I am a realtor and have used Sewer Squad at least 4 times for sewer inspections. They were on on time and dependable.  The tech made sure not to make a mess.  I highly recommend their services!

We love our water softener! Showers are so much more pleasant using less soap, and reduced water spots are a plus. The dishwasher even cleans the dishes better. The installation was quick, and looks very professional. We won't ever have a house without a water softener again!!

His friendly and informative nature coupled with his superb skills and knowledge pulled off a makeover I doubted was possible. Brian ad all others participating arrived early, worked tirelessly and coordinate the many aspects informing me of their progress at every phase. The houses in my neighborhood have Polybutylene plumbing, which can rupture and cause a flood, or a small leak that can ruin you drywall. That's the case here. I met with Adam on Tuesday and his crew was here on Thursday. They were extremely courteous and friendly. They made minimal cuts in my walls to re -pipe my entire house.
     It was a loud, messy ordeal, but now, I have peace of mind about my plumbing.
It took almost 2 days to complete the work.  I'm happy I bit the bullet and had it done. Guardian set me at ease about the process.

Needed a cold water valve replaced for my new washing machine that was unable to be delivered because of the valve being rusted and corroded. They were able to come out the same day and heard all my concerns. They did exactly what I asked and were kind and courteous. They were very sweet towards my two year old son as well. Would definitely use again.

How fortunate we are to have had the opportunity to work with Matt. I researched on Yelp and called the most highly rated plumbing/tile contractors I could find. He was the only one available. Very hard to get people right now! He puts his heart and soul into the work. He has a boatload of experience in all aspects of renovation. Our shower is going to last at least 25 years, which is such a great feeling. And it looks terrific as well. Delighted!

We called them to diagnose our AC problem.

Tech came out and said we were low on Freon (410A), it was going to cost $600 to refill it.

I asked him where is it leaking from, he stated probably a very small leak in the evaporator coil, but also stated that he never charged it or added dye to check for a leak with a UV light.

He insisted on charging me $79 for this assesment and never offered to actually find the leak. He was more interested in getting the $600 Freon Recharge Fee.

I will NO longer be utilizing Whimpys for anything!!!

We had them out the very next week to offer us a brand new system replacement and they kept offering us knockoff systems for more money than original systems. Sad to say the least.

Owners/Mmgt, you need to spend a lot of money training your sales and service teams. You also need to compensate differently, based on your go to market strategy.

I had a water leak at 10:30 at night.  I called Paradise Bay and Joe called back a few minutes later.  He said he was finishing up a repair and would be over within the hour.  A hour later Joe came and determined the cause was a backup in the AC condensation drain shared by the other condos in the stack.  He was able to clear the drain.  Our hot water heater needed replacement so we came out a few days later to replace it and install a new shutoff valve.  The old one wasn't functional so water had to be turned off to the entire building.  We have a new hot water heater and a functional shut off valve and peace of mind.  I highly recommend Paradise Bay Plumbing.

I have used American Leak Detection on two occasions.  They are an EXCELLENT provider.  From appointment scheduling to arrive at your home  they are the best.  They provide specific times and a text tracking to inform you when their technician will arrive at your home.  Their senior technician Michael has been at my residence both service calls  and he is nothing short of OUTSTANDING!  Very customer focused and keeps the customer informed as to what he is doing to remedy your situation.  I have been extremely satisfied with their service.

Charged me $275 to try to unplug kitchen pipe.. couldn't unplug it. Recommended a camera And said that the office will contact me to set up a Camera appointment no one contacted me Dunedin plumbing came in the following week did the same service and unplugged the bathroom toilet area,problem fixed, no need for Camera customer service at Joe's family plumbing zero

Jeff did a massive connection of my house to the LPSS in our area. Excellent work, neatly done. Met all codes and completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

I had a leak in my bedroom wall. I called my repair guy for guidance.  Unfortunately, he had a health issue and was unable to assist me with this repair.  However, after assessing the problem he advised me to call a plumber and ask them to open the wall a few feet at a time. Sounded like a sensible direction.  I called Roman Plumbing as they were able to fit me in quite quickly.  The plumber (Caleb) was pleasant.  When he came, I reiterated my Handyman's advice.  He immediately dismissed it and jumped to the conclusion that my home's slab had a crack and water was coming up through the crack and we needed to get a sonar guy out first.  They would not perform any work until they had the sonar report.  He went on to tell me the sonar is usually $450 but he could get me a deal for $250. I again asked him if he could please open my wall a few feet at a time.  He said no.  After thinking it over that evening, I decided to call A-1 Southern Plumbing. When the plumber came out, I advised the route my handyman said to go.  Without any problem, the plumber opened the wall about 24 inches and guess what ? There was the leak !
Evidently, since I had the water spicket worked on a couple of months ago (directly opposite my bedroom wall on the front of the house), it caused a pipe to become separated in The wall. Had the drywall repaired and A-1 Southern billed me under $200 bucks for all the work they did.

I called Allen's Plumbing for a leaky faucet and s tankless water heater as the hot water especially in the shower does not heat up as it should.  Rose was cordial enough when scheduling the initial call.  I was told that they only had one person who worked on tankless water heaters which was understandable.  They rescheduled me twice due to an emergency call, again understandable.  I was called last minute as they had someone available to fix the leaky faucet but that they would need to reschedule the person to look at the tankless water heater.  They came out and replaced 2 outside faucets and accepted full payment (which is the most I have ever been billed for a plumbing service call)  and I waited to reschedule someone to come out for the tankless water heater.   I had to yet rearrange MY schedule to accommodate their schedule.  There was so much confusion on the water heater.  The guy came out and was the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever had experience with.  He came in with an attitude and literally walked out without looking at the water heater within 5 minutes of his arrival.  I was told that I would receive a call back after speaking with the owner with no call back.  It is ironic that their website says they are reliable and professional, they are the exact opposite.  My experience with this company was so horrendous that this is my first time writing a review like this.  Stay clear of this company. They do not honor their work or follow through.  I would rate them a ZERO if I had the opportunity.

Did a good job at fair price. Or so I thought. Problem was a blockage. The blockage recurred and when  I called for a follow up visit , CJ would not respond to my repeated calls or my texts. I got an uneasy feeling and started to wonder if he was even licensed to do business in Pinellas County. Is he bonded??  Insured?? Licensed?? Just wondering and still uneasy. But I did learn an important lesson: I will not have anyone do work for me unless I first am sure that they are LICENSED, INSURED and BONDED. Allowing someone to do work without the necessary credentials could result in problems much more serious that a blockage!!
Do not be afraid to ask a plumber, electrician, etc to show you that they have the necessary credentials to perform work!!!!

I had multiple projects that I did not have time to do, so I called Chris's b/c they have helped me snake out the drain a couple of times and did a good job. The tech, Greg, knocked out reseating a toilet, replaced a tub spout and replacing a fill valve in a toilet. Best of all, my disposal did not need replacing as the noise was just the blades touching rust and crud on the sides. I was this close to buying a new one and installing it myself. So glad I called the pros at Chris's Plumbing.
