P.W. Waterworks has been a full service plumbing company since 1999. Providing services for residential, commercial and industrial plumbing, we can handle any kind of plumbing project, repair, renovation or drain problems.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Our licensed plumber, Paul, has over 30 years plumbing experience. He started learning plumbing at the young age of 14 in Southport, NC. Paul gives credit for his plumbing knowledge to Irvin Eversole with Eversole Plumbing. Ervin not only taught him how to plumb, but taught him how to be an integrous plumber.
Paul started P.W. Waterworks in 1999 and Incorporated the company in 2006. We are a family ran business that is ONLY successful due to prayer, hard work and making our customers happy.

Need to have a waterheater repaired. PW Waterworks was on Rheem's website. So I called them to schedule a service. On my 1st call, Paul asked about what's wrong and all that. When it comes to actual date and time of the service call, I needed to confirm with the tenant. So we agreed that I will confirm time and call him back. That's when Paul just disappeared. Never picked up my call. When I text him on what time slot, and a picture of water heater and again asking him to confirm the appointment. Text back ok. But he was a no show. Not reliable. I would at least expect he text me back that he does not want to do the job.

I do water damage restoration and always recommend PW to any of my customers that need a plumber!
