Finally found my five star plumbing guy Richard with AAAbility discount plumbing.
He came on a saturday and fixed my leaking bath tub faucet and was fast and friendly.  We will definitely use him again.

We have hired Richard for several things, and he's always pleasant, responsive and knowledgeable. His prices are very reasonable and we have always been pleased with his work. It's great to know that we have someone reliable to call when we have a plumbing problem.

Excellent service replacing my water heater. My uncle and cousin referred him to me. Placed the call late afternoon Saturday and work was completed in two hours. As a single person it was nice to have a reliable plumber I could trust.

I called and Richard answered the phone. Seems like a one man show, old school only taking cash and check! I love it!! I have a pressure regulator issue and he passed  up the opportunity to be paid and told me how to fix it myself! Unbelievable!! Who does that!! This guy is amazing!  I had originally called another plumber and made an appnt.  Between the service call and gas charge it would have been over $100, that's before repair and cost for parts. Richard is a gem. he was creative with my problem (we broke and lodged a cone plunger in our toilet)  and made sure he was leaving our place better than he found it. He definitely did not give up easy and I so appreciated that.

he also does not charge an arm and a leg. I highly recommend him. Also, he was hilarious

Emergency! Someone in my house is a potty clogger. This subject is not one that I am willing to describe in too much detail; however, it's not a toilet paper issue. Today, I can laugh as it is humorous. This a a child clogging the potty. It was such a mess, again, details are tough. The potty did not have a shut-off valve and had OVERFLOWED TO A QUARTER INCH OF SEWAGE. Down the hall as well, ruining a valuable hall rug and shower curtain.
I had used Richard Aaability Discount Plumbing for another unrelated project last summer (2013) and I was pleased with the results. He was honest, and informative. Completed a few projects without charging and the final bill was a relief for a single parent.
Back to the potty. As I began to have a melt-down, as I do not deal well with these type of issues, I called Richard. He came out immediately, rearranging his schedule, as he knew that I was in panic. Of course he does quality work and will explain honestly the issue and prevention strategies. It was his actions following that no person would believe.
Richard literally cleaned by bathroom (not the tub and sink of course). I had done all I could and was calling a maid service. THIS WAS THE MOST DISGUSTING MESS I HAD EVER SEEN. Richard spent an hour, maybe more, sanitizing, scrubbing the potty, the floor, and around the edge of the walls. I told him not to do it as I would get someone. He said, I know you have a hard time with this and I'll take care of it.
HE DID NOT CHARGE FOR THAT HOUR. The service fee for the actual job was nominal even for a person on a budget.
Additionally, he was now off schedule and running late to his next appointment on a Saturday afternoon.
I was asking a million questions, as I ALWAYS do. He offered to look at the basement potty and assess possible issues. No issues according to Richard. He is not looking for ways to get a client's money. He is the most honest, KIND!  and thoughtful person, businessman and plumber. I would call him in a second if I ever have any plumbing issues. Call him. You will not have a regret.

It is very difficult to find a Plumber that is as honest as Richard has been for me and my clients.

I have used this company on my house and I also recommend him to my clients or others that are looking for a plumbers.

I had an issue with a leak in my basement on a weekend and he made time in his late evening to come to my house and fix it. Richard is always friendly, honest and respectful. He keeps his work space clean and communicates with you on how he will fix the issue or if he finds something else going on.

If you need a plumber, Richard with A A Ability is your go to guy! I really do appreciate him being honest and reasonable.

I have needed their help twice now and have been very satisfied both times. Excellent service.  This last time, I was sick and our main bathroom toilet decided to add to my misery.  So I gave AAA a call and they were there that morning.  Basically rebuilt the toilet at a fair price and insisted on leaving the bathroom a lot cleaner than they found it.  Thank You!  I don't have a lawyer, or even a doctor other than the Walk In Clinic ... but I have a plumber!!  These guys are great.

WOW!! I was having issues with my kitchen faucet.  I called Richard the Plumber to see if he could come out and fix it same day.  He said he was booked out a week, but took 15 minutes to walk me through a possible fix.  And....it worked!  I will 100% use if/when I need a plumber

We had a few issues over the weekend (kid put a toy down the toilet, broken toilet seat) and was able to get in immediately on a Monday morning.  Richard did a fantastic job and couldn't ask for better.  5/5 star rating and will continue to use for all future jobs.

After being told we'd need to have our pipes dug up and replaced by another plumbing company, I was pretty pessimistic when I called Richard at AAAbility from work earlier today to get cost info for a main line clog. He not only came out at 6:00 in the evening to do the job -he got it done! SUCH a nice guy and cost was super reasonable. We definitely use them again!

Richard did a great job.  He is upfront about the costs, and will keep you informed as new wrinkles appear in the job that may affect $$.  He did great work for me, removing a leaking water softener, and replumbing some old piping under my kitchen sink.  Since I haven't had a lot of plumbing work done in the past, I can't comment on how affordable he is in comparison with others, but I got the feeling that I was getting a pretty good deal for the amount of work that was done.  I would trust and recommend Richard with all of my future plumbing needs.  He is honest, upfront and just seems like a really sincere person.  I also don't know how far he travels, but if you have plumbing needs in Johnson county or close by, this is the guy to call!

I was driving on 35 the drive of truck AA Ability discount plumbing. Pulled in front of me I almost hit him so I honked my horn. We were getting off on 95th turning right he gets in the other lane proceeds to throw a water bottle at my car. Hitting the Hood of my car doing damage. It was an older man he had on hat and  glasses his picture is on the website. my grandson was in the car very dangerous and scary. I made a police report.
