Frustrated by escalating water bills, I contacted several leak detection companies, but one stood out by far. I spoke to Luis at Leak Detection, and he spent several days with me via text and phone advising me how to do tests for home and pool water leaks before employing his services. The test results showed that I likely did not have a leak. Luis could have come to my home and charged me all kinds of fees to do the test tests, and the result would have been the same - just a lot more expensive. His honesty and integrity are truly appreciated. Should I ever have a real leak, I will definitely use Leak Detection & Repair Pros.

We used Pipe Dreams to have a toilet installed based on all of the five star Yelp reviews. This company is extremely efficient when it comes to scheduling, being on time and email communications. Our plumber was Zack, and he was excellent. He was friendly, polite and his work was impeccable. He was very patient with us asking numerous questions. The job was done right, neat and fairly priced. When I see so many five star reviews on Yelp, I can be assured that the company is good. Pipe Dreams is an excellent company that you can use without hesitation.

Dino's did work for us in June and we were satisfied.
Had a semi-urgent issue at another location. They were booked for a few days, then on vacation for a week. Given prior work and wanting to support small business, we chose to wait.
They went to the site and said they would send an estimate. After several days of back-and-forth, they emailed, Per Dino, he would like to pass on this job.
Upon further inquiry we were told it was because they thought I had said on the phone, this job should only cost $100.
Um, what? NO! I was not expecting a replacement sink, new supply lines, and more to cost a hundred bucks. (This is not my first time hiring a plumber and I am not an idiot.)
It seems petty that a miscommunication would cause Dino's to leave us high and dry after waiting over two weeks for help. If they'd have sent the estimate as promised, we certainly would have approved it (just like the last one for $1300.)
Good communication will be high on the list for our next plumber.
Unfortunately, we didn't find it here.

There was a possible leak and mold issue in my ceiling, Blane was able to come out and look at it right away and investigate the issue right away. Fortunately it was not a mold issue but there was some plumbing repairs needed and Blane was great in working with me and my home insurance company to get everything covered. I would highly recommend Blane/Drainwise for any of your plumbing needs as he is very experienced and detailed about the entire process from A-Z.

After getting an estimate from another plumber of $3245 to reroute my hot water lines, Ryan from Done Right came to my home and estimated the job would cost $800. Shortly after he began working he discovered the problem was easier to solve than he originally thought and my leak was fixed for a total of $122. It's very clear that this is not a company looking to take advantage of their customers and I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Needed a quick and inexpensive plumbing issue resolved and Hydro-Jetting Pros were very responsive when I contacted them. I was able to set up an appointment for the next mooring. Dylan showed up on time and explained what he was going to do. He proceeded to unclog my toilet in a few minutes and the price was as quoted. Excellent service and customer service, Hydro-Jetting Pros is now my go to plumbing service.

Michael has been my go to handyman since 2017. As a realtor who sells 30+ homes a year I recommend Michael to all of my clients and he never disappoints. Trustworthy, respectful and precise. He is one of the most professional and versatile vendors I frequently refer. If there is ever a project outside of his expertise he will always be honest and in those rare situations recommend someone who is an expert in that field. Happy Home Services is 5 stars.

Derek from Doolence plumbing is the best in the business. Has a great crew working with him. In my experience having utilized plumbers I usally feel that they were not completely 100% honest. Derek couldn't be further from that. He is up front, honest, and kind. Couldn't be more happy to recommend Dolence Plumbing.

Excellent customer service and communication. I called for a plumber to check water pressure in my home, they had immediate appointments available.
I was given a courtesy call by Jose, to let me know he was on the way top my house. When he arrived he was professional and was very helpful. I had several questions, yet he was patient and answered all questions. Estimates are free, which is a rare thing this day. I have found my go to plumber.

Hired this company to pour a foundation and frame a 2 story house out at Lake Las Vegas. The foundation was framed and poured in a week. Then the house was framed in just less than 4 weeks. I'm so pleased with Eric the manager of this project I hired them to do the A/C also. He is so knowledgeable when it comes to any aspect of building a home from the ground up. Don't hesitate to use them.

The name says it all.
We live in a house that was constructed when JFK was still alive, and cast iron pipes were used, even when the builders KNEW that iron RUSTS. So naturally, over 50 years later, you're gonna have plumbing problems.
We checked this company out with the Better Business Bureau and they had an excellent and FLAWLESS reputation/history, which you can read for yourself, right here:

As you can see at the above link, they are rated A+ and have never had a complaint lodged against them, in the past 3 years. That was good enough for us.
When MIKE arrived, he did things that no previous plumbing company we had contacted, had done. For one thing, he pushed a TV camera down the main pipe and ran it into the main sewer, to determine that nothing in there was causing our problems. He then meticulously and thoroughly checked both of our bathrooms, making 100% certain that everything was done to our complete satisfaction, refusing to leave until we gave him a thumbs up on the work he had done.
Mike is a very good representative for this fine company. Not only was he properly polite and friendly, but he didn't laugh at my stupid questions, and I've never seen anyone work so diligently to ensure our total satisfaction with the overall quality of his work.
I have ZERO HESITATION about recommending him and his fine company, should you have a genuine need for plumbing services.
But, to be 100% honest with you, I really hope I don't need to call on the services of any plumber, ever again.
But, should the need arise, you can bet that this company is the one I'll contact.
UPDATE: They were needed again for a brand-new problem, this time in our kitchen area, with water backing up into the sinks. Once again, MIKE showed up and did his usual PERFECT JOB and at a very reasonable price, too! This most-recent visit was on 02-24-2015 and was caused by previous tenants pouring HOT COOKING GREASE down the drain, so that when the grease cooled off inside the pipes, it hardened into a kind of CEMENT.
Give them a call, if you ever have a need for A BETTER PLUMBING COMPANY, because upon my word, you won't be disappointed at all with them..

We needed plumbing help for a leak in the wall that was discovered late in the day. After calling another company who couldn't get to us for 24 hours, we called Plumbing Upgrade and they dispatched Julian right away. He came out and assessed the problem, quoted pricing, and explained his work as he went. He truly went above and beyond for us. Terrific experience, highly recommend Plumbing Upgrade!

I have the same story as some other reviewers here but opposite outcome. We had a plumbing leak under the edge of our foundation, and it was covered via Old Republic home warranty, who contracts out with C&B plumbing. I called C&B, and was first surprised that a human being answered within 2 rings. I asked to schedule someone to come out and he asked if they could come out in the next hour!!! Wow. Never had that happen before. Anyway, I wasn't available, so they came out the next morning. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, which was somewhat complicated as it involved jackhammering up the edge of the foundation. They were courteous and knowledgeable. If I ever have plumbing issues again, I would call them. This is an unsolicited review, because honestly I think they earned it.

Devon from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came to my house to perform an inspection of my hot water heater. I can't say enough how pleased I was with his thoroughness. Not only did he flush my hot water heater, he did the best job of flushing it I've ever had (and I've had several). Plus, he flushed the water lines throughout the house. He also inspected our clothes washer hoses as well as all the water valves throughout the house. He could have told me that I needed to replace all of them. Instead he said the hoses and the fittings were in fine shape and didn't need to be replaced. I really appreciated his honesty. I think I've finally found the plumbing company I've been looking for.

Took maybe 10 mins to fix my clogged toilet, and charged me $145 (gave a $15 discount, so then was $130). The guy used a snake and left. I'll never use this place again for charging me wayyyyyy too much money. I recommend calling around for estimates.

After dealing with incompetent plumbers sent out by my home warranty company I put a plea out to our neighborhood Facebook group asking if anyone knew of a plumber that could handle the challenge of an older custom home. One of my neighbors told me of Drew's plumbing. I could tell from the moment I called the office that maybe this company was different.
Answering the phone was Katelyn, who was extremely polite and personable. The owner, Jeff was out the next day to try and figure out my issue(s). Jeff had Katelyn research a couple of leak detection companies so that we could get the slab leak (yes, slab leak, horror) areas narrowed down. Once that was done Jeff returned with Daniel and Mike, next trip was Daniel and Thomas and the final trip was Jeff and Mike. Each and everyone of these guys were competent and sweet. They all were compassionate to my worry that nobody would be able to figure out what the heck was going on but each of Jeff's staff told me not to worry and that Jeff would figure it out.
Well....I think Jeff might have had a doubt or 2 for a couple of seconds but I could tell that he was calculating his plan of attack. In the end I am all fixed up and as much as I really like all these people I hope I don't need to see them for awhile and then for it to be something simple!
Thank you Drew's Plumbing for your diligence and expertise.
Sincerely,
Carm
