23 years of house repairs, we finally picked the right company!!!! I can't say enough good things about the 3 technicians that repiped my house. This was my 3rd slab leak in 9 yrs. We obviously should have repiped the whole house the first time ( advice to anyone with slab leak) Anyway I feel very confident that the work was done the best it could be and EXTREMELY happy with the price and service we received!

Call Plumbing Upgrade! You won't regret it! We were removing a sink for some flooring that was being installed and realized that the valves were stuck. I got a few quotes from nearby plumbers and received a quick response from Plumbing Upgrade at a great price. Jeff came the next day. He was on time and was in and out in no time at all.

Great service from this company. They usually handle large plumbing jobs but assisted me with changing out the cartridge in our guest bathroom to help us with our hot water pressure. The response time was fast, the team was friendly and professional. The job was completed in less than an hour. I have decided that THIS is the company that I will use for my plumbing needs. Give them a try, you will not regret it.

My wife and I were in a predicament with Kitec plumbing that resulted in a slab leak.  We called around to multiple companies in need of a complete home re-plumb.  Every company we called would either give us a quote over the phone without even seeing the home, subject to change or they couldn't get out to the home for weeks.  We call Plumbing Upgrade Inc, with  in two hours the owner shows up at the door, looked over the home and gave us a quote that was thousands less then any other.  Told us the complete job including re-patching, texturing and painting would be done in three days.  We hired them on the spot, they started the next day, covered absolutely everything in the home to keep from dust going everywhere.  By the end of the first day we had running water to our master bath and kitchen sink. By 3pm of the following day the entire home had been re-plumbed with water to everything including adding an additional shut off valve.  I have over 3000 sf with 4 full bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, water softener, two hose bibs and they added another for me.  Most jobs like this take a full week if not longer.  City inspector showed up the next morning, cleared everything and by the end of that day all the drywall patching, taping, texturing and painting was complete.  25 year warranty on the materials and their work, I have a certified copy stating so.  

Most professional group of guys I've seen in a very long time.  I'm a Real Estate Agent and deal with many many contractors, these guys stand above all in my opinion.  Very knowledgeable I recommend them to everyone without hesitation.

This is the BEST company ever! We had an emergency in our new house in a new zip code and it was urgent. I googled by zip code and saw this number. Alex one of the co-owners answered and said this is not big deal, we can fix this issue simple, I can come tomorrow. I said we need to shower an have no water in the house because of the leak. Alex said no problem give me a few minutes. He called back and said someone would be there in 15 minutes. Jeff the other co-owner came right away and was amazing. He calmed my 60+ year old parents down, reassured them it will be ok, fixed the problem very quick, helped us think through a new system that will ensure we stag good and agreed to come back. He worked so fast and professionally, he was a nice and kind human that clearly knew what he was doing. The experience with Jeff and Alex restored my faith in humanity!

Plumbing Update was great! They were able to go to a rental house and replace a broken garbage disposal for me right away. I found them to be reasonably priced too! I would use Plumbing Update again for any future plumbing needs.

This company is AMAZING!  We had a slab leak and had another company come out and give us a quote which was almost double this company and they were not even going to do all that this company did.  The re plumbed my entire house including patch and paint in three days.  You would've never known they were here.   I had two small issues and they were both resolved within hours.  Excellent customer service!

One of the best experiences with a contractor I have had. He communicated well and let me know he was running a few minutes behind! I really appreciate that! He was not stumped by my project either. He gave me a great information on other plumbing item in my house!  Clean and professional! I would definitely recommend  Plumbing Upgrade !

I had a dishwasher installation scheduled in the morning, they came and weren't able to install it (corroded valve needed replacement.) So I went on yelp and looked for a plumber. I got a few responses but they were all next day. Until I got a message to call plumbing upgrade. I called and the gentleman told me they can have a plumber come out within 2-3 hours if not he will personally do the valve repair. I thought wow amazing customer service. Shortly after Julian shows up tells me he's going to replace the valves, but needs a part so he goes to Lowe's to get the part. Comes back and gets the valve replaced. I was shocked and amazed how fast they were able to fix the valve and even go and get the missing part of didn't tell them about (sorry).

Overall amazing customer service, quick installation. Extremely satisfied with plumbing upgrade highly recommend and will use in the future for any plumbing issues. Thank you again.

My bathtub faucet got stuck and wasn't able to stop water running. I left message to Alex and he call back shortly to let me know to take pictures of problem and send to him. He call soon after again and let me know the price and when he can help. He was very professional and kept me updated with when he's arriving. Also, he was very helpful and informative about issues I had could be caused by water softener part need replaced. I would recommend him to everyone.

I have used this company twice one to replace some old piping around a kitchen. That job
was bid and finish in two day. The price was fair and did not have to get other quotes They were clean and thorough. Second job was to install water heater in a warehouse again the price was right and done well.

Called Plumbing Upgrade and received a prompt competitive quote and was able to set up a service call with little waiting. Jivko arrived early and helped me move some stuff blocking the leaky valve in the garage. He explained everything and got right to work. Work was completed very quickly (1 hour) and the work area was left clean. Welding work was very well done, which is indicative of a good plumbing job. I would recommend Plumbing Upgrade and especially Jivko to anyone as they were professional and fair about their pricing.

Alex quickly picked up phone.  Advised issue regarding smell coming from sinks.  Alex wanted me to try cleaning with bleach first.  Thus he explain a free option to try first.  You have to appreciate someone who tries to help and does not just want to charge right away.  Although I have not used them (because I will try the suggested option) I think his honesty merits 5 stars.  Great value.

After sifting through a few plumbers on Yelp. I opted for Plumbing Upgrade to look at a problematic plunger assembly on my downstairs bathroom. I had tried to adjust it myself, but any efforts did not solve the problem.
Easy to set up an appointment. Note, like a lot of plumbers, there is a service fee to show up and analyze the problem. Their fee is waived if the work is allowed to be done. Plumber called before arriving during the time window. Checked it out and said that yes, it did need to be replaced. Sorry, can't recall his name now, but his English was not the greatest. I did up end speaking to Alex on the phone to make sure there was no misunderstandings.
On his way out, I did finally remember that my pressure regulator had been leaking for awhile and asked him to look at that too. I kept forgetting to have someone look at that, which is my fault. Had that replaced the next morning when he could go out and buy a new one.
Prices were very reasonable compared to what quotes I had received. Although I did have to speak to someone else on the phone, both Alex and his plumber were very courteous and professional about the whole experience. I would definitely recommend.

I came home from work to a leaking garage ceiling and didn't know who to call. I went on Yelp and found Plumbing Upgrade. I spoke to Jeff he advised me to turn off the main water line. There was no estimation fee, could you believe that? Jeff came and checked out the problem and was quick and left no mess. He even took off his shoes upon entering my house. Very professional!!! He charged an awesome rate and I recommend you check these guys out for all your plumbing needs.

We needed plumbing help for a leak in the wall that was discovered late in the day.  After calling another company who couldn't get to us for 24 hours, we called Plumbing Upgrade and they dispatched Julian right away.  He came out and assessed the problem, quoted pricing, and explained his work as he went.  He truly went above and beyond for us.  Terrific experience, highly recommend Plumbing Upgrade!

Great service, had a kitchen faucet that was leaking more water under the sink than was coming out the faucet that needed to be replaced.  Jeff the plumber that came out to the house right on time, as a matter of fact the same day I called them, I was given  a price on the phone that was a good price.  Jeff was pleasant and worked quickly and clean.  I would not hesitate to just call Plumbing Upgrade first the next time I need a plumber!

I highly recommend these guys to anyone needing the services of a good plumbing contractor. Noticed our water heater was leaking at 5 pm. First spoke to Jeff, then Mike called to confirm and was out in 15 minutes. Confirmed water heater was going out and We had a new Water Heater in by 7:15 pm. Good honest work, they genuinely care and believe in doing the work right, triple checked everything and cleaned up the mess. They are also licensed for A/C.  They will be the first call I make next time I have a problem.

Really nice and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what the issue was before he even took the unit apart. Who knew you aren't supposed to put potato peels in the garbage disposal. Charged me way less than he had originally quoted because he fixed the problem very promptly. Honest and hard working and put everything away and cleaned up after himself when he was done. My new plumber!

Actually this is a late review but a good one. I contacted Plumbing Upgrade in 2019 because I wanted my whole house repiped. I was having a slab leak, I had already paid a company on two separate occasions to fix leaks from both of my upstairs bathrooms from the old copper pipes. My best judgment was to have all the pipes replaced for the whole house. Alex came over for the estimate. He said he would send a five man crew over for two days. They started at the main outside and went through to the garage and installed a new shut off valve and all new pex pipes throughout the house with two new spickets for the front and backyard and pressure tested it the first day. The second day they replaced all the drywall cuts and textured back the walls to the original state and cleaned up everything. I didn't have to have them paint because the texture matched up so good to the paint you couldn't tell the difference, but they will match up your paint and paint too if you need it. I paid some extra to have a few new faucets installed too while they were at it. They masked off the stairs as they went back and forth and covered over all the furniture and appliances to keep the debris to a minimum. I can't say enough about the crew they just came in and went to work. They were very coordinated and professional. They definitely know their business. The price was great considering it was a few thousand less than a couple estimates I had gotten from other plumbing companies not to mention they told me I would have to pay separate to their guy for the drywall repair, but these guys do it all. I received a 25 year warranty in writing. Its three years later and everything is still in perfect condition...no leaks. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing services.

My bathtub faucet cartridge broke. I was unable to turn my water off. My wife was preparing for Easter dinner and we were doing laundry so we were unable to shut off the water. I called multiple different plumbers and none of them are working on the weekends. I called Plumbing Upgrade and Julian came over within an hour with all the tools and supplies needed. He fixed my issue in less than 20 minutes.
