The team was great! They came in quickly and set up to help with water damage due to a water heater leak. They were able to identify the trouble areas and immediately got to work on drying them up to prevent any further damage. Everything was explained  in a way I could understand and answered all of my questions. Super friendly and helpful. They even dealt with the insurance company for me! Less stress for me to handle during an already stressful situation. The leak is fixed and everything is good to go. I would definitely reccomend them and I'll be using them again in the future. Ask for Tim, he was great!

Lyle and Josiah did an outstanding job. They are knowledgeable in their trade and easy to work with. My only regret was not going with this company for our previous drainage/plumbing issues.

Mel did a fabulous job repairing my sink.He also cleared the drain, which turned out to be clogged. Very professional work. I will definitely call him for install new flooring. Mahalo Mel!

I have a rental property on the other side of the island. Clogged tub. I called after business hours and still had my call returned within 30 minutes which is important cause my tenants need to know a solution is on the way. I was given a straightforward price right away which was about half of what the last plumber quoted. Service was scheduled and completed in less than 48 hours. After service I was given a detailed report on why the drain was clogged. All in all pretty flawless experience. Would definitely use again and recommend To others!

I am so thankful I found Pipeline plumbing. After trying to get quotes from a few other companies with no response, I reached out to them and they were able to get me in their schedule asap. The technician was on time, quick to repair the clogged drain line, and super helpful at explaining what the issue was. Their customer service was impeccable.

Showed up a 730 fixed my leaking toilet, Kai was very nice and polite this is the second time l called for emergency repairs . I'm very satisfied with the work done.

Our main water shut off valve started leaking. I called Ali'i Plumbing in the morning by lunch time Nardo was at my place. Within a few hours he was able to dig a whole replace the shut off valve, bring it to ground level, so that it's not too difficult to access it (before it was 20 below ground) he InstallEd a new pressure regulator and closed everything down. He is fast, precise and very reasonable!! I'm so glad I called Nardo!
I'm for sure planning to use him again for my sewerage system.

I just so happened to see water dripping down under the house as the shower was running. I thought to myself: Great, I'm going to need new shower values = $$$$.
Got a referral to Point Plumbing and gave them a call.
Kathi asked what was going on and asked me to take some photos to show her my concern and we made an appointment for Scott to take a look.
Scott came on time and looked under the house. He asked me to run the shower to see what was going on.
He said the drain had come undone, he went to his truck, got brackets to support the pipe and fixed it in-a-jiffy.

whew, no costly repair.  

Bottom line: I would call them again. (oh, and they are super friendly)

Side Note: when we remodeled our kitchen, Scott did the replumbing.  I just didn't know it until he said, I know this house.  Ha ha.

Where to start? We've been customers for about 5-6 years and while Nelson ran the business we had no problems at all. Unfortunately, his grandson seems to have taken over and the business has taken a nosedive. Although Nelson comes along for service calls to help teach him the ropes, the work is shoddy. When we call for a follow up (because the original job wasn't done properly) they keep charging us anew.

The final straw? We had a leaky toilet fixed less than 6 months ago. It's leaking again so we called...and called....and called. Each time we left a msg with someone or on the machine and no one has called back. So don't bother wasting your time with this plumbing service - your money is better spent elsewhere.

Follow up and customer service is atrocious.

First they call you delusional/liar, and say you must have had a conversation with a different plumber, and that you asked for what they normally charge, not what they're charging you, cause you approved this.

Which is news to me...cause I can't think of a single sane person who would care what you charge the other guys, only what they'd be charging them. Not to mention, if I spoke to another plumber, then why am I paying them, I should be paying the other plumber...

Never, ever...

I chased this company down for 2 weeks to get a repair done, sent them video of the problem, went on the website twice to schedule an appointment (with no response), left voice mail and then finally scheduled an appointment after I called them a second time and they answered. Then they no showed on that appointment. When I called to find out what happened receptionist said she never put me on the schedule because she wanted me to call back and confirm? That was the a-ha moment for me... uhh duh on me I know. She said sorry and claimed that they were having phone issues (for 2 weeks?) and technical issues with the website. I said I was sorry too - I'm pau! If you are a plumber reading this, please know that you can open a business and if you can answer your phone, show up and do the job right, you will be an everyday real life hero... so go for it!

Mark came through like a champ! We had some sink and washing machine drain issues! He was on time, on budget and a nice guy! I saved his info because he's honest and a dud a job well done! Thanks Mark!
