I am a licensed Class 2 Unrestricted Master Plumber. I have been in the plumbing industry a long time. I have always worked for someone else and watched customer service and fair pricing fall to, Who can make the most money! I have learned after all these years that without happy customers, a business will not survive. I promised myself that if I was going to do this....it would be all about the customer. I have practiced this since day one. I know plumbers are expensive and I try and be competitive. But, doing what you say you'll do for the agreed price and taking pride in the job is the most important practice we strive for.

I called MH Plumbing after another company never showed up! I spoke to Michael on a Tuesday, late afternoon, and he said he could be at my house the next morning at 9:30. He and his assistant Randall were right on time and as friendly as can be. It was so nice to be given an exact time, rather than a window of time, or like the company that never showed, a window of the ENTIRE day!! They took a look at our leaky toilet and discovered the problem right away. Everything is now working perfectly! They got right to work and were finished in no time. I will absolutely be calling Michael again!
Even though I had never worked with them, they handled an issue for me right away. They are very professional, on time and gave a fair price.
I will definitely call them in the future.
Very grateful that the owner answered the phone at 11:30pm when we had a toilet tank to leak and cause damage on the ceiling below. I called another company twice and they never returned the calls until a day later. MH's tech was not available for an emergency call but the owner told me what to do to contain the situation. Giving 4 stars because of this as they advertised being a 24/7 company. His guy came out the next day after I called again and repaired the toilet. Pricey, but worth it.
Beware these guys combined with another company. Their prices are suspect. They charge $35 fuel charge on top of the $95 service fee. Look elsewhere.
These guys replaced about 75 feet of drain pipe where I work in Peachtree City.
I saw the quotes before hand and Mike was much, much more reasonable than the Big Name Plumbing Co. They were in and out within 2 days and we were restored !

Easy to contact, calls to announce their estimated time of arrival, polite, and kind (I needed a 'lil extra something done & they did it for 'free'). Only bad thing was they got their work shoe dirt all over my rugs & entered initially through my garage! LOL. no worries. I made them come to the glass door to make sure who I was letting in. Also, the owner had to come back the next day because I noticed the job was only 97% complete. Otherwise all's well with this company!
Our pipes burst on Christmas Day, and we called numerous places for assistance. Everyone gave us the same response with the taking her phone number and getting her address and saying someone will get back to us when possible with no callback. This was the only company that did what they said and followed through with a response and assistance the next day. We were so happy with their service, and we definitely recommend them to others!
Fast service within 1 1/2 hrs. Fixed W/H and explained about cutoff handles etc. Very methodical and experienced.
We had our hot water back on in 20 minutes!

Michael with MH Plumbing came out to fix my exterior pipe leak a few hours after I called. He swooped in and saved the day after a different provider that was supposed to come out no call no showed and left me hanging. He and his assistant were friendly and professional. They were very clear in describing the issue, the repair work needed, and the cost before beginning the work. They took the time to do the repair well. They even replaced patches of my grass green side up after they were done to improve the look of the area where they had to dig to get to the pipes! I was very pleased with their knowledge, professionalism, and customer service. We'll definitely use them again!

This is the second time we have called Mike at MH Plumbing Inc. Mike was able to have Randall and Josh replace and then move the pressure relief valve to a better location on our house to stop an annoying vibration of the pipes. These guys are the best. Professional, pleasant and right on time. I will definitely call them again. Glad to have found them.

Michael and Josh arrived within a couple of hours after I requested the service. Michael requested pics of my garbage disposal to aid his diagnosis before arriving. They were very professional, explained their steps and even took on a last minute job. He made recommendations that saved us money. Joshua was very helpful in assisting Michael with practically every step in completing the jobs in a very timely manner. I highly recommend MH Plumbing!!
Psst - Just before leaving, they even checked my computer and made a recommendation/suggestion that just may solve my computer problem!

Absolutely the best! I needed a Roman tub faucet changed out out. Easy job, I thought as a homeowner. Had three plumbing companies come out who attempted to repair but couldn't; and despite their failure wanted to charge me for their failed attempts. MH Plumbing was my fourth resort. MH guaranteed the repair to work properly and without leaks if given the opportunity to repair. The opportunity was granted! My tub faucet was replaced without incident and the repair cost was within reason. In the future, MH Plumbing will be my first resort for any Plumbing needs.
I used Yelp to query plumbing companies for feedback on issues I am dealing with regarding possible line blockage. Michael from MH Plumbing is the only one that suggested this appears to be an issue with my septic tank. Michael saved me time and money by suggesting that I contact a septic tank company. He also offered to be of further assistance should I have any questions. Although my problem is beyond the scope of regular plumbing issues, should I encounter any plumbing problems in the future, I will be sure to call MH Plumbing. Michael, I thank you again for your integrity and honesty.
