Responded quickly, friendly service and great price for our water heater installation (after getting numerous quotes from other companies on island!). Stephen Strong was fast, serviced the same day, and very honest and professional.   Highly recommend!

On the phone I was quoted $100/hr to replace a disposal that I went out to get myself from Home Depot. When the plumber came, he tells me it's $125 for the job! wha?!?

You won't find a more honest and fair priced plumber on the island that actually knows what they're doing!

Stephen Strong came highly recommended and he lived up to the hype. It was a weekend when our mainline backed up and and it was not pretty. Stephan came in, solved our plumbing problem, showed me what was going on, and how to avoid it in the future. He was professional, courteous, and he took his time to make sure everything was in working order. This was on a weekend! Mahalo, Stephen, for saving the day!

Very pleased with my service. Matt was very informative, courteous & got the job done on a timely basis.  Now I have a new beautiful bathroom faucet. He also changed the pipes under the sink, now I don't have metal & plastic pipes, it's all nice quality metal.

Vernon come by to fix my toilet and washing machine.  he did do a quick and efficient job, and was pretty nice guy as well, but.....

there was a bit of mess that was left behind, but not so much that it was crazy... only had to wipe down a few things afterwards, but from what i understand, plumbers are supposed to clean up after themselves when they're done fixing things for you... not leave a mess for you to clean up :(

also, he didn't really fix my toilet.  it runs occasionally, and it was rocking.... he did fix the rocking, but the running is still happening.  

he did do a good job on my leaking washing machine though!  no more leaks!

it beats trying to fix those things myself!!

Always great service, affordable rate. This is my go to for plumbing services. My kitchen renovation to my toilet having to be popped off so I could floor under it. Quality work with affordable prices. How can I ever look anywhere else. They are busy since they do good work. So appointments are about a few days out. But they work to get you in as soon as they can.
