HISTORY
Established in 2004.
Jeff Drew, a Florida native, worked in the plumbing field for at least 6 years before he moved to Las Vegas, in 1999. He quickly began employment with Coast West plumbing where he worked as one of their lead plumbers for 5 years. Building on the foundation of over 11 years plumbing experience, Jeff decided to embark on a new journey and create his own plumbing company in the summer of 2004. Backed by Jeff's knowledge, skills, and dedication to the plumbing trade, Drew's Plumbing is committed to providing the highest quality commercial and residential service to all of Southern Nevada.

Needed to replace my water heater before it failed. Called Drew's and they set up an appt that fit my schedule. They were on time, assessed the situation and did a great job in getting the new one to work flawlessly! Great experience and will definitely use them again
I highly do not recommend this company. I've already reported them to BBB. Once Kianna is aware she owns you money because their worker Jeff over charged you. She will not return your calls, will not answer the phone, will not reply to emails. Very unprofessional to ignore customers.
We have been using Drew's Plumbing for many years. They have always responded with any and everthing we asked for over all these years. Thes guys are true professionals and go way beyond the job requirements. After dealing with incompetent plumbers sent out by my home warranty company I put a plea out to our neighborhood Facebook group asking if anyone knew of a plumber that could handle the challenge of an older custom home. One of my neighbors told me of Drew's plumbing. I could tell from the moment I called the office that maybe this company was different.
Answering the phone was Katelyn, who was extremely polite and personable. The owner, Jeff was out the next day to try and figure out my issue(s). Jeff had Katelyn research a couple of leak detection companies so that we could get the slab leak (yes, slab leak, horror) areas narrowed down. Once that was done Jeff returned with Daniel and Mike, next trip was Daniel and Thomas and the final trip was Jeff and Mike. Each and everyone of these guys were competent and sweet. They all were compassionate to my worry that nobody would be able to figure out what the heck was going on but each of Jeff's staff told me not to worry and that Jeff would figure it out.
Well....I think Jeff might have had a doubt or 2 for a couple of seconds but I could tell that he was calculating his plan of attack. In the end I am all fixed up and as much as I really like all these people I hope I don't need to see them for awhile and then for it to be something simple!

Just a final update, all of my sewer issues are now fixed, and all of the holes have been filled w concrete.
I just wanted to say thanks again to Drew's and especially to the crew - Mike and Thomas Papa Giorgio who did the majority of the work here. Seriously they were so nice and friendly and professional and helpful throughout this whole process that I couldn't have asked for more.
They were on time and they worked SO HARD doing backbreaking chiseling and jackhammering and drilling and digging that I was amazed at how hard they worked. I hope they are getting paid well because they worked HARD.
They even thanked ME for being so patient while my house was being dug up! Seriously, I owe them for fixing what was a MAJOR repair at my house.

This is an update/second review. I've had a problem getting hot water in my condo since I purchased it due to the presence of an aquatherm system. I had resigned myself to never having truly hot water when I needed it until Jeff diagnosed a totally fixable problem with the system, and it would take 4 hours.
He fixed it in under an hour and under half the estimated cost. This man singlehandedly fixed the biggest annoyance about my condo. My only regret is that I didn't find him sooner.

I needed a replacement valve installed on my water heater and Drew's plumbing came out the same day. Great customer service from Katelyn. Highly recommend them.
Water main leaked was repaired/replaced in two days. However, the clean up was a mess. We had to clean out our valve box after it was completely filled with dirt and rocks. The irrigation control wire was cut but we weren't told. We had to replace this ourselves which was not fun. We had used them previously and were satisfied but this time we were not satisfied with the result.

Great work, and the guys that came out were friendly. They got us back up and running with no more knocking in the walls when our water turned on for far less than I feared the price would be!

Drew's Plumbing was quick with their work and informative. As an out-of-state homeowner, Drew's had good communication with all parties involved. Recommended.
These guys made the news for ripping off a 90 year old woman... they are not licensed contractors
I'm writing this review late but I still wanted to share. I utilized Drew's Plumbing to install a water softener on my new home. I had an excellent experience with this company. The young lady that answered the phone was very kind and professional. The gentleman that came out to do the installation took his time to complete the job right. He respected my property and cleaned up after himself. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely utilize their services in the future.

My review is from November 2018.
The property management company I rent through sent you guys out. My kids bathroom Was clogged, the plumber said to hold down the handle for 3-5 seconds since it was older. He snaked it that day.
The next day i had to contact them since that didn't work. After awhile of snaking the guy said he found two mechanical pencils and that it was old because they were so deep.
Here we are three months later and we receive a bill
Because you guys said it was an easy find and was our fault.
Please be ethical and NOT go back on the truth!
Honestly well after a year you want to post my bill & ask how it was easy. You should've called me, I'm super honest. I don't appreciate a tech lying saying it's not my fault than you guys changing the story. It's not ethical, I don't appreciate that. I paid the bill and moved on. If you want to call out this years later at least admit what you did was wrong.

Drew's has always been our go-to for plumbing issues/mishaps. Whether it's a simple job or a complete piping overhaul, Drew's has always come through with superior service and quick response times. If you have an emergency (like with us, a leaking water heater and drain problems), they offer after-hours service calls. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable. :)
Side note: Jeff and Thomas are awesome!!

Drew's Plumbing was recommended to me by Bruce from A+ Pro-Tech. Bruce helped me with some mold remediation, so I called him looking for a good plumber. I have a rental property in Henderson and my tenant called saying that the water heater was leaking and that they didn't have any hot water. Since the water heater was the original one from when the house was built in 2003, I knew I needed to get it replaced ASAP. I called Drew's Plumbing and they were able to send someone out the same day. Since I live in San Diego, they made it easy for me to take care of everything over the phone and email. Thank you for being so great and making everything so easy!
This plumbing company was expedient, and was able to fix my problem the next day. Friendly fast service and kept it at the initial quote.

Terrible experience, I was charged $700 for camera work to discover problems under the floor and did not receive them after 3 weeks of waiting! I asked for a refund and sent another company out to do the work. Had to wait for weeks to get my refunds because the manager was on vacation, only to have them decline refunding my money. I am a property manager and have been sending them work for several years (this was on one of my personal properties) and they didn't event recognize me! I am taking them to small claims because service was so bad.
These guys were so bad I don't even think they deserve one star. Came home from vacation and had a water leak outside between house and water main. Shut off water for the weekend. Called Drew's am at 830 when they opened. Called Drews because had good ratings. They said they would be out between 900 and 1200 but closer to 900. Jeff showed up at 1145. Jeff said he would be back between 200-300 pm to repair. Not here by 400. Since I had no water to House I called them back twice and left a message as office closes at 330. Jeff called and said on his way. Showed up intoxicated. Fixed repair temporarily and said would be back in the am.
Next day office called asking for money. Told them plumbing not finished and needed corrected. Another guy came out and said could not be fixed. Office staff called again requesting money. I requested an invoice which I had not received. I was told they do not mail invoices. Office staff very unprofessional. They did email an invoice. Our job and payment is in contest at this time. I DO NOT recommend Drew's plumbing
Great company always prompt to return texts, phone calls or emails. They are quick to come out and assess any issues you may have and they are even available on weekends.
We were referred to Drew's Plumbing by our property manager to fix a water leak between the water main and our house. They came promptly as scheduled. The ditch was hand dug. They did a great job avoiding plants and limiting the amount of landscaping to be repaired. Everything that was dug up was left to be salvaged so the landscaper would be able restore the landscape to its original condition. We would definitely use Drew's Plumbing for any future plumbing issues!
The technician followed up to make sure the project was completed and the appliance was working correctly. Pricing is on the higher side.
Jeff just put in a new water heater in one day's notice. Drew's Plumbing is efficient and reliable. We have been using Drew's Plumbing for over 20 years and they are the best. Why call anybody else! Thanks for the quick installation and quality service. Drew's Plumbing also has a great warranty!!
I had the main line from the water meter burst underneath the sidewalk. I called at 2 pm on a Friday, and the job was going to take hours just to dig down and under to find the leak, let alone determine if the line could be spliced or the fitting replaced. I could shut-off the leak (and all water flow into my house), and as this was the end of the business day going into a weekend, they could only commit to a Monday repair or they would have to refer me to an after-hours emergency service. I accepted the Monday appointment and resigned myself to a weekend with intermittent water. With a full house, that did not last long, and I ended up digging the thing out and had someone splice the line. I then had to fill it back in, and when I got done I had forgotten about the Monday appointment. On Monday, it should have been no surprise that Drew's Plumbing showed up at my door. I was exasperated that I had failed to call to cancel the apppointment, and yet the plumber refused to take a service call fee. That is customer service, and they graciously accepted my sincere apology for wasting the driver's time and resources.

My neighborhood, which was built in the early 60's is awesome except for one thing: the cast iron plumbing which after 50 years in the ground is starting to break down! I became aware that the official neighborhood plumber is Drew's Plumbing. After hearing good reviews from neighbors who have used Drew's for similar problems, it really was a no brainer on who I was going to call. Jeff (last name Drew) came by and was familiar with the situation and gave me a fair estimate. Bernice and Katelyn were always friendly and helpful on the phone. As it turned out, what we thought would be a small collapsed section of pipe that needed replacement turned out to be a much larger section which was tied into the kitchen, laundry room and bathroom. As Jeff warned, we wouldn't be able to tell what the real extent of the problem was until we got down there and boy was he ever right! Thomas and Derek did most of the digging and were very friendly and professional. Thomas replaced all of the pipes. I really felt sorry for all the hard work they had to do as getting at the pipes in these concrete slab houses is no small undertaking. Overall, even though is was a difficult and lengthy job, I would I definitely call Drew's again if I have any similar issues. Jeff was very fair with the pricing of this huge job and I appreciate that! Overall, it was a job well done but I'm sure they won't take offense when I say that I hope I never have to call them again! ;).

I have used them for 14years. They have always done good work. Last time the guy showed up I could smell alcohol on his breath. He still did a good job but I cannot accept the liability of this. It is unfortunate that I will not be able to use them or recommend them any longer.
Our casita had a major leakage problem due to poor workmanship in the shower. Drew's plumbing did a fantastic job for us Re-aligning the drain and and shower trap. The technician also had to remove the shower valve and stub for the installation of the new shower tower.
We are very please with the work .
I had a technician come out for a free estimate for some plumbing issues. We got a quote for $5500 to demo our bathroom and redo our drain. (That's not even the retile, that's just to demo) Most of our heavy plumbing is outside the house or behind an outdoor wall. I thought it was weird to go through the tile so I decided to ask a second opinion. When they came out I was with them when they opened up my sewer line and the brass cap that plugs up our sewer line was destroyed. You could see that Drew's plumbing couldn't get it opened so the technician just smashed it open with a hammer. He of course never told me. I called them and let them know what their technician had done to my property. They said they had to investigate and call me back. When they finally called me back they told me the technician admitted that he broke it and they offered me a 10% discount. No thanks guys, your silly demo quote wasn't even what was wrong in the first place, my sewer line needed replacing! This is one of the most serious plumbing issues that can come up in homeownership and they can't even diagnose it or too lazy to do a heavy job and just wanted to get 5500 unnecessary dollars from us. They are totally okay with destroying someone's property and leaving someone's home with an open sewer line from this neglangence. Stay far away from these guys and get yourself a real professional or your just throwing your money away.
They were very prompt at returning my call and gave a competitive quote. More importantly, given the urgent nature of a water heater replacement during the winter, they were quick to schedule and replace. Further, they did not add a charge to use a credit card.
