Done Right Plumbing has been our go to plumber for a few years. I heard about them from a friend and we are so glad they share Done Right's info with us. They are genuinely nice people. They are professionals that you can trust. They are fair about what they charge. We have used them in emergencies and on general repairs. Always great to work with. We recommend them when friends ask us about a good plumber.
Just had Cory in our home to repair the supply line for our toilet. Great attitude and a professional. This is our second experience with Done Right Plumbing and both have been great.
Had water heater fixed at the office 2 years ago. They did a phenomenal job with the price and the job was superb.
Had another problem at home over the weekend. Again the price was reasonable and the job was done in a flash, no mess, looks fantastic and all fixed. I've used at least 8 plumbing companies in the past. I'm sticking with this one. Miguel is very good. The company is polite and efficient. Very happy customer!

I'm writing this review for my mom. She called Done Right Plumbing for some repairs and from the instant the phone was answered she knew she called the right place! The lady was very nice and you could tell she liked her job. This is so rare these days. The service person Miguel was kind, respectful and honest. She will recommend Done Right Plumbing to everyone! She was so happy she asked me to write this review. If she could give more than 5 stars she would! Thank you Done Right Plumbing!!!!
The drain pipe for our water softener kept over flowing during the regeneration process and flooding the laundry room. Miguel came out and quickly fixed the blockage in the pipe. We really liked his manner... he was kind, efficient and was very thoughtful when answering all of our questions. Pricing was very fair! We will definitely be using this company again in the future. Our issues with this company started over a year ago. I posted a review on Yelp and Facebook, About their poor behavior on our property. In the past year their poor behavior has escalated. Just last Friday they blasted their horn over 30 times when they arrived outside our bedroom window. Apparently they were trying to summon someone just after 8am

This repair was for daughter's home in Las Vegas. Had a leaking shower valve. Ryan, a really congenial guy, showed up on time with the right part, right tools and fixed it quickly. No more drip! No hassle! Competence at a fair price. 5 stars!
Can't say enough about this company and the crew they sent out!
5 days before Christmas and I find that I have a constantly running meter.
Couldn't find any water anywhere after searching under every sink, shower, water heater etc.
The company immediately sent out an estimator who told me that I was missing certain shut-off valves.. so he went to his truck and got a tool and discovered that I had a break in the water line, underground, that would require breaking cement and digging up the old line to find the leak.. and then he says.. why don't we just replace the entire line from the meter to the house and my first thought was.. there goes by saving account and a second mortgage in the house!!
But nothing could be farther from the truth.
The crew of three that came out we're quick, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and I could keep going on but let me just say they were a Godsend
They installed all new lines as well as all new shut off valves and their landscaping to put everything back together and make it look as if they were never there was beyond belief!
I would highly recommend these kind, knowledgeable and friendly folks without hesitation. They surely made my Christmas a much more happier time than worrying about the second mortgage hahaha.

This company is the BEST. The service tech's are so knowledgeable about every aspect of plumbing, they are punctual, professional and polite. I bought a previously owned home that had several plumbing issues from water heater to toilets to faucets. I found them first from the Better Business Bureau with an excellent rating. They were able to come out to my home the same day I called. Some issues were able to be repaired (which really saved me money!) These people are Great. I would recommend them as more than a 5 star company. Thank you !
We were very very happy with Rick one of the technician. He took his time troubleshooting our AC problem and spent time showing us some of the problems and solutions. I will always use Done Right Plumbing in the future and hope we get Rick again. We are very happy with him.

We have had Miguel from Done Right Plumbing come out twice in the last month to fix the kitchen sink drain and hook up new bathroom fixtures. He also helped resolve a root issue in the main bathroom with the toilet.
Miguel is THE man you want! Super friendly & knows exactly what to do.
Their office manager is super helpful, friendly and efficient. We had a sketchy experience last summer with a different company.... and the business we've done with these folks has been totally different.
SO happy we've found a new plumbing company. I'd give them a 10 stars if that was an option :-)
We have used Done Right Plumbing's services both in our businesses (restaurants) as well as at our home. Their level of customer service is exceptional. We called after hours at 6:30p for a pipe that was leaking associated with our water heater. We were hoping to get on the morning's schedule but the answering service had the technician Ryan call us back right away. He said he could be there in about 2 hours. He showed up in exactly two hours (called when he was on the way), replaced the pipe, and the cost was less than $150!?! It is this type of rare service and fair pricing that will keep us not only using Done Right for any plumbing needs but referring them to others.

We had to replace our kitchen sink faucet and had a leaky toilet. I called Done Right Plumbing for the first time. They were able to schedule me for a timely appointment and called when Miguel was on his way over. Miguel was very quick and efficient in taking care of business and was also able to recommend a water conditioning system for us to get as the hard water is recking havoc with our fixtures. Miguel is very knowledgable and one of the best plumbers I have had the pleasure to meet.

Called on 10/11 and was scheduled for 10/12 7AM. Tech showed up at 6:45 ready to work. He had all the necessary parts to correct the problem and even installed a new garbage disposal that I had purchased at Lowes for another house that I own. I failed to get his name but the Tech was fast efficient and the cost was more than reasonable. Great all around experience

We just used them to install a smart water shutoff valve. The work was done quickly and properly. They also showed up on time. They had to call and cancel our first appointment due to a plumbing emergency but they contacted us early enough it was not a big deal. They worked with us to find another time that worked and offered a discount for the inconvenience. I will use them again.

Downstairs toilet started leaking last night at the base. Called first thing this morning and Miguel arrived just after 1 p.m. The wax ring was bad which I could fix but the metal ring was completely rusted and wouldn't hold the toilets bolts. I couldn't get the ring off. Miguel was quick, replaced wax seals and the ring and also replaced the water valve on the wall that wouldn't completely shut off. Totally impressed and I'm a career aircraft mechanic. $125 that included $30+ in parts. I will definitely refer them to anyone.

This company was recommended to me by a long time family friend (also in the plumbing biz).
Our a/c unit was leaking condensation into the house.
Miguel quickly identified the problem and showed me where the drainage pipes and trap were plugged. The pipes were not even glued into place.
He fixed it all in under an hour and the cost was LESS than $100 bucks!
I'm very pleased with their service and honesty and would recommend to anyone with plumbing issues.
When its time to replace the water heater, it'll be this company I'll call.

Nice service provider. Both office staff and plumber nahu are great. Professional work attitude and service.
I made an appointment to have my anode rod changed and my water heater drained. Upon arrival, the fat plumber who could barely walk immediately said he wasn't going to drain my water heater. I said Ok, just change the anode rod then. Later when I went to check on him, he said he couldn't remove the rod because it was too difficult. In hindsight, he had no intention of doing the work because he was probably instructed by management to rip me off. He pretended that the job couldn't be done and charged me anyway.
Another plumbing company changed it with no problem.
In hindsight, it was too easy to get a convenient appointment. The person on the phone said yes to everything including changing my anode rod and draining my water heater because they had no intention of doing any work! It seems like they planned to rip me off from the very beginning. Go elsewhere.

I was installing a new toilet when I saw the water shutoff valve going into the wall was leaking. Called Done Right. Great customer service person on the phone. Said they would come to the house at 3:30 pm. Miguel called before 3:30 pm, said he was on his way. He did an excellent job. Replaced the valve and toilet. Resonable price, quality work. Highly recommend this company.

After getting an estimate from another plumber of $3245 to reroute my hot water lines, Ryan from Done Right came to my home and estimated the job would cost $800. Shortly after he began working he discovered the problem was easier to solve than he originally thought and my leak was fixed for a total of $122. It's very clear that this is not a company looking to take advantage of their customers and I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
I depend on user reviews when looking for services and noticed that there had been some significant negative postings regarding Done Right Plumbing, however, I had such a positive experience when I used them several years ago I decided to take my chances in spite of those reviews and call them again. I'm glad I did!!!
I called and made an appointment for same day service, was told Corey would be here between 1:00 and 3:00. Corey called at 10:40 am to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and was here by 11:00am.
The job was a simple faucet replacement which I had tried to do myself but was unable to get the old faucet out due to corrosion in the fittings. Corey got the new faucet installed lickity split and then found leakage in the water shutoff valve (which I had already suspected from my trying to diagnose the issues myself). Corey took care of that and then cautioned me to keep an eye on the other shutoff valve. He was happy to share details with me so that I could replace it myself when the time comes. Corey was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Honestly I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
