Usually use plum works  is good outfit but was disappointed this weekend when I had to call them twice and still could not get the on call plumber to call me.  Wished Jerome had done so or that the customer service team would of been more pro active in problem solving my emergency.  Disappointed

I called plumbworks to convert a single bathroom sink into a double sink and they wanted to charge $70 to look at the job and give me an estimate....I'm site had I done it their price would be higher than others svc I would have wasted $70. It also took more than 24 hours to even call me back. Don't hire them they just want your money.

This was second time using PW services on my home plumbing repairs.  Friendly plumbers, on time, professional.  They took the extra time to explain my repair issues and solutions.  I will use them again!

I had this company repair a leaking shower faucet. They charge a $69 trip fee regardless of whether you decide to use them or not. I knew that I needed a new cartridge which is $38 at home depot. Their total estimate was $368 which included the $69 trip fee. I thought that was high but decided to just get it over with and they offered a $25 coupon for new customers.. We agreed to the price and he said he had the parts in his truck to do the work. Thirty minutes later, he informed me that he had to saw off the handle and I needed to either purchase a new one or else he would have to charge me additional fees. He said he would do me a favor and order the part from Delta and I could install it myself for free. He said it was easy to do. Anyway a week later (without a shower to use) the part arrived. I am not a plumber and I couldn't figure out how to install it. I called them back and they said it would be an additional fee. Why would I even call a plumber if I could do it myself? I escalated to the manager and he sent another plumber to fix it without any additional fees.If you use this company make sure to get everything in writing up front.

My initial experience with the service technician was very unsatisfactory. I explained that I had a problem with my water heater expansion tank. The technician checked the tank and saw that there was no air or water inside, which I already knew. He explained that it just needed air, but he had no air compressor and that I should take care of this myself, or he could replace the tank for $299. The technician didn't tell me anything I hadn't already known and told me that the simple solution was to do it myself since he couldn't. His visit didn't provide me any new information and he made no offer to fix the problem for me, only to do an expensive replacement.

However, Erica and Josh whom I spoke to the next day were very considerate and responsive. Josh explained the two options much more clearly than the technician and why the technician, even if he had an air compressor, would likely not have wanted to perform the repair because it would only be temporary. Although not solving my problem, this explanation was at least reasonable, rather than a simple refusal to fill the tank. Josh was even kind enough to refund the cost of my service visit. Although not the best result for me, the responsiveness to my complaint and an effort made to explain the actions of the technician and provide him a better excuse were very welcome. Overall, a good experience.

I am on the 2nd story and my downstairs neighbor called me as there was something leaking into her apartment.  I yesterday and they had Andrew out at 8 am this morning.  After looking at her leak he determined that it was most likely a wax seal issue on my toilet (which it was) and had it fixed within the hour.  This is the 2nd apartment I've had Andrew come out for issues and both times he has been amazing.  I would definitely recommend especially if you live in an older converted loft.

Stay as far away as possible from these guys as you can. Had a leak somewhere and they send a guy and he came out cut a tiny hole on the ceiling and couldn't figure out what the leak was and left me with $200 bill! Ridiculous...

Great experience with Plumb Works. Called on Saturday on Labor Day weekend for a water heater problem and set up for an appointment first thing on Tuesday. Received a call at 8 AM on Tuesday to confirm and the plumber showed up shortly thereafter. Everyone I talked with in the office, Nikki on Saturday and Lee Ann on Tuesday, was very friendly, courteous, and professional. Vann, the plumber, was the same. He was very thorough, checked out the water heater, explained our options and the associated costs in detail, and then made the repairs we selected.

I requested Plumb Works come out and replace a garbage disposal. While not a complicated job, it's something I'd rather not deal with.
The low and high estimates for Atlanta on HomeWyse were $178 to $229 for labor to replace a disposal, so that's approximately what I expected to pay. I had already purchased the disposal and no additional plumbing supplies were required as the purchased disposal already came with all the parts necessary to complete the installation.
The appointment was scheduled for the next day and the plumber showed up on time. After a few minutes, I was quoted a fee of $305 to install the disposal. I was very surprised but decided to proceed with the work, as I was already on the hook for a $69 trip fee.
The job was done in an hour and there were no other issues and I was given a $25 new customer discount.
Be careful using this company as they will not provide estimates over the phone and their rates run very high.

The quality of the work is okay, but Plumbworks egregiously overcharges.  After my last experience, I am done with them: They charged $866 for two hours of work: installing a toilet and replacing a hose bib. We had purchased their Ultimate Savings Agreement for $89.  Some savings! When we asked for a price adjustment they said it would have cost over $1000 otherwise. They had a list of well-rehearsed explanations for why it was reasonable to charge $866 for two hours of labor.  It was obvious that they dealt with complaints about their obscene rates on a regular basis. Steer clear unless you are prepared to pay $400+ per hour (or $500/hr without the Ultimate Savings Agreement) for routine plumbing services. This is greed and arrogance, pure and simple.

My technician, Nate Blue, was so awesome he even helped me reverse the positions of my washer/dryer, and they were very heavy!  I recently bought a new house and he helped me set up my washer and dryer and did a good job even though it was fairly complicated. He also help me set up a brand new whole house water filtration system which was a large complicated system and did an excellent job at that too!

Erica was very friendly as soon as she picked up the phone and immediately made me an appointment.  Eric was able to come out the next day and help me with not only installing my gas range, but also helped me resolved the issue that Lowe's could not help me with.  He was friendly and got the job done.  Thank you!!!

First let me say that other Review sites have much, much  lower ratings than Yelp.  I wonder why. If I had checked the other sites first I probably would have passed on Plumb Works. Check out the other sites and make up your own mind.

I was attempting to do 2 minor repairs for my girlfriend: replace a couple of bathtub drains. They were old, nasty looking, and the cross-ties inside, off course, broke off when I attempted to unscrew them.  I bought an exactor tool and tried again.  One came out without too much drama and I installed the new drain.  The other one, however, was much more challenging. The tool got such a good grip that I could not remove it from the drain. Meanwhile, the first drain started leaking and water was dripping into the living room below.  I had to admit that I was beaten and my girlfriend called Plumb Works. I told her that I would pay for the repairs since it was my idea to replace the drains that she thought were perfectly O.K.  I figured maybe $2-300.00 to resolve the issues.  Boy was I wrong!!!

Of course there was the $69.00 dispatch fee that would be credited to the repairs.  So far, so good.  The plumber who arrived seemed a bit young for a Mater Plumber so my girlfriend called Plumb Works and was told that the plumber was a Journeyman.  She said she was paying for a Master Plumber and she wanted a Master Plumber but was assured that the plumber was a good one. The plumber inspected the first tub and quoted $795.00!!! This tub is in a rental carriage house apartment with a new tenant coming in next week, so we reluctantly agreed.  Apparently this was going to be a 2-man job, so a second plumber was called in. The other tub was a simple remove and re-seal the drain that I had installed.  Without boring you with all the details (too late....)  the tab for the two repairs was a bit under $1000.00 for about 3 hours labor and maybe $40.00 in parts.  By my math, it works out to about $160.00 per hour per man.  Maybe that's the going rate, I have no idea, I just know that it was a LOT higher than I could have possibly imagined.

I will say that the work performed seems to have been done well and professionally.  So far we have not found any leaks, but it has only been 1 day and no one has used either tub yet.
I have no problem with the quality of the work done or the skills of the plumbers. Both were nice, friendly, and professional.  My only complaint is the outrageous charges. I think $160.00 an hour is way too high.

I was happy he showed up in a mask and gave me a quote rather quickly. My only issue with Plumbworks, is I think there per project pricing is high. The reason I accepted what I though was a high quote was.

1) the first Plumber I called was a no show.

2) The second plumber tied to sell me a new Kithcen Faucet when my very
expensive faucet is under a lifetime warranty.

So Plumbworks it is!.... why is it so hard to find good competant people??? Plumbworks has litle competition.

Well, shoot. I called them because of their great reviews, but am really disappointed. I'll start from the beginning. We rent, so needed owner approval for them to come work. Danny came in, I showed him the leaky kitchen faucet, disposal leak and troublesome toilet. He immediately wanted to replace everything, costing around $900!! Maybe it's because I'm just a little lady and shouldn't know better, but I do know that a flapper is around $10 and easy to install- their price $175 then he add that I should do the whole back of the toilet for $275 (water valve about $20 at the store). He sat in his truck for about an hour waiting to hear from the owner to approve the costly new disposal and never got in contact with her and said that he couldn't just repair the leak. Although I was googling this at the time, and saw lots of references that it could be repaired. Unfortunately, it had to be taken care of quickly and we had already decided to go ahead with it and deal with the landlord later. So after an 8am arrival, he started work around 9:45 and wrapped up around 10:45. When I asked about the leaky faucet, he acted like it would be such a huge deal to replace an O ring and basically refused. I guess that's not a high dollar job. They didn't tell me about the $69 service charge when I called and they did try to up sell me on an $89/year upgrade of some sort that offered a 'discount' price on services. Basically they can't 'fix' anything, they just want to install new everything. I won't call them again and regret calling them in the first place.

We have used Plumb Works for years and I have nothing but compliments for their services. Most recently, l called them out for what I thought was an issue with my water heater, but ended up not being a plumbing problem at all, but an HVAC condensation leak.  The technician, Kass, investigated until he found the source of the water and then documented with photos. While he was there, he also gave me some advice on a leaky faucet!  I couldn't be happier with this company.

Hooray!!  Our master bedroom Koehler digital shower system malfunctioned and we couldn't find anyone to come out to service it.  Finally was given Plumb Works contact by Kohler and they sent some one the same day!!  Eric was amazing. Super personal. Wore a mask  throughout. He patiently troubleshoot the whole debacle and finally found the problem.  I must also mention the water value was hidden behind tile so we looked for it for 45 mins and he never once complained, hugged or puffed was just cheery and kept looking.

Shower is fixed and I would absolutely recommend them again and again

we had an emergency sewer clog ....called another plumber and they tried 2 times to water jet the pipe problem without total success.
We called plumbworks and they came quickly and used their water jet to clear the clog and quoted the final solution at 1/3 the price of 2 other
plumbers quotes. They answered the phone every time and kept us informed and they finished the 3-day job in one day!

We were told that there would be a trip fee and the plumber could give us other prices when they arrived. We called twice to get a general idea of prices and they said they could not give us one. The plumber reviewed the issues when he arrived then started,
our standard, universal price... $800!!?!??! We said no. We are not paying $800 for two drippping faucets and to snake a drain, and we would not have had you made the trip if we knew what your 'standard, universal price' was. Shady. Highway robbery. They lost my trust and respect. I will not refer them to any of my friends or network. Disappointed. $240 to fix a leaky pipe or to snake a drain. They could have told me that on the phone and saved me the $69 trip fee.

We just had the worst experience with Plumb Works in Atlanta GA.  They installed a new sump pump 6 weeks ago.  Last night in the storms from hurricane Irma the battery back up went down.  They promised to mitigate and restore our finished basement.  After work had begun, they pulled out and decided not to help us.  They said that a battery only would last 2 hours at most.  Incredibly unprofessional!  We are at a loss for words at how deceitful Jerome and this company treats their customers!

We recently needed a plumber for two different issues. Both times, we were able to schedule promptly. The second issue was more serious (blocked sewage in the main line pipe) and the response by Plumb Works was immediate. Technicians, Spencer and Kevin were wonderful...professional, informative, just excellent. We feel very fortunate to have had them resolve our plumbing problems and give us peace of mind. Thank you Spencer ad Kevin. We appreciate you so much.
Sincerely,

Our experience with Plumbworks is that they are responsive but also very expensive and their pricing is calculated to get the most out of you. We used them during an emergency when we first moved here. They fixed a major drainage clog In the short term but the problem recurred because they had simply pushed the blockage out to the front of the house. Instead of backing up their work they charged us all over again as if it were a new and unrelated problem. They offered us a discount program but we got a second quote from another plumber which was $600 lower than the special Plumbworks offer.

I got price gouged hard by Plumb Works.  Two parallel copper water lines burst after the recent freeze/thaw action inside a unit of our house that was unoccupied.  The plumber found and repaired the pipes pretty quickly, so from the time he came to the time he left was about three hours.  This happened during normal business hours, starting around 10am.

He wanted $630!  After talking with him and his manager several times, I got a slightly reduced value rate of $550.  We are talking about $180/hr for plumbing work.  He used maybe two feet of his own copper pipe and some solder to fix it, so cost of materials was basically zero ($5 absolute max).

Thankfully, at least the quality of work was solid.  I looked pretty close at the soldering job and was happy about it.  This is the only thing saving them from getting one star.

My advice: find a different plumber.  Plumb Works plumber cut a hole in our ceiling to diagnose source of water leak, and in the process of cutting the sheet rock he sliced through the insulation around AC pipes.  He said nothing to us; we discovered the damage after he left, after paying him $200.  Plumb Works refused our request for a partial refund on account of the damage.  Apparently, the plumber protested he didn't cut the insulation, saying he didn't use a razor but rather a sheet rock saw.  Not so.  My husband was standing with him and saw him first use a razor, and later switch to a saw. (Plumb Works did offer to come fix the cut areas, but we already had a different plumber doing the plumbing work and he fixed the insulation rips.)  Very disappointing experience.

Excellent and prompt service. Customer service/dispatch clearly explained the after hours versus wait till Monday options. Service pro was available early and called and came out promptly. He wore protective shoes and was very respectful. He explained what he planned to do to fix the problem and what he actually did. Cost was within normal range plus received a previous customer discount. I highly recommend this company and this pro.

This company wants to charge you on a per project basis, which in theory is fine.  EXCEPT when it comes to a $400/hour labor charge because the work only took an hour.

This is outrageous.

We had a leak in our utility room and had a tech out there right away. The technician was very nice, but after looking up the cost of the part afterwards I was really frustrated. The part is $70 at Home Depot and they charged $650. I think they know you're desperate to stop a leak, so you don't have time to shop around. I'll be looking for more fair pricing the next time I need a plumber.

Josh and Fernando were excellent at fixing my kitchen sink and getting my life back in order. Both were curtious  and prompt in their work. Cost a lot but that is with any plumber and just to have things working properly again was worth it. I will be calling them for all future plumbing needs. I was also elated to hear i did not need a plumber for a hot tube. Think i'll keep that info to myself and not tell my partner right away.

A nasty sewer issue within the crawl space of my basement was found on a weekend. With the help of google and yelp, I decided to call Plumb Works for help.  They scheduled Spencer to come within a couple hours of me calling and I agreed to the weekend/off hour service charge. Spencer showed as promised, assessed the situation and tried his best to access the issue.  Unfortunately, Spencer just wasn't able to get to the area because of the lack of clearance.  He informed me that Plumb Works does have other service agents that can access the area and that customer service will call me first thing Monday morning to schedule.  And no charge for his visit.

As promised, they called at 8:10AM Monday.  The service rep, Katie, was fully aware of the situation and had Leslie come later in the day.  I didn't have to explain anything.  Spencer took care of all that.  Leslie came, got in the area, took all the notes needed and shared what was needed to be done.  And to do it right, she needed more resources so we scheduled Wednesday for the repair with extra pair of hands.

It's now Wednesday afternoon.  Repair done and it took less time than originally thought so a discount from the initial quote was given.  The scope of work remained the same and having it done quicker than thought was great for me yet they gave me the discount!

It may have taken a couple of tries and a few days to get it done but I knew it wasn't an easy fix.  Their level of attention was excellent.  I honestly thought I had to call them Monday and explain the situation all over again.  Everything they said they will do they did in a timely manner and workmanship is clearly top notch.

Buyer's Remorse...
it's a sucky feeling but I have had nothing but Buyer's Remorse since having a service appointment from Plumb Works at my home a few days ago...

I am feeling personally cheated and much more than slightly taken ...

I randomly chose Plumb Works for this minor job (replacing the 'flapper' and inner guts of a toilet in my home) ...

my mistake was not checking Yelp first... Or Kudzu (at least) where Plumb Works is much more reviled.

Plumb Works did a good job. And they were (more or less) on time... BUT...

The contact page on their website was throwing out error codes so I had to phone them for an appointment.

They tell you over the phone it is a $69 service call charge, and then you will receive a quote --- the fact that they won't even give you a ball park fee/quote for even this most simple repair and that should have sent up a red flag for me as a consumer.

So I had the Plumb Works technicians come over... they arrived on time (mostly) and quickly diagnosed the running toilet (which took all of two minutes, that was a rough one)... they went out to their truck and returned with an estimate of ... are you ready for this? ... $247(!) along with a 'hard sell' for an extended service contract.Their estimate sheet/work order/receipt has an additional column on it showing you how much you will save off the current service if you fork over another $80 for extended service contract.

By this time you get the quote, you are already in for the $69 service call (in theory that is, ya gotta wonder how many people have sent them packing at this point...) then, during the time they are in your home, Plumb Works will try to diagnose all the rest of the plumbing problems they can find and want to fix them right then and there ... all the while pushing their service contract, which they call a Universal Service Agreement (USA, a silly Acronym for what should be referred to a Plumb Works Service Agreement... )They love this Agreement so much there is a box on the estimate sheet/work order/receipt with a 'stop sign' icon and bold letters proclaiming Want To Pay Less? Do you know by becoming a 'usa' member you will receive discounts on repair services and other valuable benefits... Then, if you decline this valued service  you have to initial the box...

Wow! Way to Hard Sell, Plumb Works!!!

I think the prices that Plumb Works is trying to charge are more appropriate for huge office buildings, restaurants and real estate other than common homes. We ain't the One Percent in this neighborhood... Plumb Works, get a clue.

And here is the clue for you, Plumb Works ... Consider the number of irritated customers here and on Kudzu that you have left in your wake ... Multiply that number by the number of those who don't post ... And I would say it it high time to change your business practices and pricing structure. People don't appreciate being ripped off...

Next stop: the BBB

PS
And of course they accept credit cards, how else are you going to pay these fees???

I just bought my first house and contacted PlumbWorks hoping to get a service contract. A few days later we discovered a new leak - I freaked and called them at like 9pm, and they scheduled me for service the next day! The plumber who came said our water heater was old and suggested replacement. So I called yesterday when we decided to make the purchase. PlumbWorks was able to get a service person out, again, the VERY next day (which is today) to survey and discuss prices with me. Surprise! They were able to install today too. I'm really impressed with how quickly and professionally service is completed with this company. The service man put dropcloths everywhere to protect my floors and cleaned up after himself. Really all around 5 stars.

Not only did they show up in a mask, but they sent a pic of the rep who would be working on the system. They received a broken water heater call from me at 9am and by 2pm I had a working system again at a fair price.

They will be my go to guys for these projects in the future. My old service who installed the system wasn't available for at least 36 hours. Didn't matter that we had no hot water.

Plumb Works Rocks!!

Spencer was incredibly professional and knowledgeable when he came to my Midtown condo to install a new gas range.  I had just purchased the range but needed a new gas valve installed due to the old one being rusted.  Spencer showed up on time, communicated everything he was doing, and got the job done very efficiently.  Aside from that, he's just a friendly person to have around!  Spencer went above and beyond by helping level the range, ensuring everything worked property, and even helped clean-up all of the shipping materials associated with the range.  I highly recommend this company (great response time, great service, extremely competent) and will work with them for any/all future plumbing needs.

On the plus side, this company has always fully fixed all of my plumbing issues, which is good.  Unfortunately, I have come to realize that they have been charging me on the high side for all of that work in the last 2.5 years. Thankfully, when it came time to replace my water heater, I got another quote.  I had another local company, which was highly rated, come out and they didn't charge me anything just to take a look and quote me a price, which was a big plus all by itself.  Then their price quoted for parts and labor was $450 cheaper than what Plumb Works had quoted me.  That's a pretty significant price difference in my book.  Money talks, so I have to walk.

Vann and Jeff showed up on time, did a good job installing an outside faucet, checked and fixed a leaking handle shower (it was just missing a washer -- they did not charge me for this), and cleaned up to leave everything just as it was. I am very pleased with the experience, especially since I had called 2 other companies before: one gave me only a ballpark estimate (30% higher than what Plumbworks charged) and said they could not provide a more precise estimate without charging a crawlspace access fee. The other gave me an estimate, but when the crew came to do the work, they said it could not be done the way we wanted and suggested to install the faucet in a different location. That's when I decided to call Plumbworks, and I'm glad I did. They gave me an exact estimate, and then did everything as promised. I will certainly call them back next time I need something.

Darryl,

Came to our house to handle an issue with the kitchen faucet and downstairs toilet.  He was very professional and even help find a replacement faucet head on line.  He fixed the toilet and even gave some insight on how to improve our upstairs shower.

Darryl, was fair and willingness to problem solve was very much apprecaited.

We paid a $89 service fee to have someone take a look at our water heater that was broken. The person who came out did not touch our water heater, said it would be a few more hundred dollars to investigate and then they probably wouldn't have the part because our water is no longer being made (not true).

So we effectively paid to have someone come to our house and try to sell us a new water heater. I wish I had known that before I called them.

We called a different company who came out, diagnosed the problem correctly, got the parts and fixed our water heater in less than 24hrs.

This place has the best customer service! Within an hour of calling in, a tech was sent out to come and fix our situation - having a new commercial coffee maker and not knowing how to hook it up to the water line.
Joe was our tech and he was awesome! He came in, assessed the situation, and quickly and efficiently put in a new water line after learning that we needed it!
I would highly recommend them!!

Terrific experience.
I had a leaky faucet in my tub and one in my kitchen. Vann was prompt and courteous. He fixed everything and cleaned up like he wasn't even here. He even noticed how something in my garbage disposal had been installed incorrectly several years ago and he fixed it for free.
Such a great experience! I'd highly recommend Plumb Works and hopefully you'll be lucky enough to get Vann!

Plumb Works came to my rescue. They were easy to schedule and the plumber actually arrived ahead of schedule. He was good at explaining the problem and the solution. He also cleaned up his mess and was very professional. All in all, a good experience.

Joe Soleto came out to move our water heater and remove some old unused gas lines.  He was extremely professional and very fair in pricing the job.  I have had 4-5 plumbers come out for various tasks and I feel that Plumb Works represented great value and quality work.  I would definitely hire them again.

Failed to fix clogged toilet first time. Took advantage of my wife to hit us with an $850 charge to remove and unclog toilet. Unethical, dishonest and manipulative. Stay away!

Do not use this company. I was required to do a lot of extra work that was unnecessary. A leak turned into almost $1000 total to be fixed with me purchasing the fixture, I replaced the studs, and added extra, and I initially cut out the drywall for them to work in the area of the leak! They just needed to replace a fixture!  I asked the technician to give me a minute to process the cost.  He followed me and kept talking about how it wasn't HIS PRICING! I'm angry and ask for him to wait on my porch for his Boss who was on his way, supposedly! (JOSH)  He left and went and parked on the next street. Would not come back to the job! He couldn't do it! He tried to blow up the price! I had already bought a Plumb Works Plan to help my cost go down! Yeah! It didn't! Not significantly enough for it to make a difference! I realize plumbing is expensive! But I did most of the work and then they couldn't finish the job! Bad customer service EXCEPT FOR SHANNON! But she's the office manager. Not in the field. The plumbers are NOT all LICENSED! They are NOT CERTIFIED, and Chris Jones was in Training!!!! Maybe that's why he walked off the job, claiming I couldn't be worked with? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Called to get quotes for a uninstall and reinstall of a unit ONLY for the purposes of construction in my home only. My system is functioning fine, but it's in the way of my remodel. Really didn't understand having to pay a service fee to get a quote on this. I already know what I need, I just need to know how much it would cost for a standard service. Why not request the serial number of my unit and give me an average of what to expect? Lady was professional on the call, but that seems a bit money hungry to me.

The people at plumb works communicated well and where very responsive.  While I did have some concerns the company was accommodating and attentive to my issues.  The work done on the house was professional and quick.

I had a shower leaking down through the ceiling below.  I had already stripped out the old caulking around the shower floor and replaced it with new.  I was fairly sure it was the shower drain that was leaking.  The guy from Plumbworks didn't even look at it very closely and told me it was almost certainly the caulking that was leaking, not the drain, and said I needed to redo the caulk job.  So I did, and the shower still leaked.  Pain in the butt.  Called another well-known plumbing company who came out, checked out the drain, said yep, it was leaking, replaced the drain very quickly, and presto, no more  leaking shower.  I recommend the other company.  But - the Plumbworks guy did also replace my garbage dispose-all; good job, no problems there.

Terrific experience with Plumb Works.
The plumber we originally scheduled
to do the work cancelled at the last
minute and we needed to move quickly.
Found Plumb Works on Yelp and the
customer service from the start was
outstanding.
I explained the situation and they were
able to schedule a service call around
our schedule.
Received a reminder call the afternoon
before the appointment and an email
about an hour before Nate arrived.
Nate was on time and spent about
an hour reviewing the situation and
any questions we might have.
When he returned the next day to
start he was on time and the repairs
were started as soon as he came in
the door.
Nate was here from 9AM - 7PM to
complete the job and could not have
been nicer or more professional.
It was really a pleasure to have him
on the job, he is super personable.
Project was completed and by the time
Nate left the unit it was as clean
as it was when he arrived.
My wife and I were saying that it was
a good thing the original plumber
cancelled because we really lucked
out with Plumb Works and Nate.
Would recommend them highly.

I reached out to Plumb works because they are one of the preferred  plumber for Toto toilets. Jerome was my service tech and he not only installed a new toilet but was also very helpful jn  repairing a few other plumbing issues. He was honest, timely, courteous and paid attention and provided exceptional service. I would refer their service to anyone and also will come back to them for any plumbing work I will need in the future

Earlier yesterday morning I called another plumbing service to look at our hot water heater.  It took them 3 hours to call me back, then another 3 to tell me they were still researching the problem.  With 4 kids at home I can't go long without hot water. So, realizing they were not going to come that afternoon, I called Plumb Works.  These guys came to my house within 1 1/2 hours of calling and had our water heater fixed within 30 minutes. Prompt and very friendly service.

I had a mysterious leak in my condo and Plubworks was amazing!  Milton came immediately and was simply spectacular.  He searched out the cause and made an immediate fix.  They sent me his bio prior to him showing up and explained all costs up front. I would absolutely recommend them.  They were overly professional, courteous and helpful.

These guys are on top of it.  I had my water go out on a Thursday afternoon.  After the city came by to inspect, they said that it was not on their side, so I called the plumbers at 9.  The lady on the phone was courteous and made sure to get all of the proper information.  She said that the on call would call back shortly.

I waited an hour and then called back.  The lady on the phone apologized and mentioned that the on call was having a hard time getting in touch with me.  She immediately connected us and the plumber explained that she was stuck on a flooded basement and tried to offer some troubleshooting for me.  I told her that I tried everything and that the city came out, so she explained that the fee would be $150 and we agreed to the service.

She came by an hour later.  I honk her name was Leslie.  She got right to work and had it fixed in 15 minutes.  The city had not realized that they had shut off my water, so Leslie just turned it back on.  Next time I'll definitely check the meter myself, but I was relieved to have water again.  I'll definitely have a conversation with the city so they don't accidentally shut it off again.  I feel like they should have figured out the water had been turned off too, but that's another review.

Overall, great service.  Would highly recommend.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the service is great, but the price is higher than competitors.

I made the mistake of having my husband find a contractor to fix our kitchen waste disposal. Unfortunately, he didn't do his research and hired someone willy nilly. Always do your research and ask around for quotes!

We were charged $463.65 (not including the $25 coupon on their website for new clients) for a new waste disposal, Badger 5 series (1/2 hp). If you check Home Depot, it's only about $88 (without tax) for the unit right now. So the remaining labor/install cost was at least $370... noting that piping and electric already existed so those didn't need to be installed.

On the plus side, my husband mentioned that scheduling was very flexible. And I feel like the tech did a solid job too! He was nice, professional, and the disposal sounds good.

But knowing that their pricing is some of the highest around, I wouldn't recommend Plumb Works unless you're in an absolute bind.

Recently purchased a home and needed some gas plumbing replaced and my new stove to be connected. Vann came out and gave me a quote. He was able to do the job right away. Someone brought him the rest of the materials he needed. He rechecked things twice to make sure nothing was leaking and cleaned up afterwards.

Highly recommend using them as they are very professional and thorough.

They came on time. We're friendly abs helpful during the repair. Job was expensive, in relation to what was being done, but it had to be repaired so I can't complain much. John was even helpful with recommendations for a faucet replacement for the cheaper faucet that was installed when by condo was built. He even cleaned and disinfected the area that he worked to make sure it was usable and dry. Thanks.

They do quality professional service but will charge twice as much as everyone else to do it.  I just got charged close to $600 just to replace a garbage disposal.
