Our city requires the septic tank to be pumped every five years, so I called Easy Clean Septic.  The service was completed to my satisfaction.  Septic riser was also installed during this visit.  

Based on my experience, I would recommend Easy Clean Septic for septic tank service.  Thank you Ben.

The service was great fixed my problem quickly. I called him and explained my issue and he stated that he would be at my house to fix my problem within the hour. He arrived within the time frame he said he would and explained the best plan of action and did the work and then had me look at his work before closing up so that I was sure of the solution  . Great service

Disappointing Experience/Non-Experience.  Called, spoke with someone that said they'd be out the next day.  Rearranged my day to be home for the service.  No one called, no one showed!  On top of that, they are very hard to get a hold of. I tried calling back a few time, no one answered and no one called back.

I saw the reviews on Google and decided to give them a call. We needed a septic inspection for the house we just bought. We had no idea where our tank was. Will was very helpful and knowledgeable,educating me on how to get the information on how to locate my tank. Unfortunately the didn't have a record for our tank. He went over the prices and process of finding the tank for inspection very thoroughly. When they arrived It took Jeff two tries to find our tank with minimum disturbance to the yard. They did they job quickly and efficiently. Special Thank you to Jeff for being patient and answering all my questions! I definitely recommend them, and will be using them in the future!

Rob came out and replaced out water heater. He even called us to let us know he had earlier availability. He was reliable, trustworthy, and very helpful. He is now going to be our go to!! Great customer service. Thank you Rob!!

This is a great company. They are always professional, courteous, and trustworthy. We had an issue and not sure if he could help us, or if we needed to contact a septic tank contractor.  He said that he could come out and most likely clear out the clog,  and charge me for it, but that it may be better to go directly to the septic tank company and save money.
Chris and Austin are such great people. We are so lucky to have found them. They are the best.

BEWARE.  

They charged me $150 to give me a quote but won't credit all of the $150 unless I did everything on their quote which was greater than $5,000.  

Be wary of plumbers that charge you a fee to give you a quote.  I called Zurn to have them come out for a quote.  They said that they charge to come out and give quotes but that if you decide to use them, they will credit the quote fee against the work done.

So they sent Shawn over to my house to take a look.  All I really wanted was to get a garbage disposal installed and have them check on a leak in my crawlspace.  Shawn ends up quoting me 4 things to fix that will cost me over $5,000.  

When I called Zurn back and told them that I only wanted to do the garbage disposal, they said that they cannot give me $150 (that they had charged me for the quote) unless I did EVERYTHING that was on the quote.  ARE YOU SERIOUS?

They apologized for the miscommunication but they really should be apologizing for scamming me.  Furious, I found another plumber.

BTW, Zurn could only install a garbage disposal but cannot install new wiring.  I found a guy that could do both at a lower rate and didn't charge me to give me a quote.

I arrived home from vacation to a leaky toilet valve. Water was leaking from the upstairs bathroom through the ceiling of my main floor bathroom.  A-total Plumbing arrived the same day, and the repair costs were reasonable. Devoreaux was professional, courteous, and explained the needed repairs in layman's terms. I highly recommend Devoreaux and A-Total Plumbing. He was a lifesaver today!

When they advertise emergency services, they don't really offer emergency services. I have an emergency and they only offered to schedule an appointment after the long holiday weekend during regular business hours.

I sent a message for a quote to remove my garbage disposal. I immediately got a response from Lonnie, the owner of King24hrplumbing. He called, quoted me a price and was at my home within the hour!! He was fast, polite and extremely knowledgeable!!.. Great job!!..

It's nerve-racking to find a new plumber, electrician, auto repairman, etc., so I was anxious when I called Royal Flush last week. Well, I now have plumbers that I trust and who provide outstanding service! Ben and Chad were professional, knowledgeable, and competent. They had to leave to get special parts for my Kohler toilet, so the job took longer than they expected but the quoted price didn't change. You'll love talking to Vickie when you call the company, too. Royal Flush exceeded my expectations!

My neighbor told me that there was a coupon in our neighborhood shopper magazine for septic tank pumping for $188 from this company. I found the magazine and called and scheduled an appointment. The coupon did not contain any disclaimers nor was I given any over the phone when I scheduled. The young man came out and reviewed. He then wrote up an estimate. The estimate included additional charges for a larger tank, for excess sludge, for cleaning the filter, and finally a fuel fee. I spoke with a manager and was able to get a discount and I agreed to proceed with the work (because the tank was almost full), but just can't shake the feeling that it was bait and switch and I paid too much.  And they only gave me a container of Bio Clean for treating the tank.  He did not put any in the tank.  We had to flush what we had down and then buy more.  Lesson learned though.

Update since Delta responded:  The opportunity that I was given was to pay $135 just for them coming out.  And I was not informed of THAT fee until the person arrived.  At no point while I was scheduling the call was I told about any excess fees and I told them I had a coupon.  My heart told me to refuse the service and refuse to pay that $135, but since I knew the tank was full, the fear of it backing up into the house overrode that concern.  But I have cautioned my neighbors about using Delta.

Do not use this company.

We had what appeared to be a plug in our sewer line and our normal guy was unavailable so we called Morningside Plumbing.  They charged $190 for supposedly clearing the line with their rooter but were fairly adamant that we pay another $100 for them to send a camera down there to confirm the issue.  We already know that the sewer line from our house had roots growing into it (more on that later).  So we declined and the guy became pretty snippy and condescending afterward.

They supposedly clear the line but tell us they cannot guarantee it will stay clear for more than 24 hrs.  Turns out that's because they never did much to clear it.  The following morning, we again have a back-up.  We had a different company come out and after explaining the situation to them they were surprised the other company was not able to clear it completely.  They do their thing and clear one very large root ball and a huge amount of feminine products and wet wipes (from the previous owner).

So... a huge thumbs down for Morningside Plumbing. Stay away.
