Jay's was referred to me by my neighbor who is in construction and uses Jay's for his own personal needs when he has issues. Spoke initially with Mel, and she is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the business. I had a hot water leak in my house...she sent Jerry out with the detection equipment and he identified two leaks in my garage concrete slab in front of my hot water heater. He removed the heater and platform, jackhammered the necessary concrete to get to the issues, repaired them, and used concrete patch to seal and put the platform and heater back in place. Jerry is sooooo personable, and skilled at his trade. He knew exactly what was wrong and how to repair. The repair was competently performed and in a timely fashion. The price was way MORE than fair. I cannot say enough niceties about Jay's! Thank you Mel and Jerry!

Scope of work was too small or they did not do roof repair.I had wind damage to some tiles and they only deal in commercial jobs. However, Quality roofing stepped up and is coming thru for me!! They happened to be in my neighborhood. i stopped  and spoke to one if their reps- Zach, he gave me a contact number and Robbie came out to take a look and provide an estimate. He was super nice, great customer service and was awesome. They are sending me an estimate and I am positive I am going  to have them do the work!!!l It It pays  to be nice and reasonable!!! The other estimate I received was s at least  a 1000.00 more. That company ( i wont mention)  sent a sales rep to give me ab estimate??? Hence the 1000.00 difference!

Excellent service, made appointment for 11 and the changed it to 10 which was good becasue I was looking for earliest available.   Showed up 1015 and was eventually able to snake out the line with the bigger snake.  Was courteous and professional.

Great company!! I called them @ 11 am on a Saturday & he said he could be @ my house by 1230. He quoted me a price over the phone for a replacement of my 50 gal water heater & the final invoice was that exact number. That's rare in this town. Strongly recommend!!!

The management company for the house that I rent, called Code Red when we had a recent back up of our plumbing system. They sent out a technician called Brad who was great! Brad took the time to explain and show to my three-year-old curious grandson everything that he was doing and even let my grandson help him

Prime Plumbing is the best!  Our main water line sprung a leak and flooded our flowerbed and Prime Plumbing came to our rescue.  They came right away, same day we called; and went out of their way to accommodate my niece who is 8 years old on hospice care.  Highly recommend these guys - they were wonderful.

Gary was awesome.  I asked him to replace a broken anti-siphon valve on my pool auto-fill.  

He gave me the option to buy my own parts, which I took, he gave me a very concise list which I managed to grab in about five minutes at home depot, came back, and very quickly, it was done.  Not only that, but he added insulation without any comment around my piping to discourage it from happening in the future, and did a very nice clean job of it, at no charge.

I called them Saturday morning because the water heater went out and started leaking.  They replaced it the same day, arrived early, put a lot of work in because of the calcium build-up, were quoted and paid a great price. I could not be happier.

Plus, Jeremy, the plumber, was cool and professional. He arrived 15 minutes early.   I highly recommend them.

Not only does he show-up on time, he's friendly (and fun), and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction - imparting extremely helpful household tips, while simultaneously working to resolve your call-out concern, so that you can maintain your home and prevent future 'incidents'. If only more contractors were like Scott. I wholeheartedly recommend Scott for plumbing work via RSP, Las Vegas.

One word INTEGRITY. Am so appreciative of Jason who was able to let me know the problem was a breaker needing to be switched on vice proceeding with full replacement of a water heater.  In today's day and age that is absolutely appreciated. I had purchased the the so called Home Maintenance Plan from Yes! and... there is no such thing as maintenance in that plan.  All they do is come out and tell you that you need to buy a new unit. This was for my a/c, furnace, and water heater. Granted the guy who came for the water heater actually flushed it but he wouldn't do anything else. The guy who came out for the hvac wouldn't do anything to keep my a/c running. He just said I needed to fork out 10k for a new ac unit. Guess what: I replaced my own a/c unit's compressor for around $70 and also purchased a hard-start kit and installed that too. And when my unit wasn't cooling my house enough in June my warranty company called out a company... when they looked at it they said it was low on Freon and recharged it. The Yes technician had told me it was low on Freon, but guess what: he didn't recharge it. Because it's better for business for you to just chuck your old unit and pay them more. Screw these guys. Also, the guy I talked to tried to talk me out of using my warranty for my a/c. Terrible company.
