When we did the walkthrough and gave him the deposit for the job, we were told that it would be a one-or two day job.  Seven weeks later...job still not started.  He now will not answer his phone. I have tried called multiple times a day at all of the phone numbers that he has listed.

Over the course of these weeks, there have been multiple promises of doing the work tomorrow, and even said on Friday at 2:00 I'm on my way right now. Only to never show up or answer the phone since.

Don't give this man any deposit money for your job until he physically starts the work.  He will take the money and ghost you .

He was super helpful and understanding. Was able to show up on short notice and fix our leak for our sink and washer. Good price and very friendly. Was even understanding when I had to take care of another matter and was able to work with me through that.

I would NEVER recommend or use this company again, after my recent experiences with them.

They failed to return to unclog a shower drain, despite promising to do so and just decided to just not show up, instead of at least having the common courtesy to call and cancel in advance.

They also apparently incorrectly ran a shower line from my faucet by entering through the tile and left a huge mess.

I'm out $525 and likely significant more, trying to repair any damage they apparently caused and get the job finished.

I would spend my time and money elsewhere, with a truly professionally run organization.

Husband and wife thieving team. In fact, the wife wrote the positive review listed.
Not only did they not fix what they were paid 3k to fix, they promised and failed to come back to complete the job. Simply kept the money and didn't do the job.
