Mr Paxson was very professional. He arrived on time, provided a written estimate via email, followed his estimate, was polite, cleaned up his mess... fantastic experience!

My parents' electricity was going out for the past couple of days due to the circuit breakers being loose.  I decided it was time to get an electrician to evaluate the situation and see what was going on. The house and the entire electrical system is original from the 1980's.  I came across Electric City and they had very good reviews so I decided to call them.

The electrician who showed up turned out to be the owner. He was very friendly from the start. I explained to him the situation and he immediately got to troubleshooting. He was able to determine the situation right away and explained to me everything he was seeing.

He was very honest in determining what needed to be replaced and what can stay. He even mentioned that it would be best to replace the entire box and all of its components but he would save me the money and get everything to be in excellent condition again.  

Overall, he replaced only what needed to be replaced and did it as if he was working at his own home.  Very honest work ethics and customer service. Price was very reasonable as well. Couldn't be any happier that I chose Electra City. Keep up the good work!

Tom came out to do a an estimate on  a new house for me.  Amazingly this was no charge and he presented me with a few different options. After deciding on what work wanted done He was able to come out with a couple other guys about a week later. They did a great job.  The previous owners of the new house were apparently do it yourselfers and there wasn't much in the additions that was code.Norb & Son's fixed it the right way.  It's been about month now and everything is still working great and even looks safer.

Jack (the owner) came to our house today to install an outlet in our bathroom in a tricky location.  He was courteous, professional and worked to problem-solve the challenging location.  I was pleased with the result and the fact that he cleaned up afterwards.  Would definitely use Arnold Electric again.

We hired Eligio to install tile in our kitchen. It was a medium-sized job on four walls using subway tile but required quite a bit of attention because of the high level of visibility.

He was very meticulous about his work and ensured that everything was measured and installed very carefully. He was kind, courteous, clean, and was very respectful in our busy home. The work was excellent, and we were very happy with the quality of his work. He spends the time necessary to do the job correctly rather than so many other contractors who do rush jobs without paying attention to details. I highly recommend him.

We are so lucky to have found AJ and his team! he was able to accommodate our crazy schedule and did excellent work moving electrical panel in a house with tons of challenges and shortage of space. We had a few projects in different locations with changing timelines and AJ was always professional and responsive!

This is the company to call!   We had a problem with some outlets that two family electricians and a reputable handyman could not find or fix. We called Olson on Monday morning, and from that first call to Steve I was obvious that  he fully understood the issue and had experience with correcting it.  He gave us a time estimate for later that same day, and exceeded even that.  

I called at 9, the technician arrived at 1:30, and by 2:30 the problem was solved.

When Paul arrived, he was very polite and professional. The company had discussed what was necessary, so he arrived with knowledge of what was required, and got right to work.  

I cannot stress enough the high degree of competence, and professionalism, displayed by everyone at Olson, and the price was very fair.

I recently had an emergency situation and was able to reach these guys. At the time I would have let anybody help me but I'm glad they answered. It turns out the problem was minor and they were honest enough to tell me that. I appreciate the honesty and great service.

We hired Brian to complete a punch list of electrical items. The written contract that was agreed upon was for around $3800. The work was supposed to be completed around October 15th per the contract.  It didn't get done til February 12th.  That's FOUR months late.

Now let's talk about money. The final bill ended up being $13,500.00. That's not a typo. Thirteen thousand five hundred dollars. We were shocked when we received the bill. We asked him what happened to the contract. He said there were other issues that had to be corrected and the contract says any other issues are billed at $90/ hour. Fair enough, but the first time he told us about the other issues is when the final invoice was rendered. We never even had a chance to authorize or approve these additional issues to be corrected.

This guy pretty much ripped a page out of our checkbook and wrote himself a blank check. DO NOT let this happen to you. Never sign an open ended contract with this contractor or any other contractor, otherwise, you will be the one to get shocked at the end.

If a zero was possible, that is what I would give this contractor.  I hired him to install under cabinet lights.  He came out with an obviously untrained apprentice who did all of the work while he sat and barked out orders -- screaming at him much of the time.  At one point the apprentice was lost and did not know what to do.  Rather than helping him, he responded -- figure it out idiot and sat there staring at him.  Eventually, I started helping the apprentice myself.  He then billed me over a $1000.  Shortly after I received the bill, he called demanding payment.  I explained that I felt I was overbilled.  But, I agreed to pay him $700 that night if he would consider it payment in full.  He agreed, but has continued sending me invoices for allegedly past due amounts and has even filed a mechanics lien on my house.  Do not use this bully.

Dino was great to work with!! We needed a lot of work done at our church. Outside lights, ceiling fans, install a light in a closet and replace fluorescent lights with LED. His work was top notch. He even was nice enough to pick up the ceiling fans I ordered from Home Depot. I would not trust anyone else to do my electrical work.

I hired Advanced Area Serv Corp to do the complete wiring for my 900 Sq Ft Master Bedroom Suite Addition. They were totally awesome! They accommodated my schedule and arrived on time. They completed the work on time and diligently cleaned behind themselves. I was impressed with their professionalism and would highly recommend them to all my family and friends

Ed makes appointment, may or may not call to confirm them, may or may not show up for appointments, and in my case did both and left the project with things not working. I didn't realize things were not working until after he was gone. I see many of you had good experiences; I am highly disappointed! And yes he was paid 100%.
