ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Mike Crosby grew up in the Kansas City area graduating from Bonner Springs High School in 1980. Mike and his wife, Sandy were high school sweethearts. Mike's father-in-law was a plumber and got Mike interested in the business. After 4 years of schooling through Plumbers Local 8, Mike graduated with a Journeyman's License and went on to receive his Master Plumber's License.
Mike worked an apprenticeship through A.D. Jacobson working on commercial plumbing. He then switched over to residential plumbing and spent many years in the local industry. After spending a year at KU Medical Center as a Maintenance Supervisor the opportunity arose for Mike to create his own business.
After starting Crosby Plumbing Inc. in 2003, he worked in new home construction as well as service. Mike is still in the field today with a wide variety of experience ranging from your kitchen sink to the largest sewer treatment plant. $250.00 for faucet install. Appropriate for our area is about $125.00 - my wife was home and accepted invoice. Feel like they took advantage of her.

We had a sump pump put in to drain water coming into our garage. While Crosby workers were prompt and pleasant, they did not install the correct pump. It immediately broke, and we had to buy a brand new pump out of pocket. Crosby refused to take responsibility for their mistake and would not work with us with regards to a new pump. We got one quote for the job but ended up paying more after we'd already shelled out almost $3,500.

When the plumber that was involved in the building of our house was not available for support I have leveraged Crosby Plumber with excellent results. When that plumber retired and there has been a plumbing related need arise I have continued to work with Crosby. Dustin has been great at planning/estimating a solution. Jason has gone the extra mile making things work with on-site execution of planned work to include site clean up. Jen is excellent with billing and scheduling. I recommend Crosby Plumbing

Crosby plumbing is by far the best plumbing company I've dealt with. My main sewer line has been an issue since I bought my house 7 years ago. I have called almost every other plumber listed out there and have used most of them. This last time I needed my main line cleaned out I called Crosby because a co-worker suggested them. I called and they were available same day within hours of my call, they were also less expensive then all the others. Many other companies charge you for the service provided plus an extra fee just for coming out. Crosby does not! I won't use anyone else but them from now on!

Our sump pump stopped working during a spring torrential downpour. We made a call to Crosby Plumbing around 8:00 in the evening and they were there in an hour to replace our sump pump. They were very courteous, quick and even came back the next day to check the pump when I had questions on how often it was running. The pump has been installed a few weeks now and running very well. I would definitely recommend Crosby Plumbing and plan on using them again if needed.

Had a plumbing issue I thought I could do but after going to 3 stores and no one knowing what to do I called Crosby plumbing. I thought they'd have to replace some pipe stuff. Instead they told me where I could find the part so I could replace it myself since it was only like a 60 second fix AND they did not charge for the visit. Class Act! Highly recommend them!
