Recently had Lin come over to install a new bathroom faucet. His response was quick. He came and took about 30 minutes. Kept testing to make sure that there was no leaks. Spoke to him about future projects I need done and he was honest and gave me some suggestions. Would highly recommend Lin for future projects. Had my pipes fixed under house leaking under kitchen sink.....We called this company not only did they answer they came out to assess the job right away......Follow up apt to repair was following day! Yes you heard me right! Service was exceptional, friendly explained repair in detail and fixed! I chose this company because of reviews on yelp and someone mentioned in a FB post.  They held up to the 5 star review in every sense including $. Emerson's integrity and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I am beyond grateful at how accommodating he was for us. It was a last minute job and he arrived the same day that we discussed the issue with our shut off valve in our home, and he did an awesome job. Commercial plumbing has helped us with multiple repairs & installations over the twenty years we've owned our house. All the typical things associated with renovations & older houses - hooking up water heaters, icemakers, rerouting vent pipes, replacing garbage disposals etc - and they've always been prompt and professional.

I needed a response asap as there were 2 clogged sinks and so I reached out to Kuulei plumbing and he was prompt and professional. He was able to fix both drainages in the bathrooms in a timely manner. He arrived a few minutes early which is always a good thing. He got in there and after each sink he explained what he did or found that clogged the sinks. If you ever need a rescue for a plumbing issue you must call Moe.  Such dedication, honesty, humble, so knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, really knows his craft!  I was having a stressful, problematic issue with a broken shower drain.  I had called other plumbers to come to check out my drain, some said they would come; some did not even call back. I told my good friend about my drain and he referred me to Moe from Rooter Rescue & Plumbing Repair.  Moe called me yesterday (Friday 12/23/16) took a look at the situation with my shower drain. He told me what can be done to correct my request and told me what to buy at the home improvement store.  I knew that today Christmas Eve, there was no way that anyone would come a do work for a customer, but he called, asked me if I got the items he told me to buy. After telling him I got the items, he came today on Christmas Eve (I did tell him that he should be spending time with his family and not working on plumbing problems, but he insisted that during this holiday people should be helping people) and got by drain fixed and back in order after a few hours WITHOUT charging me holiday price.   Wow that is very impressive customer service!! Moe really placed himself in the homeowner's shoes, knowing how stressful the situation was.

All the drains in the bathrooms were back flowing, and finding someone late Monday afternoon was a nightmare. They came, did a lot of assessing to find the problem. Then had to snake 75 feet, yikes. I would call them again and use them for all my plumbing needs.

I had a clogged toilet and needed my pipes to be snaked so googled and came up with Hawaii Drain Pros. They came and did an estimate and gave  me a cost.  I have to be Honest as I was flabbergasted by the quote that I was given, but being that drains were clog, I had to have it snaked. I had two bathrooms just recently remodeled. But with new bathrooms I also needed to know why the clogging so I ask to have it scoped. Even a higher cost with scoping! But while scoping they discovered a piece of demo tile stuck in the pipe. Now the estimate went 4 times the amount as it was explained to me what was needed to be done. Fred was the serviceman, I did not get the his last name, but he was an elder gentleman with obviously had a lot of years of experience. He took the time to explained to me step by step (Maybe because I still had a hard time swallowing the numbers) the procedures and that they would have to come back in the AM to start the job as it would be  long process. Well over night my head was still spinning over the numbers but I know something had to be done.
Morning came and they showed up at 10:30 am, because he was stuck at an emergency job till 1:00 that night and apologies starting off late.
Well they were here from 10:30 am to almost 5:00 pm, but as he started the process he would call me and showed me what he was doing as well as showing my thru what the camera was seeing. They finally broke the pc of tile and made sure it was Totally cleared from my pipes, I don't think I would be much off to say they went in and our exchanging the snake, the descaler back and fourth maybe 8 times?  At the end of the Job I was completely satisfied. Frank was really professional about doing his job and even took it kind of personal that he would help insure that my pipes would be cleared of that tile. He even thank me for be patient and also that I came to watch the procedures so that I would understand the work involved.
Sorry for the Long review but its people like Frank that represent your company that makes all the difference in the world where service in provided and we know its not cheap. It really help to keep a customer like me satisfied when paying that types of amount of monies for drain services.

This is a company I'd NEVER refer to anyone to.  The owner and a worker came over to repair a leaky valve on my toilet.  They arrived at 10am which was an hour late.  It took a total of 45 minutes to repair since I live in a condo and we had to wait till the water got shut off.  The owner didn't do anything while his worker did the job BUT at the end he charged me for 2 hours for 2 men.  Total cost: $414 for 45 minutes of work.  Owner claims if it's a condo he normally sends out 2 men.  The thing is he didn't know he was coming to my place that's why he was late.

I've hired HNL Plumbing for about $30,000 of water line and drain line work on a house built in the 50s.  Sidney is great but the owner or boss is not.  Their hourly rate is $120-130/hr which I think is high but then once you get the bill, they probably added a whole lot more hours to the actual work.  They added 14 hours more hours, $1,680 to my bill.  They will bill you for time they aren't at the job site and for their lunches.  I told them how long I saw them at the job site since they left before 3pm everyday and the owner said no.  I think they definitely over billed me for their time.  Now they won't bid or work for me anymore since I can count their hours too.  Shady business practices trying to steal your money.

Today my kitchen and washer area sinks went haywire and started backing up so I called the Roto Rooter company at about 10a. They initially said that they wouldn't have anyone available until about 1-4p which was fine anyway. But half an hour later I got a call back saying that one of their technicians was freed up and on their way to my house!
Thankfully my brother was able to unclog the pipes (as that saved a whole chunk of change), but the RR guy still came by and was giving us pointers and double checking to ensure that the clog was in fact gone and everything was draining fine. He didn't have to go under the house or anything to fix the clog (which he seemed happy about).
He was informing us of a product that they sell that would help prevent these clogs from occurring in the future but also was telling us about generic brands that was available for purchase from hardware and home stores (their product is $52 whereas generics are roughly in the same ballpark or a little cheaper).
Our tech is named Noa and he was very down to earth and had that local vibe to him. He was very friendly and tried to get things done as quick as possible which was nice. All in all it was one of the best experiences I've had with a drainage tech.
If you're going to call RR, ask for Noa! :)
