My wife and I had my Grandson from Thanksgiving though MLK day.  While potty training one holiday weekend, my grandson flushed his diaper in the toilet.  Needless to say, not a good thing for the plumbing.  I called Inman and within 30 minutes was on my roof with the snake.  I really thought my holiday weekend was shot.  Fantastic customer service and results.

I recommend this company. Scheduling was easy. Nate came out and was fast and friendly and fair. Both my plumbing problems were fixed in a jiffy.

Very responsive and professional.  Took pride in the work done; water tank installation. Price was on the high end.

I can not say enough good things about this company!  I highly suggest them. They are come out with a moments notice and do what needs to be done at a reasonable cost. There is no job too little or too big for them. I appreciate them and will use them from now on!  Thank you.

Super helpful in getting enclosed water heater exposed so it could be replaced. I also needed a very hard to find water heater size and geometry, and after much searching, Jason found one. I was fixed up in no time and his follow up was great.

Very honest company.  I called about a water backing up in my condo.  They could have easily come out and charged me for their services and i would not have been the wiser ; they told me from what I was telling them they my association would be responsible.  I then called my association and they sent a plumber out and I was not charged.  Hard to find honest companies like this.  I highly recommend.  They normally charge $90 for first hour and can resolve most issues in under one hour.

UPDATE: I went back in for help with another project and was so glad I did. The woman was able to guide me through two projects and didn't even try to sell me anything. Once again, so helpful and knowledgeable.

I initially went to the big box store looking for a very specific sized adapter for my dishwasher. After searching all the aisles, I found an employee but he just kept running in the opposite direction. Zero customer service. When I finally got someone, I was bounced around from person to person and they ultimately referred me to Palmer's.

When I arrived here, the parking situation was confusing. I recommend going around to the back. Inside, there was already a line of people with questions but the owner took time to answer everyone. Such a great guy. Super, super knowledgeable and made me smile the whole time. The shop is tiny and every inch is filled but he knows exactly where everything is and just what tools can be used to makeshift fix everything. Plus, I spent so much less than I would have at the big store. SO glad I was told to come here!

This is the first time I used Believe Plumbing, but had such a GREAT EXPERIENCE they will be my go-to Plumbing co. moving forward if my home has a problem.  A guy named Junior came to my home this week and spotted a tricky leak in under my crawlspace to fix.  He did it in a timely manner and explained my option about what a full Re-pipe of my home would entail and approx. what it would cost.  I live in a home that was built in 1925 and old homes are generally difficult for plumbing, but not when you have a Plumber who knows what they're doing.  You have my repeat business and I've already started referring a neighbor. These guys really saved me from a lot of water damage. Old pipe broke in the ceiling and they fixed it. my son stepped on it. Minimal damage they were great.

Talked to Nick last week about a small job that was not urgent. He said Wed next week, 3rd call. He followed up, and arrived on time. He was very professional in the home and wore a mask throughout the visit. He has a nice interface for checkout on an I pad, and email you a receipt from the home. He had the tools to do the job, and a nice newer looking truck. Highly recommended. I already put his number in my phone for future needs. thanks Nick!

I am so happy to have called this place for a clogged drain. Not only did the technician (plumber) called Craig arrive at the exact appointment time (a real rarity in Florida), but he did a great job in repairing and unclogging what needed to be done. Since my house was built in 1981 it's surprising that I have not needed more replacements, but this time one of my sinks drain system was rusted out underneath and caused a problem. Craig got the required replacement, installed everything and I was extremely satisfied with his work ethic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

Let's begin with Tech Mr. Salvato. Very nice to work with, knowledgeable and accommodating.
A copper pipe had sprung a leak inside a wall in my garage. Mr. Salvato showed up on a Saturday and tried as much as he could but couldn't locate the leak's exact location, expected, I guess, because the leak was behind the wall.
So, he called for a leak specialist who couldn't make it until the next morning (Sunday.)
Now, let's examine the costs. I realize Mr. Salvato came out on a Saturday and I expected to pay a little more. He spent around an hour or more searching for the leak, which involved cutting two holes in
the soggy fiberboard and drilling out a section of concrete footing.

I mentioned I expected to pay more for a Saturday visit, but more than $400? Therein lies my problem -- the cost.
So, on Sunday the leak tech came out and found the leak in short order and replaced a 12-inch section of copper pipe. I am guessing he spent a short time searching for the leak and spent, I am guessing, 20 minutes on the repair. The cost $461.00.  Originally Mr. Salvato quoted me $400 plus and another $100 for Saturday's visit and the Sunday leak repair. I paid $521.88 on Saturday that included, he said, the additional $100 for the leak test on Sunday for the total of $521.88.
On Sunday, the priced changed. He told me the leak test and repair would be around $460 additional. I argued with him and told him we agreed Saturday the total would be $521.88. He said that was the best he could do. I said never mind I was going to get another opinion on the repair and after going back and forth arguing about the price, he dropped the price by $200. Why didn't he quote me that lower price originally? Bait and switch?
He asked me if I would like to have a restoration company estimate the cost of restoration, a company he works with. I said yes.
The restoration company came out Sunday to review the situation. The tech was very nice and said she would send me a quote by email Monday morning. I said fine, and that I was going to get one or two quotes. She said that was fine with her.
Mr. Salvato looked disturbed, shook my hand and left.
The restoration clerk said he was quite mad. I said I noticed that, too. She said he probably was upset because he wouldn't get credit for the referral of her company.
First, I always get more than one quote for any work I need. It is the proper thing to do.
Second, as a journalist we do not trust anyone, because we have been lied to so many times. There is an old saying among  journalists: If you mother tells you something is fine, check the facts.
Third, I do not like to be rushed into my decisions. He also suggested I should buy a water conditioning system that would solve the problem of gunk in the water lines and help prevent leaks. Cost, $4,800. When I reacted to the price, he said they could finance it for $30 a month.
That is one of the reasons I would not recommend this company.
Bottom line, I paid a total of $824.69, not including the restoration and replacement I have coming up next.
In my opinion, this plumbing company's prices are exorbitant. I don't mind paying my share but to quote a high price and then lower it because of pressure from a customer is dishonest.

I had the worst experience last month with this company, usually they're alright I don't know what happened. My toilet was clogged and they came to unclog it, and undid the toilet. I paid the men and the next day the bathtub was full of s#@t so I called the men back. One dude came, Ray, who tried the snake and when it didn't work he said the problem was underground and that it would cost me at least $1,000 to replace the tubes. He dug a great big hole, and pulled away the bricks that held up my mobile home, and said he'd be back. He never came back, no one would return my pleas for help. I finally got ahold of another plumber who fixed the problem in ten minutes, and said Ray had put the snake in the wrong direction. I had to hire another plumber to fix the toilet back down as it was falling over. I had to put the bricks back up and fill in the hole make by Don Charles plumbing, imagine letting a seventy-one year old woman do the job for these inefficient and unprofessional men. I tried getting my money back. Good luck. Beware!
