Had Richard out for a second time a few days ago.  My first experience with him was the best, so need him for a couple of new issues.  Richard is prompt, courteous and really knows his stuff when it comes to plumbing!

As an individual who has been doing business with the proprietor of this company since 2007 I would kindly ask that anyone browsing Yelp to find a plumber in the Lawrence area disregard the one star review that they have received.

We were most fortunate to have the pleasure of receiving the services of Blue Duck in our home today.  I was very happy that Joe The Plumber himself, along with his son Philip, showed up to replace our tired and spent water heater.  Although I am a man of some mechanical wits, I have not replaced or witnessed the replacement of said apparatus and I was more than happy to pay for their very reasonable labor charge, considering the time it took them and the knowledge I gained from their visit.  

Joe is as personable as ever, answering all questions, not trying to sell you services you don't need.  When he is in your home repairing your various leaks it feels like he's your old buddy that happens to be a plumber who you don't mind in the least paying for his time.  His laid back personality is ever apparent in Philip who is a true gentleman, very professional.  

Long story short, this is the company I will continue to call when a problem arises that I'm not comfortable handling personally.

Kyle was not only professional and thorough but was quick, explained what he was doing and how he was solving the problem. Highly recommend!!!

Craig is very personable and seems to care about my problems.  The water company had turned off my water when they put a new meter in my basement.  They did not turn it back on because they said there was a leaking pipe that needs to be repaired first. Craig came out in a timely manner, had a look and determined that that needed a new pipe to the meter and a new shut off valve. He doesn't do that kind of work. But he took time to explain it all to me and called Old Republic and explained to them what needed to be done so so they would send the right craftsman.

I want to give a shout-out to All-N-One Plumbing! We recently discovered that part of our main sewer line had collapsed. I went through the effort of getting several bids from different companies, and All-N-One Plumbing won the job. The guys that completed the project were super friendly and were. Wry diligent in keeping me informed throughout the process. They showed up around 9:30 this morning and worked hard all day to make sure the job was done right, all while keeping smiles on their faces.

I highly recommend these guys!

We have used Jamison plumbing for years now! I have used them both in my home and in my salon. They respond quickly and always are able to help me that day! They are knowledgeable and respectful. I had an emergency come up on a weekend with a leaking pipe that they came out to fix. While they were there I asked them if they could look at my shower and he told me since I'm paying a weekend rate it may be better if I have them do on a week days! I respected that they were looking out for me and not trying to just make more money! Call these guys if you are looking for an honest, professional plumber!

I called All 4 One around 10:00 am on a Friday, they were out by 1:00 pm and had everything fixed the same day. The two gentleman who came out were super friendly and if you're reading this CALL THESE GUYS if you need help with any HVAC issues!

Jason Conard has done three different jobs for me--all were excellent.  Today, I called him at 8 am with a faucet problem.  He returned my call promptly and was at my house within two hours.  He replaced a faucet cartridge quickly and cleaned up after himself.  He is very knowledgeable and conversant.  On a prior job, I supposed I would have to replace the original (1937) faucets in my my tub/shower; instead, he took them home and rebuilt them.  Years later, they work great.  I highly recommend him.

When the plumber that was involved in the building of our house was not available for support I have leveraged Crosby Plumber with excellent results.  When that plumber retired and there has been a plumbing related need arise I have continued to work with Crosby.  Dustin has been great at planning/estimating a solution.  Jason has gone the extra mile making things work with on-site execution of planned work to include site clean up.  Jen is excellent with billing and scheduling. I recommend Crosby Plumbing

I used MVP Electric yesterday for the first time and I am very pleased with the outcome.  I had a semi-emergency whereby I needed a very quick estimate.  Not only did they respond right away, they also had set aside time to do the work as well.  The tech, Jacob, was very courtious and professional, and knew immediately what needed to be done.  I recommend MVP for your electrical needs.

Had these guys come out and give me a second opinion on a bathtub drain. First company said the pipe had failed and needed a total replacement. Called these guys Billy came out took a little more time investigating and said he thought he could pull the drain apart and clean it out he said the drain pipe looked good to him. He cleaned it out quick and works beautifully now and wasn't nearly the cost of full replacement. I definitely will use them again!

I requested a quote for repairing a leak at the base of a toilet.  A quote
was given along with guaranteeing the work.  I scheduled an appointment.  The leak was repaired and the price was very reasonable.

When we did the walkthrough and gave him the deposit for the job, we were told that it would be a one-or two day job.  Seven weeks later...job still not started.  He now will not answer his phone. I have tried called multiple times a day at all of the phone numbers that he has listed.

Over the course of these weeks, there have been multiple promises of doing the work tomorrow, and even said on Friday at 2:00 I'm on my way right now. Only to never show up or answer the phone since.

Don't give this man any deposit money for your job until he physically starts the work.  He will take the money and ghost you .

On Saturday another plumber was out and left us with no working bathroom sinks as water was pouring out of the hole that the 1st plumber made in the PVC pipe in the back bathroom.  (This contractor was sent by our home warranty company.). Th guy left us with black stuff everywhere the sink was covered and half wiped off, the floor of the shower was covered and so was part of the floor.  

I reached out to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for an appointment after normal hours via Facebook.  The next morning they reach my husband and scheduled it for that morning.  These are the things I loved right off the bat:
1.  They were quick to schedule.
2. They showed up in a timely manner.
3.  They took the necessary time to look and diagnose the problem and showed it to us. (This did not take long but kept us in the loop.)
4.  They did not leave the bathrooms in a mess.

Yes, they are not cheap.  But they are quick, efficient, and proficient.

Did they fix the problem?  No.  We are just at the same place we were before the 1 plumber can.  The recommendation solution is to replace the sinks' pipes to the stack.  This is a long term solution. We had to go to a medical appointment that afternoon. Also, I really need to think about it a moment.  Our Home warranty company will not even talk to us about the cash option they emailed us about. They want to send another contractor.  

The company also replaced our stack several years ago. They did a great job.
