Jess & his staff has provided excellent service for our HVAC for a number of years. When we were ready to replace our 15 year old system last year, he provided us with a number of options to select features/prices that met our needs. We have recommended him to five friends/neighbors and they all selected him for new systems, so we feel confident that his prices are very competitive. His response to service on our old system was fast and friendly. Highly recommend Harding!

I am from out of town and needed a old rusted faucet, supply lines, and shut off valves replaced. I called Gene's Plumbing & Sewer Service on Friday, they said they could come out on the next day SATURDAY between 12 and 2 pm and gave a fair ball park figure over the phone. I said Heck Yes. They called me at 11:40 am the next day and said they were on there way. They were professional, clean, efficient and very fair priced. The job came out perfect and I didn't get down the floor upside-down and do all of the work myself. They did not charge me extra for the Saturday call. what a great company. THANKS GENE'S , you saved me time and money and a sore neck/back.! THEY SHOULD BE THE FIRST #1 ON YELP. I CALLED #1 AND THEY COULDN'T HELP ME TILL NEXT WEEK

Way undercut al other estimates and delivered excellent service!! All repairs have lasted almost a year and I continue to have no problems!!
I was referred to Witter Plumbing and Electric from a family. I required a number of upgrades to a home I was purchasing. The seller had several estimates for repairs and gave me funds in closing for repairs. Witter took the estimates and inspection report and said his parts and labor charges would be much lower. He was right. He saved me over $1000 in which I was able to add to my down payment!
Repairs included:
-A repair of the electrical box which had portion that was melted. *This had to be fixed before I could move in.
-An upgrade in toilet and plumbing from a small and ancient midtown toilet to an adult sized one.
-Fixed a leaking and damaged pipe.
-Safeguarded an exposed live wiring on a newly installed water heater. ( missed in inspection)
-Installed wiring to a fan to remove hot air from the attic installed by roofers.
-Upgraded old and faulty shower fixtures.

Follow-up review. After continuing service with them another four years we finally got the news we were anticipating for awhile. The central heating and air conditioning units that were in the house when we moved in before out 22 yr. old daughter was born were headed for replacement. Cheaper to do both at once and today was the day.
Cha-ching. That kind of equipment and installation is pricey. You know that, I know that.
Guys arrive at 7:30 a.m., are out of the house by 4:30 p.m. (my wife even made lunch for them) and everything installed including a walk-through to show us the new gear, and... wow, immediately, the heater is running less, running quieter, better moisture in the air. We're more comfortable, win-win. We are really happy. Installation looks like a million bucks and we are set for a long time now. Amazing how this company continues to really impress us.
Sure, go ahead and use Yelp to review that espresso shop for the 500th time. Never know when that might be critical, but a business like this and less than a handful off reviews? That's just sad. Take a good look at this one. These folks kill it with superior service.

We had a shower issue and Anthony's got us in the same day. They did an great job of explaining what the issue was and how we could get it resolved quickly at a good price. Love that our technician also went above and beyond to explain future maintenance we could do on our own to prevent future issues.

We are very happy with the work that was completed.
I did take off one star because they began work a day later than we had scheduled. In addition, the job took five days, instead of three, as we were initially told.
That being said, the guys who came to our house to work were wonderful. All of them were so nice.
Bottom line, we would hire Snake n Rooter again, and I would ask for Daniel.

Joel at Spirit plumbing did a great job servicing my tankless water heater and installing new pipes to fix some leaking. Knowledgeable and reasonable rates. He was recommended to me by other plumbers (who do commercial plumbing only), and he's the first plumber I call for residential work.

Over the years, I have relied on Affordable Plumbing not only for my clients needs but for my personal house and my rental properties as well. Ric and his team are some of the hardest working people I know, they are honest, reasonably priced, and will give you plenty of options for whatever your plumbing situation is! I couldn't recommend him enough!

We purchased a water heater from Home Depot and True Blue was the plumbing company they partnered with for the installation, and thankfully so! Trent was the plumber who worked our install and he had his work cut out for him! We were replacing a water heater from 1994!! in the basement of a townhouse built in the 70's. The shutoff valve was so corroded it wouldn't shut off; the drain was clogged in the floor; and the build-up so bad that the old water heater wouldn't drain. Trent did a fantastic job dealing with all these issues. He was very professional and I was so glad that he was the plumber we had. I would highly recommend True Blue based on the positive interaction my family and I had with Trent.

Had an appointment set up for 10am on a Friday. Nobody showed up, but I figured I would give it until noon to call their office to see what the hold up was. When I got a hold of their office, I was told there had been a miscommunication on their end, and each plumber thought someone else was coming to our house. They were very sorry, and said someone would be there in another 45 mins to an hour. Well, I waited another 2 hours, and still nobody showed up or even called. It all was pretty unprofessional. I ended up googling and fixing my plumbing problem myself. At least I saved the money...but definitely calling a different plumber next time.

If you ever need plumbing work done, DO NOT use Razor Rooter. Earlier this year my wife and I were having trouble with our KC home's sewer system backing up into the basement. We asked Razor Rooter to come check out the problem and see if they could fix it. They sent a technician, who snaked the drain and then left. All was well for about two weeks, but then the sewer drain started backing up into the basement again. We called them again, and they sent another technician to come out and snake the drain again. This time, it was just a few hours before the drain was backing up yet again. We called and had the same technician come back a third time. He snaked the drain and left; a few days later the sewer was backed up yet again.
We called multiple times to speak to a manager, but each time the owner just so happened to be out of the office and unable to take our call. So we contacted a different company; they promptly sent out a technician who quickly and accurately diagnosed the real problem with why our system had been backing up in the first place (something Razor Rooter neglected to tell us). Within a matter of days the other company had repaired our system, and we've had no other problems since then. My wife called Razor Rooter and asked for our money back.
Weeks later we received a letter from Razor Rooter's owner--riddled with spelling errors--claiming that because we had gone with a different company rather than continue to do business with Razor Rooter while their job with us was under warranty, they did not believe we were not entitled to a refund, and that therefore we would not be getting our money back. How many chances should a company receive before the customer is within their right to ask for their money back? Obviously three failed attempts were not enough to warrant a refund--perhaps four would have done the trick? Five?
Furious, I called the company's office as soon as I read the letter. When someone finally answered my call, the first thing I heard on the other end of the line was the accusation, You brown-noser!
It took me off guard. Excuse me? I asked.
You dirty brown-noser!
I paused and thought for a second, confused. Could I speak to your manager, please? I asked. The administrator on the other end of the line quickly realized what had happened--she had mistaken me for one of their technicians with whom she apparently had a running joke. I was not amused. She told me that the owner was--surprise, surprise!--out of the office and unable to take our call. I vented my frustration for at least five minutes before hanging up.
Our last-ditch effort was to report them to the Better Business Bureau, but because it boiled down to a he said/she said situation, the BBB was unable to do anything. So this is our last recourse: utilizing social media to let everyone to what a horrible company Razor Rooter is, how they swindled us out of our money, and how consistently unprofessional their handling of the situation has been. If you want a quality plumbing company that offers timely and courteous customer service, DO NOT call Razor Rooter.

Our air conditioning was not working and Lloyd came and fixed it in a matter of a few hours and that after he diagnosed and fixed the leak in a few minutes. This was after the other company quoted us 10k on a new ac unit. I'd recommend him. The AC has been reliable since then.

Extremely dissatisfying service from Gary Peterson. I wanted to have someone come and check the sewer and clean it up and also find a possible reason for the blockage. I called A1 services and they sent Peterson to me for the service saying they charge $100+. The base charge is 100 and if there is more problems found they would charge me more, understood. Peterson, In the beginning was very polite and friendly and was talking about what and all he is going to do to diagnose the problem and quoted me for $225.l told him that I'm not planning to spend that much so just go ahead and clean the sewer for $100 which is the price that was promised to me. The moment I told him that, his attitude was completely changed. At the end, he not only charged the 100 for service but also $30 as a trip charge? Seriously? I heard people charge diagnostics when you don't get the service done by them but not a service charge + a trip charge. I got it done a year ago for 69.99 through some other person who came with even more fancier equipment than what Gary came with. Too bad, just because he acted like that he lost me as a customer. Some people just don't get a simple math behind making a good customer relationship especially when there are 100s of them out there like him. I will never ever recommend him to anyone.

I think Climate Control is wonderful. They installed my heat pump and furnace several years ago. I've never really had any issues. I have the units serviced annually. Kyle was the latest technician. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend Climate Control.

The business is posted twice with slightly different names, but it's still the same crooked business.
Jay no longer works the field, he only handles the business side, leaving his less than reputable wife, and her mentally challenged son to destroy anything left of the reputation that Jays pluming had.
I hired them to replace my main water line, they were running average of all the bids. They guaranteed that I would be satisfied with their service and were very professional.... That's a lie!!!
One of the crew propped open the truck door and urinated in my driveway! I have a 15 year old girl that lives across the street and several girls behind us! Let alone, it was in my driveway!!!
Their best employee was bidding out work on my house, for off the clock extra work. Their manager, Jays step son, threw his trash out in my yard, and when I said something his response was it'll get buried when we fill the hole! Not the point!
They filled the gap where the new line comes into the house with window caulking instead of seam sealer or plumbers putty, they didn't reconnect my ground rod to my electrical panel and left me with deplorable excavating! My meter well is 6-8 inches below grade and I had a super high hump in my yard because they didn't finish!
Then Jays wife came to my house and demanded to be paid! Hey finish the job first! Let alone they broke the law and didn't seed the raw dirt that law required!
Stay away from them!
This is a terrible company
They go through employees like drill bits because they pay them or they short them. An employee can put a lien on your house to collect payment.
