Thank you Jeff for your really fast response time, great pricing and easy going experience. I highly recommend AllAces Plumbing because I think this is the only good experience I have ever had with a plumber that didn't leave me scratching my head over the bill or lousy service -- Excellent Work!!!

I love this company I'm a HVAC contractor and I send all my referrals to them. He always takes care of all my customers. Every one loves James after I send customers his way.

Very Dishonest Contractor. Took advantage of the fact that I was unaware that parts used in repair are provided by my condo HOA for free. Contractor got the parts from HOA for free and charged me full price. I paid more than $600 for one person, one hour's work before finding out from HOA. Stay away.

As good as it gets and some! I called their office. The office lady quickly and professionally answered my questions. She gave me a quote of a new Hot Water Heater, and she gave me a time of the work crew to appear. They were on time, and they work quickly. They answered any questions I had and even gave me a history of different systems...very knowledgeable! The price was without question very good! I highly recommend them as I have family experience in their line of work....great crew and company! Thank you Colburn!

Deon with Anthem Plumbing has been amazingly patient and was able to resolve and repair a leak that had been ongoing for months. This company has been efficient and didn't back down with this daunting task. Thank you so much for your hard work! Definitely recommend this company.

Silver Extreme Plumbing removed our tub. They were excellent from beginning to end. I will definitely use them and refer them for any issues.

Marks Jetting Services came out today. I had been battling a persistent clog in my back to back bathroom sinks. He was very knowledgeable about the plumbing in older homes and explained pipe materials and common clog issues. He then got right to work and had the clog cleared in less than 15 minutes. Great job!

I just had the most positive experience with Robert. My master shower drain was slow draining and after calling out 2 other companies who couldn't fix it and had no ideas, I called Robert. I was so frustrated and he was very professional and really knew what he was doing and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Robert

Our garbage disposal had overflowed and caused water damage to the bottom of our kitchen sink cabinets. So we reached out to Yelp to find a handyman to help us out. Andrei was the first to respond and gave a very reasonable quote for the job. His past work had received positive feedback so we decided to give him a try. Bottomline, we made the RIGHT decision. He was at our house the same day and had our cabinet bottom fixed within hours. Great work and he was extremely courteous the entire time. We would use him again should the need arise and highly recommend him to anyone in need of a trusted handyman! Thank you Andrei.

We recently moved to a new home in Carson City and needed a plumber. Pete arrived in his well-stocked van. He had a friendly, can-do attitude, and can put his finger directly on the problems from a brief description and had correct the solution in short order, in and out in no time. He has a pleasant demeaner during the project and cleans up like he was never there. I will certainly use HTA Plumbing & Mechanical the next time I need plumbing work.

Found these guys on Google while looking for a plumber to fix a small leak in my garage. Out of the 10 companies that I tried to contact via their website, only 3 of them replied. Jump 2 It was actually fast AND prompt about it. Another contacted me several days later, and the last one contacted me and told me they will have an estimator call me...but never did.
This message is for the other plumbing companies...if you're going to have a website at least CHECK YOUR MAIL. It's 2013, you're crippling your business if you can't even respond to e-mails promptly.
Anyways, Jump 2 It gave me a call within 5 mins of my e-mail and I made an appointment for someone to come give me an estimate the next day. Gave me a 2 hour window on when to expect the plumber, and showed up within the window. That, in itself, bears the mark of a good business. Kyle was the technician they sent, and this guy was great. Here was my problem:
A pipe in my garage had a leak, and my landscaper identified the problem & the part. I contacted several plumbing companies with the exact model number & what was wrong (even provided pictures to several). Each one of them gave me a price on replacing the part. As soon as Kyle came over, he told me that the part had been installed incorrectly (by the builder) and it was supposed to be upside down. Told me to give him a minute, and he took a wrench, and flipped it to the correct position. He tightened everything up, and told me if I was lucky, this MIGHT solve the problem. Explained to me the problem and how that part worked (which was helpful since I usually like to DIY stuff). After he wiped everything down, he told me that HOPEFULLY the fix was good enough so I didn't have to replace the entire part. Told me to keep tabs on it for a few days, and to let him know if it starts leaking again. He called his parts supplier and also gave me an estimate on how much it would cost if I did have to replace the part.
Its rare to find HONEST people nowadays. Especially in this town. I've read reviews on a ton of plumbing businesses, and a lot of them talk about shady plumbers that like to do unnecessary things to bump up the prices. Another great quality is people taking pride in their work. Far too many people just want to do the job and get the hell out of there.
These are the reasons I give this company 5 stars. I usually don't write reviews unless they're absolutely great, or terrifyingly horrible, but this company deserves more recognition for being honest, prompt, and efficient. They definitely earned my business. Thank you to Kyle for coming over (and quite possibly saving me from $400+ in repairs).

Insanely expensive. I was quoted over $9000 to change a traditional water heater to a tankless system.

Have used Goettl on several occasions (what a glutton for punishment I am). Will NOT ever call them again. I was satisfied ONE time with them. Every other time has been an UPSELL ripoff.
Most recent encounter. I live as few hundred miles away and had a friend move out of my house in Las Vegas. I needed to have a couple of drains snaked (Part of a membership thing I signed up for with them the I WILL be cancelling). I wanted a quote for fixing the master bath shower valve which as leaking when you used it and for a basic water softener. The quote was $12,000 (LMAO)!! the tech gave me a story about how the pipes in your house are like that of a person and the older you get the more you need to baby them (as a footnote, I've been in construction since I was 17, so 40+ years, I know a thing or two about construction). I told the tech not a chance but did want to know how much just for the shower valve. He (again) gave me this long spill about it being discontinued and they needed to go in through the wall and there'd be drywall repair to include. I (again) asked How much? He said they could do it for $3,000!! I said (again) NOT A CHANCE!
WHAT HAPPENED: I had Goettl do NOTHING and I did it myself. I replaced the cartridge in the shower valve. It was $45 for the generic (Danco), $85 for the OEM Delta at Lowe's. I went generic, because the Delta OEM was out of stock and I didn't have time to wait a few days. And while I was at it I replaced the O rings in the valve handles ($2) and descaled (cleaned up) everything. Works like new. Total time (for me) was about 30 minutes (I'm positive I could do it in less than 10 minutes the second time). No drywall repair was needed, everything was from the shower valve side.
For the water softener, the most expensive system I can buy at Lowe's, with RO (reverse osmosis), is about $800. I'll probably skip the RO part though and just go with a decent $500water softener. There's already a softener loop in the garage so it'll take me an hour AT MOST.
Total savings on the Shower Valve = easily $2,900
Total expected savings on the Water Softener = $8,200 (conservatively).

From first contact to final fix (all within 5 hour time frame) the service was stellar! The technician Mike was professional, knowledgeable and quick. I was concerned as it was an older unit but he had the parts! I was refered to this great little team and will be referring others.
