So thoroughly impressed with Mac's Plumbing.  I waited until just about every plumbing fixture in my house needed repair before finally calling Mac's. Dave took a look at all my fixtures and suggested I call Delta for parts replacements because of Delta's life-time warranty (I had no idea such a thing existed and was prepared to buy new parts!).  Sharing this piece of info with me saved me a $hit-ton of money as I was able to get a bunch of replacement parts and fixtures for free.  And this first visit by Mac's was free!  Once all the parts were delivered (took about 1 week), I called Mac's again and this time Mike came out to do the work.  He did a great job.  Replaced my sink faucet, replaced the shower head and cartridge, replaced my other shower cartridge, fixed the running toilet, replaced my kitchen sink review AND ran to the store for add'l parts all within 3.5 hours.  So impressed with the amazing service, professionalism, and fair hourly rates.  Mac's Plumbing will be my go-to plumber from now on.

Outstanding plumber replaced my water heater very quickly and neatly. He knows all of the plumbing needs and keeping your water heater in great shape. I'm going have do my shower replacement in future and all my plumbing needs. Very honest and reasonable prices service. So if you need any plumbing work big or small Blessed Plumbing should your first choice.

Stephen Strong came highly recommended and he lived up to the hype. It was a weekend when our mainline backed up and and it was not pretty. Stephan came in, solved our plumbing problem, showed me what was going on, and how to avoid it in the future. He was professional, courteous, and he took his time to make sure everything was in working order. This was on a weekend! Mahalo, Stephen, for saving the day!

Drip, drip, drip...dang! It was Sunday morning and our downstairs shower faucet wouldn't stop dripping. I thought (or hoping) the handle just wasn't shut all the way...alas, that wasn't it. After perusing some DIY youtube videos, I determined (or hoped) it was the Kohler mixer cap that needed to be replaced.

Confident with my diagnosis I set out after church to City Mill in EB...only to be told they didn't carry the part I was looking for and to try Ferguson's in Waipahu the following day as they were closed on Sundays. Off to Home Depot at Kapolei...struck out again, and was again told to head out to Ferguson's. I then called Lowe's and the plumbing rep told me they didn't carry the part I was looking for (although he was pleading his boss to start carrying it since he has fielded calls about it...and seemingly always on a Sunday)...but he told me to try out Hawaii Pacific Plumbing Supply as he said their prices were lower than Ferguson's.

My wife and I headed out to HPPS Monday morning and dealt with Kevin who was extremely helpful. While acknowledging that the Kohler Mixer Cap for Pressure Balance Valve is normally the culprit for leaky shower faucets, he suggested I replace the entire unit with the Shower Pressure Balancing Unit as well. He even scooped up some silicon grease (for free) that I need to install the part properly.

Went home, installed the part, and wham, bam, thank you ma'am! Leaky shower faucet doesn't leak any more. Thanks to Kevin and the folks at HPPS. They have a huge selection of parts...with friendly, knowledgeable service. What more can you ask for?

The company was responsive to our situation and scheduled a plumber in an acceptable time frame. John arrived on time and was thorough in his inspection of the problem. He worked with us and resolved various issues. We were satisfied with the results and will not hesitate to utilize their services if other plumbing related issues arise. Plumbing work is expensive and the price we paid was no exception. The quality of work and high level of customer service took the sting out of the price.

Emergency Water Heater Replacement
Here's another instance of an emergency where without warning my sister's water heater started shorting out and tripping the breaker. Tony was at the house checking on completely different problems but he stopped, diagnosed the issues, gave me the estimate and replaced the old water heater with a new one in basically 24 hours - this one was complicated because it has a solar interface and it turned out that a lot of the parts were corroded and the job was just a pain. They worked non-stop to make sure the house wouldn't be without hot water for too long and completed the work exactly as promised. I'm blessed by a few very professional, reliable vendors and Tony/Plumbing Kings, is definitely one of them. Last thing: unlike most plumbers it's never Sorry, next week or two or three weeks, but it's always: I'll try to get over there right now or today to at least tell you what's going on.

808 maintenance was AMAZING!

We had just purchased a house in April and wanted to remodel our master bathroom so we called 808 maintenance. Richard, the owner, came by to give us a quote. He was super nice and very easy to work with. He is NOT one of those contractors that will inflate prices and try to rip you off. (Trust me, I have dealt with those.) He was very honest and straight-forward about what needed to be done and what the time-line and process would be.

He asked us exactly what we wanted, he got back to us with a quote, and we started ON-TIME. (Idk about you but timing is crucial for my family...esp when moving-in with kids are involved)  

His workers were all super friendly and very hardworking. They did an AMAAAAZING job and now the look and feel of our bathroom has changed, DRASTICALLY. We had a lockbox on the house since we hadn't moved in yet so Richard would be in constant contact with us, updating us on when their guys were coming by, and what was bring done that day.

After everything was done, Richard came by to inspect that the work that was done was exactly to our liking.

I am so grateful for Richard and his workers. They did an outstanding job and they really stand by their work! It's really hard to find contractors out there with integrity and we are just sooo happy to have hired 808 maintenance.

Oh, and we JUST hired them again to do our guest bathroom next week :)

Kitchen sink was backing up with upstairs neighbor's water. Pro-Rooter was recommended and Andrew came promptly. It was a tough clog but he figured it out, cleaned up after, and even wiped down the sink! Amazing service, would recommend to anyone.

Kristian was early and communicated well days in advance. The job came out great with no issues. Friendly and open to other jobs in the future. Mahalos

We had Big Tuna plumber install our new jet tub. We are very happy with the work Harland did and  highly recommend him to all our family and friends. We have called him on several occasions and he always shows up on time and doesn't leave until the job is done RIGHT.

Mark is the most competent plumber we have ever used.  We used him to change a water heater, which he did with ease and speed. His prices are so entirely fair, that he is very popular. Then, one night my water in the bathroom faucet would not turn off!  I was lost.  So, I called Mark and he showed  up with the fix pronto.  It needed a regulator.  I didn't know homes had regulators until then. If you need a plumber, you will not do better than Mark.  He is professional, experienced with Hawaii homes, reliable and very reasonable to afford.  You will not need another plumber, ever.

These guys have no concept of customer service. Typical we are trying to help you attitude.

Called this location on a Friday they said they did have an opening on Sat morning. Be mindful that they will give you a 3 HOUR window to sit around and WAIT for them, on a weekend. They Dispatch all their work through a dispatcher, and this guy is a piece of work, Mr. Personality. After listening and speaking with this clown I was over trying to get anything done with them. I just called and cancelled my appointment. You can find better local service in the area. IMHO. If this is the level of customer service than imagine what they will try and take you for.

Buy local and steer clear of the chain services.

I called and they confirmed that they would be at my home at 2:00PM.  At 2:15 PM they called and cancelled. They said it was a courtesy call.  

I don't think so...I left work to rush home to meet them at 2:00 pm.  I lost 1/2 day pay and when I said something the woman cursed me out.  

If you are reading this I would urge you to shop else where.

This company gave me a nightmare of a time. They came to fix my leaking toilet and had to dry out the walls and floor using their equipment. Well, they totally damaged my house walls. Not even respectful that they are in someone elses house. Not to mention it was newly painted. Dings on the walls, peeling paint, multiple scuff marks on the walls. They left debris on the floor without cleaning it. Floor also had scuff marks and it was dirty. I cannot believe the lack of professionalism and care using their business. I called them immediately to fix these issues. Of course I still had to pay. They came back and acted like they fixed it, but they are not painters and did a shitty job. I had to call a professional to fix it all. These guys are so lazy and unprofessional is it cringe worthy! Not a care in the world for the customer. DO NOT USE THEM EVER. I got no compensation for this either.

Great Service at a reasonable price. Dispatch was a great help. I recommend to all my friends.

Great service and prices! They work all hours and during emergency after hours. Rannie educated me on what the problem is instead of just doing the repair charging then charging me. He made sure I was satisfied with his services. He's very responsive & very reasonably price! I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!
