Above and beyond service.   Thank you for the perseverance!!  I feel like the problem is actually solved this time, rather than temporary fix.

Hands down best plumbers... I have called them out to my house multiple times and they are always trustworthy, honest, straight forward, on time, and explain what they have done and issues we have had. Respectful to me and my home. I have never felt like they are ever trying to up-sell Me On something I don't actually need. I would and have recommended these guys to multiple family members and friends.

Post-Covid great customer service and quality is hard to find. With Plumbing Innovations you find the highest quality workers with great work ethic, who truly care about their work and craft. If my hot water heater goes out again I have piece of mind knowing that I don't have to search for a quality company for help anymore as I won't call or go to anyone else other than Plumbing Innovations. AHS warranty sent them. Of course it wasn't covered by the warranty, but not their fault. They fixed it same day they came out, for a cheaper price than another plumber had quoted me.
Drawbacks are they are not open on weekends. Made a request through AHS on Friday, didn't get a call until Monday and charge 2.5% fee to pay by credit card.

Absolutely the worst company! Dishonest & Extremely rude!
I was referred to this company through my home warranty, when he showed ( don't know his name because he did not introduce himself, instead just stated his company and looked at me)
Once under my sink (for approx 6 minutes) I was told that he couldn't come back until the following week Maybe Wednesday Thursday or Friday depending on my schedule WOW!!
Meanwhile I have a leak and they tell me that I should contact the faucet manufacturer and find my own part!
Days later... yes Faucet still leaking... I called to find out why I am receiving such poor service when they know I have an active leak the lady on the phone is completely rude and hangs up on me. I called the home warranty company back to ask them to follow up and about 10 minutes later I get a phone call from the warranty company  stating that the technician filed a report saying that my pipes had been 'pulled on' (Voiding my coverage)  and that he needed to charge because that wasn't going to be covered under my home warranty! These people are completely dishonest.
Here's the truth: they were on able to do the service at their contracted to do with American home shield and his wife who I'm assuming is the one feeling entitled to be rude decided that she didn't want to deal with me anymore and probably went crying to her husband and he decided to make sure that it wouldn't be covered by saying it was pulled on meanwhile it's now five days after the fact and I am reading these reviews for the first time. Word to the wise home warranty or not if you get these people run!! If they're assigned to me in the future I will immediately ask for a new company, preferably one with more than ONE unskilled technician to their name!!

If you need or want any plumbing related services, Plumbing innovations will take care of you. If your home is in the northwest part of town in Las Vegas and you are thinking about a tankless water heater or water filtration system don't hesitate to call them and get it done! They do amazing work and provide the best options and solutions when it comes to payment plans and maintenance for your new unit. So happy I had them out! Had a bathtub leak for last few months. Had two other plumbers come out before Matt and Robby came to my rescue! I explained what was going on and within minutes they diagnosed the issue. They completely explained everything that was wrong and quickly fixed the problems. I feel so relieved after their visit and I'm completely confident that I will no longer need to call anymore plumbers. I am one happy customer. Thank you Matt and Robby for being so professional and friendly.

Service, attention to detail, and overall customer happiness went above and beyond the call of duty.  
We had a leak in our pantry that came from the hot water heater.  Robert, our service guy came out and did an assessment of our wet dry wall.  He thoroughly explained what was going on and what needed to be done to remedy the situation.  There was no pressure to have an answer at that moment if he was to go ahead and cut through the wall to further assess the leak and its origin (Honestly, I was a little freaked out about everything and had to check with my husband.)  Even with my husband on the phone, Robert explained everything a second time.  Thank you for your patience, Robert!
Robert continued to stay about an hour and a half after the appointment time to fix the leak in the pipe.  This is dedication to your job in full effect!!  In addition, his friend/co-worker, Gary, drove out to our house to bring the materials needed to address the leak.  Both Robert and Gary stayed until the work was completed.  They also cleaned up after themselves as if they were working on their own home.  
I am completely satisfied with their dedication to repair the pipe and to leave me feeling less stress!!  
As much as these guys work in hot conditions, Robert and Gary took off to another job, with smiles on their faces and pep in their steps after a long day.

Plumbing Innovations is contracted under American Home Shield so  when my garbage disposal just decided not to work anymore, they came out to diagnose and fix my garbage disposal.  My appointment window was from 2 pm to 5 pm, but the plumber must not have been busy today, as he called around noon to see if he could come out early.  I wasn't home, so he couldn't do the work early.  He did come right at 2pm and was done by 2:45 pm.  Not bad for having to install a new garbage disposal.  The plumber was friendly, polite and cleaned up after himself.  I did ask him about other plumbing issues around the house, but he was not able to assist with my RO and water softener issues.  Apparently these two items are not something his company handles.

Great company that did repairs at my mother in laws in Las Vegas. From the first phone call to the  day of the repair they were very respectful, answered all my questions, and got her plumbing issues resolved quickly and efficiently. We will definitely be calling them again if she has any other issues arise

We have used this company several times and found them to be excellent. Their technicians are thorough well trained on time and within estimate. It is nice to know that there are still companies who have high ethics and skills. I would recommend this company without any reservation.

My water heater was leaking pretty bad I called to see when they would be able to come and check it out. Luckily they got me in the next day. Upon arrival they had all the equipment on hand to replace and bring my water heater up to code. They were quick and professional. This is my second experience with Gary and my first with Zack both amazing at what they do and very professional. I know I can always rely on this company for a friendly, professional and fast solution to any plumping problem I have now and in the future.

Shayne came out to our house on Tuesday to do a second option (Under American home shield warranty) on our water heater. He was quick and through and explained the first plumber had tried to rip us off with extra work, that was unnecessary. Shayne explained everything throughly and clearly. We scheduled for Shayne to install our new water heater Friday. He came in and got everything installed and made sure we were happy with the work.  Shayne was amazing. 100% efficient and honest. Thanks so much Shayne!!

They took my call right away, and promised they would get me scheduled. They showed up in protective gear, and got right to work on my toilet issue. I totally recommend them and will call again if I have any problems. I live outside of town a little and they did not care at all.

When I tried to repair my bathroom toilet, I spent 5 hours trying to fix it.
I gave up because It leaked. I tried calling my regular plumber who couldn't make for a week. So, I called American Home Shield who set me up with a local plumber. When I called them, they made the appointment the same day, it was fantastic, everything works.

This company and their staff is unmatched! The professionalism and honesty is amazing! I had a water heater go out and the installation and removal of the old was seamless!! Rory and his staff made sure I was well taken care of. Def recommend!!! Very professional, very knowledgeable and HONEST!!!

When I called on Monday to schedule an appt. I was told there was nothing available until Thursday. After a brief conversation with the office, I was able to get squeezed in on Tuesday. Skeptic that I am, I assumed, since I was a squeeze in I would likely get bumped. I couldn't have been more wrong. Mark came out first thing Tuesday to look at my disposal. It was  immediately evident to him that it was not a fix, but a replacement. He called my home warrantee company, got the go ahead for a new one and installed it quickly. I even caught him cleaning up a little mess on my kitchen floor when he was done. If only I could get my husband to do that.

I live in California and have an elderly mother that lives in Las Vegas. She's been in the same house for 41 years on the East side. My father passed away a few years back. He was the handyman that kept things together. Like most trades it is very hard to find a company that feels trustworthy. I found this company through a referral. Kim from their office has gone above and beyond with taking care of my mom when she needs a plumber. They've helped her on several occasions over the past few years and my mom always calls me to tell me how great Kim was and that the plumbers that have come out were Fantastic. I would absolutely recommend them and I find them to be good, honest, and caring people. Thank you Kim and crew!!!

They did a great job. Shayne was very friendly and was able to fix our leak quickly. I would highly recommend them!

I have to say the JJ is honest good person, but the owner and service very bad and dishonest, small issue they made me waiting and not responding for 3 weeks.Finally, I have to give up calling.I just ask them to respond.

Mom had leak under kitchen sink. We were assigned Plumbing Innovations by our warranty co. They called right away. Steve & Henry arrived on time with a smile , diagnosed quickly, repaired, replaced & professionally done. They offer Military discount too! Give them a call

This company was selected for us by our homeowners warranty when our water heater broke. Needless to say, if we wanted to have any part of this service covered by our warranty, we had to use them.

First of all, this company will not provide you with an itemized invoice. Apparently, they do not want you to see what everything costs. This is something we requested because we were charged $900 in code upgrades that our warranty company said they would not cover. We happened to find out that $150 of this was just for the required permit, which is almost a 49% markup of the actual cost of a permit. This is something that I could have very easily applied for myself online, but the company would not let me. They told me THEY had to get the permit. So, based on that markup alone, I can only image how much else we were over-charged for.

Also, the technicians were nice guys, but they thrashed the area where our water heater resides. They bent the recirculation water pipe, which they fixed, but had to punch out a large hole in our dry wall. There is also a bunch of missing plaster and paint on the built-in pedestal that the water heater resides on. They did send out a guy, the next day, to come fix the hole in the dry wall, but he did not fix anything else.

Overall, it was a very disappointing experience... so far. We're still waiting for them to schedule the inspection for the city permit. It remains to be seen if they completed all the work to code.

This was the worst company ever. There drivers have no manners or respect made my girlfriend who was home alone think something was going to happen because he was a pervert. I had to come home and escort him out of my home. License plate number was PLMBN4U. Watch out he is a predator beware do not use this company. Worst service i have ever had in my entire life.

Can't say enough great things about Plumbing innovations. Their attention to detail is by for the best I've ever seen. Small repair to a major job these are the guys to go to. Rory and his whole team are top notch. Sense of urgency to get a repair done? These guys are on it! I had same day service from them. Keep up the great work guys!

Our pressure regulator valve blew and was leaking quite badly.  I called and spoke with a dispatcher who had us scheduled immediately for the next day.   The technician came first thing in the morning before i could even check the time.  I opened the garage for him and he had  this repaired in less than 30 minutes!  With a Friendly staff, fast work, and excellent customer service, they have gained a lifetime customer.  My water heater took a crap, they were my go to, and same type of service.  I would highly recommend this plumbing service!

American Home Shield contracted plumber requested service as we could hear water running in bathroom but no signs or water or damage. They sent someone first day on job with no leak detection equipment, not sure if company even did this and charged 75 and had no idea of what to do. Had to call a real plumber!

This plumbing company Was great Rory and his son came to fix a little issue from my shower install I had that they did the plumbing on which was amazing turns out the issue was mine lol that was so nice they are the best

This place is way over priced! I too had a claim through American home shield. American home shield covered the hot water heater but with all the fees and gadgets and everything that plumbing Innovations said I needed it was another $700! There was also a $16 fee for using my credit card! Who does that? I will definitely let American home shield know about this and next time if there's ever a plumbing issue request a different contractor!

Plumbing Innovations did a great job from start to finish. We had a problem with a leak under our driveway. They gave me a very reasonable estimate and helped me to get financing for the job (I had a very rough year and money was very tight). They sent Austin and J.J. out, and they did an amazing job. They were very professional, very courteous, and more importantly, they kept me informed of the process along the way -- I will be using them again for any other projects that may come up. Thank you!

Plumbing Innovations came to my house because American Home Shield sent them. They tried to rip me off big time. They said I needed a $75 gas sediment trap. I already had one. They said I needed a $250 drain pan. They are between $20 and  $25 at Lowe's. They said I needed a $100 ball valve. The most expensive one at at Lowe's is less than $50. I also apparently needed a $75 net. Do you see where I'm going with this? They are stealing from people that they think don't know any better. DO NOT USE THEM. If your warranty company sends them, you don't have to use them. You have the right to get a second quote/opinion. Please don't get taken advantage of.

We were told by American Home Shied to call and schedule an appointment. Our water heater broke on Friday evening and we called Saturday morning. The first two times I called it went straight to voicemail and the mailbox was full. Third time I called Kim answered and was completely rude. I explained our situation and she had no empathy and could care less. She said it's not expedited and call back Monday.

You place a work order with your home warranty company. You haven't had a hot shower in several days. They contact Plumbing Innovations. PI calls you to confirm a four-hour window on a Thursday. They push back your appointment until Friday. Then on Friday, they push back to Monday.

So you take off work Monday, you move your schedule around. You might have to wake up early, get the kids to school early, just to make the four hour window. It sucks, but you haven't had a hot shower in a week so you do it.

Then they call to confirm your appointment. You tell them you will be there during the four-hour window. You were up early, you called off work, and sorted everything out for THEM. Even though they previously confirmed the appointment that THEY scheduled, they simply cancel. So you move everything around to work with THEIR schedule only to have THEM cancel.

Simply call the Las Vegas Contractor relations board at (702) 486-1100. Being nice and accommodating doesn't help these days with contractors. In this #metoo culture of just telling on people instead of actually reasoning like humans...just call contract relations to get them to show up to an appointment that THEY scheduled.

If you don't have a home warranty, just call ANYONE but these folks. These are the lowest of the low-contract bidders. There's a reason they have terrible ratings on here and on Google. Once again, give the Las Vegas Contractor relations board a call if you want them to actually show up.

I will post another review whenever they show up. Once again, call (702) 486-1100 to hold these folks accountable. If enough of us do this, they will be out of business quickly as a cold shower.

My shower stopped having hot water when you turned the valve  with lower pressure and AHS referred my issue to Plumbing Innovations.  What can I say, only if there was a rating below 1 that is what I would give Plumbing Innovations.  After a week the issue is still not resolved when anyone with common sense knows it nothing more than a cartridge in the faucet as hot water is everywhere else in the bathroom.   Plumbing Innovations never called me after the referral from AHS. I had to call them, to which they asked the make and brand of the shower faucets. They then replied they would be out the next day. However they subsequently responded back to merely tell me they had a conflict and would be out Wed the next day.. Wednesday came at the referenced time and NO one.. An hour after the appointment time they called to say they had some issues come out and would have to come another day.. Friday at 1.. Well they showed up early on Friday only to have the technician walk into the shower and take a picture of the faucet handles only to tell me they would have to get back to me when they determined if AHS would cover it.  How absolutely absurd can you get.. The faucet valves have gone bad and the best Plumbing Innovations can do is take pictures.. I got quite frustrated with them to which a field supervisor gets on the line and attempts to blame AHS for this.. Guess what AHS did not cancel the appointments, or not show up. AHS didnt deny the claim which honestly their is no way around not fixing the shower per my AHS contract.. I additionally then called AHS to complain, to which AHS said hold on while we get them on the phone.. Guess what they didnt pick up when AHS called them. If you want to find lack of  professionalism, delays, absurd responses to which your plumbing issues are not resolved after a week then I suppose Plumbing innovations is your company....

this company is contracted by AHS home warranty, make sure nothing goes wrong on late Friday, Saturday, Sundays or holidays IF YOU HAVE A WATER LEAK you will need a boat or life vest, came in on a Wednesday and told me most of the things that needs to be fixed on my hot water heater is not covered by the warranty, $700.00 out of pocket.
$125.00 for an earthquake strap???(home depot has it for less than $20.00) plus my old one already have one and can be used again(same size H2O same place, it does not take a rocket scientist to figure this out) city permits for $125.00 ( you can get one on line for $25.00) read most of the reviews for water heater replacement MOST or ALL of them have the same issues (DO I NEED TO SAY MORE)???? AMERISCAM HOME WARRANTY WHAT DO YOU COVER? ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE?

This company is great! Rory and crew go out of their way to help us out. Their office staff was courteous and got us on the schedule quickly. As a home owner you need a crew that knows what they are doing. I highly recommend plumbing Innovations and will use them for all my future plumbing needs!

Came to the house via a home warranty call. My toilet was making a loud high pitch sound when filling. The plumber told me the noise was caused by the water line not being connected to the 2x4 in the wall. An issue not covered, but for $450 he could repair it. The plumber also told me my main home shutoff didn't work properly and he was also unable to find the shutoff at the street. The plumber changed the insides of the toilet for some reason and the toilet no longer flushed properly after he left.

Warranty company sent another plumber who replaced the toilet shutoff valve and water line and fixed the flushing issue this guy caused. Simple fix inside of an hour.

Seems these guys are just trying to get extra money or are simply clueless. Either way, stay away.

They were amazing. They had to dig up a great part of my landscaping to replace the main water pipe and they worked carefully to try to save as much as possible and then took the time to repair the area as best they could. They went over and above what I expected. I would recommend them.

After reading all these reviews I can see now why people say what they say! Extremely bad company to deal with. They where used because of my home warranty company but never again. It's been over a month to get a part that we needed for our shower. They charge our appointments 3 times and the draw the broke the camels back today was that they showed up today to my secure building and said they where turned away at the gate which was a bold face lie.
They where let in through the gates but they are suppose to come through our service entrance they pulled to valet and they refused to go through service cancelled my appointment and now the company doesn't want to come back because supposedly the front gate was so rude to the plumber !!! Now we're using the home warranty again and starting from scratch.  So folks save your self a headache and go with another company. The owner has not reached out to me after giving my information the the front desk twice. I have had to call Plumbing Innovations many times over the years. Just recently my water heater decided to leak. Called on a Saturday and within 2 hours had a temporary water heater installed: 3 days later had my tankless water heater installed. Just a few others, from leaking faucets, leaking irrigation lines, exterior water line replacement and installing a water conditioning system over the years, I call and Plumbing Innovations is there very, very quick, most often the same day.
Rory and his team are great, and if I were you, call this company first, you will not be disappointed

Plumbing Innovations was scheduled to remedy a toilet issue (near-constant running) for us ... by our home warranty company (American Home Shield).

Ash (our technician) arrived for the scheduled appointment in a timely manner ... his overall demeanor was pleasant, respectful and professional ... and he expertly resolved our toilet issue in a quick and effective manner.

Overall, we are extremely happy with the outcome of the work by Plumbing Innovations ... and would not hesitate to provide a recommendation on this company's work quality and effectiveness.

Do not book this company for plumbing issues.. They are unprofessional, they do not keep there appointments or bother to show up. They do not notify you that they are not coming or running late..
We booked this company due to our home owners insurance referred them as the company that will be fixing our water heater. They schedule me Sunday at 8 am, they did show up for that appointment.. there technician Ryan stated he has to get a part and that he does not have keys to there warehouse.. He stated he will return later with the part and repair the burner. Didn't show back up till 7 PM Sunday night.. still didn't fix the issue and installed the wrong part.. since Sunday the 27th of August. We have not seen anyone and have barely received any contact. Only contact I have received is when I contact them to ask where is our technician.. currently scheduling another company, since they did not show up for there Appointment on August 29th, 2017 for the 3rd time. Book someone else! Advise your insurance company to not book through them.

Took maybe 10 mins to fix my clogged toilet, and charged me $145 (gave a $15 discount, so then was $130). The guy used a snake and left. I'll never use this place again for charging me wayyyyyy too much money. I recommend calling around for estimates.

This company is top notch.  The office staff was very friendly and supportive.  Mike the estimator was prompt fair and honest.  Then JJ came and did the repairs and was one of the most knowledeable plumbers I have met.  I cant recommend this company enough. 5 stars.  Will defineately be using them in the future.

Woke up to no hot water in my house and reached out to plumbing innovations, they came out and diagnosed the problem and showed us the water heater was just starting to leak so luckily we caught it before any major damage! They replaced the unit and verified it was working 100% that same day, thanks so much to Rory and the rest of the team!

Plumbing Innovations is contracted under my home warranty, AHS (American Home Shield). I had a kitchen faucet replaced in my rental unit. Scheduling was easy even though my tenant is a night worker. Dispatch kept me posted regarding their plumbers arrival. Henry Daniels was very professional. Did an excellent job including clean up after the job. Would use them again and hope they send Henry

The technician did an excellent job. Very friendly and helpful. Fixed all our problems quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend!

Can we not give 0 stars? My home warranty company contracted these guys to come out for my water heater that was leaking. The guy came to my heater for about 5 minutes, then went to his truck for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, my insurance company called me they said that Plumbing Innovations submitted $375 in modifications that would be out of pocket expenses. I asked for a breakdown, and she said the water supply line, pressure line, and the expansion tank were the cause of the $375 fee. Then the guy came out of his truck and quoted $460 for modifications?! I asked what the difference was and he said my insurance company was wrong and now they have to replace the earthquake straps, vent, tnp line, and a few more things because our tank is not up to code (Mind you, we just bought this house 6 months ago and our inspector said everything was up to code). I called my mother-in-law who is in construction and inspections, and her plumber also evaluated it, and everything is up to code as confirmed, and only the tank needs to be replaced. Of course, my insurance company won't send another company out unless we dispute the diagnosis. Which is that it is leaking from the bottom when the water is on....which is what I told the technician...and he didn't even test it. And my insurance company said they will cover the replacement of the tank, but they can't do anything about making Plumbing Innovations only replace the tank without these unnecessary modifications. We called and asked for the manager to contact us back and he is out of office of course. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Thankfully, I was able to get my insurance fee waived since the tech literally didn't do anything. Now, I have to find my own water heater and plumber and wait for a check from my insurance company to reimburse me for the replacement. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY.

Wednesday August 16, 2017. I have insurance with American Home Shield and they were to have, Innovations LV LLC DBA Plumbing Innovations (apparently with no address), fix or replace my leaking hot water heater. They showed up in an unmarked truck (Nevada, 333 AWF) and began replacing my broken hot water heater under direction of the home warranty company, American Home Shield. Midway through the job I got a call from the Innovations LV office telling me the warrantee on my old tank really wasn't good (for some unusual reason), and that I'd have some required extra costs on the new one that American Home Shield wouldn't pay and I would have to pay myself, besides the $100 service call cost. She read me several (I believe 3) 'Required code upgrade' items I had never heard of and their prices I had to pay. I asked what they were and why the requirements. I was told they were required if I wanted them to do the job. My old heater was already disconnected and I had no choice but to approve the requirements; but I demanded an itemized invoice when they emailed me my receipt (We are paperless). I was assured she would; but she didn't. My VISA receipt simply says Custom Amount $585.00

This is a forced, inflated, $250 rip-off that American Home Shield has control over if these plumbing companies want their business.

I have used this company several times and have never had anything short of 5 star service. From the smallest project (I.e. running toilet to a new water heater)  they have delivered quick and efficient service with a smile and are reasonably priced.  Don't waste your time searching for another company.  Plumbing Innovations all the way !!!

If you have an absolute plumbing catastrophe these are the plumbers to call! From start to finish I was happy with all they did and how great everyone was. Everyone was very professional and I love being able to know with the text feature of where and when my tech was going to arrive!

I cant say enough good about this company. my water heater blew up and made a mess in my garage, Rory came out and explained in detail what it would take to replace it, and all costs up front WITHOUT ANY PRESSURE. I he also showed me what a tankless water heater was and the benefits.  Needless to say I ended up with a tankless water heater that I LOVE!!!!!!!!!!! Shameful Behavior-Awful Experience
We have a home warranty policy that covers our hot water tank. However, two of the PI technicians decided to tell us that we needed a part not covered under our policy. After talking with our agent, we decided to get a
second opinion, in this case really a third opinion.
Well, the new technician was able to repair our hot water system in 5 minutes. We never needed that $825 part.

Have used this company a few times over the years. They re plumbed a house for us. They were professional and courteous. They finished a day earlier than we expected and were priced competitively. We will use them again in the future and recommended them to anyone with any plumbing issues small or large.

I never did receive a response from the company. I contacted a handyman to place the handle that Delta  sent for free in the mail. Plumbing Innovations could have requested the same handle and installed it at another visit if they were a reputable company.  I had to pay  $50 out of pocket to have it installed just wanted to show the finished work

This company rocks!! Joe Curro came out diagnosed my hose outlet leak re did my connection with updated stuff. That it!. Very punctual professional helpful and explained stuff so normal people understand. Ohh and fast!! Thanx joe i appreciate it all

Great customer service! Found a leaky pipe outside this morning and was worried because we had to shut off the water to the house in order to stop the leak. I didn't want to be stuck waiting around for an apt. for days having no water. I called and they were able to send someone out right away.  Anthony fixed the problem and everything is good to go! Everyone was very professional and was done faster than my expectation. Will definitely call again for any future issues.

I can't say enough about these guys... they came out and handled my issues extremely quick, even though it was at the end of they day and the fix took the repair guy into overtime.. I can't thank them enough. Also... the repair guy was extremely professional and had a great attitude

I can't say enough good about this company, about Rory and and JJ Warren,  The Three service calls they responded to were hands down the best and most professional  I've ever experienced.  They're friendly, efficient, highly knowgable, and best of all they saved me hundreds of dollars.  They turned what COULD have been a plumbing nightmare into a pleasant experience.  I seriously doubt if there is a better plumbing company in the Las Vegas area.

Had experienced a bad first impression, although the supervisor, Charles stepped in and completed the work in a timely and professional manner apologizing for all the inconvenience caused initially.

I would like to thank the whole crew for coming out and saving my kitchen sink from leaking all over the place. From the moment someone pick up the phone they where nothing but nice and great customer service they made you feel like your problem was the number one priority and they made you feel like family to.
