They came to my rescue very quickly - and their work was professional.
OTSP provided a quote before starting so you know what the cost is up front, that's a plus-  but they're very expensive !
The issues I had were addressed & repaired -

With that being said you have to keep in mind you get what you pay for - so it's a wash on the cost to service ratio.
I do recommend OTSP.

Wayne McCarthy with Express Home Services is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and honest.  He is an outstanding plumber!
He takes the time to explain the issue, the repair and goes out of his way to ensure a fair price.  There is zero upscale and he is a straight shooter.

Joe and his company were phenomenal to work with from start to finish while installing a tankless water heater and water softener in our new home. Joe is extremely knowledgeable about all his products and was able to answer any and all questions we had. He is easy to contact and although it was a quick process, he kept us updated through out the whole install. We are so thankful we found his company and will continue to use him for all our plumbing needs!

Forced to use this company since I was living in a rental home. The house had a back up problem, the tech says it was from using wet wipes. I told him we don't use wet wipes. Whatever, problem was fixed. Temporarily. Started backing up a week later. Same tech comes out, not as friendly as the first time. Says it's from wipes again. I say, again, I don't use wet wipes. He says the mess is not his problem and it's our responsibility. Ok fine. Then I get an email from my rental company. They tell me I'm responsible for the bill due to negligence since I continued using wipes. It's not the bill I'm frustrated over. It's the fact he called me a liar. I think he just did a terrible job first time out. Oh well, no way to prove it.

Best plumbing company in Vegas , very professional service. Highly recommend Nick, he changed our water heater and showed up on time at 8 in the morning. He fixed all our problems in a jiffy and prices are great. Not a lot of other companies can come that early so we really appreciate it.

This is our 2nd time calling Johnny for work on the bathroom. Great family guy and we always had a good time chatting about the fam. His work was impeccable and spotless. Thanks Johnny for a job well done. We will definitely contact you again.

Excellent service and by far the least expensive , and I tried about 8 of the top Yelp results. Called and got a service appointment in a matter of hours on a Saturday. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with the replacement/installation of my new water heater. Took a little more than an hour . Highly, highly recommend.

Bruce arrived on time, and got right to work.  The job was done quickly and efficiently and he was sure to test it thoroughly.    

He was friendly, informative and even gave a military discount that I was not expecting.  I'll definitely be using Drain Sergeant again in the future.

I have been using Borghoff for many many years. They have always been reasonable. Every time I called other Companies I always felt ripped off after paying hundreds of dollars and hearing that I need to replace my air conditioners when they were 10 years old. started using Borghoff and I can honestly say I was surprised each time the charge was always less than $150. They told me I didn't need new air conditioner s and actually kept them going for an additional 10 years. A couple years ago after 20 years of service my 4 ton air conditioner died. They came out quickly and replaced it. The price was reasonable too. They were honest in telling me that I didn't need to replace my other 3 ton unit yet and kept it going for two more years. I just had them out yesterday to finally replace the 22 year old unit. Again they were speedy and VERY reasonably priced during this Covid crisis. Borghoff is a very HONEST company. I will always use them and refer all my family and friends to them.

Was worried when AHS sent this company to repair my AC but Alex came out, diagnosed my issues and replaced my condenser and repaired what needed repairing and only paid for refrigerant which I was aware of and AHS paid for the rest. Saved me thousands of dollars in having to buy a new one and at least I now have an EPA compliant AC as well.

Expensive ! Eran came to give us a quote on two bathroom counters and a kitchen counter with backsplash ... we felt it was too high, especially when the backsplash was quoted 2750 . We found another company who would do it all for 8000 less ! Do your research and shop around. Eran is a nice enough man and explained things well...just too expensive !

DO NOT USE!   Charged us for repair, labor only, no parts replaced.  A waste of $276.  Repair failed and he refused to answer our calls.  Left several messages.  He would not  return our calls or texts then made a silly excuse.  He doesn't take credit cards so you can't dispute the check or cash you give him.    Another company fixed the problem and it was much less than what he charged and that included replacing a part!  Demario Gates should not be trusted to follow through on the job.

Hired this company to install hot water straps on two heaters and was ripped off with their ridiculous price. Should have asked how much the install was going to be but didn't expect an hour of work and $75 worth of material to cost $450. Would definitely not recommend this company.
