house. I highly recommend Allstate.
These people are so unprofessional, shady and condescending. They tried to extort money from me in other ways even if the home warranty decided that it was covered in the first place. They're unreliable and made it really impossible to work with, not to mention the delay and inconvenience it caused me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH THEM EVER AGAIN. YOU WILL BE OVERCHARGED!
Plumber offered to come out for free to look at the job and gave quote of $545 which involved changing out two bathtub faucets, etc as they were leaking. They ultimately sent two separate plumbers - it is questionable where they learned their skills. After the second plumber left the situation worsened from having a leaking faucet to water continuously pouring out of faucet with low to moderate pressure. I'm not looking forward to my water bill. The company agreed to refund my money.
I have used their services twice this year and am completely satisfied! They are professionals in every way. They're now my go to plumbers.
When I recently hired them to remove a pedestal sink, the plumber did it efficiently. He also helped me determine what size of new bathroom vanity and sink I could put there as the replacement.

Worked with Israel, he was very helpful, not pushy and responsive. I had an issue where the power went out and reset my system and he came out to figure it out. Would definitely choose them for my AC and humidifier needs.

Was able to get fast service on a water pressure break needed for the auto fill on my pool.
The service was great. I was able to message with the owner through yelp on Memorial Day holiday concerning a water break valve I needed to replace for my auto fill on an in ground pool.
The next day (Tuesday after the holiday) the office contacted me to set up my appointment for that afternoon because they had an opening that became available.
Krassimir, my technician, was on time, explained everything and did an excellent job on the installation of a new valve. He also explained why the previous valve failed and how the way he installed it would improve functionality for the future and prevent future failures. He was thorough and all around great at explaining everything.
Miguel from All-State replaced the water softener system under my kitchen sink in March 2022, dispatched from my home warranty company, Landmark. (I also paid another $65 for Miguel to do a pre-season AC system check, and I later found that the downstairs thermostat had disconnected wiring.) After Miguel left, I found that my garbage disposer had no power, same with the dishwasher, the plumbing under the kitchen sink was leaking, the fridge had no water, and stopped making ice. I paid another $65 for a service call, and Miguel came back, then left after 5 minutes. I later noticed a funky smell, and found the water softener canister sitting in a puddle of water, and my kitchen cupboards rotting. After another $65 for a 2nd opinion, and $65 for a 3rd opinion with the home warranty company, both technicians determined that the installation was faulty. Still no icemaker/water on the fridge, still leaking pipes, and I have 4+ months of water damage in my kitchen... All-State says it's Landmark's problem, and vice versa. July, and it's still not repaired. I wouldn't trust All-State to screw in a light bulb. Set fire to your money, and you'll be ahead.
I had new shower heads replaced after initially called for an issue with my new sinks which were fine after the technician explained the situation. The service was excellent.

I worked with Roberto for my water heater problem and eventual replacement. That guy works hard and all day! My warranty thankfully covered over half of the cost, but most importantly Roberto showed me his concerns and gave me recommendations based on his expertise,. I could tell he was an experienced professional and someone I could trust to do the job properly. The company communicated in a timely fashion and made it easy for me to coordinate appointments which I really appreciated.
I've recently dealt with this company. We were scheduled to have our leaking faucet replaced/repaired. Our schedule time was for Sat between 8-12am. The appointment was made five days in advance.
Now, here's the problem.....
I called the company, spoke to the SAME INDIVIDUAL (Lela) that made the previous appointment and she indicates that the appointment was changed for a later time (by Leslie in admin) I told her we were never given that info and she became very indignant.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! More critics will follow afterwards upon with appointment of scheduled repairs.
They did it again! Quick, professional work, replaced my garbage disposer, and connected it correctly this time, so I do not have a flooded counter every time I run a dishwasher. These guys really know what they are doing. They suggest the best solution, not the most expensive one. The execution is top-notch too.

We have used All-State Service Group for all our plumbing since we moved in October and Krassimir is such a great plumber doing the work and advising on what to look for and what can make it better. He does wonderful work and I will have him continue doing work for us..
Had a condensation leak in my HVAC. I was put on schedule for the next day but instead my tech Shaun came out the very same day. Service was excellent and I appreciated that was able to be taken care of the same day. Allstate will be my go to in the future, highly recommended! Great company!
Our Laundry room faucet needed replacememt. Allstate tech, David, arrived on time and set up his tools, and went to work soon after arriving. David did an excellent job replacing our faucet. Every thing working better than ever. He went the extra mile and was down on the floor cleaning up after the install.

My kitchen faucet started leaking underneath one day. I tried to get my Tim Allen on, and that temporary worked. As in, only turn on the sink a certain way and boom, no leak. I contacted Allstate Service Group and their response was under five minutes. Within 2 days, I got an appointment. Krassimir came by promptly and diagnosed the problem. The whole estimate took about 15 minutes. Within a half hour, I spoke to someone at their headquarters, and we set the appointment for 3 days later. This time, Rafiq came and he was also wonderful. To install, the time was about an hour.
I appreciated all the plumbers taking off their shoes in the house. It's a cultural thing, and I appreciate the respect.
The entire company was 5 star for me. Everything was prompt, job was done well, and I highly recommend this place.
I requested a quote through Yelp which rendered a couple of comparable quotes.
Unsure with what was wrong with my A/C unit, AllState was able to come the soonest (2 days from the quote day-Saturday). Miguel came by and initially assessed that the freon level was basically zero so we agreed to a fill per pound + 1hr labor. After filling, Miguel concluded that there was a restriction that was preventing the cold air from going through the system so he suggest a system flush/evaporator with nitrogen for just under $300. For less than $500 the house is cooling again. Miguel wore mask the entire time and was around for 2-3 hours to complete the job. I did phone another HVAC company when Miguel suggested a flush to fix the restriction, although the other company came in more than half of the price, I deduced the difference and another hassle to reassess the issue to ensure that the competing quote is the same as what Allstate was recommending to fix the issue.
I wouldn't hesitate to contact Allstate team for future HVAC issues that needs to be addressed.
Although I don't believe he actually checked temp difference between supply and return vents.
I had a previous poor interaction with a plumbing company I had done thousands of dollars worth of work with. The work was ok, but then they had a policy switch to where they wanted to charge me (and not apply to the work) an inspection fee. I felt this was outrageous. Their policy switch was not communicated and I refuse to pay on principle. So I needed a new plumber for a few things. I turned to Yelp with a project. At least 5 responded, but Allstate Service Group was by far the best. They helped me locate some hardware and even had the odd size toilet I needed in stock. Start to finish was less than 19 hours. The technician was friendly and professional. More important the job was done right and done quickly. I won't pay those big advertiser company costs. They're outrageous. That said, Allstate is not cheap either. It's likely in the range of fair. Considering I got premium expedited service at a fair cost, I'm happy. Invoicing is easy and tech savvy. I paid instantly through Apple Pay. Nice.
After dealing with several HVAC companies that did nothing but charge us for services that did nothing to help our issue. We then called a company that sounded great with their high priced advertising, and the technician told us that we needed a completely new unit with a cost of $$,$$$. Without giving us any other options, we felt at their mercy. Before accepting that we needed a whole new unit, we called Allstate Service Group, and Isreal came out that day. Isreal did his diagnostics and found the actual problem, which did not require a new system. Isreal has been nothing short of amazing. He is honest, reliable, and personable. He has been true to his word, and our downstairs system is now working as good as ever at a fraction of what the other companies were quoting. Thank you Isreal and Allstate Service Group for your help!
I have not used this company yet because I ended up finding out what my water issue was. But I plan on using them next time I have any plumbing issues. They are VERY responsive and gave me a reasonable price for coming out for an emergency fix. I didn't use them in the end because I solved my own issues. But they are amazing and I can't say enough how amazingly responsive and reasonable they are. Call or message them now!!!

Last night 02/27/20 I noticed I had no hot water, put in a work order at 23:00(11pm) for someone to come take a look at what was going on.
Received a call from AllState service group today 02/28/20 at 8am today and of course I was asleep lol
Called me back just to find out they had an appt for me between 1500-1900(3-7pm)
They called me at around 12:52pm to lmk service tech was ahead of schedule and wanted to come by early if possible(of course YES) I said! He arrived 25 min later.
Vladimir was his name, really nice friendly guy, came in and noticed right away what the problem was, an internal water leak, unit has to be replaced(I was thinking oh well no hot water til Monday at least... ugh)
To my surprise Vladimir made some phone calls talked to some people and few min later said if I get approved I'll be back still TODAY! I was like whaaaaaaat? Really? He said if not today I'll be back tomorrow. I was like damn this guy is on the money
He left and said I'll be in touch, just waiting approval from the warranty company.
In the course of the next 45 min I got a text from his company saying he'd be arriving in 30 min I couldn't believe it yet was pleasantly surprised to see such text message.
28 min later Vladimir arrives with a brand new water heater
Man I can't thank this man enough! We engaged into a nice conversation, what a great guy he is! And on top of all I said guy came back same day and did it right giving us hot water as we didn't have any.

Our water heater was leaking and Allstate came out to check to see what the problem was. Rafiq was our tech and informed us that the unit needed to be replaced and why it was leaking. He gave us an accurate timeline as to when the work would be done. He was extremely professional and very neat with with the removal and install. He also went through the process of how to drain the unit to increase its life span. He was very detailed with his instructions and made sure I completely understood the process. I would highly recommend this company.
We had a problem with our water cut off valve to the toilet. We contacted Allstate service group and they came out that same day per our request. They were on time, reasonable, and did a very good job. I myself, will contact them again with any other problem.
This company is a rip off- they came out in January when my toilet flooded the entire secondary bathroom and water went through the walls. They arrived and said that since it wasn't currently flooding there was nothing for them to do. They said I should have taken video of the flood so they could know that it flooded, even tho the rep that arrived acknowledge by looking at the baseboards and walls that there had been a severe leak in the last day. They said they would leave the file in an open order and call them when there is an issue with the same toilet and they would fix it. So i called them today a the toilet has an issue and they said too much time has passed by (a few weeks) and that I need to call the warranty company again.
This company has very low integrity and I would not recommend them at all.

I used this company this evening who was recommended by my Home Warranty and the star they get is that I was able to get a next day appointment. The girl on the phone seemed so tired as she kept yawning into the phone and then when asked two questions she huffed over the phone as if she was just going to make the appointment and be done. You can't be done when a new customer has a question or two. She was not polite and came across as if I was taking too much of her time. At this point, I just hoped that the guy she said was coming would show up.
Today, my appointment was 3-7pm (which is an awful time but thankful as I stated above). I called at 3:15pm asking where approximately I am on Rasiq schedule and the girl (not the one that initially made the appointment as whom I spoked today too seemed nice and helpful) informed me expect for him to arrive around 5pm; he did call 30-minutes out and was here at 5:47pm. He came to the door in only a company shirt with no tools, no tool bag, no work papers, no flashlight especially-- nothing. Why? If you are here to assess the situation by trying to fix the leak why wouldn't you bring anything with you to do a job you are telling me you are going to do-- very unprepared. He did take off his shoes at the door but the office said he would come prepared with shoe coverings and a mask, he had nothing; I wore a mask to be safe. He was sniffling and certain points during the assessment he appeared tired and off his game-- getting over being sick or coming down with something and still he was sent out to my property? They should of rescheduled me or squeezed me into another plumbers schedule.
I informed him that the plastic nut/bolt that holds the white piping in place is potentially leaking, not a lot say 2 maybe 3T, if that. I stood next to him but not to overcrowd either just in case he needed to show me what the issue is. This is where it gets weird. Keep in mind, before I said only 2 to maybe 3 tablespoons of water would leak over several hours and being a plumber he gets out his cell phone flashlight and its dull-- again, not prepared. I got him a brighter flashlight so he could see and make his observations more clear. He then turned the faucet on full blast and proceed to look for a drip around the fitting and piping and while this sounds okay the next part is very concerning. I gave him more space because he wasn't talking at this point and he didn't show me anything so I backed up further and then waves of water poured out from under the sink cabinet and onto my hardwood floors (which can't take standing water at all or sitting water for more than a few seconds) until I jumped up and leaped over the counter I was like woah, what happened? This caused me to question him to who he says he is. I rushed to get towels but once partical board gets wet its impossible to put back new-- needs replaced--- no mention of doing that. He should've run the water slower to check under the sink. Then turned the water off to fix the leak but you don't do that while water is coming out full force which is what he did. If he is supposedly here (as he repeats) to fix a leak with tools he didn't bring he should of stopped at this point and gone back to the office to pick up his tools.
After the water was cleaned up I asked why did that happen? I said just yesterday it was a slow drip and all of sudden I have a small pond in my kitchen. He told me he hit something causing it to give way... I'm like no! I'm questioning the integrity of him as a trained plumber vs a quack. Sounds like a con-artist company to me but I let him finish to get all the facts before calling back my warranty company and having them look into him and the company as a whole. On their website it says they handle warranty companies all the time-- doubtful. He told me that even though I already paid my service fee to have a tech come out that it's my job to get a new faucet as its not his job-- really? I have worked with many techs in the past and when it is a faulty part no matter what part it's the techs responsibility to order the part and then call the homeowner once its in to schedule service. My home owners insurance company confirmed that to be true. He told me that it is very common to have faucets go at 8-years because this is how companies get customers back to pay more in turn they make more money. I went on the faucet website the one in my kitchen currently and I read to him. Faucets like this are to last between 15-20 years so, how do you explain the 8-years I got-- no comment. He then said once I get the new faucet call the office to schedule service and if I am able I will come to install it. I asked him point blank do you know how to install a fixture and fix everything back to the way it was? He looked at me as if I didn't know he could do what he said he could do. You and your company are not welcome back.
One of our air conditioning units stopped working (upstairs unit). Our bedrooms are all on the second level. We woke up to a very warm bedroom that's when I noticed warm air coming from the ceiling vent. I went outside and noticed the upstairs unit A/C fan was not moving.
I called All-State around 10am and they had a tech at my house by 2:30. He install a new motor in less than an hour and we were back in business. Thank God for great service, no fun living in Vegas in the summer without air, thank you Allstate!

Allstate is Professional. Client Focused. Honest Reliable. Great Communication.
I was texted that the technician was on his way. When he arrived he checked the units and found out that it was mis-wired. Apparently my home inspection didn't do a good job and missed this. Ruslan, the technician was very considerate and removed his shoes whenever he came inside the house. He re-wired the unit and checked to make sure both the heating and cooling worked.
I bought a house in SW Las Vegas back in August 2020 and the house did not have a BBQ Island so that was first on my list for improvements. I talked to a couple specialized BBQ contractors and one was just too busy and was very upfront that they would not be able to get started on my project for up to 6 months. I then reached out to BBQ Concepts and they came out same day and sounded really good. 3 weeks later waiting for just the estimate I called BBQ Concepts and the owner said he was sorry and could not even get the time to put together an estimate after wasting my time.
Next step I searched general contractors in the area being very skeptical at this point with my current experience. I read many reviews and liked all that I was reading about Allstate Services Group. I sent them an email from YELP and Natasha responded very soon after. They set up an appointment to look at the work that needed to be done and had an automated reminder system that kept me informed. Michael ended up showing up right on time and was able to give me an estimate within 24 hours. These guys do not specialize in BBQ Islands but do all types of construction.
The price was very reasonable and all their communication was perfect. We hired them to do the work and from day one they showed up on time and the days they said they would be there. They performed excellent workmanship and wonderful communications throughout the project. Now these guys are also REALLY BUSY just like the rest, but that did not slow them down in getting to my job and getting it done in a timely manner. It was very obvious to me that they just ran a very good company and actually care about their customers and potential new customers.
I strongly recommend them for any construction needs. I have restored faith in contractors (at least some haha)

Allstate Service Group did an excellent job installing my brand new faucet. I live in an old
Apartment complex and the faucets in the bathroom was old and metal peeling. I've been requesting for maintenance to replace the faucet. Never got it replaced so I decided to buy one at the Home Depot.

My garbage disposal was cracked and leaking and had to be replaced. Allstate Service was very efficient and installed a new one on just one visit after determining the problem. Rip off company. If I could give this company a 0 star I would. We went thru our home warranty company for an upstairs leaking toilet into our garage. The plumber walked into our garage, looked up and said I cannot touch this without authorization told my husband he was calling the office and then just drive off!
No one from All State Plumbing called us to tell us anything. My husband ended up doing the work himself. We couldn't let water just keep leaking.
Today a week later we received a phone call from the company stating the plumber said he needed to modify a flange...WITHOUT SEEING ANYTHING?? Are you kidding me? LIAR! He had no idea of the issue. We would like our service fee refunded. A complete waste of time, money. Would you as a homeowner leave a plumbing issue leaking for 2 weeks????
We will be sure not to promote this company within our circle of friends and family.

I got several quotes, and chose Allstate. I liked the upfront cost breakdown, professionalism, and extended warranty option. Their work was quickly completed and passed city inspection.
Called Allstate with our shower related plumbing needs and they responded quickly and sent an experienced pro out quickly. The issue was targeted and repaired quickly and professionally.
I highly recommend the use of Allstate!!
Air conditioning was not cooling the upstairs. The company sent a technician who changed out parts to see what was wrong. Finally had to replace the motor. I found the service good, friendly and competent and that's all I can ask of a company.
Thank goodness for the Allstate Service Group! We ran into some trouble with our sinks and needed to get them replaced ASAP. Out of all the estimates we received on Yelp, the Allstate Service Group not only provided the quickest reply, but they also provided lowest estimate for installing two new faucets.
Alex even responded to our estimate inquiry AFTER hours and helped us find the perfect faucet replacement. The very next day, our technician Krassimir came to the rescue!
Krassimir is an amazing tech, and was so helpful! He showed us the parts he replaced. He was also very thorough, quick and professional. Our kitchen faucet, water faucet and air gap needed to be replaced.
Allstate Service Group was above the competition in all aspects.
Not only were they the first to respond and provide an estimate through the pictures I sent on yelp, but they were also the best price.
I purchased all the replacement parts myself as I was quoted by other companies for well over twice the price I was seeing from buying the products online or at Home Depot.
After sending a picture of my current setup and the replacement parts, I was scheduled for work completion next day and the total was exactly what I was quoted for.
I will be sure to utilize ASG for my future plumbing needs!

This review has a fairly happy ending. We had a blockage in our washing machine line. Allstate Service Group came out and busted through the blockage for $165 and a guarantee. However, the blockage was thick enough that it sealed back up and we needed Allstate to come back in and properly auger out the entire blockage. (Not hard since it is on a two inch line and only twenty something feet away from the clean-out.) However, Allstate instead suggested a much more expensive solution, hydro-jetting. This would not have been a good solution since, 1 - It wasn't necessary, 2 - It wouldn't work because of the unresolved blockage (the jetted water would come back up into the drain and overflow. Naturally, weren't super happy.
But, here's the happy ending...Allstate reached out and offered to make things right. Thanks Allstate Service Group.

Vladimir came to my house to check my new water heater. He had installed it about 9 months ago. The original hot
water heater was defective. Vladimir was the only serviceman who came to the house who took the time to inspect everything and get to the root of the problem with the original water heater. The hot water heater was replaced after being in the house only 10 months. It truly was a lemon. Vladimir put in my new water heater and did an excellent job, he made sure everything was in order and functioning correctly. I had been away and when I returned home I didn't have any hot water. Vladimir at All State plumbing came to my house, checked all the pipes and got the pilot light working again.
He has a good work ethic, wants to do his best, and takes the time to check everything. You won't be disappointed!

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!! Our 11 year old water heater decided to give out late on a Sunday evening. Allstate Service Group was the first company to respond back to my quote request. After answering all of my questions and taking a look at the pics that I took of my water heater (model, serial number, etc), ALEX was able to give me an exact price estimate for the water heater replacement and everything involved (including the warranty) with detailed breakdown. His price quote for everything involved was extremely reasonable and was the best quote that we received among the other plumbing companies that we looked into.
Initially, they wouldn't be able to see us until early Wednesday morning, but ASHLEY of customer service was able to fit us in the very next day, which we greatly appreciated.
The water heater replacement went without a hitch and was completed by KRASSIMIR, who did a fine job. Thankfully he found no additional issues or problems other than a broken water heater and gave us tips on how to better maintain it to make it last longer.
Alex and the entire Allstate Service Group made the whole experience painless, easy, and very affordable. Great communication and customer service on their part. I am 100% blown away! Upon leaving my last review, I was immediately contacted by Alexander the owner. He assured me that my experience was not typical of their company, and that he does not run that kind of business. To back up that claim, he personally refunded me the $99 I paid my Home Warranty Company!!! This is unheard of when dealing with any other contractor. It was a dark summer to have our AC go out. We found Allstate through our home warranty company. It was a perfect storm of heat, sweat, and frustration.
When I went to visit and ask some questions- I was immediately greeted by the ray of sunshine that is Meghan Fox. I am not sure I have her actual title, but she seems to know what's going on in every department there. I walked in on her lunch break and she immediately stopped what she was doing to help me out.
There were communications problems on behalf of the warranty company and so she and I were actively trying to reach them. I know that she worked very hard to get me answers and help me when I needed it. She took care of me while we we were trying to reach the home warranty company. She was on hold for hours and hours trying to help me and was with me every step of the way once I was approved to work with Allstate.
Meghan kept me updated and followed up with me every step of the way. Her availability and her consistent follow up was refreshing and well appreciated and I grateful I met her.
The technicians she sent were knowledgeable and helpful and did everything they could during the heatwave to help us out. They got the job done and fixed our Ac, for which we are thankful.
As a stickler for good customer service - I was overjoyed to meet Meghan and will definitely use Allstate again due to the care Meghan and her crew took to help us out!
Devid Sedoplatov from Allstate Service was the plumber sent to our location. He was in a rush to leave from the moment he arrived. Very impatient and rude. He claimed he had been waiting HOURS for payment when he had only been at location 55 minutes before he sent last invoice and waited 5 minutes for it to process. The drawer he removed to get to plumbing in restroom was not replaced back properly by him. He is not a personable person and should never work with actual people.
Replaced a sewer line for me. Went to them for a 2nd quote. Can back cheaper and with more detail than the previous quote. They answered all my random questions for about two weeks until I was able to actually schedule the repair. Everyone was super helpful and patient. Krassimir was awesome. Explained what he needed to do and where the process we were. He was fast and professional and friendly.

Shaun was here on time as promised. Extremely nice & professional. He completed the job in the time frame promised. I love the tracking text message they send you, very helpful time management tool.
The valve from outlet box for refrigerator had a leak, I had home warranty , called them and after I was done with the call, received a call from Allstate, technician came next day and had to order a part also get another approval from home warranty, following day he came back and replaced the valve.
They are great, I know working with home warranty is a Hassall for most companies to deal with, Allstate is set up in a very efficient way and they do their best to resolve your problem.
The tecnician was courteous so the people that called me.

Allstate was sent by my home warranty company and Steve knocked it out of the park. Everything was explained, he came out on Saturday and had to return on Monday (the Holiday!) to finish, at no fault of his. Sweet, knowledgeable and professional.
All-State will be my Go-To HVAC Company now for anything, even not on warranty!
All State was hired after getting a few estimates. They were friendly and fast in doing the work and had the best price for my job.
Really pleased with the service from Allstate Service Group. I do not have insurance or warranty with them; I had just bought a new house and needed a water softener & reverse osmosis system installed so I paid out of pocket. They completed the job, arrived on time, and were professional, all at a better price than other companies on Yelp I was also getting quotes from.
I'm sure you all are looking for an update after that catastrophe.
Needless to say, after my lengthy comment, it appears as though I finally touched some heart strings.
The owner did reach out and apologized for the issues.
I was able to get my water heater replaced.
The owner blamed alot of the mishaps on the supplier. Regardless, customer service starts with the office!
I am thankful for his apology and finally replacing it despite them saying they had to use a heater of their own as the supplier supposedly didn't have it.
I do appreciate the kindness of the owner and pray his customer service skills trickle down to his staff.

My aging water heater was starting to leak and needed replaced. I spent several days going over multiple plumbing repair companies reviews. I received several responses to my project and one of the best was Allstate Service Group. They were prompt in responding to my request. They were able to provide a very detailed estimate on the repair including a parts break down and labor. I requested a Bradford White heater based on reviews on line. This was my personal choice.
My technician was Krassimir. He arrived in the appointment window and was very courteous. I have worked in the building trades myself and I can recognize someone with experience. Krassimir is a very experienced technician. He was very thorough and methodical in his work. I had large water heater and I was concerned how he would manage moving such a large water heater, but he had all the tools an equipment to do the job. He proceeded to remove the old water heater and keep his work area clean as he continued to work.
When he finally removed the old water heater he noticed the unit had leaked and the stand had old drywall that had water damage and he proceeded to remove it. He cleaned it to down to the plywood base and also cleaned it to make sure he had a stable platform to put the new water heater. I had some plywood and we cut a new piece to put on the old plywood stand to get a strong and clean base. The stand was the original one that was built with the house more than ten years ago. The water heater was also the original one when the house was built.
He completed installing the new water heater and was very careful to make sure the drain pain was in place and not bent. New connections were installed and the unit was tested.
I was very impressed with how concerned he was to make sure everything was done in a neat professional manner. I have read many good and bad reviews on worksmanship from many contractors. Some may be warranted but some are just some hard to please customers. Hi would highly recommend using Allstate Service Group to for anyone who needs plumbing repairs. My experience was very positive and I know good work when I see it. Everything is up to code and I am very satisfied.
Allstate did a great job. Called them after getting a quote from another company that seemed rather high.
Krassimar from Allstate arrived on time and went over what was needed on a leaking faucet. He said the faucet would need replacing as it was severely calcified. I figured the other bathroom faucet would need to be done to match the other. He came back after the weekend and I purchased new faucets. He replaced both for less than what the other company wanted for one. Highly recommend them and Krassimar. I will use them for any future plumbing needs.
Our home warranty company arranged for Allstate Group to service our AC that was out . We were having temps in the 115 range, and I assume that we weren't the only people having problems.
Steven, the technician arrived the next day. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He properly diagnosed the problem, that was electrical in nature. He got the unit up and running, and told me that a 110 receptacle needed to be replaced.
My electrician came over the following day, replaced the receptacle and is rerouting the attic fan circuit to prevent future overloads.
I will definitely use Allstate in the future, but I hope that I don't have to.

The gentleman put our new water heater in. He took the old tank and dropped the rusty water in our garage and the driveway. He then dumped the rest of the rusty water in the street. In the morning someone from our HOA came and notified us that we had to remove the rusty water or get fined. I called your office the girl was not helpful. My daughter and I on our hand and knees to scrub the rust in 105 degree temperature. I'm so upset about this problem. We even had to clean the street. WHAT A MESS.

These guys will come out and jack the price up. They wanted to charge me more money to replace my faucet because I had an RO underneath my kitchen sink. I asked , how much more? And they could not tell me until they checked with their office. I didn't want to wait any longer so I called another plumbing company; they told me that having an RO underneath the sink is no problem at all - no need to remove it, they could just work around it. Allstate Plumbing just wasted my time, I will never have them back again.
My bathroom flooded in the late evening. Alex from Allstate was the only company to respond to my request for a quote within minutes of my request. I got several responses in the morning, but was so grateful that Alex responded so quickly that I decided to go with his company and I'm so glad I did. He was able to set up an appointment for me the next day! Krassimir came out to my house and was very professional and thorough in his diagnosis of the problem. He solved the problem and insisted on putting in washers at the base of the toilet even though that had nothing to do with the flooding. And the best part was the price....it was more than fair!!! I will definitely be using Allstate for all future plumbing issues.

Your technician Miguel was efficient, courteous, and fixed the problem in little time, good job.
I had two service requests from Allstate Service Group LLC. One for an Electrical problem, and one for a plumbing problem. First the electrician comes out. I overloaded an outlet. So it tripped the breakers. Thing is I checked the breakers and nothing was tripped at the time. It tripped later. No clue why. So while I was trouble shooting, I went around the house to check all the GFI's. I get to the bathroom and push the reset button and it pops off and then all the bathroom lights go out as well as half the house from me overloading an outlet. I call my warranty company for a repair person to come out. They use Allstate Service Group. Guy shows up. Takes pics in my garage of the machine that overloaded my outlet. He goes out to my breaker box and by then the breaker was tripped. Stupid me. But then I tell him the GFI in the bathroom broke. The outlet itself broke. He comes in and tells me that fixing that will not stop the outlet outside in the garage. That they were all connected. I show him the whole house is on after he flipped the breaker switch. But the bathroom still isn't. Meaning it's not connected. He still disagreed. The GFI itself was broken. Nothing more. He had one in his truck. 10 minutes to fix. Nope. He said the warranty company won't approve of it because he told them it's because of the power surge I had from using the machine in the garage. So the warranty company said they don't cover power surges. No problem. Except it wasn't connected to the power surge at all! The GFI broke! He leaves and leaves my family without electricity in the bathroom. I call Allstate to complain about the guy and his diagnosis. They said they'll call me back. I call the warranty company to complain about the guy and while I'm on the phone with the warranty company, Allstate calls in. I merge the calls. Now we're all on the phone. Ashley in the Allstate office is the company's only saving grace. She genuinely wanted to help me out and fix the situation. I explain all of this. The warranty company is getting smart on the situation and offered to send another company for a second opinion. I agree and I tell Ashley when the second company comes by and notes that it's not connected in any way to the garage, I'm going to take a picture of his notes on his work order sheet and post it with my review of Allstate, since they dropped the ball so bad on my job. Ashley, love her, brings a Karina on the phone. Not a pleasant person. Was irritated at my complaint. Begrudgingly offers to send another tech over to replace my GFI for free. Pissy or not, I thought that was nice. So a few days later, now five days out from having no electricity in my bathroom, a tech comes over. But he's from Omega Electric! He's not even a part of Allstate Service Group! They sub out their work as they can't keep techs! My original repair guy that started all this was supposedly on his first day on the job with Allstate. Hope it was his last. Dude needs another career. The Omega tech was very nice an knowledgeable. Said that the bathroom was in no way connected to the garage outlets. Go figure. He's in and out in 10 minutes. All this could've been handled in 10 minutes! 5 days without electricity in my primary bathroom! Again, it was free, and I appreciate it. They just left me hanging for 5 days for no reason. The one star is for Ashley. It gets better. The next day I had a plumbing issue. Guess who gets the work order. Stay Tuned for the next review. Update. Alex, the owner emailed me personally after I left this review. He apologized up and down and he was clearly concerned by the way my work order was handled. He asked me to call him. Long story short, he had his senior tech, ISreal, come out to my house that very day, and replace my RO faucet. ISreal was awesome. When he left you didn't even know he was there. He cleaned up everything. He was the best. And Alex did it for free. As bad of a situation as I had with the company, Alex really came through for me. And I never even asked for that. He went above and beyond and I'm grateful and appreciative. It ended up being a great transaction. After all this, I'd definitely use them again.

Allstate did an awesome job installing a great water softener and reverse osmosis system at a good price. I had researched and researched many options and decided they were the best value and quality.
Then, I had issues with sediment in 1 year old water heater (I just moved into this house, so the issues were new to me). They came out and worked on it and took great care of us. I am so thankful for the job they did!
Quick response on initial inquiry, had a tech out the following day, showed up inside timeframe, diagnosed the issue, and then provided a solution. Not sure what else you would want from a service.
The water in our master shower would not turn off, the valve broke. The Allstate plumber arrived within the indicated window and repaired the shower valve quickly.
Our plumbing had a catastrophic failure and I had to shut the water supply off. We have Home Warranty coverage, and they selected a plumbing company which didn't contact us. Called them several times with no response. Water was off to entire house for nearly a day. Called warranty company and they set up Allstate. Allstate came and fixed in no time. No photo at this time but good clean work.

I received multiple bids on Yelp and went with Allstate. Price was very reasonable. Made the appointment and the guy showed up within the time window and advance notice so I didn't have to just sit and wait. I had an old sink and disposal replaced with a new industrial style and it turned out amazing. This is for our rental but I am so happy with it I am buying another one for my own house and I will definitely have Allstate do that install for me as well.

Ruslan was an incredibly nice and professional technician. I own an HVAC company back in Indiana and would dream to have all my techs be just like him. He was there to fix a botched job by another company and did it all in no time at all. We are extremely happy with him.

I requested a quote here in Yelp, they responded within minutes. The company offered to send a technician and did a good job of replacing the tube see the pic.
The only thing I could say is their service is very expensive. If you are willing to pay a higher service for replacing a leak tube - which: I open the wall for the tech to see and he added a more opening - they did not close the opening - they just cut more on the side and leave it as you have seen below for a price of $250.

I got a water heater replaced by Allstate Service Group, they reached out about ten minutes after I messaged them on Yelp and took care of it the next day. They did great work and made sure everything is up to code. I'd use them again for any services they offer.
We had a very pleasant interaction from beginning to end with Allstate Service Group.
We needed a vanity sink installed, most companies wanted to come over to do an estimate, they made it simple and affordable.

I'm so impressed!!! I was having $400 water bills and thought it would run me several hundred $ to fix a main line leak. I requested Allstate come out for an estimate since they had a bunch of great yelp reviews. The tech that came out was very experienced and professional. He diagnosed the issue was with my irrigation unit (not the main line). Showed me where and provided additional validation and explanation. No charge! - $0.00 I felt it was as like my master plumber uncle came over to take care of me. Landscape folks will fix and cost me little $.
I could tell when I called this place that they were going to be good. The lady on the phone was knowledgeable and took about 1 minute to get the right person with the right experience out, and he was out in less that an hour. I felt like they really wanted to help me out.
The reviews here are accurate and I'll call back next time I need plumbing service. The Tech had to have been a Master Plumber... I'm a happy camper :)

We had Allstate put the toilet in through Lowe's installation service so we did not choose them but if I could, I would.
My water heater went out suddenly, and Allstate Service group was quick to respond to my Yelp request (to a few different businesses) for a quote.
Given this happened during the Coronavirus pandemic, I'll share that all of the companies I reached out to offered to come and quote in person for free. Allstate also offered to quote via Yelp messages (I was surprised the other 5 businesses didn't offer this). I sent them a few pics and told them what happened, they had a quote back to me within 5 minutes. They even looked up the old water heater to find it was still under manufacturers warranty, which brought the cost down significantly. There was no pressure during the quote/messaging process.
The Allstate team really has communication down. They were helpful with all of my questions before starting the work. The tech who performed the service was professional and polite. Their office team even sent text confirmations once scheduled, when the tech was on the way to my home, and a follow up once the works was done.
They pulled the permit and sent me the details to schedule the inspection with the city. City came a few days later and confirmed the work was done perfectly.
I'll add Allstate was competitively priced (not the lowest but definitely not overpriced). I ended up choosing them as they seemed more professional, knowledgeable, and friendly than any other company I worked with to quote my job. I'm very happy with the service I received. 5/5 would recommend.
Had my evaporator coil replaced thru my home warranty provider, they used Allstate Service Group to do the installation. Our furnace wasn't working/coming on at all. Allstate Service Group sent a very competent technician out to diagnose the issue. Great customer service and far reliable work was completed on the first visit. The technician explained everything to me twice so I understood where the issue lies. I was happy to have them out And will call them again. Recommend to family And friends.
COVID lockdown interrupted our bathroom remodel, and we had originally planned on doing our tile flooring ourselves, and but found ourselves pressed for time and no ability to get all the material we needed. Allstate Service Group answered our request for estimate from Angie's List, and within a week Michael was out to see what we needed. Not only did he give us a quote for our tiling, but was honest that they had a minimum charge, and what else did we need done? In truth we needed drywall work and painting, and Allstate was able to roll all of it into their fee.
We went from no floor, holes in the wall, and mismatched colors to brand new tile, not being able to tell where the patches in the wall were, and fully painted in three days, including new baseboards and swapping out a toilet. Lest anyone think it was perfect, we actually had a bit of a miscommunication regarding the transition between the tile and the carpet, but no less than 3 people were on top of it, calling us to go over options and getting it replaced before ever asking for the balance due.
I would absolutely recommend them for their promptness, attention to detail, follow through, and generally being really great about cleaning up after themselves.

What a great company! From the beginning when I was messaging to businesses to get a quote to fix our leaky faucet, Alex responded very promptly to every question I had and I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. He even gave a few suggestions to help save money. A couple other businesses stated that there was a fee for them to evaluate and then they'll adjust the price if we go with them. Not with Allstate!
Our technician was Abel, who came with a mask on in and had booties to cover his shoes. He was quick and so polite and explained everything he did. Very impressed with their customer service!

Our disposal system needed replacing . I reached out one day , it could've been same day service but we were expecting to wait so we weren't home. They came next day at the estimated time we requested. The quoted price was $350 and the total after the service was $350. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was referred to this company by the manufacturer of my tankless water heater. It turned out to be a great referral. Roberto arrived in a timely fashion (I really appreciate the app which allows you to know the service person is on their way and allows you to see how far they are). I was assigned a service date the next day and they gave a 4 hour service window. The next day they were actually early!! ( usually you wind up waiting around forever if they show up at all.) They fixed the problem with our heating system immediately. The tech. was very courteous and knowledgeable.

AllState gave me a huge sigh of relief after dealing with them in a situation I could not physically be there for. I was notified once the plumber was on his way, with a map tracking much like Uber. The plumber Robert was then in contact right away and communicated perfectly throughout the consultation so I understood what was needed or not.
Once the job was known, a easy payment was completed over the phone with their head office.
Very pleased and will definitely use them again.
We had an emergency on a Sunday evening our mainline was flooding in through our toilet, it was a horrible mess. I sent out a Yelp request for help and Allstate responded right away! They had Louie there from N. Las Vegas within 1 1/2 hrs from my original call for help! Louie was here for over an hour and had to clear the main line going over 75 feet and clear the toilets and took apart the sink and deal th with the drain from the washing machine which is what caused the back up.
The bill was very reasonable!
I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone!
Impressed with how quickly they responded to my yelp request and was able to schedule my appointment to replace my kitchen faucet. They even offered a faucet for me to purchase through them.. this saved me so much time from having to go to the home improvement store to pick one out. On the day of the appointment I received a text when Vladimir our tech would show. I already appreciated the fact that he was on time, wearing a face mask, and politely asked if he we would like him to wear shoe covering when entering our home. He finished the install quickly and thoroughly. Took all the trash out with him and cleaned up after the job. I will definitely be using this company in the future for all of our home needs!
I just moved into a totally remodeled home. Today the sewer backed up under both toilets and the bathtub. It's a disaster! Allstate sent an incredible plumber whose expertise and knowledge enabled him to clear a serious blockage. It is a mess in the house as sewer water spread in every direction. Allstate sent a restoration crew that is currently removing flooring, carpet, etc. I am impressed with the quick response and service from Allstate. Used Allstate service for plumbing work on my newly purchased older home. Toilets replaced and sink replumbing. Well, Allstate was first to respond to my yelp request and actually gave quotes. Other plumbers responded with we can send someone out. I had to push the others just to get a price for a standard toilet install.
They sent Roberto. He got right down to business,assessed my situation and let me know of any possible issues that may come up before even starting. Well he banged out the job in no time and the price was as quoted. Hire another company if you want a song and dance, smiling salesman plumber who charges you twice as much. My ac went out august 28. Which also happened to be one of the hottest days of the year. I reached out to several HVAC companies, but their prices are crazyyyy, despite of the crisis.. i came across allstate service group and decided to give me a call. Im very happy that i did reached out to them. I explained the situation and olga (owners wife) they will diagnose the issue and provide me with an estimate. Their employees arrive as schedules, diagnose the issue, clearly explained what needed to be done and provided me with an reasonable estimate. We scheduled a date for repairs and i was surprise, they do it sooo quick, with perfection and respect to other people. Our ac is working again, and it saved us money.

People I talked to said they should have welded the new pipe with the old pipe rather than holding them together with a piece of flexible metal. The way they did it the bathtub spout could leak into the wall. They got the job by giving a cheaper bid, but he took advantage of my ignorance and did not do it the correct way.

Arrived on time. Got a text while he was on his way. Got a text when arrived. Friendly with a sense of humor which is nice right now. And professional.
And showed up with his mask.
The AllState Service Group was recommended by Las Vegas Restoration Co after I had a bathroom pipe leak which caused water damage about 18 up from the floor in 2 bedrooms, hallway, and 1 bath. They came out quickly and then they sent the estimate to the insurance company. I had to sign an agreement that stated I would only give the work to them otherwise I would be charged $250 or 25% of the job. (10K job). The contract that I signed also said I was required to put 50% down and give them the remaining 50% when they completed the job.
10 days later, 5/19/2020, they sent one man out who did all of the drywall, paint, and texture. He finished on 5/20/2020. No other work was completed. Later Teya, the claim handler/customer advocate, called and told me that I was now required to pay the 100% before they would do any more work. I explained that the contract said 50% up front and the was due upon completion of the project. She explained that they are now asking for 100%. I said I would not give them the entire amount, but I would give them the 50% they should have collected at the commencement of the job.
Later the same day, Art, the construction manager, called and said that they had changed their policy because of COVID19, and I was required to give them 100% or they would not come back. I explained again that my written contract says 50% now and 50% when finished. He said it didn't matter. So he sent me a bill for $3988.31 for drywall and paint, which is almost half of the job, and said I had 14 days to pay. We are talking drywall and paint for 2' high x 50' of the length of the walls !!! Outrageous!!! The actual bill (10K)was for drywall and paint the repair, not the whole room, new moldings in all 3 rooms, door jams and trim moldings as well as carpet, laminate flooring, and new vanity in the bathroom. Very disappointed with the lack of integrity I was shown during this experience. I will be reaching out to the BBB and Nevada State Contractors Board about my concerns and breach of contract.

This place is fantastic until it comes to fixing a mistake they made. We had massive floor reconstruction in our condo in November of 2021. We praised at how wonderful we thought the team was and recommended them to family members. Since February, our floor boards have been coming up in between the seams of the planks. If you catch your foot, it is painful and will most certainly cause a wound if going fast enough. We have a 7 year old daughter, so the likelyhood of something like this happening is high. We have called exactly 5 times in three weeks trying to get somebody out here to at least look at the issue. We have spoken to Tia and Gizelle. We've had assurances that we will get a call back, that somebody will come out on a day between a certain time, etc. We have yet to get a callback. Nobody has shown up to our place to address our concern. This is absolutely ridiculous. This place is great until they have to take accountability for a mistake. We overlooked multiple unprofessional incidents with their employees during the reconstruction process, including an employee having a massive bowel movement in our bathroom and leaving fecal matter on our toilet seat because everybody was polite and the job was getting done. Now, we're left hanging with a half hearted job and possibility of an injury.

If I could give Zero stars I would. There are many plumbers in Las Vegas and I would use any of them instead of this company.
Made an appointment. They called back to cancel and hour before coming. Associates do not return phone calls when they say they will. Technician arrived rude and on the phone. Said they have to special order parts when Lowe's had it right up the street. Came back next day and said they can't fix the toilet because they don't know how to work on that toilet type.
I wasted 2 days. Don't waste your time on this company
They replaced my garbage disposal through my Home Guard warranty insurance but after 35 days it stopped working. Home guard refused to honor the 35 day work guarantee and wants me to pay the deductible again for the same job. I called Allstate directly, the tech was in and out in 30 mins and best of all they replaced it free of charge. I highly recommend this company because they stand by their work.
Called for them to give me an estimate on a gas line for a BBQ. Completely different but shortly after my call, we noticed a leak coming from the attic. Called them again and they dispatched Steve in just a couple of hours.
He found the issue was the coil had frozen quicklyand explained what was needed to get it done.
I was pleased with the timely manner that it took them to respond. I appreciate Francisco's professionalism, focus and getting my shower to have hot water. I'm so happy to have found a reputable plumbing company. I'm going to call them again.

Professional operation from work inquiry/estimate response to scheduling to work completion. Cost estimate was in the middle of those I received. I like they gave an estimate on the work I wanted done via text without having to spend $$$ on a service call. Plumbing Technician Krassimir arrived as scheduled, diligently completed the work and checked for leaks, and cleaned up the work areas before leaving. Work was completed at the estimate cost...no add-on surprises. I had a really good experience with this company and would certainly recommend them.
Had a leak from the meter at the street to the house. I'd consider a big job. Communication went great. The schedule was kept and went smoothly. No surprises or hidden charges. Cleaned up when they were done. Very pleased & would use again.
My AC went out and I contacted my warranty company. Allstate was able to schedule a technician as quickly as possible. Definitely happy that no additional out pocket cost were needed and my AC is running well!

My home warranty assigned the company to repair my A/C due to a bad compressor. I had 2 companies previously come to provide a quote for the work. They told me I need to get a whole new system and the quote just to replace the compressor was around $3K. When AllState was assigned to me, they sent Donald. Donald is very friendly, very knowledgeable and keeps it real. He understands being a consumer. It only took 4-5 days from time of inspection to time of repair. The company provided me an email and text message advising the technician is on the way. Donald arrived early and started getting to work. He showed me what he will be repairing.
I wouldn't want to go to any other company and I would only want Donald working on my unit.

I had a nasty plumbing situation on a Saturday afternoon, and I looked around Yelp for some help. Allstate provided a quote right away and scheduled a visit. The technician arrived and took care of the situation and now we're back in business. No complaints.

i reached them from home warranty company. they sent a guy. he just took a picture and left the house. i tried to talk with him and try to learn problem. he didnt even answer any of my question. he left.i left 2 stars to him, company called me and asked me what happened. i explained. i didnt hear anything from company, i called next day and they said they didnt hear anything from home warranty. i called home warranty and they said they didnt make any report. after they scheduled him again. he showed up and he started to curse on me in my house. he tried to hit me. then my roommate came down. he called police. he was still trying to fight with me. when i told him police is on the way, he escaped. i called to compay and explained everything. they didnt even care. just really dangerous employees. if you guys are working with them, make sure your family is safe. i made police report, if something happens, im ready to sue them

He analyzed the problem of the mystery drips & came up with creative solutions! Finally, my home is leak free! Roberto was ahead of schedule and arrived two hours earlier than the quoted time frame and did great work. He was able to get my new faucet, garbage disposal, and dishwasher set up in no time. He made sure there were no leaks with the pipes before leaving. The price could not be beat, it was hundreds of dollars less than what I had been quoted at other places. Also, I have to applaud the response time of this company; any time I messaged them on Yelp, I would get a response in SECONDS, not minutes. I have never encountered any other company that had that quick of a response time. Krassimir was our technician and he fixed our leaky toilet pretty quickly. Affordable price and fast response time.
Absolutely horrible service! My house warranty service company had them come out to fix a leaky faucet. Instead the plumber came to my house, sat on his phone with his girlfriend while smoking a joint, and making me wait. When he came in , he looked at it and left. Did nothing! Absolutely terrible business. I only have them a star on here, for that gave me an opportunity to write a review.
I'd rate them a negative -5 out of the five stars if I could.
I bought an expensive Kraus sink from Lowe's and chose Allstate service group to do the installation. Krassimir came the day I ordered the sink and did all the measurements to make sure I bought the correct size. When the sink finally arrived a few weeks later I called Allstate and they set up my installation appointment within few days, I requested Krassimir to do the installation as I had a good experience with him the first time.
Installation day came and Krassimir came on time and got straight down to business making sure I had all of the parts that were needed, after everything checked out he went straight to work. The sink removal went smoothly the removal of the garbage disposal also the disconnection of the reverse osmosis unit and dishwasher as well. Krassimir cleaned up everything as he worked along which was really nice to see, now was time for the new sink to be installed. Krassimir drilled the necessary holes that were needed for the reverse osmosis faucet and the dishwasher drain which took him a little bit longer because of the composite granite material of the sink, it wore down the drill bit teeth but he managed to get the holes drilled successfully. Finally the sink was installed after a few hours and when Krassimir reinstalled all the hoses and checked the water he noticed that the dishwasher hose had a small split and was causing a slow drip. Krassimir went to Lowe's to get a new hose but the dishwasher is 16 years old and the hose isn't a standard hose so he couldn't fix it and I would have to order the part from GE which I won't be doing as I'm buying a new dishwasher anyway and I'll be calling Allstate for the installation and ask for Krassimir again. I highly recommend Allstate as I had an awesome experience! I would like to thank Krassimir for being so kind and professional.
My hot water tank sprung a leak and quickly emptied itself all over my garage. I took some photos and asked for quotes from eight companies on Yelp. Allstate's quote was the lowest, by quite a bit, and they were very responsive and polite. They had a plumber out the next day and he was awesome (Krasamir) -- he answered all of my questions and was very professional. There were no attempts to sell anything additional and they charged exactly what they quoted from the photos on Yelp. The water tank replacement was American Water Heater brand, which is owned by AO Smith (sold at Lowe's). I'll definitely use them again if I have plumbing issues.

I own a Real Estate company in Southern Nevada and have always had a home warranty on my property. You never know when A/C units will need service during 110+ temperatures! This was the first experience with Allstate Service Group through my home warranty company, but was top notch. The A/C technician diagnosed the problem, and it was repaired in less than an hour. We could not be happier with our experience. Allstate responded to our request immediately, gave us a great quote, and scheduled us for service. Our technician was so awesome, did a great job, even fixed the water spout in our fridge on top of installing a new faucet and disposal. He also removed an old water filtration system from the previous owners and caulked a leaky section of the sink. We are so grateful! We will call them again in the future next time we need a plumber!

Really appreciate the service provided by Allstate from my home warranty claim. Steven was super helpful, friendly, and professional. He arrived early within the time window ( was able to track his arrival via web) and took care of my AC right then. He communicated everything he was doing and was very thorough. Allstate Service Group is now my GO TO service group for now on . Very quick response and answered my questions easily and straight to the point . Put it this way I messaged them and 4 other reputable AC repair services about 3 days ago for a simple thermostat and receiver installation . Allstate Service Group not only answered me back via text message with the precise pricing for installation within minutes . They also came out the very next day , installed it , no hidden fees , and was finished all before the other 4 AC repair centers finally called me back for a quote . It's 2 days later after they fixed up my AC unit and I'm now getting calls from the other service centers that are just way behind in getting back to potential customers .
Don't waste your time on old school mentality of these repair centers . I don't understand why it takes them 1-2 days to call you back only to answer your question when it can take literally minutes to message back .

I had a issue with a runny toilet and a leakage under my sink. Krassimir was able to figure out what was causing the issues very quickly. Within a couple of hours I no longer have those issues I contacted Allstate Service Group about. Great experience. Bath tub faucet broke in the evening, while water was still running, and was unable to turn off. Ended up having to shut off the main water supply. Due to the late hour, I was unable to find a plumber, without charging a $300 initial emergency fee. Alex (owner) reached out and was able to get a plumber the next day. Hunter was awesome. He was able to repair the issue, $55 less then what I was originally quoted.
Israel just left to do a bathroom exhaust fans replacement estimate. He is an extremely pleasant qualified technician with an Impressive attitude!

Other than the cost of the drywall repair which I misread as I don't know enough on drywall and the technician almost forgetting to turn on the gas before he left it was a great appointment. Everyone we interacted with from Allstate Service Group was professional and a pleasure to work with. This includes our initial phone conversation, wide availability of times to schedule the install, keeping us updated that day as to exactly when they'd arrive at the house and the installation itself. Due to some issues with our own plumbing, the installer went above and beyond to get the job done successfully. Would definitely reccommend them.
I rarely leave reviews but this company deserves my time. Had a mold issue due to plumbing leak and this company responded with high priority. They sent Kevin and his team who have done an impeccable job. They were friendly, prompt, easy to talk to, clean and professional job. Now I am just waiting for the other team, to build and restore.
Loved that they took precautions to protect my home and cleaned up after themselves. My system is working again without the problems that were reported before Great work done quickly to keep us cool in mid June.

Our water heater went out. Company was there same day to check it for us. Showed us how to keep it working until it could be replace following business day. Showed up on time and did a great job on replacing.

Wow just wow! First of all the entire experience started off with an almost instant call from them to schedule after I reached out to my home warranty company. They then follow up with an amazing tech Phil who was genuinely caring about the situation and truly investigated the problem before doing a quick fix to tide us over till the toilet could be replaced. Phil wore a mask and gloves the entire time in our home. Phil walked me through what he found then hat the quick fix was and then what the long Term fix would be. He put in the leg work with our home warranty group and got the long term fix approved.
Then bam another perfectly timed call from the dispatch team to schedule the replacement.
We were scheduled for an 8-12 appointment but at 10 Phil could tell his earlier appointment was going to run long so he personally called me to let me know that he was running behind but would be there and the fix would be done.
Now I have a giant breed dog (175lbs) and Phil made sure to call me as he was pulling up so I could put the pup out and make it a safe situation for everyone.
Phil fixed the toilet and even made sure I was pleased with the way it looked.
We will be Allstate service group customers from here on out. They treat you like you are more than a customer and that your time matters. Don't bother looking else where because I am fairly sure this is the company standard.

I called Allstate to repair my heater. They sent our technician Robert. Robert was on time, ready to work and very nice. He examined our system and diagnosed a bad circuit board. He gave us a reasonable estimate and we consented to the work. Our repairs we're done today and everything is great. I highly recommend Allstate. I will use them again if needed in the future.
This was my first experience with this company and right off the bat the guy was friendly, professional, and handled the job quick and easy. Rafik was awesome!

Response time is near instant. My issue was less complicated, and diagnosed via photo. I also asked for additional services (replacement of faucet) and still got a discount. We will be using this company for plumbing services.
They responded to my request via yelp quickly. They were able to communicate with me and able to send a technician as soon as they can. The tech was very professional. He came in on time. Able to assess and fix the issue. Thank goodness the cost of repair was not too much!
I just had a pleasant experience with Allstate delivery and appliance hook up. I purchased a dishwasher at Lowe's and they state this company will be delivering and hoping up my dishwasher. They called within 24 hours, booked an appointment, they confirmed the appointment, on the day of they texted/called to confirm they were in the area and showed up on time. The 2 gentlemen worked in a clean timely manner with percussion!

Very happy with this service and the cost. They actually provided a quote through yelp for my clogged toilet compared to other companies who replied only with a message to call them for an estimate or for an offer for free onsite estimate. Ultimately, I called to schedule the appointment and confirm the price. They quickly found the info I submitted through Yelp and they were able to arrange for service for that same day. I was given a timerange for service and I received numerous updates by text, which was fantastic. Roberto was great. He was on tiime, knowledgeable and quickly cleared my toilet without making a mess.
Their quote was much lower than anyone I got AND the service provided was beyond excellent. Had an angle valve that needed replacing. Ended up doing both (the other wasn't broken off but wasn't working right) at a great price. The plumbers who came were professional, fast, and efficient. The faucet now runs as well as it ever did.
Very impressed that they were able to send Robert on a Saturday night on short notice. Didn't end up using them after all, but would definitely call them again!

I had an emergency plumbing issue on a saturday night. I had to shut off my water (that bad). Called and yelped a lot of plumbing services and everyone said they can't have someone til monday. Only Allstate had someone on a Sunday. Fast response and very reasonable pricing. Grant the tech that came out and helped me did a very good job and very fast! Thank You! Definitely will recommend!
My review is for Vadym and my air conditioning service. He was very professional and the service was prompt. He gave me two scenarios that could happen with my home warranty(who referred me) with prices of items in both cases which was not covered by the warranty. At the end of his consultation he said he was going to send the information into the warranty company in 15-20 minutes. I did double check with him that he said that because other companies in the past said they would and never did until later on in the evening or early the next morning, which was irritating being lied to and it also delayed getting the parts and the work done.

Allstate Service Group was assigned by my home warranty company to fix a leak in my dining room and entryway. I had already had another plumber out the day prior to diagnose the problem, but then remembered I had a warranty. The original company suggested a total replacement of my piping system. So when Aziz, the plumber from Allstate, came over to fix the leak, I asked his opinion for a total replacement. After fixing the leak, he agreed that the pipes were made of garbage material and that a replacement would be best for the long run of the home. Of note, the plumber wasn't communicative, didn't explain anything when I asked, had to leave multiple times to buy parts, and gave off the energy that this was the last place he wanted to be.
When he was done, I asked him to provide me with a quote for the replacement and repair/painting of the drywall. He gave me a ballpark quote verbally but said he'd email me an itemized quote in an hour...he never did. Impressed by the ballpark quote, I called their office and explained the situation, and asked for a full quote. The man answering phones, who was very nice and as helpful as he could be (Cody, I think?), tried to track down the plumber for the quote but he was busy and on a job so all they could provide at that time was a verbal quote. The quote was enticing enough to look into it further and apply for financing, which was a broken nightmare of a system in itself...but no one could give me more information, try to schedule the job, or anything.
After multiple attempts over two days at trying to get a quote and information on financing, even after telling them they had a deadline to decide, I never heard back from Allstate...so I went with the other company, Pure Plumbing, who bent over backwards to secure my business and knocked the job out above and beyond in three days.
In all, my leak was fixed but I'm really just surprised that Allstate had zero interest in gaining my ~$12,000 job and future business.
Quoted me a price and stuck with it, unlike a lot of other plumbing companies. Honest to a fault, quick and dependable. Will call them from now on regarding future jobs.
I had already hired another company but Allstate was also quick to reply and very courteous and appreciative. I am giving them 5 Star just by their good attitude which speaks a lot of volume.
Great and fast service will recommend everyone. Needed my toilet fix and they came out right away and got it fixed. Thank you Allstate.
I had a leaky tub and Allstate was assigned by my home warranty. Excellent customer service from start to finish, from Ashley who scheduled me and Francisco who did the work. I received texts to let me know when he was on his way. He explained everything thoroughly and fixed the leak with no problem. I originally scheduled for a certain time frame and when Francisco got held up I received a call to notify me and an offer to reschedule. I would absolutely use their services again.
Perhaps other have had a good experience with this company, I haven't. They came to my grandmother's home and were supposed to repair damage to the ceiling and roof, but ended up making the problem worse. Then they have the nerve to try and charge ridiculous price for a half ass job, that I would have perhaps paid had it been done right. Ended up having to call my boys to come help me to do the job ourselves, and better than the mess they made, all for the price of materials only. I hope they get their act together because if a layman like me can do a better job, then that says a lot.

When they arrived to our home, they never got out of their vehicle, as far as I am aware. There was no knock on our door, the typical way someone lets you know they are at your property. When I called to let them know, they argued the whole time that they called, sent a text (which was to my husband who is at work. We didn't set up the appointment, so we did not have a way to provide my number as well because of that) and knocked. They definitely did not knock, as I have an alert dog. I raised my voice to a stern tone and was accused of yelling. Although our ceiling is leaking water, they refused to come back. I would not recommend them if you expect them to come to your door or if you appreciate good customer service, as this place lacks both.

Needed some old angle stops replaced in our condominium. Read lots of Yelp reviews and Allstate seemed to have the best reviews Got the quote virtually by sending them pictures and they were actually the most competitive as well. Got the service scheduled and our HOA required some additional Information from Allstate. Leslie at Allstate was extremely responsive to my requests and the plumber, Roberto showed up on time and I was also kept up-to-date via text when Roberto was heading my way. I was nervous because we had a set window to shut the water off and I had never used Allstate before. When Roberto arrived he looked at each angle stop (plumbing issue) and instead of the four replacements he said we only needed two replaced. Than he proceeded to shut off the water to the building and finished the job in less than an hour.- less money charged than quoted, great service and very honest. I would recommend this company to anyone who has a plumbing issue.

Allstate sent Abel out to install my water softener I purchased at RCWILLEY. He did a great job, did clean work and was informative. I really like that Allstate kept in touch via text with not only my appt confirmation but a gps to let me know when to expect my tech. I will definitely use them again and can only hope that my home warranty uses them too. Great job all the way through!
BTW: if Allstate reads this, this Yelp name being used is not the one you have on your work order.
Our AC went out on a Friday night and on Saturday morning we were assigned to Allstate Service by our home warranty company. The scheduled appointment was not for another week. I called Allstate Service and was provided an earlier appointment for that Monday. Understanding our need in this Las Vegas heat, my appointment was moved up to an early appointment of the day. Steve came out and checked the issue. He was quick. When he was done, he took the time to explain what happened and answered every question we had. He was very knowledgeable. We will be going with Allstate Service for all our AC/cooling needs.
A premium price for a premium service. A top shelf quality of work. Very accommodating. I got a response right away with a quote @ 2 am. They have a tracking system with their field techs. They have it setup like Uber. You know their real time location and eta. The tech wore a mask. He's considerate and polite. I would definitely recommend their service to my family and friends.

I recently purchased a dishwasher. Allstate Service Group installed the unit.
The installer was polite and professional. It did not take him long to get the job done. There was some difficulty because of the construction of the kitchen cabinets and the lack of flooring under the cabinets. No grumbling or complaining. He got the job done, and did not leave until we were completely satisfied with his work.
I will use this service again without reservation.

I recently had a leak at my home from the water heater. My home warranty sent out Allstate Service to address the issue. I have to say everyone that was at the house was amazing. A huge shout out of thanks to the construction crew in helping get it all finished, and take care of some additional repairs I needed done. Teya was always friendly, and easy to communicate with. Art was able to help me select the correct materials and return my home to perfection. I would definitely recommend them to anyone requiring their services.
Allstate responded to my quote request within 5 minutes of placing the request. They were friendly and quick to get a technician out for a quote. Israel came to my house within a timely manner and was very efficient in his research of my a/c problem. He took the time to explain what was going on and walking me step by step in the process so I understood what was needing to be done to fix my issue. He even took pictures when in areas I could not be to observe his work. He answered all my questions patiently and in ways I could understand. I had other quotes from other companies, but went with Allstate because I knew he was there to fix the issue, but take advantage of me in my time of need! Late Last night I had a plumbing leak between my walls on the bathroom. Allstate responded to my messages very quickly and gave me an estimate. The scope of work was slightly more than originally anticipated but they honored the original estimate. I'm on a time crunch right now trying to get everything ready before I move out and they were able to come the next day when most companies weren't available for a few days. Thanks Allstate.

First American Home Warranty sent out Allstate Service group to take a look at rust coming out of the Water heater. they informed me that the warranty does not cover that issue. Nor does it cover anything else. I asked them why the even came by? they informed me that I should drain the heater, I asked since I had paid the $ 75 for the visit plus the home warranty amount, could they go through with me, the proper way of draining the heater . No couldn't do that either. I told them to get out.
First American Home Warranty is only a scam, they just want your money without having to perform any service. they have a very ;long list of things that are not covered, like most of the things that go wrong. what a business model, collect money, and do nothing for it!!
Home Warranty company sent Allstate to repair water leak in front yard of my rental unit. On August 18 Plummer showed up and advised me water leak was not under warranty and was estimated at $2,000 to repair leak. I call and agreed on Aug 20 mainly due to prior Yelp reviews. Aug 23 two plumbers show up to dig up yard and replace main water line. Either one had a shovel they asked me if I had one? They hired two labors (with shovels) to dig trench, about two hours in process they advised me they needed to remove cement in front of water meter, estimated at another $1,000 for a 14 inch X 40 inches see picture. I told them no it was less that 5 square feet. I talked to supervisor on phone got it down to 500 with one additional 100 off because they could not do work till Aug 27, the extra 100 was for water cost since water is still leaking. Aug 27 Plummer showed up, I confirmed they were putting in 1 inch water line, he advised me meter and existing line was 3/4 inch. After about 15 minutes of discussing, including showing me a 1 1/4 inch copper water line as 1 inch. He kept telling me he is putting in the same size he is taking out, no larger I agreed that's all I want. Finally he agreed and left to get correct size lines and fitting. If I was not physically on property my four plex would of had a smaller water main installed. Repair was completed and was advised building inspector would be called and inspection should be done in two days. I checked building web site and could not fine a permit, so I called Allstate. I was advised they had not filed for permit yet, was told you cannot get permit until the work is completed (I asked so if I build a house I call for inspection after house is completed). Remember the 400 cement repair is still open on sidewalk, finally I went to property on Sep 3 and cement was completed but was below the surface of sidewalk up to 3/4 inch in one end. Called office again and I noticed on Sep 9, it was level but was cracking (see picture). Again called office and they would send someone back out to repair, FINALLY AUG 17 job was completed one day from a month long process. I did finally get a return phone call once the job was completed, I fell good until they asked my for money that I already paid, they really do actually return phone calls. I will admit the final plumbing repairs were very good, but getting to the completion was painful.
Update: I was offered $100 credit if I removed my review, as you can see I denied that offer.
I put a request for quotes on Yelp and these guys were the only ones to give me straightforward advice and an estimate online. Krassimir came out to give a full estimate and ended up fixing both my issues that morning for the amount originally quoted online, which was very reasonable compared to our old plumber. Their communication is excellent. Very handy to get a message saying when they are on their way with a tracker. We are planning a lot more work on our house and I will definitely use Allstate again.
Alfred and his son did an outstanding job installing our water softener. All I can say is that they showed up on time, they had all the parts, the install was professional, and they cleaned up when they left. What more can you ask than that. Tried to hire them to hook up a Barbecue grill stub, but their company doesn't do that. Good job guys! I'll be calling again.
These guys are great. My garbage disposal was leaking big time. I called my Home Warranty Company on Sunday night. The AllState Service Group Representatives called me Monday morning first thing and dispatched Vladimir the plumber first thing Tuesday morning. Their dispatch gave me a heads up text telling me Vladimir was on his way, then he called to do the same. When he arrived he was very polite. He brought booty's and a new disposal. Took a few photos and replaced the disposal in a few minutes. He checked for leaks and cleaned up. I will call these folks again.
Roberto came and fixed our toilet leak efficiently and professionally. He was on time and fixed the leak in no time. I will definitely use this company for any future plumbing need that may arise.
We been waiting over a month.
I guy came out to assess job. He measures and looked at all material and stated it was all good. Than, next guy comes out, without even looking at the materials stated it would not work and we should buy something different. Pissed is too mild.

Amazing experience with Allstate. I'm a first time homebuyer and I had a couple of issues at home with the AC and water heater. I called my insurance and they matched me with Allstate for the water heater issues and A1 Mitchell Heating & Cooling for the AC problem. I was advised that the service companies would contact me within 4 hours to schedule an appointment. Allstate called literally right away and scheduled an appointment for the next day. A1 Mitchell never called and we tried to reach them all day but without any success, which was a problem because our AC wasn't working at all and it was unbearably hot in our home. I called my home insurance company again and they matched me with Allstate for the AC as well. I called them myself to ask if they can send someone the same day since we lost a whole day because of A1 Mitchell. Allstate was extremely understanding and accommodating. They find a specialist and sent him to us the same day. The specialist was very professional, fixed everything, replaced necessary parts, and was quick and efficient. I couldn't be happier with Allstate and highly recommend them to everyone with home related issues.

WHO CHARGES $300 to move a washing machine 2in from the wall!! Just cause your body pushed it slightly walking by, doesn't mean you moved it. This business is such a scam! Over $4000 to cut a hole in a wall and let me borrow your fan for 24h. RIDICULOUS. Also, when I have you on my doorbell coming into my house at 4:55p, don't try and charge me for after hours. I had a problem with the upstairs heater and Allstate came out in late December to take a look at it along with another company. Vydym from Allstate said the gas valve needed to be replaced and the other company company said it did not and I might be able to last through another winter before replacing my whole HVAC system. My house was built in 2001 with the original HVAC system. Long story short, the upstairs heater stopped working again and I called Allstate since their quoted price for the part and labor was $400.00 compared to the other company that stated the part alone cost close to $600.00 without the labor! Shaun arrived in the allotted time frame, replaced the gas valve in a timely manner and advised that with yearly maintenance my HVAC could last for quite a bit longer. It did not need to be replaced at the end of this year. Very professional and courteous techs and customer service! I would definitely call them again!

Allstate Service Group came to the rescue when my water heater broke and completed all the construction repairs. Teya Plamondon who is the Assistant Project Manager in the Construction department coordinated with my home owner insurance to complete the repairs. Teya along with Victor communicated with me by phone, text and email to explain the process of what would take place to get the repairs done. This was a very lengthy process: replace water heater, dry out carpet/walls, cut out damage areas, build back walls and replace carpet. But I was assured by Teya that the repairs would be completed. The water heater damage happened during the State of Emergency Covid Pandemic March 25, 2021, which meant all services regarding home repairs and construction were in high demand. I am so grateful that Teya would be handling my home repairs. Teya was very professional, knowledgeable and provided all documentation for my records. Allstate Service Group replaced my water heater and they were prepared to do the repairs immediately.
My home owner insurance was really dropping the ball with the claim. I was somewhat stressed out with new job training, family visiting and a home in need of repair. The claim adjusters were not processing the claim in a timely manner. Teya did not have to assist in this matter however, she understood my needs and took the initiative to help me with my HOI claim. Needless to say, the payments for repairs were finally sent from the insurance which took a few months. Again, Teya Plamondon worked with her construction team to make the needed repairs to my home and I just wanted to say thank you to each and everyone for all the amazing work that was done. Teya is an asset to the Allstate Service Group construction department and I'm nominated her for all her outstanding customer service and personable service, especially during this Covid pandemic. Allstate was called out to our house through our home warranty co. We could not be happier with the service provided by Steven. He fixed our AC issues, explained everything, was fast, and even came back to make sure everything was working properly. We did have to pay out of pocket because the item was not covered under our warranty, but we were happy with the quoted price and speed of service.
Ray was awesome. He called a head of time before arrival. Once on site we showed him the ac unit and he quickly diagnosed the issue. He also informed us on some tips on how to take care of the unit. He replaced the part in a timely matter. I would use this company again.
Very happy with my service. I did a mass quote request here on Yelp and they were not only first to respond but all others would not give me a price estimate over the phone and said an initial diagnosis will cost where AllState said just send us a picture and we'll get you some pricing. So simple and easy and just overall a more enjoyable experience. My first issue is my upstairs shower head arm was facing the wall. When quoted they said they probably will have to open the wall and fix the connection. When Vladimir got here he just tried to turn it first and that actually worked. Embarrassing for us but super grateful he tried the easiest solution first rather than resorted to just busting open my wall. The other thing we needed was the garbage disposal replaced. Vladimir did everything, extremely fast and was just a really great guy. Overall the whole thing was maybe 20 minutes between the 2 repairs and they didn't nickel and dime us. We felt valued and taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Our heating system was blowing cold air so I contacted our home warranty company and they sent out Allstate Service Group to diagnose and fix the problem. Isreal was our service man and from the moment he arrived on Saturday until the end of the service call he was polite, friendly and efficient. When we explained that our unit was outside on the roof it didn't phase him. In the past other service guys have complained or he-hawed about having to climb up on the roof. Isreal just said no problem and went to his truck to get his ladder. He diagnosed and explained the problem and quickly repaired our unit. He was a pleasure to work with. The next time we need plumbing or HVAC issues I will request from our home warranty that they send Allstate Service Group. Isreal really represents them well and hopefully they have more like him Great Job!!!

I would definitely recommend Allstate! I had a small plumbing issue with my shower. I called to schedule an appointment, and they were able to send someone the same day and even later in the evening to fit around my work schedule. That is definitely a plus, because it's convenient for those that work a regular 9-5 shift. Roberto was sent to our house. He looked at the shower and figured out which parts we needed. He was friendly and able to fix the problem fast. AllState Service Group charges a very fair price and provides a fast solution. Thank you!
This company picked up my dishwasher from Lowe's and installed it my kitchen. The whole experience was great. It started with a text saying the installer was on his way. Included was a google map tracker showing where the installer was with an ETA. It also included a picture of the installer. The dishwasher was installed efficiently and expertly and the old dishwasher was taken away. Great job.

Needed to have our a/c units tuned up and inspected. Received a reasonable upfront quote in an expeditious manner. Isreal our technician showed up timely and was professional and thorough. Our hot water heater had burst. I had spent several hours trying to find a company that could come and replace it. There was nobody willing to come in less than 48 hours, except for Allstate! We had a house full of people and no water. Allstate took our call immediately and dispatched a technician right away. Vladimir was very professional and efficient. Tremendous service and value. I don't want to gush too much (pun intended) cause I don't want this to seem like a fake review but I can't say enough good things about Alexander and Allstate. For no good reason I decided to tackle a bidet addition to our upstairs toilet on a Sunday night. During the course of this, my son stripped the threading on the stop valve and there were other complications that prevented an easy repair. So of course the water to the house is turned off since we were trying to replace the stop valve and of course the next day is filled with events for the kids and adults where showers and the use of water is pretty important. I get on the phone and yelp trying to find a after hours plumbing service and none of the so called 24/7 plumbing services actually work on a Sunday night, except Alexander and Allstate replied to me. He asked what the problem was and for a picture of the problem area. The other companies either were an answering service that couldn't schedule anything or an auto-reply text from a bot. Alexander texted his office so they could get going on it first thing in the morning. At first the office said they couldn't come out until later but Alexander made it happen within 2hrs! They came out and were super professional. The stop valve works, water back on in the house, AND they even installed my bidet for free! So glad I found them!

He told me he'd be back the next day at 2pm to look at the system in order to allow 24 hours for the nitrogen to spread. Ruslan arrived the next day at 11:30am, 2.5 hours earlier than he told me. This resulted in no one being home to supervise Ruslan while he checked for leaks in the system. Due to nobody watching over him in order to ensure he did his job, Ruslan simply told Landmark home warranty that he couldn't find a leak and left while my AC is still blowing hot air. Now I will have to have another company come look at my AC. The 10th time I've had someone come out from landmark.

This company was the first one to have a great price and also were able to come out the very next day. My plumber was very nice and honest. I couldn't sleep the other night because I was worried about the amount of money I will throw away because of a leaking faucet.So I went to Yelp and filled out the projects I wanted to be done.AllState Service Group responded in a minute at 1AM.Fastttt!!!Alex the owner was very accommodating and professional.He gave me a quote on the projects I wanted to be done.His quote was very reasonable. AllState Service Group gave up fixing our hot water circulation problem after spending 3-4 months and visiting our house several times. And, finally AllState refused to come back in spite of making significant regression of hot water system at our house. Originally, hot water came to our kitchen almost instantly but it took over 5 minutes after AllState technician worked. AllState should have demonstrated their responsibility instead of insisting on 'we did everything we can'. Even after we reported the issue to the home warranty company, AllState didn't show up.
Afterward, another company worked for the matter and resolved everything within very reasonable time frame.
Whenever AllState technicians came to our house, they spoke continuously and loudly but listening was extremely limited. Contrastingly, two technicians from another company listened and they were concentrating on fixing the problem. This (another company) successfully and professionally fixed the problem. Hope AllState note this fact seriously.

I was very happy with their service from communicating with their customer service dept to the technician. I was impressed with how the tech explained what the problem was and worked on it until it was complete. The tech was very professional and the business provided update when the tech was enroute via text message. I definitely recommend this business .
This company exceeded my expectations. Went on line to get a quote and got a call from their dispatcher Walter in about fifteen minutes. I was asked a number of questions sent a couple of pictures, got a quote, paid on line and the technician installed it the next day for a total of $1450. I had initially started with one of the well know big box home improvement outfits got an in store estimate of about $1400. They then turned the job over to an outside vendor that showed up and said it would be $2600 plus $265 to move the water softener. I will never again use the big box guys or their local vendor. I will be sharing my experience with my friends and family and highly recommend Allstate Service Group, their customer service on the phone and in person with the tech were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks for making the whole experience positive.

Please, do yourself a favor and work with another company. Unfortunately, they were sent to us by our home warranty company to fix a leak that had occurred in our master bath and leaked down into the garage below. Their technician, Abel, lied and deceived us in order to eventually try to over charge us. He repeatedly told me Bro don't worry, I see these all the time, I'm going to make sure your insurance company covers everything I need to do in order to fix this. They overly ripped out half our recently remodeled master bath room, dropped and shattered our mirror, and then Kevin and their management team or lack there of gave us the run around for 3 weeks while I myself as the customer had to continuously call to follow up. Then they sent us a deal of $3,000 to fix everything... I had everything fixed except for our mirror for $500. After easily the 10th+ time calling to check in if they were going to provide and install a new mirror, Kevin told me they found one for $72 and could remove it from the $3,000 as a courtesy. I'm absolutely appalled at this company and will be escalating this to the BBB so that other customers are not taken advantage of, especially during this COVID-19 crisis.

I had a very difficult project. My home is 60 years old and the toilet installation turned into a major event. The tech explained everything step by step
Moved into a new house and the water heater wasn't working. Allstate sent out a tech right away! They followed up, sent a text that he was on his way and he fixed the water heater quickly. He even showed me what to do the next time it happened! I can't say enough good things about Allstate! I highly recommend them!
Israel was great, he was very knowledgeable and took the time to really explain as well as providing pictures and showing me how things were taken care of after the fact. I had two separate shower issues and heating system maintenance completed. I'm very happy with the results of the work! One small thing is I'd recommend the business not requirement payment up front, as its unusual for services to pay in advance for something until you've seen the work and it was completed to satisfaction of buyer. They accommodated my hesitance here and I only paid a deposit on my total until the work was completed which I very much appreciated.

Absolutely the worst!!! Bought water heater from Lowe's and paid for installation. Received a call from AllState to schedule install between 3-6 pm. At 6 pm I had to call and ask where installer was, put on hold and then told installer running late. They then assured me by 7 pm he would be here. Well it's 8 pm and no installer or call. I call and then receive call back from installer stating his paperwork has different name and he can't install water heater. After an hour of dealing with Lowe's and getting manager involved they are now coming out to install. Worst customer service.
Update. Came downstairs Friday morning to water coming up through my flooring. To my complete horror, the water heater was leaking from the connection. I am now in the middle of a construction zone. My living room is taped and sealed w plastic, Direct TV main box is
disconnected so currently no tv. AllState told me to file claim on my insurance and they would pay my deductible, wow! So now they have completely torn my house apart and told me 2-3 weeks before they finish, because they are now trying to blame Lowe's for defective water heater. Their plumber came to my house and had to borrow my ladder and tools. Now I have their people out here sneezing and walking around my house. I will be at Nevada State Contractors Board first thing Monday morning. Complete disaster and owner hasn't even called me or been out to my house.
Here is the update. My house still isn't finished and then they were scheduled to come out yesterday and guess what? They call running hours behind after no call at time they were supposed to arrive and reschedule for today. They show up and then call me at work to inform me the sink that they were supposed to reinstall was now leaking in the laundry room. That they were going to do me a favor and repair. Do me a favor? They were the ones working on it and then proceeded to check upstairs bathroom to find excuse for the new damage. I come home and everything ripped out of my laundry room including the counter and wall. Ripped out baseboard in my living room. Now have fans once again in my house and house ripped apart. The owner won't even call or show his face. I am filing complaint at Nevada State Contractors Board and filing lawsuit against these guys. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AS YOU CAN!!! They have no business being a licensed contractor in the state of Nevada.
This company will not be transparent with the client if it's an insurance claim. They refused to give me an estimate stating that they only will send estimates to the insurance-company. A reason that I was told by my insurance adjuster is because a company may not want the homeowner to contradict what's on the estimate to the insurance company. Makes sense since the client would be the only that could with reason question what's on the estimate and potentially take money away from the service group. The customer advocate named Teya got very defensive when I asked for the estimate. She insulted me by stating that she wouldn't send me multiple estimates since there would be negotiating involved between them and the insurance company and the estimate may change so she didn't want to confuse me. Sounds more like someone trying to be lazy and not transparent to me. I mean how hard is it to send an emai or maybe answer a few questions about a change on an estimate. That's part of being the customer advocate right? Anyway just a heads up to those looking to use this company. I'm not saying they should be avoided. Just know what you're getting into beforehand. My experience was not a good one and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

AllState Service Group and Plumber Robert are awesome!!!!! I thought my main drain vent was clogged due to hearing my kitchen sick gurgle/ drain by itself. Robert came for a free estimate and explained to me that my vent was not clogged and the noise i was hearing was my Reverse Osmosis water purifier draining out the old water. He explained to me that if my vent was clogged, i would have water backup in the sink. Really appreciate the honesty!!!! Will definitely recommend Allstate Service Groups to family and friends for plumbing needs as well as keep them as my #1 go to plumbing company for my plumbing needs!!!!!!! They were sent under contract from Lowe's to install a new garbage disposal.They called me even before I got home to line up an appointment date. then sent a confirming email about the date/time. Another email came this morning advising they would arrive within the 90 minute window...BINGO...the doorbell rings. He went straight to work, cleaned up his small mess And was in and out in short order. Obviously came with mask and gloves. Wouldn't hesitate to call the, for other jobs.

Larry and Arturo come today to take a look at my sinks and toilets in the house . My water bill has been 150 and i have had someone come out twice and they said nothing was wrong . Once Larry came he fixed and replace everything and took it a step further to look at all the water meters and find the meters were leaking. He gave me a the problem and helped me with the solution . If he would have never gone over and beyond i would still be having the same issue . They have amazing customer service and are very personable . They took video to show me exactly what was going on . Also Larry listened to my concerns per prior plumber and assured me he would get things right which he followed up upon
Very fast and efficient. From 1st contact to completion was less than one hour. A little hard to understand the person that confirmed my appointment. That is my only complaint.
They were sent out through our HW. Our garage ceiling had a major leak that was not approved up to a certain point, so we moved forward with our home insurance or the remainder. They stated they would reduce our deductible by 50% as a courtesy due to COVID. They sent an estimate to our insurance that stayed they needed to redo our entire upstairs ; new drywall, paint, tile, and replace the vanity. Along with replacI got 36SF drywall in our kitchen, and 72SF in the garage. They started in our garage and that's when the problems started. Per the insurance estimate they were suppose to paint the entire garage. I contacted Giselle and she stated that they were only suppose to blend the new drywall section with the existing garage ceiling. When I referred to why the estimated line item has the measurements for my entire garage 730 SF painted as a total of $534, she said that the work and numbers were manipulated in order to recoup the reduced deductible that they offered. This rubbed me the wrong way so I started to look more closely at the line items and tallied $2600 of work stated for the garage and kitchen that WERE NOT DONE! For example along side painting the entire garage which they didnt, it stayed they removed my water heater, when the water heater was on the opposite side of the work area and was in fact never removed and replaced.The list went on, when I asked again about the work I was ignored and then told that in order to move forward with the bathroom they would need the ENTIRE approved amount upfront. I told them I dont feel comfortable giving them all of the money especially if they are not doing the work that they are suppose to. I decided to move forward with another company for the bathroom renovations and at that point they sent an invoice for over $5000!!! I was approved $7000, how in the world does it cost $5000 for 108SF or drywall and paint? How were they going to renovate my ENTIRE bathroom with $2000? We were clearly getting ripped off from the beginning and now even more because we didn't want to be participants in their game. After phone calls and emails stating that submitting a falsified insurance estimate is in fact insurance fraud I was finally referred to Teya who then reduced the invoice to $3953 which still has charges of work they DID NOT DO do ie painting our entire garage. We have contacted our lawyer to take this to small claims court along with our pictures and videos, we were told we can move forward once record shows that this bill has gone into collections. We want what's fair and it isn't fair to pay for work that WAS NOT DONE! They also did NOT follow COVID regulations they showed up to my door with no mask I had to ask them to please put masks on I have 3 small children and THEN they went back to their truck and put on safety guard! Please do not work with this company they are taking advantage of people during these uncertain times and it's a shame!!
Please hire these guys. The were respectful, courteous and efficient. We moved into a temporary house in between our house selling and wherever we end up. I guarantee I will be using AllState event time. There were so friendly and didn't bat an eye when I changed my mind about where things should go in the new place. Just really good people.

As usual, Larry was on time, happy and hard working! I have found that it is very hard to get people like Larry to work in your home. My son, who is quiet, loves Larry. Larry shows him how to do things and shares his knowledge with my son; very nice quality! I can not say enough good things about Larry. It is a relief to have someone who is not spaced out working in your home and you are afraid they will mess up the job! He is a real family man and a true Christian.

Brian just installed the new waste food disposer and did an excellent job. I had such a great experience with AGS... Brian came the very next day after they received the job request from the home warranty company. And icing on the cake, Brian arrived within the 1st hour of the 3 hour window. I am so grateful for that.
We called desperate for help at 5:30 pm for a leak in the garage. Allstate Service Group was the first company to respond. They were able to fit us in and gave a time frame from 6:30-8:30. Not a problem though. Squeezed us in for an after hours appointment to get our hot water heater running! Yay! Service tech was professional, friendly and quick to assess and repair.

I had a problem with my garbage disposal. Contacted my home warranty company 2-10 Hone Warranty. They quickly dispatched Allstate Service Group who called the same day to schedule an appointment for the next day. The technician, Alexander, called and arrived early which was much appreciated. He came in with his mask on and proceeded to put on covers for his shoes. This you don't see usually. Kudos for that!!! He was very nice and professional. He came prepared with the necessary parts as far too many times you have to wait for them to come back because they have to order a part. But he was prepared. Garage disposal is now operational!!.!

What an amazing company! Aziz was prompt and courteous, he resolved our shower pressure issue. We've had 3 prior plumbing companies looking at the issue and they weren't very helpful. I recommended AllState Service to all of my friends and family. I wish I could give them 10 stars!
Allstate was recommended through Yelp when I was trying to gather quotes and they were the first to respond and communication has been prompt, honest and direct. They sent out Ruslan to my property and he was early than the specified time, told me what the issue was, no upsell. Other companies were trying to replace the entire unit when all it needed was replacement parts. In fact, other companies gave me a 6 hours window when the technician will arrive and did not bother to turn up nor call. So, I booked Ruslan to come out and again was on time and finished the work less than the 4 hours estimated time. When Ruslan replaced the parts, a/c stopped working overnight. He came back the next day, no attitude or took it personally and fixed the issue immediately. A/c working and very happy. Ruslan is a great guy, punctual and very knowledgeable. Will use Allstate in the near future.

I had a service call time from 12pm-4pm. 3:45pm comes around so I call the office to find out what was going on to see why I have not received a call. The receptionist called the plumber for me to see where he was. Then the plumber called me to let me know he'd be over at 5pm bc he was just packing up at his current job. No problem there. 5:30pm rolls by still no plumber and no call. I call the office again to find out what's going on and the plumber got stuck at his last job after he thought he was done but didn't call me to let me know he wasn't showing up here. I call the office again..Then the receptionist schedules another plumber to come by from 6-7pm. That plumber gets here at 7:45pm and couldn't do any of the work we waited around ALL DAY for bc our warrentee company closes at 7pm for approval of any job done. So WHY would they not just re-schedule for another day??? Why come here twice wasting our entire day waiting around when the first time was unnecessary bc nothing was done bc it was too late in the evening. UGH. Unprofessional.

It is rare that you have the opportunity to say dealing with a plumbing company was a pleasure, but today that was indeed the case.
I returned yesterday from a 10 day trip to find my water heater had failed, including water damage. I called my home warranty company and they assigned All State -- I expected the usual run around ... 3 days until they could schedule me ... NOT the case -- Larry was at my house within 30 minutes!!
Larry was awesome! He was courteous, polite, dressed in a work uniform and NO crack to be seen :-)).
Larry clearly knew his trade well, got the leak stopped quickly and patched me up so I at least have water until my new water heater can be installed (home warranty company is responsible for the delay). At some point during my appointment, Larry told me he was getting on a flight at 1 pm to go see family. Despite his swift pace, I am confident he missed his flight in order to be certain he was able to resolve my problem -- I felt awful, but was more than impressed with his dedication and commitment to outstanding customer service!
All State will be back in a few days to install my water heater, they told me the tech would be Larry again, and I'm confident he will do an outstanding job.
Their text system for letting you know when the tech will be there etc is quite impressive as well.

Allstate did a great job replacing my garbage disposal. Their technician Alexander was on time and knew his stuff. The garbage disposal I had purchased at Lowe's, was missing a part, but Allstate had the same unit on their truck and sold it to me at a reasonable price. They were able to come out on the same day that I requested service and their tracking app let me know exactly when they would be at my house. Very satisfied with the work, the price, and ease of making an appointment.

I had an installation and mostly everything went very well. The technician arrived early in the time window. He was very friendly and explained everything he was going to do. The finished work looked well and everything was functioning well. The reason for the 4 vice 5 stars is that after reviewing the installation, I discovered that a couple of crucial screws were not installed and that could have resulted in the part coming off the wall and causing a flood in my house, luckily it was an easy fix.

Alex, the owner, contacted me immediately after I messaged the business through Yelp on a Saturday night. Our disposal broke, and the pipes were backed up. I needed service ASAP, but with a lot of places closed on Sunday, I wasn't sure we could get service as quickly as I wanted. Alex and I chatted about the situation and came up with a price for a new disposal and installation. He promised me that the office would contact me Sunday morning, which they did. The office scheduled me for that very afternoon with Grant who actually spoke to me on the phone to give me an estimate of when he would be over. Everything was handled very professionally including an email and text confirmation of the appointment. I was really impressed when I got a text that Grant was on his way including a link to a web page that showed exactly where he was in relation to my home. Grant was very professional. He had the new disposal with him and cleaned the pipes before installing it. He even gave me good advice on how to keep the disposal from backing up again. I also had him flush out the water heater since it hadn't been done in quite a while, and he was already here. Overall, I am very impressed with the service from Grant and the customer service from this company. I will definitely be calling them again should the need arise. Highly recommended!

From the receptionist to the service man who came to fix my problem, everyone was great. I called Monday to have my garbage disposal fixed. They came Tuesday morning, and it turned out I needed a new disposal. They had one in the truck, so it was replaced immediately. Great job, friendly people. I will definitely use this company again if I have plumbing problems.

Vladimir was a great technician. He was courteous and professional and finished the install in a timely fashion. I appreciated that Allstate gives you text notifications as to when the technician will arrive and that you can also track his progress to your home. And they also give you a photo of the technician, for safety. Would highly recommend.
Job well done when arrived.Problem with first technician stuck at a job. Called at 3:00pm when scheduled for 2-4. Second technician arrived just before 4:00pm and completed job by 4:30pm.
I'm not gonna trash anybody in this review, I will just telling the facts. My water heater leaked and I opened a claim with my Home Warranty company (another rip off business). They sent me this Allstate Service Group to replace it. They estimated $1450 for the new replacement (natural gas, 50 gal. 40000BTU)+ labor (both covered by Home Warranty). My co-payment was estimated to $100 (deductible; not a surprise) + $760 for work permit (Clark County charges $56.57 for water heater replacement residential work permit). I denied everything and next day I called Nina (supervisor/manager) regarding this estimate. She was very surprised (acting) and she promised me she will investigate and call me back. She didn't do it and after 4 hours I called her back but she was in a meeting. She never returned my phone call (more than 24 hours). I don't say they rip off the costumers or they are not honest. You decide for yourself if you want to do business with this kind of people. For me it's very clear how they do business. I made a complaint to the Home Warranty Company and hopefully they will stop giving them jobs. Do your own research about city/county fees and permits you need. They inflate the bill and your HW premium increases after that. Be aware! Do not get fooled. Shame on you Allstate!
