After receiving several ridiculous quotes, we were recommended to use this company by our contractor. We needed to have a faucet replaced at our business. Their pricing is very reasonable and took care of our issue immediately. Good Customer service is hard to find now a days. Dino and Michelle are amazing! trustworthy and do great work! Highly recommended!!!

I called Dinos to fix a leak coming from my hose bib that I couldn't claim under my home warranty.  The service tech came out, isolated the problem right away, told me what it would cost to fix (which was very fair and reasonable so I was relieved and had them do the job on the spot) and had a problematic leak fixed in no time.  But what I think makes Dinos really stand out in service is that a few weeks later, I noticed the same hose bib leaking again.  I was concerned because the home was being sold in a few days and I needed the leak fixed.  Not only was Dinos able to accommodate a follow-up visit the very next day (I think it was the actual owners who showed up to inspect the work), but once on site, they quickly determined that the water was not leaking and the water I had thought was a leak was actually normal.  That's all I needed to hear as I breathed a sigh of relief and thanked them for coming out so quick to look.  They didn't earn anything for the follow-up visit, so the least I could do for their trouble is give them a positive Yelp review.  Thanks again Dinos.

I am so incredibly thankful for Dino's Plumbing.  We had no water for 2 1/2 days and because it was an emergency, Dino came up on a Sunday and fixed it for my family.  Dino has it fixed within an hour.  He and Michelle went the extra mile to help us.  I will forever use them and refer family and friends.  They are exceptional.

I totally recommend this plumber.  Very reasonable and good.  No gouging at all.  He is in and out with out any bs.  His receptionist is very kind and responsive.  Can't say enough good about this honest man and his work

I had a stopped up kitchen sink.  Yuck.  Called Dino's plumbing and a very professional acting technician named Marco showed up on time.  He promptly fixed my problem.  What more could I ask for.

Dino's did work for us in June and we were satisfied.

Had a semi-urgent issue at another location. They were booked for a few days, then on vacation for a week. Given prior work and wanting to support small business, we chose to wait.

They went to the site and said they would send an estimate. After several days of back-and-forth, they emailed, Per Dino, he would like to pass on this job.

Upon further inquiry we were told it was because they thought I had said on the phone, this job should only cost $100.

Um, what? NO! I was not expecting a replacement sink, new supply lines, and more to cost a hundred bucks. (This is not my first time hiring a plumber and I am not an idiot.)

It seems petty that a miscommunication would cause Dino's to leave us high and dry after waiting over two weeks for help. If they'd have sent the estimate as promised, we certainly would have approved it (just like the last one for $1300.)

Good communication will be high on the list for our next plumber.

I don't like to give out negative reviews.  I know they can steer people away from a small business.  I've done a fair amount of construction and plumbing work myself, and I understand that there are many ways that things can go wrong on a project, and I'm generally willing to extend the benefit of the doubt to a trades person.  In this case I've let several days go by, mulling over what happened, and in the end I think a negative review is warranted.  Read on for the details.

My first encounter with Dino's was in August 2015.  I had a leak in a pipe in the wall of a bathroom in a rental property.  I don't live in Las Vegas, so I need professional help for this kind of thing.  I went looking for a plumber on Yelp, where I found Dino's Plumbing.  They had good reviews so I called and spoke to Michelle.  Their rates seemed reasonable enough, so I engaged them to inspect and fix the leak.  The work was done in a timely fashion, and although there was a foot-square hole left in the drywall, I was satisfied.  After all, they're plumbers, not drywall people.  I had a handyman repair the drywall and felt good about my experience with Dino's.

Fast forward to May 2016.  My tenant reported a leak in the master bathroom (this is not the same bathroom that Dino's worked on in August 2015).  I have a reliable plumber now, I think, so I called Dino's again without hesitation.  This time I spoke to a different person; I believe her name was Becky.  I gave her all the details, and told her I needed someone to inspect and fix the leak.  Response time was important because there appeared to be water leaking into the wall (my tenant said there was a bad smell inside the vanity cabinet).  Becky said she would send someone out and I would be called to authorize the repair as soon as they knew what they were looking at.  At the end of the day I had not heard back, so I called again.  This time I spoke to Michelle, who clearly had no knowledge of my conversation with Becky.  I described the situation in detail again, and Michelle promised to send someone out.  There went one day, with water presumably continuing to leak into the wall.

The next day Michelle called with a quote; she said the plumber recommended replacing the cartridges, handles, spout, and overflow mechanism, and gave me a bundled price for everything.  I questioned whether that would really fix the problem; were they sure it was the cartridges that were leaking?  Michelle said that the plumber didn't want to open the wall to verify the cause of the leak because he might have to destroy part of the vanity.  I told her I needed the leak fixed, whether the vanity was damaged or not.  What good would new cartridges do me if the leak was not fixed?  Because she wasn't sure what she was proposing would fix the problem, I asked how much each individual item would cost, thinking that I could possibly have my handyman do some of the work at a lesser cost.  That didn't sit well with Michelle.  In retrospect she may have known that the sum of the individual items' costs didn't equal the price she had quoted me; I don't know.  What was clear was that she was irritated with my questions.  She said, I'll have to call you back, and hung up.  I never heard from her again, despite two follow up calls from me that same day asking for a response.  I found another plumber as quickly as I could, but I had now lost yet another day.  I wasn't happy, but wrote it off as a bad experience not to be repeated.

Then one week later, my tenant called and said the problem from August 2015 was back again - the bedroom wall on the other side of the bathroom Dino's had worked on August 2015 was wet.  Where is wet, exactly? I asked.  In the exact same place as last year, she says.  Hmm....I called my new plumber, who promptly went out and took care of it.  Unsolicited, my new plumber sent me before and after photos of the pipes in the wall.  Using a screwdriver as a pointer in his photo, he pointed out a poor soldering job, done by Dino's on their first visit, that had sprung another leak.  So not only did Dino's blow me off when I dared to ask about their pricing, but their work on the first job proved to be of inferior quality, resulting in another leak less than a year after their work was done.

Add it all up and you get a company that both does inferior work, resents explaining their pricing to their customers, and has poor internal communication.   To me, that's a one-star company.  Buyer beware.

I didn't know my contractor called until after. You guys did our plumbing from scratch after we did a total rebuild after a fire. Dino came once during the rebuild and as I was giving him many thousands of my dollars I tried to introduce myself to him but he ignored me, first mistake. When the job was complete, H., the plumber had to come back a few times for minor issues, which is normal, but he knew nothing about the water softener and tankless hot water heater he installed. We've had no hot water since yesterday morning, I called the manufacturer about the code and they were shocked that the installer did not instruct me on how to do an annual flush, so needless to say it's never been flushed in 5 years so it's probably junk. All the water softener does is soften my bank account buying salt, plus I've replaced the bath diverter twice and the kitchen faucets 3 times in less then 4 years. As soon as we moved in we complained about noisy pipes, after a couple of failed attempts, the new wall had to be cut open and the 2 Brand X shower faucets had to be replaced, and of course the wall had to be patched up afterwards. The first cold spell came and we had frozen pipes, a couple of years ago I called about the hot water in the bathroom smelling like sewer gas, you kindly sent a plumber who said he couldn't smell anything. Final mistake, so you shouldn't be surprised at a 1 Star review and i see I'm not the only one. Want to redeem yourself? Be here Monday morning at 8.30.........

I Just moved here from San Diego and I took a chance on  a plumber from the Summerlin online listing.
Dino and his wife called me back, scheduled time and did a nice job, at a very  readonable price...in fact,  they  were so nice, professional,  and fair I gave them a tip so I could buy them lunch.
I have run large facilities for over 45 years and their  service was so good, I ask my daughter how can I use yelp to write up my experience up,  so other can benefit....

I called Dino's and made an appointment with them after an appliance installer drilled into a water line in my wall. They showed up on time and fixed the water lines at a reasonable rate. Dino gave me the name of a drywall repair person who did a great job too.

Dino came to see what was needed, got the necessary parts to change out a shower diverter and fix a frozen faucet.  He not only did it in an very efficient and professional manner, he takes the time to explain what he's doing, and if asked, how to do it.  I will only have one plumber here in Las Vegas and that's Dino.

I have the worst home warranty, who gives me the u have to wait 24-48 hr notice. The service desk cant offer any help. Twice I have called and twice Dino's told me exactly what to do while I wait for a tech. My water heater broke and my home warranty gave me the we put a ticket in. U have to wait. I immediately called Dino's and while I had to wait till Monday they told me exactly how to turn everything off and drain it if i wanted too to prevent anymore damage to my home.

This company came into my home installed a filter of some sort and reason being my breather tube or whatever it is called was clogged therefore I need that and I would have to replace every three years. Said plumbing was good to go. A few days later hook up sink neighbors floods mine backs up as well call out another plumbing company they had to replace all my plumbing the breather hole was not clogged the filter was installed from pure laziness and taking advantage of someone and didn't know my plumbing was jacked the second the company who fixed this guys work saw it he knew exactly the problem and I had to pay an additional 3k to jack hammer and replace the pipes. ThTs just that not to mention my walls floors etc. the had all could of been avoided had this company cared even 1 ounce about ones customers. Let's see if they make this right, we shall go from there.

Dino is a great craftsman. Knows his stuff.  Our water heater went out 24 hours ago, and today it's new and perfect.  Dino came out, worked a quote, and was back with all the hardware in an hour.  Fast and efficient. Didn't charge for anything we didn't need done, and is super friendly too.

Dino and Becky are a great team! Dino showed up between 7-9am as scheduled. He replaced the filter in the Pelican water softener system, replaced part in toilet and snaked the bathtub all in an hours time. Thank you for excellent timing, being on time and being fairly priced!

Contacted them thru yelp and asked that they call me in the morning.  They did that and we set up a 2 hour appointment window for the next day to fix a slow leak in the bathtub faucet (which I knew was not easy to do) and replace the original outside water faucet. They showed up on time, did the work and that was that. No drama, no fuss and problems no more.

Arrived on schedule for the appointment.   Fast, efficient repair.   Very pleased. I would call them again.

My water heater stopped producing hot water so I begin to troubleshoot through the internet. The pilot light was on but no flame wood come on to heat the water. The troubleshooting guides from the manufacturer indicated it may be the thermocouple so I called the manufacturer and they extended the warranty. I had called a few plumbers and the first one out told me to go get the part and call them when I got it. I went and got the part and put it in myself but it still didn't fix the problem I had called dinos and they came out and quickly diagnosed the problem as a defective Honeywell control unit. They took the warranty information which was a phone number to the manufacturer and begin repairs immediately drain the tank and running to Ferguson for the replacement part. Marco was extremely proficient and professional and completed the work in under 2 hours. He came in to check for air bubbles in the system and cleaned up thoroughly. At the end of the entire thing the bill was less than half of what other companies had estimated just to replace the more minor part. Some of the other plumbers had even said I should replace the entire tank and tried to upsell me to a tankless system. Marco from Dino's demonstrated great integrity and professionalism and working hard and getting the repair done quickly and completely. I would give them my highest recommendation great job guys

I requested a quote based on their Yelp reviews.  Dinos did not disappoint.  They responded super fast (within 10 minutes) and scheduled an appointment for two days later.  Once the plumber (I think his name was Yuri) got here, he gave us a quote right away.  It was slightly higher than another quote I received, but he could do the work right away.  So we had Dinos do the work, and we were very happy with the work and their follow up.

Honest plumbers!  I couldn't believe it!  I was prepared for the worst, but when the plumber arrived, he figured out what was wrong and no new parts were needed.  He took the brand new garbage disposal back out to his truck - he could have installed it and I would've never known it wasn't needed.  He knew it though, and his honesty trumped his profit motive!  Karma says 10 times good will come to Dino's Plumbing and all theirs, because they put MY interests first.

Great experience with Dino's. Had a relatively easy job swapping out a kitchen faucet and drains and some caulking in the shower area. Called and was talking to one of the plumbers, Tru within a minute or so. Tru had been well reviewed here previously,  and after talking to him briefly, I already liked him. He was at my house within 30 minutes. He did good work, very fair price for the job, and didn't make a mess. Will certainly call Dino's for future plumbing needs.

I was very happy with the service I received from this company. From booking my appointment with the office staff all the way to the job itself. They did a great job on my repairs and were very friendly as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I want to thank Dino's plumbing for sending Uriel to my home. He did a fantastic job, very clean, very efficient and went above and beyond making sure that my sink was  fixed. It was a very fair price they- didn't try to get me for more than it should've cost. I would recommend this company to anyone having problems with their plumbing. I finally found an honest plumber! They saved us. After being jerked around by American Home Shield for a week, we were fed UP. How can it take a week to get a water heater?!?!?! My poor Mom...no hot water for more than a week while we waited on American Home Shield. (Have since cancelled them)

Finally in desperation, I called Dino's. (I'm not from here, and was trying to help my Mom while here visiting, so I had no idea who is good, etc) Michelle took pity on me and promised us a water heater early the next morning. My Mom didn't believe it. Lo and behold, they showed up as promised,  did a great job, and the two guys who installed it were just as nice and polite as they could be. And a few hours later, a very happy Mom after a very hot shower! HIGHLY recommend this company.

Dino & his wife are TOTALLY AMAZING!!!  I have used this company several times .. I saw the GREAT reviews on Nextdoor App and Decided to give them a call ... BEST decision ever!! I would Highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs .  They are respectful of your property and also your time .... Arrived on time .   I can't say enough goods things about DINO'S  PLUMBING.  I will ALWAYS use this company !!!

Sadly it's rare to find such excellent service for such a fair price these days.  Dino's and Jesse will be my plumber of choice from now on.

Our recently purchased home in Sun City Summerlin needed several plumbing fixes & updates, both inside & out.  Dino's provided courteous, responsive service and excellent work for a fair price. This is our go-to plumber for any future needs!

We were incredibly lucky to find Dino's when searching for plumbers in Vegas. We'd gotten an absolutely outrageous quote from one of the big plumbing and cooling firms in town to hook up our Laundry Room sink. Dino's did the job for considerably less and did it quickly, cleanly and expertly. We are very happy with the installation and the service we got from Dino's and will highly recommend them to anyone needing a great plumber at a down to earth price. Service, quality and a Mom & Pop kinda shop that truly cares about the impression, and the completed work, they leave behind.

Excellent customer service! I had a water softener delivered and called them to install it. The Water Softener was actually broken when we opened the box. They, without hesitation, took the water softener back for me and replaced it! It is hard to find good service, but I definitely found it in Dino's Plumbing! 10/10 would use again!

Our water heater 'blew' in the middle of the night and Dino's came out the next day. They arrived early and gave us a very fair quote. Their guys were professional and clean. They even saw a leaky hose on our water softener and fixed it on their own without being asked. The woman in the office is incredibly polite and professional. We really appreciate this honest, professional company!  Highly recommend.

I have to say, it's rare to do business with a company that doesn't try to sell us something we don't need. We thought we needed a new pressure valve, come to find out we didn't need one at all. They were honest about that, made some adjustments, and left... We paid a third of the amount we thought we needed to spend. We feel very grateful and we appreciate their honesty!

On Thursday night I discovered the pilot on my water heater wouldn't stay lit.  Started calling plumbers.  No one could come out till the next day, and the first one I got a confirmation from was Dino's Plumbing.  That was a stroke of luck because they fixed me right up.  

The water heater was about 10 years old, and the repair would have been almost $300.  More than one plumber I spoke with suggested replacing the water heater which I ended up doing.  As one person said - spending $300 on repairs to a 10 year old water heater is like putting lipstick on a pig going to slaughter!  

Dino's came out early, fitting me in between appointments, and they replaced the water heater at a competitive price.  Professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and they cleaned up when they were done.  I have no hesitations recommending Dino's Plumbing!

When my water heater died, I asked the contractor who the HSA sent for a bid on a tankless system.  I also got some competitive bids including Dino's plumbing.  Dino gave me one quote all in, and the cost was considerably less than other contractors.  Work was professionally done, and the heater works great.  The plumber also gave my husband a quick rules of the road including how to flush the tank every year.  Will definitely recommend to others who need plumbing work done.

I use Dino for all of my plumbing needs and he came through once again right before Christmas.  My water heater leaked and flooded my garage, seems like every 3-4 years this happens.  I asked Dino if he could install a Tankless Water Heater for me and within' two days he arrived and installed the system in 3-4 hours.  I couldn't be more satisfied with the tankless heater and am thankful for Dino's prompt and professional service.  The best experience for me when using Dino is that he addresses any issues I have and provides various options with detailed explanations on how to go about completing the repairs.  Great service, very professional, all the time.

Our water heater was leaking after returning from vacation late at night.  Since our water heater also supplies our heat, I was hoping for a quick reply. I called Dino's at 6:50 am, and they were at my place by 7:40 am!  We had a new water heater installed by 9:30am!

I had another experience with Dino's that completely exceeded my expectations. My water heater failed at my home. When I called Dean, the owner, he had a technician with a new heater at my home in less than two hours. He changed out the heater, installed a few new items to bring it up to code, and cleaned up his mess in no time. And all for a very reasonable price. Thanks Dean!

Its difficult to find good reliable and honest trades people in this city, but these guys are it!

After almost being ripped off by a Restoration Co. I decided to slow things down and start doing my homework. I contacted 10 plumbers, 5 from Google and 5 from Yelp.

At 12:40 am I, contacted Dino's Plumbing by phone and left a voicemail for Michelle. At 2:39pm Michelle call me back to schedule an estimate.

On July 24, about 8:30 Dino's Plumbing arrived (Plumber #3) which was Dino and Michelle. Dino didn't say much and was basically right to work, Dino was the only plumber that actually measured (not guesstimated). And within about 15 minutes Dino tell me exactly what needed to be done. Which was 100% true (8 out of the 10 plumbers lied about something $$$). And then advised me that he would email me the estimate which I liked, because he didn't try to act like he already had the job or make it difficult to get rid of him (like other plumbers do). And knowing everything that needs to be done and I mean EVERYTHING!!! Dino's estimate was an honest and fair estimate, and Dino was fast, accurate and honest.

After going through 10 different plumbers this experience was more than eye-opening. At the end of this I had estimates from $15,000 all the way down to under $1000.

Dino was hands-down the most honest plumber out of all 10. So I will definitely be going with Dino's Plumbing

Wouldn't let me lift a finger to help move things out of the way so was able to keep working as they did their thing. In such uncertain times, it was an absolute Godsend to have Dino's Plumbing come out in less than an hours notice.  Hot water heater died and needed to be replaced.  Dino was very familiar with the type I needed, and less than an hour later, a new one was ready to be installed.

Dino installed it with precision efficiency, and went above and beyond.  Him and his wife are great at what they do, and even better people.  Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I highly recommend Dino's plumbing,,,,,,,,,,,5 months ago they replaced my garbage disposal,.well to my disappointment the disposal was leaking.I called Dino's plumbing to come address the issue. When the technician came out he told me that he would need to replace the unit again.I wasn't happy but I told him to do whatever needed to be done.It costed $225 the first time and I was prepared to pay it again.While the man went to get the part at home depot,Michelle from Dino's plumbing happened to call to check up if everything was ok.I replied yes and told her that the technician went to get the part.Well,in the mean time I explained my story about the 1st technician that came out and told her that I bought everything from him. Michelle put me on hold and went to talk to Dino who is the owner.She came back to the phone to tell me that that tech was no longer working for them because of certain issues and that the new disposal would be free of charge. I so appreciate that they went the extra mile to accommodate me and was totaly shocked being that I was prepared to pay for it either way.THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST......BETTER THAN I'VE EVER SEEN BEFORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dino and his spouse came out first thing in to morning to replace my outdoor hose bib, and did a phenomenal job! My last one was calcified and leaked all over. Was in and out in a jiffy! They are great people and will always call them for my plumbing needs! And they have the greatest prices out there!

Dino is a nice enouugh  man. I guess  he's good for one hit jobs, i.e. water heaters or leaks. Company not managed well enough for on going work. Apparently he is not capable of bidding jobs or altering the schedule  that the girl who answers the phone makes.

Dino came over and uninstalled our water softener and water purification system under our sink he was in and out in an hour. He also dumped out the salt that we did not need from the water softener and went through and told us what he did and showed us the final results asked if there was anything else that we needed help with before leaving really good guy great business I would recommend him to anyone!

We needed emergency plumbing services due to a re-piping in our community, and Plumtech was first class right from the start. We made several phone calls  to several companies & we either got no response at all or they told us they were too busy and would take a minute to get to us. As soon as we called Plumtech they were prompt, courteous , clean & never tried to upsell any other services. We needed Plumtech's services four-five more times  over the next two weeks & they never disappointed us in any way, and they even referred a restoration company to us as well. If you are in Summerlin or on the West side of town & are in need of any kind of plumbing services, Plumtech is most definitely THE first company to call. Had to have a plumbing issue resolved and had to get work done they called when they were on their way met them at the location and they took care of it in short order. Love it when things get taken care of in short order.

These people seriously need to work on their customer service skills and not talk down to people over the phone.  If I'm calling you its because I have a problem that needs to be fixed, I don't appreciate being talked to like I inconvenienced you, nor do I need you to ask the same questions I previously answered.  I myself am a small business owner, and If I ever talked to my guests the way this guy talked to me, I wouldn't be in business very long.  Skip this place.

is there any such way to give a negative star. 5 days I've been calling and waiting to no avail. the worst plumbing company ever. never call on this sorry excuse of a company to treat you like a human much less a cust in need.

I was so pleased with Dino's Plumbing!  They were extremely knowledgeable, timely, efficient and personable.
I had 2 faucets replaced because of a couple different issues. They also added turn off valves for each one.  My plumbing system did not have those, and I feel much better knowing I can turn the water off right at the sight if needed!
Please contact them if you want things done neatly and correctly.

I have been looking for someone to fix my bathroom faucets for a long time. Mr. Dean was a joy to work with and fixed the issue quickly. I highly recommend him, God bless him and Dino's Plumbing!

Had a very good experience using Dino's plumbing. We were replacing a tank water heater with a tankless and we had 2 quotes from other companies. Both were pretty much the same price and told us we needed new venting and our water softener would not work with the tankless. We would need to buy a water conditioner. Dino came for a quote and said we did not need a new vent and the water softener could be used. He was also $1000 cheaper than the other 2 quotes. We hired him and in a few days he showed up on time and installed the tankless water heater. We were very impressed with Dino and his wife/assistant. Definitely get a quote from him after you get any others. You will probably be very glad you did.

I Saw a drip from the WATER HEATER in the garage on Tuesday and went oh my gosh, oh boy and by Thursday it was a little more than a drip. My plummer, Dino, is the winner. He came on Monday morning 8am as promised. His wife does assist him.  He removed my old heater, wasn't just a valve, and then put in a new water heater, hooked up, all of what is needed and in 58 minutes or 8:58am he was done. the turnaround time was unreal and people couldn't get over it. I have been told of full days, 5 hours, who knows what, not my Dino.  I was quite upset not to have hot water, which is a clue, so knew by Friday it was serious. Now I have hot water, ran the dishwasher, took a shower, clothes are going into the washer, etc.  Wow!!! When I saw the big picture and was quite upset, Dino came to the rescue and did a wonderful job of replacing the old water heater.  Thank you Dino!!!! Since i live in Las Vegas he has been my plummer.

We tried to install a new kitchen faucet ourselves - didn't work and discovered the shutoff valves desperately needed replacing.  One call on a Friday morning and a plumber was here that same afternoon and fixed everything!  We will definitely call Dino's again for any future plumbing needs.

Wow!   I called Dino's Plumbing Summerlin NV on Dec. 29, 2015. They sent an expert to my home the next day who showed up perfectly on time. I needed 3 major bathroom items repaired/replaced immediately. The work was done in a most thorough and professional manner. The price?  Well, I won't give that info out but I will say that it was very reasonable and affordable. These guys at Dinos are the best! No kidding!  I absolutely will use Dino's for all my future plumbing needs

It was nice that a plumber came over that didn't try to sell me on getting a whole bunch of other stuff done I didn't need.  Very clean (offered to wear shoe booties), explained everything in detail, and got it done right the first time (They did the work a few weeks ago).

Probably the most professional thing they did was call me the next day and ask if everything was working, if we were happy, gave me their number and let me know to call 24-7 if there was an emergency.  Very professional.

Sorry for the late review but these guys are top notch, all around excellent!  I primarily live in SoCal and needed a plumber as there was a leak on our main valve unit; scheduled an appointment for the Friday of the 4th of July weekend and it was smooth sailing from there; the office staff are professional and very nice, and our tech showed up early and it took about an hour for the job to get done.  He even fixed our toilet to prevent a bigger plumbing issue.  

Will definitely use these guys again and am recommending them to everyone.  Thanks, Dino's!

Found my water heater leaking at 6:45AM and Dino's just finished replacing and hauling away old one. Done under 2 hours. Excellent service and very friendly and professional. Love using a local company! Dino's will be back next week to install a recirculating pump so I don't waste water waiting for it to heat up. You won't regret calling them for all your plumbing needs.

I am so happy to have found Dino's plumbing. They showed up on schedule, gave me a more than fair estimate and got right to work. I had gotten two other estimates beforehand and felt as though I was being taken advantage of. The job would take a few hours but it what fairly straightforward. Dino's was able to explain exactly what needed to be done and the time frame it would take. I really appreciate the time he took to make sure the gas pipe relocation was in working order before he left, too. I will make sure I recommend Dino's to everyone I know. A+++++ work!

So woke up Sunday to no hot water! Tried to re-light the tank. We could hear a click but it wouldn't light. So let's see who comes out on Sunday to repair hot water tanks... let me think.... NOBODY!!!! So after getting online quotes to diagnose the problem from $49 to $120, I discovered Dino's. They opened at 6 am on Monday ... guess what time I called? 6:01 am! The lovely Michelle answered the phone and told me that they had a morning job but would come after that- oh and free estimates by the way. Marco showed up a short time later and immediately diagnosed the coupler failed and quoted a reasonable price to repair. After replacing the part, music to my ears.... click woosh .. the pilot is on!! Thirty minutes later we had hot water. If you need ANY plumbing done please give Dino's a try!

Worst customer service ever! Dino himself is very nice, he came in do the inspection and knows what exactly need to get fixed. But the person who answers phone have so much attitude. She likes to cut the conversation and wants to end the call. I mean I am paying a lot of money to get the service done I deserve at least a respect and good customer service. She acts like she don't really care if I do the service with them or not. I was going to choose Dino plumbing for my service but because of her I cancelled it and went with someone else. Try to talk to Dino directly if you can.

Dino's plumbing is great. They showed up on time, got the job done and everything works fine now. Any time I need a plumber, I'll be calling Dino's.

Called early in the afternoon and got someone to come out in a 2 hours window and arrived in a timely manner. Great service. Worked clean and very happy with my repairs. Good customer service and nice guys work for this company. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

Called to install a softener, very good and gentle response, and the day after plumber was at my home at the exact time we agreed.  Before start the job he did a quick analysis and after a couple of minutes he told me the exact price. I just confirmed and after a couple of hours the softener was perfectly installed. A fast and clean job. Finally a group of real professionals plumbers. They deserve five full stars!

I called needing assistance on a plumbing issue and was given a time frame, I was expecting a phone call when they were on the way and never got one, plumber showed up and barely spoke english, he did the work took a very long time and I could not understand a word he said after the work was completed. I gave him my credit card but he gave me the phone to give the numbers to his co-worker so they can run the card, I got a receipt with no company logo and he wanted my email which I did not give him. I would not use this company again awful service and the plumber could not speak english, I even had trouble with my plumbing after he left. Horrible presentation for a company. Skip this place

Great service and great price.  You got to love it when they come in and fix your problem quickly and give you a great price.  No haggling or trying to rip me off.  Very happy customer.  Highly recommend.

Do not use this awful, terribly run business. Reviews are out dated and this business has no respect for appointments they make. Cancelled last minute on an appointment that we weeks in advance for when we were not working...they then have the nerve to offer to come the next day when we work, but get his between certain hours still, not at a specific time. Then they offered to come two weeks later, lol. Business' like this should not be able to be getting good reviews and be getting business from that. Terrible people, service and a complete lack of standards and business regard. Now I see why people try to DYI on Youtube

This is the 2nd time I've called for help with plumbing. I liked Homero enough to call again. He did a great job the 1st time. This time he ripped a sink out of my laundry room and capped off the two pipes within an hour. He wastes no time when he's here. Which I appreciate. $90 an hour isn't bad when he does everything within that hour. I  really recommend this company to anyone nedding plumbing help. ***** Star all the way. Don't call Green Light Plumbing. They're a rip off. Might as well get the guys from Home Depot instead of those crooks.

We had Dino's Plumbing change out the faucets in our home (the old faucets were under warranty from Moen and were 23 years old). I called Dino's based on the reviews I found online and COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. There were 4 faucets to be replaced. Dino did 3 of them last week and had to make an adjustment to the 4th so it could be installed on a pedestal sink. They came back today to do the 4th faucet. Job completed with no issues. They quoted me $500 when I made the appointment and were true to their word on the price. Dino and his wife Michelle are quite simply put our go-to plumbers from now on.

Two for two....Friday 4pm my hot water heater died. Called Michelle & she scheduled a 9:30am the next day..Saturday!!! Done...perfectly & professionally. I received a call letting me know the plumber was on his way. Quote & was exactly what it was, not a penny more. Very pleased with the quality of service & fair pricing.

Discovered a water leak on a Sunday. I requested a quote through yelp and I got a fast response! Lady on the phone was very friendly and set up a time for first thing in the morning. Dino and his son were very professional. Price was fair and job was done quickly.

Clogged toilet.  Excellent service. Very nice, polite repairmen, quick service. Very fair price. Would give 10 stars if I could.
