McCann plumbing always comes thru! Hot water tank broke at 7am and was a mess, but not as bad as it could have been. Yes, the carpet got wet, but when I called McCann's they said they would take care of us after lunch. They called before they came and were there at 1pm, after lunch, like they promised. Great young men, friendly, explained the process and they were done in 1.5 hours, which was great. I've been using McCann for years and they are always there when I need them!

I'm sooo impressed with this company and I will always recommend them now!!! My son has autism and he stuck a toy down the toilet. I had already had a plumber come out 3 times and as a last resort I had Bob Hamilton plumber come also the last time. Bob Hamilton charged us 240 dollars they were only here 10 to 15 mins and didn't even fix the problem. Between all of the other plumbers we had spend around 500 dollars total trying to get the toy out and unclogged. When my mother in law decided to call Williams plumbing I was so hesitant. But they came out right away the same day we called them. I had no waiting like I had to do with the other two plumbers (who charged me but did not fix the problem). They came in and were so kind and with in 10 mins or so they got the toy out and showed me the toy. They are literally BEYOND reasonably priced!!! In fact my husband told me I should have given them money and I agree. I feel bad I didn't give them more! This whole ordeal has been such a headache. I really was having a hard time and I was losing hope in finding someone who would fix the problem without charging me outrageous rates. And then I had Williams plumbing and they saved the day! I wish I had called them first it would have saved me so much time and money! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them! I believe his name was Grant who my mother in law spoke to. I had two men come in and they both were so nice. They were safe in the midst of this pandemic and so clean! I can not say enough good! Highly recommended!! If you need a plumber call this company!!

I was contacted by Mac Wilson Plumbing, after I posted my need for a water heater replacement. Donna; who was pleasure to work with, listened to me, and got me in touch Zach. We talked about what was going on with my existing water heater and determined that it was past its prime. Donna had told me that they installed Ruud Professional model heaters... not the type that is sold at the big box stores. I decided to go ahead, and was amazed when I was told that they could install it the very next day. Two plumbers showed up and finished the job in just a few hours. They were very conscientious and neat. Zach and everyone in this company are great to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a plumber... Very honest and customer oriented. Pricing was good too, Zach told me that most companies charge extra for the expansion tank; which code requires, but he includes it in the price.

Williams Plumbing has always been knowledgeable, professional and extremely efficient.  We have looked for a plumber in Independence for years and took a chance on Williams.  We are so glad we did!  They are available when we call, they are so friendly and get the job done fast and RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!  Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best HVAC Repair and Plumbers I have ever used. I had more than a few issues with a new house I recently purchased. They were very honest and took care of all my issues.

Found that the previous home owner did not wire the upstairs thermostat correctly, so the AC and Heat were fighting each other. Had no idea and was paying a hefty electric bill. They also found that the previous owner hadn't changed the air filters in forever.

I work out of my garage and it was starting to get pretty cold. They helped me get new duct work setup from my existing system so that I know have heat and AC in garage. It works amazing.

I shopped around, they gave me a great rate and incredible customer service. Ill never use another service for my plumbing or HVAC needs.

I'll start by mentioning that I signed up for a yelp account for the sole purpose of reviewing this company. I called all around the Kansas City area and got quotes from two other companies before finding Jim's.  Jim's was the only company willing to give an over the phone estimate and was at my house taking measurements within an hour.  He gave me a free written estimate at that time and called the city to mark the yard for buried lines. His price was 1000 less than the next best estimate and he was an absolute professional to deal with. Very friendly and reassuring. I was initially confused about whether the company was called An Affordable Sewer Line Replacement Co. or PJ's Construction which caused me to hesitate in calling initially, since I hadn't heard of either. Essentially it is: PJ's Construction: An Affordable Sewer Line Replacement Co. At any rate I am glad I did call. Jim took great care of me, was prompt, courteous and when the job ended without any hitches, the end cost came in a bit UNDER what he quoted me. I have worked in heating and cooling for 15 years and have never seen anything like that in MY trade. Talk about integrity and honesty. I can't recommend Jim enough. Oh, and my basement doesn't back up with sewer anymore! Thanks again, Jim!

I can't say enough good things about Rod-O-Matic plumbing! I had a nasty plumbing issue, and they came right out to get it taken care of. The technician was great, knowledgeable, and got the job done much faster than I would have expected. The pricing was great as well, I would have expected the job to be significantly more expensive than it was.
A+ business, highly recommended.

I have used The Plumbing Pro for years, and this time it was no different. Scott was knowledgeable and efficient in replacing several outdoor faucets. He explained the prices and options ahead of time so there were no surprises. It's great to have a professional like Scott do a professional job!

I had to write this review. Plumbing Plus just left our house and I had such a good experience with them they deserve this review. I was very frustrated trying to find someone to repair our outside water hydrant because it required cutting through drywall in our basement to get to the water line. Another plumber had told us it was located in a different spot in the basement and recommended we just make it nonfunctional outside, which we did. For his visit (and inaccurate diagnosis with a camera--I do think this other plumber was well-intentioned he just didn't know what he was talking about) he charged us $100 and told us if we decided to fix it by cutting through drywall it would cost $698. I didn't go with him because he said he couldn't be responsible for any structural damage if it occurred (He thought he had to go through a joist.) Based on this information, I told Plumbing Plus the situation and over the phone they bid $280 to fix it. This morning they came out and found that the faucet access was in a different spot. They found exactly where it was and cut through the drywall in that spot., fixed it in less time (probably 30 minutes or so) and only charged me $135. Prior to this, they also sent me proof of licensure and insurance. They said they'd be here at 8 am and they were actually here exactly at 8 am. I've never had that happen. I'm so thrilled because I find it so hard to find honest contractors who know what they are doing. These guys do. The plumber's name was Mark Chadwick. Thank you, thank you!!! By the way, you'll need to find someone else to fix the drywall. Plumbers don't do this, but at least now you know who to call for your plumbing.

Cannot fix a kitchen sink that 'sunk' from the granite countertop , at least they're prompt.  
And it did take 2 days for a plumber to tell me he can't fix it earlier this week.

Our ceiling started leaking in several places out of the blue. We called this company because they were the ones the builder used when building the house. Kevin was our technician. He was on time, had a positive attitude, and did everything he could to help us try to find where the leak was coming from. The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the service call was scheduled a week out from the time we called. I understand the company is busy, but it was a bit stressful not knowing what was going on with the house and having to make some temporary adjustments with not running the water on the upstairs floor until someone was able to come out.

Terrible company, not only did they overcharge me and abandon the original price quotes, they left my home tracked with filth and I am now missing some personal belongings. Do not let these thieves into your home!

Update: In response to the owner asking me to remove my post. I live in missouri, work in Overland Park. I was unfortunate enough to use your company on 7/09/17 and strongly advise anyone to stay away!!!

Jim has come out to service our AC twice now and trust him to tell me the truth without upselling like the other guys. He took the time to educate us on the climate here and the unique needs of our system. Highly recommend MI

Consistently overcharges for services and repairs even after applying the service contract discount. Also, if you do pay the annual fee for the service contract, expect only inexperienced techs to be sent on the AC and heat checks. Save your money and trouble.

Floyd's Drain is employee-owned, and wonderful. They solved a show-stopper clogged drain problem at the Lawrence Creates Makerspace and left the place looking great. These are hard working, honest folks,  and deserve our business.  Shop local and hire your neighbors!

We have a kitchen faucet we needed replaced, and there were two guys that showed up. The owner, and some other guy. The owner wasn't friendly until I showed up, and was just out and out lying about stuff. He made changes to our water softener we didn't authorize, arguing with us about how hard the water setpoint should be, all kinds of irrelevant stuff. The installer did a great job and was very nice. The owner, not so much. 1/10 would NOT recommend.

If u see him coming run like jason or Michael Meyers is after you. He over priced for the parts for the plumbing by $ 50.00 and charged me $70 on top of that the first day.  He did repair my pipes and my shut off valve under the kitchen sink. Other the that i could have done the rest myself. The 2nd day he wanted $275.00 and i said are you serious? He said yes! I told him i had $165 in my wallet and he took that. I should chang my rating to a zero, but he did do something, plus breaking down my basement step because he was heavier then Biggie Smalls and the fat boys rolled in one. Lol WILL NEVER USE THIS BIG MF AGAIN!!!!!!!
