Absolute rip off artists! I sent a request in to have leak detection done from meter box to PRV in garage to find my main leak. (I had already diagnosed a main leak on my own). They sent a salesman out and all he did was verify the exact same area of potential leak and then hit me with cost for replacemen. $49.99 charge when I have a list of 10 other companies that we're willing to come out for free and do the same. Hydrojet pros made it seem like they were going to pinpoint the leak. Don't use them

Don't Walk, Run from Hydro-Jetting Pros.

I recently had a terrible experience with Bryan and Hydro-Jetting Pros. Bryan hydro-jetted the main line and mini-jetted the interior of my 1200 sq ft rental home for a discounted price of $2490. He warned me that there might be a bigger issue, but I agreed to do the minimum amount of work to clear the line. Unfortunately, the line backed up again, just as he had predicted and I agreed to pay another $2490. He presented a few options to help with the issue but after having authorized nearly $5000 of work, I went with his most affordable option to repair the sewer and raise the access point for the mainline.

To repair the sewer, Bryan said that it would be a half day's work and quoted me $750 but offered it at a discount of $675. The following day, I visited the home with a contractor that I have used in the past. We were both appalled to find the unclogged toilet paper and paper towels strewn all over and the $675 pipe that was installed was not even installed. I asked my contractor if this looked like half a day's work and he said that I got ripped off. I immediately called Bryan and asked him what was done and he said they had to dig around the pipe to raise it up and that it did require a lot of work. He blamed a laborer for not securing the pipe and did come back later to secure it. I accepted his apology and tried to believe him that the work did take that long so I got off the phone with him and talked to my contractor about fixing the bigger issue. They began work and we were able to see that Bryan didn't do any digging as he mentioned. So $675 for a 18 pipe that they stuck in a hole and didn't do properly the first time... RIP OFF.

Never actually made it to a job. Just got a using the Yelp conversation and it was not good. They were rude and called me a profanity. Extremely unprofessional. According to the individual I conversed with the reviews don't matter and this will be taken now and so enjoy it while you can

Had a problem with my shower drain and found Bryan company on Angi- List
and said it would be 100% guarantee. Talk to him on the phone about the problem with the shower drain that there was a sewer smell coming from it and he said he would come out and take a look at it and diagnosis what the problem was. Gave a quote and and assurance that the outcome will resolve it and I would be happy with the results. And that is when the nightmare started. The job was what I thought to be a easy job turned out to be a dirty job and one that was not even completed. Did not even fastened the toilet back on correctly. On top of that broke 2 supply lines and charged me for them. After all that I had to clean up their mess. Being a senior this was really hard for me that I thought they were going to resolve the issue but instead I got $1200.00 bill and a job not resolved and he promised along with Angi-List
100% guarantee. I would not recommend this company or Bryan he did not complete the job and resolve it but got paid for it.

It's been about 2 months now since receiving a HydroJetting service from them. I'm so glad I did it through them because the service tech they sent over was knowledgeable and friendly. He was super transparent about the service they offer and that with the clog that I had experienced there's a chance that it would probably happen again within the next 6 months or so which I appreciated him for being truthful. I have an older 70s built home so it makes sense. Anyways, my washer and washer pipes are all cleared up, the two sinks in the bedrooms are not overflowing anymore and HydroJetting Pros did their job, I'm satisfied! I contacted Hydro-Jetting Pros to help me unclog my dishwasher. I read several good reviews on Yelp and thought I would give them a try after being ripped off by Angi and the terrible service I received from the Pros they sent me. I was pleasantly surprised by the courteous, friendly service man that arrived at my door in a timely manner. Unfortunately, he quickly found that the pro sent from Angi had incorrectly installed my garbage disposal and had actually ruined it. Also,there was no clog in my dishwasher ! So now I was out another $100.00 for the 1st disposal I had purchased on top of the $220.00 I had paid Angi. Hydro-Jetting Pros agreed to return the following day with a new, better disposal and install it for a discounted price for all my trouble. They showed up on time the next day and completed the job with ease. Now my dishwasher and disposal work perfectly !!! Thank you Hydro-Jetting Pros !!! I highly recommend them !!!

Garbage disposal unit stopped working & water heater tank needed flushing. I availed of this company's service; they were the first to respond to my inquiry and gave a quote which wasn't that bad or expensive. Came on time as stated. A bit surprised because a very young lad by the name of Bryan came, too good looking to be a technician (can be a part time model)
He went to check our garbage disposal & quickly knew what was wrong. Quick fix and gave me good, practical tips on how to maintain it. Next, the water heater. He said if it's full of sediments & needs replacing, he'll give me a quote. Thank goodness there wasn't much. If you're a senior 55 & over, they will give you a discount which is also a perk!

Friday night my water line broke. Bryan came out and tried to fix it. He was extremely professional, nice and even told me what was going on step by step so I really didn't have any questions. He wasn't able to fix the issue that night. Promised to come out first thing in the morning, which he did. Was able to get the parts and fix the break. Had a subpar experience with another company which resulted in some flooding of our main exit to the sewer and reached out to Hydro-Jetting Pros.  They were extremely responsive and very understanding of our issue.  They were able to book us within the hour to come out and look at what the issue was.  Bryan came out and was awesome.  Explained every step of the way at what he was doing and allowed me to see the video of our plumbing in real time.  He also made some recommendations for us long term which will keep our house and plumbing in great shape.  Highly recommend to anyone!

I contactedHydro-Jetting Pros regarding a plumbing issue and requested a quote. They responded back quickly with a reasonable price. Scheduling an appointment was a smooth process, and they were available even on a holiday. The day of the appointment I received a text notification alerting me that the technician was on his way. He arrived on time and was courteous and knowledgeable about his craft. I would definitely use this company again.

After we renovated our primary bathroom, we found our shower slow to drain. We tried everything they tell you to do (and not do) and even called our regular plumber who snaked our pipe to clear the line. That worked for about six months but the issue came back. Not wanting to spend another $300 on a temporary solution, my husband suggested we look into a drain service. Did you know that was a thing? I definitely did not. A quick Yelp search for drain cleaning service led me to Bryan and Hydro-Jetting Pros. Bryan was knowledgeable and professional, talking me through all the potential issues and was able to do a camera inspection to show me why the drain was slow (it was gross). He was transparent with his pricing and didn't try to upsell us on services that we didn't need, which I appreciate since, as a homeowner, sometimes you just feel like you're hemorrhaging money whenever there's a small issue. Would definitely recommend!

Beware of bait and switch. Price quoted online was very reasonable. The tech walked in and, without even assessing the problem (which was plainly explained in detail for getting the quote), more than tripled the price if I wanted the job done right. When asked to do the job for the quoted price, he worked about five minutes, using a rinky-dink tool, and left. When informed shortly thereafter the problem hadn't been fixed, he was antagonistic and rude and refused to come back without an additional fee. Terrible, unsatisfactory experience. Zero stars would be more fair. (BTW, just had another plumber fix the issue at close to the original price quote for 45 minutes of work with the appropriate, professional tool.)

Bryan was great! I got a quick response on my Yelp project. They came the next day and were flexible with timing. Very nice and fixed the problem within 5 minutes. Clogged toilet repair for under $50. No complaints here! I'd definitely recommend these guys.

Brian was extremely helpful with explaining my issue, talking through the best possible way to get the best out of my system & water drainage issue. Very respectful, straightforward, & quality work at a great price. I would highly recommend his company & if another issue arises, will definitely be contacting him & no one else. Work that was done was hydro-jetting cleaning out my kitchen clean out & main sewer line clean out.

Needed a quick and inexpensive plumbing issue resolved and Hydro-Jetting Pros were very responsive when I contacted them. I was able to set up an appointment for the next mooring. Dylan showed up on time and explained what he was going to do. He proceeded to unclog my toilet in a few minutes and the price was as quoted. Excellent service and customer service, Hydro-Jetting Pros is now my go to plumbing service.

Beware! Not recommended at all. You have lots of choices. Don't make my mistake. I will never use these guys again. These guys are dishonest but try to tell you that they were fully transparent to make their case. That's not the case I was charged $619, but I only authorized the $525 toilet replacement service after it was determined the toys my three y.o. threw into the toilet weren't coming out. The $525 service gets you a $180 toilet (retail) you can buy at Home Depot, which they install in an hour. So let's say their contractor price is $125. They make $400 for less than 2 hours of work at most in total. Most plumbers in Vegas are around $100 per hour. I was okay with overpaying for the toilet replacement service even though I was in no rush to fix it (it was clogged two weeks ago). But had I known that the $249 initial charge to remove and inspect the toilet was still included in my final price, I would have paid these guys all day long for them to go away and would not have used them for the toilet replacement. The new toilet was also 2 inches lower to the ground than my original, even though they said the replacement would be at a height like my original (I live in a 4 y.o. house). So, all I asked for was a refund of $94 (the discounted amount I paid over the $525), and I did not ask them to replace the toilet with one of the same height as my original. But after speaking to Bryan, it was clear he is not honest and he refused to do so. All for $94. Hydro-Jetting Pros will never get my business again. I recommend anyone reading this do the same and look somewhere else.

They responded promptly when we had a toilet that kept overflowing while house guests were staying with us.  He quickly made sure there wasn't a solid blockage and everything is working just fine. Pricing was fair and Bryan was nothing but polite.  The auger did leave minor scratches in the bottom though, which I'll have to buff out, but I would recommend them.

Okay! So first, I did like a yelp request of companies to come out and Hydro Jetting Pros responded super fast which was awesome! They came out the next day and did a camera thing to let me know what was going on. Bryan suggested to try the hydro jetting to get the inside flushed but it was pretty gunky inside, probably from the previous house owner lol, but unfortunately that didn't work, but Bryan was able to not charge me like for the hydro jet since it didn't work and instead gave me my options of replacing my main line pipes in whole or in sections based on the collapsed pipe. We decided to replace the whole pipe, it was really unlucky for us because it didn't stay under the gravel and had to go into the concrete so then Bryan and his team had to cut up part of concrete and the price did keep adding up but Bryan was extremely helpful in working with my family to keep it in a budget that I could somewhat afford but also beneficial for them. I hate spending the money to fix it but I'm glad that Bryan helped me stay mostly on budget and fixed everything. They did it in about 6 days total and put everything back together again. My yard with the gravel looks untouched and the concrete got re-poured. I appreciate their hard work and effort. I also appreciate them working on the budget with me and still putting their all into making it look amazing. Thank you Bryan and everyone that worked on my home. You guys were super personable and amazing.

Bryan is top notch. Contacted a bunch of spots on a Friday night thru Yelp as the sewer panel in our garage was overflowing. Bryan sent an immediate response with a much more reasonable quote than the others, and was over within an hour. He diagnosed the issue quickly and determined it was a worse than a simple snake fix and he would need to come back in the morning with the Hydro Jet. He took the time to show me exactly what was going on and clearly explain things on this subject I know nothing about. Was back promptly the next day - in fact, he was a little early (which IMO is rare with these kinds of services). Did his thing on Saturday, cleared things out and took the camera down. We live in a new build and determined there was some issues with the installation of the pipe. He VERY clearly explained what was going on AND provided us with video and a voice over to give to our builder. He even offered to speak to the plumber that the builder directed us to call, which he DID and explained the whole issue to them. Said he is always available to speak to them if there is any pushback in the future, etc. A properly functioning sewer is one of those things in life we tend to take for granted, and I feel lucky that we wound up choosing Bryan to take care of this. A true professional!!!

They did an amazing job!!! Booked directly through yelp same-day appointment. Had a sewer backup and they came out and tried to unclog with the traditional snake line and it wasn't budging they suggested using their hydro jet technology which Includes the original snake, a camera check for other issues and the hydro jet for one price. I've paid as much for same-day service for just a snake in the main line.
