My house in Atchison had a sewer back up. Nobody had reviews on yelp, so I called a few places to no avail. I finally talk to a local and they said to call Tate plumbing.

I was very impressed with Bob's Rooter Service.  Bob and his son came to my house to unclog the shower and bath tub drain.  They were quick and professional.  Much better prices than the big companies as well.   I will use again.

We recently had a major blockage in our main kitchen line and it was draining very slowly. We called the first company who spent 4 days hemhawing, getting nowhere, and they charged us $400 after they had told us they would not charge us unless they fixed the problem. Then they wanted nearly $6000 to fix the issue. We of course were shocked by this and said we'd get a 2nd opinion. They then offered a different lower cost solution and said that would cost nearly $3000 but then said they didn't really recommend it, claiming it would not work. We decided to get that 2nd opinion. I'm so glad we called Epic for that 2nd opinion. Jesse, the owner, came out personally and evaluated the problem. He quoted $1600 to fix it. He said it would likely be an all day dirty job but he was extremely confident that his team could do it for that amount. The following Tuesday, he sent 2 of his plumbers to clean the main kitchen line. It was an all day dirty job but they did exactly what they said they would do and fixed it. In the end, Epic saved us thousands of dollars and still came in under their own quote. I'm so thankful for a good, honest and ethical company like Epic and highly recommend them!

Tom Wilcutt (0339) was fast, efficient and very kind.  I would recommend him and Roto-Rooter to anyone.  They were able to come out within 4 hours of my call.

Excellent response time in the middle of a heat wave.  Do to the heat, they showed up many hours before they originally quoted.  Very knowledgeable and had parts on hand.  My father has used Morton's for years and sense I've moved back to the area, I too will always use Morton's for any of my HVAC needs.  They are also known for their LOW $25 service call and great pricing.  Highly recommend them.

They carry everything imagineable for kitchens and baths.  They carry top of the line brands and mid-level.  I've done a lot of shopping around.  Their pricing is very good and they offer free delivery to Overland Park.  Yes, FREE delivery right to my door, no charge...unheard of with today's gas prices.  (they probably deliver to other areas, too)

The service...the first time I did business with them was over 6 years ago on a kitchen remodel.  I came across this company purely by accident.  I walked in the showroom and was immediately met with a smile and lots of knowledge!  Andrea Love helped me pick out what I needed and delivered it to my house for free.  Here I am 6 years later needing a new kitchen faucet....I call...Andrea is still there.  I am so happy to have her help me.  We did everything by email and phone using the website...the faucet was delivered today...free of charge.  Andrea Love is a shopper's dream sales rep.  She's very knowledgeable, doesn't waste your time, doesn't high pressure sell you, and she's pleasant.  Such a rare find...Pyramid and Andrea!

Everyone is always looking for a good plumber. Look no further. Caleb & Lee of Superior Plumbing & Gas were absolutely amazing to work with. They were very knowledgeable about how to fix a leak that was coming from a broken pipe underneath our garage. Their professionalism & communication made me feel comfortable with a fix that seemed so daunting. I found them to be trustworthy, dependable and extremely fairly priced. I will definitely be calling on them for my future plumbing needs.

Mike from Brookside Plumbing was able to quickly and cleanly unclog a supply line to a new toilet of gunk and grout from the previous homeowner's renovation. He then took the time to go over the rest of the plumbing with me in the basement, pointing out positives and negatives that would need to be dealt with in time which was extremely helpful as a first time homeowner. He was professional and upfront with pricing so there were no surprises. I will definitely be calling him again for any plumbing needs. Thanks Mike!

Do not use. Their owners will lie to you for their comfortability. Their work is professional but their owners morals are compromised and they will lie to you even about the most personal things. Please do not use.

First and last time dealing with Bob Hamilton. I had a backed up sewer line that I knew needed to be Roto-Rootered because of some roots. They came out and ran the sewer line for 99$ although the blade they use was very small. For free, they came out to put a camera down which at first I thought was great until I realized it was a gimmick for them to quote me $6,000 - $9,000 to replace the whole line. It was amusing to see the service rep (one of the Hamiltons I think) try to tell me that these small areas were roots protruded meant that the line needed to be completely overhauled.

Just a few weeks later the sewer backed up again. I called and was told that they would come out for free one time as part of their warranty. Unfortunately the second visit using the Roto-Rooter did not work again. Called them a third time and was told that I need to pay $99 again to have it Roto-Rootered. My guess is that their price is lower than most so they can convince you to replace or fix the line for a lot more. WHAT A SCAM!!!

I then called KB Complete to come out and they cleared the line. The blade they used was obviously the proper size for the diameter of the sewer line. It's been several years since and I have had no further issues. I have also heard other friends and family tell me similar issues with Bob Hamilton. They cannot be trusted.

Horrible service. Utterly horrible, they came to my house and were very unprofessional. Got sewage on my walls from the rooter and stained my carpet carrying there machine down stairs. They were also very overpriced. And a month later my sewage backed up again. DONT USE THEM.

I chose one star because there is no zero star.  They repaired a water leak for us and did not turn off water when they did the work.  Water sprayed onto Air condition system and destroyed computer board which cost $300 to replace.Two days later, the pipe they repaired leaked again badly.  I called them and was told they will locate the plumber who did the work and would send him back but we never heard from them.  I called them a dozen times that day and they never answered my call and never returned my call after I left them a couple of messages.  They used a wrong fitting and it came off two days later.  The water sprayed out on the AC again and damaged the new computer board installed again.  We had to call another plumber to fix it since they never answer or return my call.  A Simple water leak costed us over $800!!
