Have had nothing but good experiences with this company.  Good communication regarding time frame, great service at a fair price.  Very professional and no worries about clean up, not to mention work is guaranteed for one year.  Highly recommend!

Darrell Denny is one of the Leavenworth plumbers that the locals know to call and trust.  He's done several jobs around my house and does them right.  He really went the extra mile on our sewer line to prevent our basement floor being tore up years ago.  If I had to search for a caveat, occasionally he has rescheduled an appointment because he's so busy.  

Regarding a previous negative review, I personally have not ever been cheated by Darrell or smelled alcohol on his breath.  He's a standup guy.

Someone recommended Bost Plumbing to me via a neighborhood message board. I like to keep it local, and gave them a call. Jim's son Paul came within the hour and had our little plumbing issue fixed in no time. Fast and super reasonable. Being new homeowners and new to the area, I appreciate reliable and courteous service!

If (when) we have another plumbing issue, we'll give Bost Plumbing a call.

I asked Bright Side to help me replace some of the failing plumbing in my 30 year old home. They were able to assist me on the same day I called. Kalen was careful to explain the repairs he was recommending and why they were needed. He was thorough and found issues I wasn't aware of but that clearly existed (leaking valves I hadn't noticed but could see evidence of once pointed out). I felt taken care of and that my house was being well taken care of. Kalen was very kind and courteous. It was an overall great experience.

Jason at Rescue 1 was incredible! We had a leaky bathtub faucet- he came out gave me options on what we could do and fixed us up with the most cost effective solution to get the job done right! I would never call anyone else for your plumbing needs. A++

Although the original promise of a technician being available within a few hours of when I called didn't end up being true, when they did get here the next day, they were professional, clean and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. Our technician Dwayne did a great job!

I called Lexington out for a sewer smell back in October. They came out and completed work and the invoice was paid immediately. We continued to have the sewer smell and called a second opinion. The company that provided the second opinion said the work that Lexington provided was not done properly and overpriced. I called Lexington to get their opinion on the issue and offer them the opportunity to warranty. Lexington did not want to even want to inspect. Unprofessional and I don't recommend this company.

Would give 0 stars if I could. They were supposed to come fix a problem with my kitchen sink and never showed up! My home warranty is the one who selected this provider. We have been calling and leaving messages for 4 days now with no response. They won't even answer our calls! Now they tell the home warranty they can do it. No thank you! You made the first appointment (almost a week out that we waited for then never showed up). I'll take my luck with someone else. Would definitely not recommend!

No frills, no spills - 2 weeks ago, Quick Relief Plumbing originally handled a home warranty call I had for low flow in all of my home faucets. Anthony F. was very honest and professional about the work - including what the warranty probably would not cover. This was important because I needed to understand what additional costs I would have, and he explained everything to me. He made quick work of what he could fix and gave me a fair quote on what the warranty would not cover. I appreciated his professionalism, the speed as which he worked, and his honest opinion on what needed to still be done. I immediately decided I would have QRP come back out and do the needed work. I met the other Anthony when he returned a few days later to complete the work. During this visit, Anthony L. took care of what needed to be done, made time to take care of an additional concern I had, and even showed me how to do some maintenance on my water heater.

From a customer service perspective, I was extremely happy with my interactions with them in person. Sometimes on the phone, they can sound a bit short with customers - maybe even annoyed but I wasn't bothered by this because I know they are always busy - especially this time of year. I do believe they have an answering service now which is nice for after hours calls, etc.

Bottom line: in my opinion, they get the job done, they are fair priced, and they will come out within 12 months if I'm not happy with the work or if I notice any leaks/problems. That's 5 star service to me.

I recently bought a home that was rehabbed and have had a few plumbing issues with leaky pipes -  behind the wall in master bath, underneath kitchen sink, and a toilet not set correctly which caused water damage. I do have a home warranty insurance, Old Republic, for things of this nature.  Old Republic set me up with NorthSide Plumbing, a recommended contractor, for them.

For the most part they have resolved all issues, however, with that being said I wanted get an itemized copy of the work done to give to my attorney as my attorney has requested an itemized list of work that has been done on my home because of other problems I have had with this supposedly rehabbed house - the flipper (investor) of the home cut many corners and hid things....another story.  

Anyway, Glen from Northside Plumbing Co, said he talked to Old Republic and Old Republic told him not to give me a copy of an itemized invoice of the work done on my home.  After speaking with 3 representatives from Old Republic, they all stated that nowhere in their notes does it say that they spoke with Glen and that the company that does the work (Northside Plumbing in this case) is obligated to give that to me.  When speaking to Glen, two times he said he would not give me the invoice, that I had to go through Old Republic to get it, and that he would not speak to me again about this and hung up on me.  I called back and he hung up on me again.

Here is something pretty funny ......their website says, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR #1 PRIORITY. Really? As a customer of Northside Plumbing my experience with the owner, Glen, has been horrific to say the least. To hang up on a customer twice, be lied to and refused a copy of the work that was done does not match the definition of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION NOR EXCELLENCE AND INTEGRITY.

They were prompt, courteous, and very reasonably priced. We couldn't be more pleased with their service. The young man who fixed our bathtub drain did a great job in a minimum amount of time. Their number has been transferred to our frequently called numbers.

I had a bad experience with this company, I was driving west bound 70 this week when one of their trucks were a head of me and starting losing gravel all over the highway doing damage to my vehicle and others.  I called the company and as a result they won't do anything about it.  I guess if this is how they conduct business, I sure wouldn't hire them, pretty sad they won't take ownership.

On time and great service. I recommend them for any job.

I was charged $137 my plumber pushed two buttons on my water heater. Not only was I was charged, the plumber was supposed to look over the water heater and then talk to me about the prices before working on it. he went ahead and pushed two buttons to ignite my pilot light and then said oops I wasn't supposed to do that, I was supposed to talk to you first.  he didn't do anything. he should of let me get that free since there was no service. he pushed two freaking buttons. plumber name and code. Keion # 2745 I want my money back!!!!!!
