I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

I had a clogged bathtub and requested a quote. Within that hour they promptly responded and scheduled to come help.  It took Daniel a swift 10 minutes to clear my bathtub drain and he was extremely polite and tidy.  Usually plumbers take about an hour and overcharge you but Drain Daddy is a very reasonable price point and doesn't waste your time. I'll definitely be using them again for any plumbing malfunctions in the future. Mahalo!

I want to give a shout out and great big thank you to JOEY.  This company is great. They keep a record of how many times they come to your place. Since this is like the 6th time they had to come over, it raised some concern for them.  Joey (who was really nice) went above and beyond.  He spent a good amount of time snaking and always double checking to see that my water was being drained. It was no get in get out kinda job.  He sympathized with me and the situation and wanted to make sure he left no stone unturned within his capability.  I will definitely continue to do business with this company because of him.

I've used this company since 2002. Never disappointed. Friendly & honest service. The price, depending on the job, is never over exaggerated. I would recommend this company to anyone.

When my husband came home and saw what they did, he was very happy and satisfied. Thank GOD he remembered their name cause I forgot. LOL...

Dan was quick to respond, and did a fantastic job fixing my main water valve. His price was great compared to others who were too stubborn to take job unless they could do it their way.

The contractor we hired to renovate our bathroom referred us to Protech Plumbing.  Elika and his staff were exceptional!  Appointments were made days in advance and they showed up on time and got the job done.  Very professional, easy to communicate with and really, no complaints about them at all.  Highly recommended for your plumbing needs.

Virtues Plumbing and Martin are the most trust worthy, reliable, fast and efficient plumbing service  on the islands! We live in an old building with old plumbing. Last night I turned on the shower and food, dirt and hair gunk came up out of the bath tub drain. Basically our bathroom and kitchen share a wall and direct plumbing. When I turned on the water from our kitchen sink, water flowed into our bath tub. The next day my wife was cleaning underneath our kitchen sink and found water had leaked over everything. She found the issue. See photo below. The sink pipe had rusted off and separated. Martin snaked the drain to  clear any clogs, he replaced the piping under the kitchen sink (see photo), and he disinfected the tub all under an hour. Martin ran the water in both the kitchen and the bath tub to make sure everything was working and that there were no leaks or flooding. He really has good and fair pricing. He does not try to scam you. If you need plumbing services call Virtues Plumbing!

This place used to do good work years ago now I am not so sure.  They did work on my sink and I still have a on going drip from it.  I will look for someone else next time.

Johnny provided us with excellent service. He came to snake our drain well into the evening and charged us an incredibly reasonable amount. Very kind, helpful and knowledgable.

GP&E Consultants is a great company and Sid is so personable and professional. I had Sid's company re-do my kitchen on an extremely tight timeline and he and his company did high quality work on time and on budget.

The project included a complete gut of the existing kitchen, installation of new cabinets, countertops, back splashes, water heater, painting and flooring ... all in 16 calendar days.

I couldn't ask for more and was extremely pleased with their work. I would recommend his company to anyone that wants quality work done quickly and at a reasonable price.

A's mechanical did an awesome job on my single home in waialua...I called and they had an opening for me that week...The plumber showed up on time and did a great job on items I needed done...The company was also very reasonable on price and would highly recommend them...I personally would hire this company again for future jobs...

Excellent, amazing to get a plumber within a 2 hour time frame.  Came out immediately, diagnosed the problem then called me with a quote for labor and parts.  One of the parts had to be purchased at warehouse and he did that the next morning and came out and installed it.  This service is above and beyond for Hawaii.  Immediate, professional, and reasonable price.  I'll be sure and call them again.

I had a simple plumbing job that needed to be done in a hurry and to be fair I did not do a lot of research before hand. Found out afterwards that I was charged about double what the job would have cost and needless to say felt scammed. I contacted customer service in search for clarification as to why this happened where I talked to a Pat Swanson. He turned me over to a local team who consisted of a Darren Jennings, Fred Gampong, and Troy Goodall. Weeks later, this team has made no effort to contact me back despite multiple efforts on my end to reach back to them. I am extremely displeased with my entire relationship with this company and would not recommend it to anyone who isn't an Fat Joe and can make it rain with bills to throw around. Do yourself a favor and be smarter then I was. Knock out some research on that smart phone of yours and save yourself a giant headache by just skipping over this company.

TL;DR
This company's service is such garbage Oscar the grouch wouldn't touch it with a ten foot poll.

I used gigsmart get worker app.  Joey was quick to respond.  Actually the only one on gigsmart to respond.  So I put in movers and got a bunch of quotes.  All so high for what I needed.  I needed about 20 boxes  that are 33lbs moved from my garage to the upstairs bedroom.  It took them less than 1 hour... with a 2 hour minimum.  Still worth it.  To save my boys back.  Waiting on a quote to redo my windows.

Got an estimate for a hose bib the 3/4 90 was bent so wanted that replaced. They estimated $761. And change
