Wow! I can't say enough about how great this company is! Tonight (7pm) I got home to find my Prestige TriangleTube Boiler had some problem with it and we had no hot water. My house is new construction and this is the first plumbing problem we've ever had, so I didn't even know who to call. So I ran down the google list and the first 3 I tried said they couldn't help. I guess it was nice of them not to come out and charge me for nothing, but it still left me with 3 dirty toddlers and no chance for a hot bath. Arghh!
Then I got a hold of Matt at T-Flow. He initially also said that it wouldn't be worth him coming out tonight because he would likely need technical support or parts that wouldn't be available overnight. We made an appointment for first thing in the morning and I was satisfied with that.
However, then he called back... multiple times! He was clearly looking into things because he kept calling back with another question. What's the model #? Does it look like this? Can you text me a picture so I can help you?
So after 30 minutes or so of back and forth texts, calls, and some trial-and-error, my hot water is fixed! No visit, no hourly rate, all just by phone. Amazing! I have never used this company before so he had no reason to help me. In fact, he jibbed himself out of the $175/hr I had already signed up to pay in 12 hours. However, he just got a lifelong commitment in return. I can't say enough. Awesome! Thanks Matt!

We recently called Simon for the first time to do some work at our house. He called us back the same day and stopped by the house to see what needed to be done. He scheduled and completed the work within a couple of days. He was polite, gave us options, and explained everything as he did the work. He didn't leave a mess and everything works fine now. Simon is reliable and cares about his customers. We had called other plumbers before we called him and they didn't even return our calls. Simon was great and we would definitely recommend him to others.

Took a Sunday morning shower in my basement bathroom, sewage started backing up, not a good way to start a Sunday. Called the town DPW, they jet rodded the street sewer line and told me it was a house/service line issue. Suggested I call Wayne's Drains.
The tech showed up in a reasonable amount of time. Asked me the last time the cast iron clean out cap was off, I replied about ten years, he replied with 'oh'. Showed him where the clean out was, he went back outside to his truck, I went outside to work on my motorcycle, he went back in to the basement. When I joined him he was pounding on the clean out cap with a 5lb hammer and large mason chisel. 'Hey, whoa, what are you doing? Did you even try to use a wrench to turn it off', I said, 'No', he replied, 'they never come off', he said. 'Really, you didn't even try?', I said. He not only broke the cast iron cap but he broke the fitting it threaded into.
It was a paper clog in the service and he was able to clear it with a power rooter in about 5 minutes.
The cherry on top of this hack job was then he pounded a new cast iron cap in place (destroying it) and completely destroying the threaded fitting - oh, that will be $50 for a new cap btw.
Total cost $250 for about $250 worth of damage to my plumbing - a Sunday special from Wayne's Drains.
Emailed the company and got an email and call from the owners wife, she left a voicemail. I was never able to speak to her on the phone but I left a voicemail. Yes, I'd like someone to come out and repair the damage your tech caused to my plumbing. Never heard back.
Take a look at the filtered reviews, more then one mention the same type of treatment.
I highly suggest you find someone else for your clogged sewer remediation needs.

Got back from vacation to a stopped and hissing toilet. A complete mystery to me. JE Murphy Plumbing showed up next day, as requested, and fixes it with no fuss and no mess. A reliable, responsible plumber who gets the job done.

All the praise for Renato and his crew! Asked for a quote yesterday and he responded very promptly and was very responsive during the whole process. We discussed the repair/replacement I needed and he was right on time (actually a little early!). The guys worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Price was very fair. I will be reaching out for Bushi Plumbing next time I have any plumbing needs!

I called twelve plumbers when my boiler died on Patriot's Day. Steve, the owner of Champ Plumbing, was one of three who responded. He was on vacation with his family but he at least reached out and let me know when he would be available.
Long story, short. I used Steve and his crew to replace two problematic old boilers with two new boilers and two hot water heaters. It was a big job but I am thrilled with the way it turned out! Steve made recommendations as to what would work best for my apartments and the entire job went smoothly! He was organized, thoughtful and honest. He remembered every detail and threw in extra work at no cost. He cleaned up the work of a previously installed unit, descaled it and replaced some old copper pipes that he kept banging his head on :) Always showed up and followed up on everything!
I really can't recommend Steve enough if you need a plumber or a new heating system! He's the best we've worked with!!

Our oven drawer was stuck for a year and we called Z Plumberz to disconnect the gas and help turn the oven over to loosen the drawer. They got back to me very quickly, and I had an appointment set up within hours! Stavros was excellent - super friendly and easy going. The whole process was quick and painless, and now our oven drawer is free once again! I will be calling them again for any plumbing needs.

I have never in my life met a team so passionate at their job. We needed a water heater replaced in our house as well as some other areas issues looked at/fixed. Once we called Landmark we were completely taken care of. We were met at the house and provided options that ranged in prices (with no upset pressure), they educated us on current requirements for venting (3 duct to a now required 4 duct), as well as provided us some good insights into how the water system works in general. Clearly knowledgeable. The quote they provided was never exceeded and we were provided options when looking at water heaters. We chose the one we wanted and before you knew it the team was at the house, early on a beautiful Saturday morning ready and eager to get to work. The work was done beautifully. Not only did we have a new water heater installed (which looks darn good I must say), they installed the new venting ducts as well as shored up ALL the pipes in the basement (something they certainly did not need to do): insulated this one, clamped down that one, checked the water pressure here and removed excess pipes there. A dream team.
Quoting and invoicing is done through FreshBooks which makes the entire transaction paperless and easy. Pricing was unbelievably fair for the work done.
These guys have not only earned our trust, but have earned lifelong customers as well as references.

Apparently no job is too big or too small for Rapid Flow, quick to respond and concise about what they're going to do. Even when the job ends up being more complicated than you described and they expected, a solution is ready and quickly applied, without nickel and dime additional fees. I didn't have an emergency and they still got to me same day!

I was having an issue with my toilet intermittently flushing. Fred came to my house yesterday, took the toilet off, augered it and claimed that there was no blockage, just some build up. When he was putting the toilet back on, he asked if the toilet was rocking previously, and I stated that it had not. He then said that the copper flange should be replaced because he could only bolt one side of the toilet. The initial problem that I called for persisted because the problem has not been fixed. Another plumber came back out today and he claimed that the issue was the flange that needs to be replaced. I asked why they had charged me $160 to auger the toilet when the issue causing the intermittent flushing was really caused by the flange that needed to be replaced. He could not answer my question, then walked out of my home and drove off without addressing my concern. If the flange was the issue, they should have stated that upfront before augering and simply charged me for a service call since they do not replace flanges. $160 later and I am in no different of a position than before they came out. I feel like they stole $160 from me and were not willing to make the situation right.

Like most homeowners, we hate anything relating to a plumbing issue. For me especially - water and I just do not get along in a house. I've had various issues already, but this was one of the most annoying - my basement shower, elevated on a wooden frame and installed by the previous owner who did a shit DIY all around job, was a mess and as shoddy as an island shack. So when the shower started leaking at the base between the frame and the cement floor, I knew I was in trouble and that it would be a disastrous fix if it involved pulling out the frame.
Well, step one was the research what the eff I was going to do. After some friendly advice from the all-knowing Google, I knew I probably needed to call a plumber (which I hate) and that it was going to cost mucho dinero (the exact reason I hate calling plumbers). I didn't want any surprises for the plumbers I reached out to for estimates due to the possibility of tearing up the wooden base, so I was quite frank in my mass emails I sent out describing my issue. Boy, were the responses fun, and included but were not limited to:
-We don't have time for this type of job. Ever.
-We're fully booked until a month later, can you wait?
-Yeah, we're going to need to come by in order to do an estimate. That'll cost you $150.
-No response. (probably laughing at why anyone would waste their time with an annoying job like this)
No, eff you all. Luckily for me, Bill answered within a day, and said he'd check out the issue. Bill was great - personable, reasonable and professional. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. He went into the issue understanding my concern, and attempted to fix the leak without getting to the base. Unfortunately, due to the previous scumbag and his wholesome fail at DIY at using glue like some maniacal second grader, Bill was unable to pry the drain out from the top. So I gave him a miserable nod, allowing him to start the process of tearing up the frame. The more wooden planks he tore from both the base and the side frame, the heavier my heart, as I could see Bill was not expecting the layers upon layers of wood blocking his way to the drain and pipe. At one point, he stopped, stating there was a plank he wouldn't be able to get out unless he tore up the whole shower. You could imagine the $$$$ rolling through my mind at that point - my field of vision was literally green, and then a sickening blood red. But Bill, and I have to hand it to him, thought for about a minute when he saw my face, and said he may have another creative idea.
Thirty minutes later, and with a large hole slightly larger than a basketball in the wood, Bill had managed to fix the leak (which was caused by the previous owner not tightening the plastic cap underneath the drain. Have I made my point about the incompetency of the previous owner yet?). Despite having a large hole at the most inner wooden base, I was ecstatic, as Bill was able to get underneath the shower with minimal damage. And the cost? Slightly over $200 for over an hours+ work of worth, which includes the help of an apprentice he had observing and getting tools from their truck. This may be a bit expensive as this prices in labor only (no parts or supplies were needed), but due to the complexity and woodwork involved, I'm happy with the net result. Bill will definitely be my go-to guy for my future plumbing needs! Thanks Bill!

Mike was very responsive and professional. He did a great job fixing multiple broken pipes, even in a tough spot under a short deck. He wore a mask and finished the job efficiently.
I highly recommend him.

I needed a garbage disposal replaced so I called Joe and he was available that week to do the job. He quoted a price on the phone and he stuck to it even though it was a significantly harder job than anticipated. The old disposal was rusty so it couldn't be unscrewed so he had to be creative to remove it. Nice guy and great service.

Outstanding service on the water heater. They accommodated my request on a very busy day (right after storm). Came and dealt with the water heating company to get the parts as the heater was under warranty. Thank you Chis for doing a great job! Much appreciated.

I have used Jim to install heat in my house, update the plumbing in my bathroom and replace my old water heater. Every single time I call Jim he is quick to respond and gets the job done faster than I ever expect. His pricing is more than reasonable for the job he does, but most of all he is by far and away the most reliable person that has come to work on my house. I would recommend Jim to anyone that has plumbing or heating needs as there is nobody else out there doing the quality of work that Jim does at a more affordable price.
Stoneham, MA 02180
Service was good, the plumber was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. But the charges were $250 to replace a pair of washers (I couldn't get the faucets off myself). Worst thing... $70 charge for parts - l already had the exact manufacturer replacements and knew how much they costs - $10. Otherwise their work was good (though this was not a technically challenging job).

We've always used them for servicing our furnace and they have been helpful and reliable. Today I had my first service call to them for an actual problem with my kitchen sink leaking. They came right away, helped me turn off the water in my basement and didn't even charge me for the visit because the problem is irreparable-requires a new faucet. Very impressed with the friendly, dependable, honest service.

To be fair, I had used Bolivar plumbing in the past and was very satisfied with the service. Recently, I called on Bolivar plumbing to give me an estimate on installing new plumbing hook ups for a washing machine. Ron Bolivar came out to check out the job. After he decided what needed to be done, he said he would get back to us with an estimate. A week or so past and I hadn't heard anything so I gave a call to check on the estimate . I have never heard back from Bolivar plumbing. Maybe the job was to small? I don't know. A little courtesy would have saved me some time. I won't use Bolivar Plumbing again.
