After a big freeze here in Atlanta over Christmas we had issues with burst pipes. Although understandably busy, I booked 3 different plumbers on consecutive days who all no showed. I called Blue Skies on the 4th day who picked up right away and had a plumber here in 2 hours. Ryan was polite, professional, and fair. He had all the fittings needed without any extra trips. There ended up being much more work than anticipated, and he was able to fix smaller leaks quickly and didn't charge extra for them. Best experience I've had with a professional service in the community by a mile.

Our water main broke when a truck ran over it and Gaz at Blue Skies could come and help out fast, and at a reasonable price. I have also had a tankless water heater installed and other work done in the kitchen and I have always been satisfied with the work. He is a smart guy and is not afraid to get his hands dirty, so I trust him to get the work done right, the first time!

I needed a toilet installed in the basement, and Gareth gave me a great price over the phone. Gary came to do the install and discovered that the toilet in a box that I provided was missing the tank cover and handle flusher......He offered to go pick up a replacement, bring it back and do the install. He gave me a new price, and I agreed. He was so pleasant, friendly, efficient and professional. Gary cleaned up and even took the toilet that I had provide with him, thankfully! I highly recommend Blue Skies, and will use them for future projects/repairs!

Garett came out and gave a camera inspection of my sewer line. He was the 3rd plumber I spoke with after receiving conflicting solutions to the problem. His inspection was very thorough and his estimate for repair was fair.

There are a lot of plumbing services in the Atlanta area but none of them offer the great customer service that Blue Skies Plumbing Atlanta does.
I spent a solid 2 days trying to find someone who had time to come out and give me an estimate on replacing my toilet and kitchen faucet. Most places wanted to charge you to come out even though they couldn't do the work that day or they seemed inconvenienced by the request. Blue Skies stated a preference to come out, emphasized it would be free as that was the best way to gauge the costs given all the variables. The plumber Gareth, who I found out is also the owner, was punctual, extremely pleasant, and listened to what was going on as well as what I wanted. He offered thoughtful suggestions - like the pros/cons of the toilet I was thinking about purchasing- and the price he quoted me was very reasonable. They weren't the most expensive but they weren't the cheapest either so it felt fair and not like I was being gouged. I was on the schedule in a couple days, they called 30 minutes before the plumber arrived, he went and picked up the toilet I had purchased saving me from having to figure out how to get it from the store. The cherry on the top was that he worked super fast AND cleaned up after himself. I've been a loyal customer ever since that day. They've replaced my water heater, another bathroom vanity, and more. Plus I've recommended Blue Skies Plumbing Atlanta to a bunch of family and friends all whom say they had a similarly great experience.

My wife and I are renovating our bathroom and needed to enlist the help of a plumber to replace and move the cast iron shower drain/lines and add a sink drain/lines for a double vanity.

Gareth with Blue Skies Atlanta was the absolute best.  Not only was he inventive in his approach, but he also listened to our thoughts and concerns and provided us with a great solution that ended up giving us more room in our bathroom.  A cast iron vent stack was taking up considerable space where we planned to build a linen closet; Gareth was able to replace the cast iron with PVC and move it closer to the wall, allowing more workable room.

He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and professional.  Gareth was a pleasure to have in our home while completing the work.  He was always respectful and took great care in maintaining a clean space. He never left our house dirty.  We felt that he worked WITH us on the project rather than FOR us.  While performing the impeccable work, he also talked us through everything so we were informed about what was being done. Strongly recommend to anyone needing plumbing work!  We will continue to use Blue Skies Atlanta for our future plumbing needs!

Gareth fixed a leaky shower faucet and replaced some bathtub stems for us. He was very nice, wore booties to not dirty our floors and an N95 mask. After he fixed the leaky faucet, the shower knob started squeaking whenever turned. Gareth gladly came back to fix the squeaky knob by replacing the new shower cartridge he had just installed the previous week with another one. That fixed the squeak.
