Wow, Anthony is awesome. We have used them before and once again they were great. An outstanding company, fast, timely, great prices. I have not found many companies in Las Vegas that I would recommend, but this one I would highly recommended.

Jaylyn owns his own plumbing business and is very professional and does honest work.  Utility company notified tenants (single family home)  of possible  continuous water leak existed.  I, as the owner,  contacted Swift Rooter & Jetting and they responded immediately and sent a plumber out the same day to investigate.  Jaylyn, who is the owner,  stopped-by,  and he  thought the underground water leak might be near the sprinkler backflow preventer value located in the front yard.  His team did some exploratory digging and quickly found the leak where he thought it might be.  His team then trenched out a channel between the curbside water valve to the source of the leak.  Ran a new pipe to the main copper pipe feeding the house,  and repaired the leak all in one day.  His team never even stepped into the house and messed with the garage flooring. All the work was done in the front yard.  Very professional and honest work and pricing!  I would highly recommend his company for any type of plumbing work you might need.

As a side note:   The first plumbing company I contacted visited the property.  The plumber did  not  do any exploratory digging, but assessed that the under ground water  leak was somewhere between the curbside valve and the main house valve located in the garage.  He recommended  having to tear-up the porch patio concrete and the living room concrete to run a new pipe from curbside valve all the way  to the garage valve (by cutting through the dry wall).  He quoted a significant higher price than Jaylyn and  would only be responsible for running the new pipe.  I would be responsible for the cost of  laying new concrete and repairing the living room tile as well as the hole in the wall.  So, the cost to me would have not only the plumbing work, but all the construction work to repair the damage as well.  Jaylyn saved me a ton of money! Hi highly recommend his company for quality plumbing work!

I got a notice from the water company that I had constant water usage on my property. This indicates a leak somewhere in the system. After turning off my shut off valve in my garage and the valve at the sprinklers the water continue to run. It was the main line. I got three estimates to replace the line; one was $3100 from American leak detection, the other was $12,000 from Yes Plumbing. All three companies gave me the same advice replace don't repair. If it breaks in one spot and I repaired it will more than likely break and another. Citywide Plumbing was slightly higher than American leak detection, but they sounded like they really knew what they were doing. They were going to have to cut out a piece of my walkway approximately 2' x 1' strip but since the concrete was old and cracked in that spot I asked them if they could take out the whole piece and they agreed at no extra charge!
They carefully pulled back my landscape rock put down tarps and dug the trenches and placed the dirt on the tarps so it didn't mix with my rock. They got the trenches dug in one day including breaking out the concrete and getting it prepared to go into the house. The entire job including hooking up the sprinkler system was done in a very professional manner. The concrete pour back looks exceptional and all the plumbing coming into the house is plum and level.
When they finished, I tracked them down to make my payment to them, it was refreshing not to have someone knocking on your door at six in the morning telling you that you owe them money.
I will be calling Citywide Plumbing for all my needs.

From from first call to payment Resolution Plumbing set the standard in quality, pricing, and customer service.  I called on 2/3 and was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. After talking with the person that answers the phones, I received a text with the appointment info and received a text informing me of the plumber assigned to my house, a text when he was en route to the house, and a thank you after finishing.  

Residential Plumbing sent Dell N. Nice guy, but the most professional I have experienced in a long time.  I'm not a construction - type guy, but I have a little knowledge.  Dell explained things in a way that didn't make me feel like a plumbing idiot.  Professional, courteous, and respectful is all I ask for in service and he provided that!  My job was small, but Dell took care of it like it was his most important job that day.

Also, unlike my last plumber Priority Services, Dell did not try to sell me a bunch of overpriced parts or services we don't need. He also didn't flood out my 1st and 2nd floors with incompetence like Priority Services either!

I feel like I can trust them and that says a lot.

They contracted me with Allstate with Lowe's. Service was top notch! They communicated with me quickly and my install was done immediately! Phil, was great to work with, on time and did a fantastic job with my toilet install. Left the area clean and tidy! Great job

Needed a new water heater as my other had failed flooding my garage. One Drop Plumbing responded to my request and provided a quick, very reasonable!, estimate to update my dated connections and install a new water heater. The One Drop Crew quickly went to work and had us up and running in no time. Friendly and skilled, they will be my go to for all my plumbing needs moving forward.

I am having some issues with one of my HVAC units. It comes on @ the wrong times & sometimes will just not come on. Frank - who has been here before - took a look @ the HVAC unit & the thermostat. He suggested that the the upstairs & the downstairs units be set to the same max temp settings. Apparently the 90 deg setting was too high & that caused my issues. I am not trying that & I'll see how it goes.

The installers were very helpful in asking how I'd like the installation to be finalized. They were understanding and very hard working. They went out of their way to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction.

I have never used their service but I will give 5 stars to the driver of the company truck that cut me off. He had options (signals), but he is so magnificent he didn't need them. He speed off in a hurry. 5 stars for not hitting me and his ninja like driving skills!!

Should have cancelled the minute the driver never showed up at 11:30 when I decided to call from an 8:00 - 10: appt., well they weren't even aware the driver was out : No Show!!  After calling and being placed on hold 3x's and sent into the queue that just rang....  I finally was told the they would assign a driver between 2 an 4 the same day, no problem.
I have never dealt with such a rude person, with a tremendous attitude all through the installation.  What didn't he slam on the floor, left his garbage here and scattered on the floor.  Left without testing the water lines.

Tried calling the office the next day left a message for 2 of the managers Customer Service & Sales, after being told I'd get a call within 1/2  hr. to 45 mins. I am still waiting.  I have never experienced something so unprofessional in my life!!!
