Professional, on-time, and fair pricing.  After calling 3 plumbing companies, we chose Joe for straight forward answers  And when job was complete, made sure everything worked and was cleaned up.  Will call Joe Lillis again, and recommend to anyone.

Had broken kitchen faucet.  Instead of installing a new one, they repaired mine, which saved a bunch of money.  They also fixed a leak in pipe below my sink.  Most of all they returned my calls and communicated very good.  Bret and Bryce were just nice people, and very professional.  Would highly recommend Good Guys.  They are honest and very reliable.

Matt has come to save our house a couple of times after some basement sewage issues. He has always been extremely friendly and thorough, giving us a great rate on some pretty extensive work. We look forward to using him at the next house as well! Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs.

We had a good experience with this company before. Came and did a nice job for a reasonable price. Called them again for a small job and they were a no call no show. Finally hours after the appointment got in touch with them and game them another chance. They came and gave an estimate that was 3 times as much as the company we ended up having fix the issue.

Just had Bob Fickle (a.k.a. Just Plumbing) and his assistant rescue me from a self-imposed plumbing nightmare. He was honest, polite, and, best of all, very reasonable. Bob is awesome and will always be my go-to guy for plumbing issues.

I called this plumber and when I told him my company name, he said not interested and hung up on me.

So thankful I found this company!!  From the moment I first talked to Jake, he was helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to help me solve my sewer line problems. After four different people trying, Jake was the only person who was able to clear some massive tree roots from my line -- saving me from an $8,0000 sewer line replacement.  Every other company that came out was ready to give up and dig up my front yard to fix it, but Jake wanted to make sure that the expense and undertaking were absolutely necessary. He explained everything to me as he tried to diagnose my main line problem and was always patient with my many questions.  I am so impressed with how kind and honest he was, and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone!

Zach S. came over to my house and installed a steam humidifier.  He did a great job on keeping me informed on the work. Very polite and professional. Price was very fair. Will definitely use LBA again.

Snyder's was recommended to me but just couldn't follow thru on taking care of me. Lost my water heater on a Friday night, called them Saturday, no plumber on call and told to wait until Monday. Received a call stating some one would be out to me likely after 12 noon. When no called or showed up by 3pm, I called the office asking if they still had time for me today. Was told the tech would be coming but would be only able to inspect, unlikely replace, the unit on this call and could roll in to Tuesday. I cancelled my service request and deferred to another company that wanted my business.
This was unacceptable service and would not recommend Snyder's for anything at all.

The phone number on the website for the Lenexa location is incorrect.  In fact, it is my home phone number and we have been receiving calls for them for several months.  We have notified them numerous times of the error.  While I continue to be polite to callers (after all, it isn't their fault they have the wrong number), I tell them to call one of the other numbers.

Plumber installed a bathroom sink, cut a 24x48 section of cabinet and sheet rock out of back. Nothing was done to replace the hole left in the back of bathroom cabinet as a result you can see daylight through opening from the adjacent room. The plumbers left the work area a mess including sheet rock chunks, dust, equipment etc. When asking the company representative to repair the cabinet I was met with a vulgar tirade in my home, a rude and unprofessional no not our problem.

JM Plumbing came recommended on FB .. I called on a Sunday to request a Hot water install .. He came out same day , no extra charge and had it fixed in no time !! I will definitely use in the future!! I appreciate the service !!
I do feel it's worth noting, he doesn't take card.. Check or he let me PayPal since I don't own checks lol ... I appreciate the service

Katie's plumbers were prompt, courteous and thorough. They also were thoughtful  in offering to remove their shoes to protect my carpet. They carefully and thoroughly explained all options and costs upfront. When a repaired kitchen faucet did not last as long as I thought it should, they took great effort to make sure I was ultimately satisfied.

Be warned, flat rate pricing is to gouge you. I am retired and had a service agreement for 11 years. I spent an hour and a half being given my plumbingi.g options.It was really a sales tactic to sell things I did not want or need to the tune of $ 6000 plus. I ended up paying $608 for 30 minutes work. The technician replaced my kitchen faucet I purchased on my own and a garbage disposal I priced later at $85. So AB May made over $500 for 30 minutes actual time to install. Supposedly I got a 15% discount for being a Bronze member. It said I saved over $300
I called To discuss my dissatisfaction and was given a $60 coupon for future use. The manager explained this was due to increased overhead, maintaining a fleet of vehicles and high gasoline prices.

I guess I will either stop using them or try to find someone who does not take advantage of an emergency situation.
