Eugene is great! Came in replaced the exhaust fan in my bathroom!  Very responsible and easy to work with.  Have another project I'm going to hire him for!

For the very reason of NOT getting services from Lincoln Home Services is why they're getting 5 stars. Eugene took the time to walk me through a few steps I should try before he came out.  He was patient, listened to my problem, and then encouraged me to try two things before having him come to my place.  He was also clear that if those two steps didn't work, he would be to me THAT day.  In contrast, another place I called before Eugene asked all my contact information for billing purposes before they even asked what my electrical problem was.  So, while I didn't technically use Eugene, he still solved my problem, and I will ABSOLUTELY call him again when I have an electrical problem that I can't resolve.  Incredible service for a person who wasn't even a customer.  THANK YOU Eugene!

I would highly recommend Eugene. He is by far the best electrician I have worked with in Chicago. He is very professional, responsive, and reliable. He goes above and beyond to ensure the right service is provided. I will definitely use him any time I have a need for an electrician.

Eugene and his team are amazing at what they do and very personable as Eugene explained things all along the way. I needed new electric to be run underground from house to garage and Eugene made it all happen in one day working with his crew from 7 am until 10 pm!  They were meticulous with the clean up and the attention to details. I will now be using them for all of my electrical needs!

Eugene is an amazing professional -- careful but quick; high quality work but reasonable prices; flexible about appointment times, but on-time once booked.

He diagnosed and fixed a flaky light fixture (fixed some old wiring that was mixed in with the new wiring), diagnosed a fixture that was on fritz (I bought a replacement), fixed a set vanity lights (multiple problems), and gave lots of advice: about selection of various new fixtures, and about replacement of the old wiring that he found in the house.

Very professional quick service.  I was able to get an estimate the next day and a appointment the following work day.  He was able to answer all questions I had and even more that I didn't have!  I will definitely use Lincoln Home Services again when I need another lighting project replaced.

Eugene is the greatest!  Very knowledgeable!  I called in the morning, he was out a couple hours later. Fixed my issue.  I'll definitely be using Lincoln Hone Services again and will recommend them too!

I used Lincoln Home Services to replace a ceiling fan and track lighting in a unit I own and have rented out and had a great experience.  Because I was not at the unit Eugene did a really great job of taking pics to show me what was wrong and keeping me up to date on what the charges would be.  He was also very specific on what would be most helpful to purchase as the replacements (i.e. getting a fan with a remote as well as a fan that was not flush on the ceiling) and even picked up a few things at electrical supply when I had trouble finding stuff online.  He was great, I am very happy with the work and the overall experience.

I had tried and, evidently, failed to install a new chandelier in our dining room. When I tried to turn the power back on after installing, nothing worked. I emailed Lincoln Home Services and Eugene called me back. I had no idea what my problem was, I thought I may need to fix my circuit breaker. Within 10 minutes, Eugene diagnosed my problem and gave me an estimate. 90 minutes later, all problems were solved. Eugene was courteous and showed me how to avoid my mistakes in the future as he was fixing my mistakes from the past.

Eugene was great to work with.  He was very prompt in getting us a quote.  He thoroughly went through all of the steps of his work to make sure we were comfortable with what was being done.  He worked around our schedule and stayed into the evening to finish the job so he didn't have to re-mobilize the next day.  Can't recommend him enough.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I needed a lighting fixture replaced and the fixture I wanted to use was missing parts, which I wasn't aware of when I called. He was on time, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable - he also had the parts that I needed with him! He arrived on time and it was obvious that he knows his stuff as he did a perfect job, answered all questions and explained everything. No extra, minimum or additional charges, just up front and reasonable. I also highly recommend and would use again.

Simply awesome!   By far, the best service man,  I have found!    He was very courteous and helpful and fixed the problem very quickly!    He gave me an estimate as to how much it will cost before performing his work.   No minimum charge or anything like that.    When was the last time you found an electrician (or anyone) who does not charge the minimum trip charge?

Eugene was prompt for the appointment, was very courteous and went to work right away.  He was careful not to track in any leaves or dirt.  The work was excellent and the cost was fair.

Excellent service, we could not be happier. We needed a bunch of things done and they were done promptly and at a high level of quality.  Eugene knows his stuff; he took care of a long list of various jobs and fixes perfectly, wiring and installing lights and switches, ceiling fans, outlets, and electrical boxes.

Had Eugen install a grounded outlet in bathroom. Very polite and courteous, knew his stuff. Very good about answering his phone and making himself available to you. The appointments for the free quote and service job were easy to make. Took the time to make minimal cuts in the wall and to test the outlet. Made sure that the appliance we would be using would not overload the circuit. At the end of the appointment, even went out of his way to help me start the process of patching the hole which was not in our original quote. Excellent service!

Very prompt and affordable service. Eugene took the time to explain everything he was going to do and then walk me through exactly what was done, demonstrating that everything was correct.

I called this place because I had an issue with some switches that no longer worked. An electrician came over within an hour (though it wasn't an emergency) and fixed the lot. He happened to find an electrical hazard downstairs (oops) and patched it up for free. Also, he took the time to explain what had happened, showed me why the power went out and walked me through the new electrics he had to install. Not too pricey either. Have had bad experiences in the past with electricians but I have to give these guys five stars. Couldn't have been better.
