Rick is the best plumber I have ever dealt with. He knows his stuff so well (SOLID!). I called him to install my garbage disposer and then I ended up to ask him fix the plumbing for the shower and the bathroom sink. If you want to get things done properly and honestly, you want to call Rick! He is THE GUY!!

Our Landlord called Elton last minute for a terlet repair in our home. Even with the looming holiday weeked, Elton called me (the renter!) right away and we discussed what was happening with the terlet. We set an ammicable time for same day (What? Score!). Later, he courtesy called to advise he was en route and anticipated time of arrival. Excelllent communication! When he arrived he was friendly, professional and best of all PREPARED to repair. He even showed me what to do next time the float sticks and the terlet tank runs. Give this gentleman a call when you have plumbing needs. He told me he recently started his business, a brave move in this economy. But his integrity and professionalism and commitment to customer service ensures he willl be in business for a long time to come.
Thanks Elton and best wishes for a profitable, and highly successful business!

Mike is very friendly, accommodating, and persevering. I had a really tough clog in a hard to reach area, but he kept at it, using different tools till it was cleared. Then he rechecked and triple checked to make sure everything was flowing correctly. He checked for leaks and cleaned the work area so well it smelled good. I'm keeping his number in my phone for next time and passing out his cards to all my family, friends, and clients, but especially to my neighbors, as not all plumbers can work on condos.

Updating 1-star review because they showed up the second time and did good work on the pipes under our sinks. Left off one star because at the Building Expo, the person we spoke to said they could handle the electrical work we described, but after our appointment, they gave us an outside recommendation because they said they couldn't do electrical. O_o

Thomas came out today to fix our plugged kitchen sink. Very cool guy, talkative, and did an excellent job! Rates were very reasonable. He was actually fixing another unit in the building so traveling time was not a huge factor in the price :). In and out quickly, cleaned up whatever mess came out. Thanks for the quick fix! Definitely will call again if I need any more plumbing services!

Billy Tiburcio, his two brothers and their co-worker did the plumbing work for an addition. We were very pleased with the quality of their work. They were very flexible, professional and went above and beyond our expectations. They worked quickly and thoroughly. We thought their prices were very fair and we strongly recommend Billy and his crew.

Was newly moved into this condo when I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink. The landlord contacted CJ Plumbing and they sent over John. He had the unfortunate task of cleaning up someone else's shoddy work. But luckily for me he was able to identify the root cause and repair it quickly. John showed professionalism and was very respectful towards myself and my home. Will definitely use them again. Thank you John.

I trust Clayton Tanabe to fix any plumbing problems. He's one man show so have to give a little time to make schedule but I rather wait for him than to let other to fix. I basically no clue how to fix and no clue about the price, but I know he won't overcharged people.

What started out as a probable toilet leak resulted in the discovery of a chamber of horrors. Pacific Plumbing came highly recommended by our resident manager, as they have done previous work in our building. Responding to my urgent message, owner Ray Stockton came by early one evening after a job to check out my bath situation and concluded that the toilet was leaking, but suspected that the issue was a bit more serious. He made mention about my rusting bathtub and said, It would be irresponsible of me to NOT look at your tub because it's the worst I've seen. Ray and David came by the following week, went through the drywall and surveyed the damage. Toilet, not as bad as suspected. New wax seal - easy fix. Bathtub, BAD. Corroding, ready to go. Sensing the urgency and concern for my welfare, Ray sent in Tony the next day to demo the bath tile. The following week, my old tub was taken out and a new one installed. They also installed 15 sq. feet of new floor tile and painted a bit. The marble contractor came by to measure for the new tub surround. This all took place in 5 days spread throughout 1 1/2 weeks. All I had to wait for was the manufacturing of the cultured marble tub surround, which would take about a few weeks. The total project restoration was completed in about a month. David came by to rebuild my sink cabinet, which was warped due to the leak. This saved me from having to buy a new bath cabinet.
The quote provide to me by Ray from the get go was reasonable, and I was able to charge it on my credit card. But the best part of this restoration was the care and concern for MY welfare and MY needs by Ray and his crew, Tony, David, and Ashley. For Pacific Plumbing, it's not about making a lot of money. It's all about doing good work and cultivating positive relationships.
Now, the smallest area in my home is the prettiest! Much mahalo to Ray and Pacific Plumbing!

The prices are OUTRAGEOUS.
I needed my P trap and 2 water shutoff valves replaced under the kitchen sink and it ran me about $1200 for a 30 minute job. Unfortunately I am a single female with 0 knowledge of plumbing. When the two workers arrived they were very charming and made me feel like they were giving me a good deal. However, after doing some research I realize what a huge ripoff this was and I feel very sick.
I reached out to All Aloha to see the breakdown of the price:
Removal & Replacement of Water Emergency Water Supply Stop
$458.98 x2 ($917.16)
(This multiplied x2 because i have two shut off valves)
Replacement of P-trap $233
You can literally buy a single quarter turn shut off valve at home depot for $10-15 and a P-trap for $5-10 (IT'S JUST A PIECE OF PLASTIC)
Here's the kicker: their service fee is flat rate NOT hourly. So it took him about 30 min to install approximately $60 worth of material, which means his flat rate came out to be $1140...
I did ask the plumber why this seemed so expensive and he said it was because All Aloha does the best quality work and they were basically the Ruth's Chris of plumbers. But the irony of it all is that the installation had a leak and he has to return the very next day to fix it.
Please be weary of this company, they are clearly not afraid to take advantage of people with little knowledge of plumbing. Not to mention the hidden service fees, they just jack up the price of the product by 40% and say it's a service fee. This is very shady business.
