My hot water wasn't working.  I leased my hot water heater less than a year ago so that was odd. So I called Pink Plumber and my call response was just as advertised when I made my purchase.

The technician who installed my unit, Zach, responded almost immediately

Zach helped me troubleshoot my issue over the phone which resolved the issue on a temporary basis and the hot water was flowing again...and then arrived in person to check out the unit himself within two hours . He had the issue completely resolved very quickly (the emergency water shut-off valve sensor just needed fresh batteries)

I highly recommend Pink Plumber based on this experience and my initial installation.  Be sure to ask for Zach - he's terrific!!

Wow, what a horrible set of recommendations for this business.  Personally, I was going to comment about their marketing.  They've donated $200,000 to breast cancer research. That's nice but why are you paying them for them to donate the money.  This means by default they are over charging you.  Use a business that charges a fair
Price and you make your own donation.

Called Pink Plumber on New Years Day as I had 3 clogged toilets and they arrived and only unclogged 1 and then attempted to get me to power clean out the whole house plumbing for $1800???? But could not guarantee that.  After I declined the $1800 charge, I was then charged $655.50 for unclogging one toilet... I had used them about 1 month prior and had already been in the hole by $2400.00 for installing 6 faucets and 10 valves.  Yes $ 2400.00.  We had a couple of estimates afterwards and wow I was taken advantage of especially the valves, as valves cost 2.59 each at home depot... I purchased all 6 faucets so they just had to install , yes taken advantage of again.   I love their pricing system (good, better , best) so you chose best thinking it will be the best repair!!!!  WRONGGGG it is a rip off... I called to request my money back atleast for the last service on New Year and the mgr refused.  I had a licensed plumber come out and he unclogged the 2 toilets in a matter of minutes and also unclog my shower (in which Pink Plumber told me that I had to demo my shower as the pipes were not properly fitted back and that is why there is a clog???)   WRONG again Pink Plumber the plumber who unclogged all told me all YOU had to do was screw off the drain cap and put your hand in and take out the glob of hair that was in the drain... But again Pink Plumber you told me $1800 to clean out the house pipes... WOW taking advantage of.  OH YES.....I will never use them and I have told many others not to use them.  So sad that they would take advantage of people or maybe females..... You are the highest priced plumbers around... Yet you drive around with pink vans and breast cancer bows.  Shame on you..

We could not have been more disappointed. The one thing they got right is that they showed up. They installed a new water heater. The cost was over $4,000 and worse, it did not work. They said that the unit (a brand name I never hear of) was wired wrong at the factory and they eventually returned to rewire after they called an electrician. When I asked for some price relief, they said go to the manufacturer. I said you just installed it. Why would I go to the manufacturer? It does not work--means no hot water.
The men who came out came out were prompt but it was a very aggravating  experience. My advice, do not listen their commercials on television. Call a service who stands by their product. A waste of money and time.

Called Pink Plumber today to fix a leak.  They were very responsive, arrived when they told me they would, and the service person, George, was extraordinarily good.  Quickly assessed the problem, suggested some alternatives, then re checked himself and came up with an even better solution.  I cannot say enough good things about him and the company he represents:  professional, reliable, customer service oriented, and fair.  Great job, George, and Pink Plumber!  Thank you!

This company doesn't even deserve a portion of a star. They are SALESMAN disguised as plumbers!
They work on commission!
They take advantage of people who have emergency plumbing situations.  The Attorney General in Georgia has already taken action against them.
They tried to charge me $5,200 to replace 25 ft of sewer line and a new toilet flange.
I got approved through their outside financing source and the pink plumber proceeded to remit for payment in full before any repair was done.
NEVER call this company.

Really bad company. Wanted to charge me $3,200 for a $1,200 job which didn't need to be done. Also wanted me to sign up for their $35 a month maintenance plan for 10 years. That's $4,200 over ten years.  I could have replaced my unit three times over and still had money in my pocket.

They were extremely aggressive in their conduct, telling me that my unit was going to leak all over the garage if I did not do these repairs.

Called another company and they did what I needed to do for $175 and everything worked great.

Please be very careful with this company. They will never darken my doorway again.

Not only did they way over charge me ($1,100.00) for my own faucet kit to be installed plus three new shut off valves ( sink and toilet),  the plumber dropped my bathroom sink and took an inch and a half chip out of the porcelain. The chip is right in front and very noticeable. I couldn't prove the plumber dropped it, and he didn't man up and admit it, so they wouldn't replace it. Also, while the plumber was there, he gave me quotes on some other work to be done. I got other quotes of course, and the Pink Plumber was the highest. Pass.
There are plenty of reputable plumbers out there. Take my advice and don't call them unless you don't care if you're taken advantage of.

On 9-9-2023, I called the Pink Plumber because my main drain line was clogged. A few hours later, this guy shows up in his pink truck. He comes into my home and proceeds to look over the situation. I had tried to snake it myself with no success. Silence, as he starts typing on his hand held tablet. Then out of the blue he says $820.00..Yes, $820.00..Of course being a little caught off guard, I said what in THE F--K did you just say. Then he begins to tell me if I remove the toilet myself that will save me $300.00. I actually started to laugh. He didn't think it was very funny. Then I said you got to be kidding me. Tech..with straight FACE said no..To make a long story short, I said please leave I will figure something out. I did..I rented a 75 foot snake from Home Depot for $55.00/Half Day..Then I bought a wax toilet ring for $7.00..Problem solved..Moral to the TRUE EXPERIENCE..These guys are SCAMMERS..STAY WAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUNCH..

My wife and I had a leaky faucet that was caused by an old Y valve that we had put on the faucet. We tried to replace the faucet ourselves, but the soft copper pipe would just not seat on the new fitting, so we decided to call a professional. It was toward the end of the day and we thought we might be able to get someone before the next day, so that we didn't have to go without water overnight. Shame on us that we didn't check reviews before we scheduled an appointment, but we had used the Pink Plumber in the past for a simple dishwasher/disposal issue and they seemed to be professional and reasonable. That was not the case this time.
We made an appointment for the next day during a 4 hour window and they showed up when they said they would. The plumber (Richard) was very professional, but after surveying the issue he presented me with an agreement to sign for over $500 to repair the faucet. The estimate was a fixed cost without any details of time or materials. He spent about 45 minutes on the job and then had to run to Home Depot because he had an issue with his torch tip. He returned an hour later and after 15 minutes was ready to test his work. It failed miserably and he immediately whipped out his iPad and said that this is going to cost more! I was patient while he made his selections and then came back with an estimate that was double what was originally quoted. I asked him to leave the property and asked him how he knew that he didn't create the leak, since he had not even explored where the leak was coming from. He did not leave and my wife took over and said that she just wanted her water back on.
He spent another 30 minutes, plus 30 minutes waiting for the glue to dry, and charged us $842 for the repair. To add insult to injury, I know have a 3' by 6 hole in the side of our house that I will need to hire a contractor to match the stucco.
After the dust settled and we talked to friends and other plumbing companies, we seemed to have a consensus that the average price for this type of job should have been $200-$300, but I would have been happy to pay $400-$500 to have this job done. Double that was just not reasonable!
As part of the deal, the company includes a $69 service contract that is good for %15 off any service or they will come through your house looking for something that needs to be done a year from now.
I contacted the Service Manager today and expressed my dissatisfaction with the price and asked them to remove the $69 service charge, but he refused to commit and seemed to have an excuse for everything.
If you are money-conscious, this is not the company for you. If you could care less how much anything costs, then I am sure that they would welcome your call.

So roots had invaded my the pipes leading from the house to the city line and yesterday, they finally closed off any further drainage!  Fun!!!  The best part of all this is that I called The Pink #Plumber.

I only have wonderful things to say about them.  The schedulers were understanding and thoughtful, they gave me a time frame and then followed up twice to make sure things were ok, and to let me know that the technician was still on schedule, and called an hour before his arrival to let me know.

The technician, Dave Long was amazing.  Very thorough, knowledgeable courteous, explanatory, and best of all - he fixed the problem.  I can't say enough about these guys (AND a portion of their profits go towards #BreastCancer Research!)

Thanks again guys!  Wonderful job.  thepinkplumber.com

This is a lengthy review, but I feel that it's best to identify all of the facts and let future readers make up their mind on whether utilizing this company.

We called Pink Plumber after having sewage back up into our tubs and the toilets wouldn't flush.  Their plumber came out right away and was able to identify the problem by snaking the sewer line.  He identified a crack in the sewer line which appeared to have been caused when the irrigation lines were laid.  He dug it up, and then quoted $1200 to fix!  During the visit, the plumber claimed that we needed a new water heater (which would cost $5k) and also recommended a water filtration system (also $5k).  Interestingly, the plumber also said that the pipe that cracked could be upgraded to a thicker pipe which would cost $5k to do the entire line.
My girlfriend was the only one home at the time and she agreed to get the portion of line that was broken fixed.  She gave a deposit of $300.
Once I found out about the quote, I contacted the company to cancel the order, as $1200 to repair 13 inches of piping is beyond ridiculous.  Ended up having to pay an extra $250 to cancel (as we had to pay for the snaking and the labor in digging up the pipe (which was buried about 10 inches deep).
Got another plumber in to fix the piping (which took 30 minutes).  At this point, he confirmed that the piping that was used was sufficient for sewer lines, so I'm not sure why Pink Plumber suggested replacing the entire line for $5k.
Even after paying the new plumber, our total cost was still over 30% cheaper than their quote.  The replacement plumber couldn't believe the quote - he said even $600-$800 would have been high but somewhat reasonable for a day's work.
I have no issue with Pink Plumber's work and expertise as I'm sure they do a reasonable job.  They came out quickly and when they said they would.  The plumber was friendly and appeared knowledgeable.  The upselling and upcharges did leave a bad taste in my mouth, though.  I would strongly recommend utilizing a small, local plumber with low overhead.  I'm sure that Pink Plumber's overhead is high, which is why they need to constantly try and upsell additional unrequired products and repairs.  Remember that the person paying for those shiny pink trucks and tv advertising is you!

i will never recommend pink plumber. their pricing is way over priced.  i had them come out and repair a copper water line which my husband found and showed them exactly where it was and they charged us $558 to repair and would not take payments.
i called and got other estimates from reliable plumbing companies and they quoted me $175 -$300.  boy was i ever taken.

$59 service fee just to come out.  Then proceed to quote me upward of $400 to replace a part.... I knew right then I was being taken advantage of.  The visit ended with me paying the service fee and the tech giving me the part.  The entire experience what absolutely ridiculous.   So annoying.

I WILL NEVER USE THE Pink Plumber again!!!!.  They are the highest priced plumbers around.  They charge 2X, 3X, 4X more than other reputable plumbers.  Please think before you call them.  They won't quote rates over the phone because they know that you will laugh at them and hang up if they told you how much a plumbing job would cost.

They charged me $305 for installation only to install a garbage disposal that I bought at Lowes.  I bought the garbage disposal at Lowes for $118.  Our service tech said if I bought the comparable disposal from The Pink Plumber that they would have charged me more than $600!  So, if I bought the same garbage disposal and had the Pink Plumber install it, the total cost would have been around $900!!!  WTF?  Also, they gave me a window of 10-2 for the tech to be at my house and he showed up at 3:30.

We also needed the kitchen pipe to be snaked.  The Pink Plumber quoted me $426 for a job that the technician told me was a very simple job.  We hired another plumber to snake the kitchen pipes and was only charged $150.

Beware!  If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

I called the pink plumber for a friend of mine who has a condo in Clearwater, The toilet was having trouble flushing. The Pink Plumber told us the toilet bowl was calcified and she would have to get a new toilet. but no problem he could replace it for $2,000  yes you heard right 2 K!   I guess he thought my friend was up north and he could rip her off royally!   I called my brother who lives in NJ and is a plumber and asked him if this was even possible in a building that was less than 10 years old, basically he just laughed. The toilet needed the inside mechanics replaced in the tank and everything works great , less than $100 from an honest plumber. What a bunch of rip off artist!  I guess if your a woman you better not call these guys.

The Pink Plumber company is a total rip off.  I called them on 12-30-2018 because I had a clog. They charged me $750.00, never solved the problem. My system backed up again the next day, they came back and wanted to charge me again!! I told them they never fixed the problem to begin with. After the second time they were here they still did not solve my problem. I ended up calling another plumber and he had the problem taken care of in 20 minutes and only charged me $225.00.
I will NEVER us The Pink Plumber ever again and I will warn others to stay far away from them too.

Although the person who came did a good job, the company is a rip off and I would not recommend them to anyone.  No estimate given over the phone and the person who came out said it would take 2-3 hours to do the job.  Flat rate on two items, both of which were very expensive. I foolishly agreed.  He ended up being there for 45 minutes from the time he arrived to the time I was called that he was done and the charge was $600. Outrageous. I attempted 3 times to call the service manager to discuss the charge before I paid, and nobody would call back.  I told the person who did the job that it was a ridiculous price, $600 for less than an hour of work.  He said if you don't pay me, I'll call the police.  Stay as far away from this company as you can.  The people seem nice, but the company's operating basis with customers stinks and their charges are outrageous.  I highly recommend to not use them under any circumstance.

We used  The Pink plumber on February 24 to
Inspect our home for a home we purchased March 9 2016.
We were aware that there was a plumbing issue and the owner of the home was also aware of it and willing to fix whatever repair was necessary to close on the home.  We called Pink Plumber and they sent out their service person who indicated our bathroom main line was clogged. He charged us $411 and said the problem was fixed. At this point the owner was willing to pay for any repairs that needed to be done and she did.

3/30/2016

We have had the same overflow and flooding in our bathroom and called them back and they had a new plumber evaluate the same problem and tell us that it was going to be $2144 to repair this! He indicated this was a much more complicated service that need to be done and should have been done on the initial service.

We have the two invoices that indicates the same problem only it was too late as we had already closed on the home two weeks ago ! If we had had a more competent plumber we would not be stuck with having the additional expense to fix the plumbing in the bathroom as the owner would've gladly paid for any repairs weeks ago.

We contacted the regional manager manager Who insulted us by taking his price down to $1500.

I have two invoices for the same problem that was clearly not taking care of the first time. This is like putting salt in a wound.

Do not use them there are too many other qualified plumbers out there who stand by their service and their work.

We are insulted by the way they do business. DO Not USE THEM !!

It is likely they will charge you so they can come back and charge you again! This has been our experience.

Buying a home is challenging enough without having one of the professionals you hire to represent your investment  not make the appropriate repair only to come back and tell you after the fact that they did not fix it correctly the first time! After spending a substantial amount of money on purchasing the home based on his recommendation that the plumbing issue
Was resolved! To charge you again!!

I would give them less then one star if it was possible. Again DO NOT use this company THE PINK PLUMBER does NOT stand behind their work.

I will continue to post to all websites and possibly communicate this to one of the local TV stations so this is does not happen to anybody else.

In response to The Pink Plumbers response to my low rating, I called the Pink Plumber to discuss my posting.  Although I called prior to posting, the vendor response was to call.  There message says 24/7 but I had to leave a voicemail with their service.  I was told I would be contacted the next day.  4 days later and I have had a return call
This is confirmation that the attempt to resolve my complaint was not genuine.

Stay away from The Pink Plumber - DO NOT USE

Called to have an outdoor sink and natural gas grill hooked up as the connections were roughed in by the builder.  I was floored by a $1350.00 quote.  We said no way and they came back with $1,050.00, double of what it should be.  We again declined and the plumber charged us a $59.00 service charge.  We were charged $59.00 so The Pink Plumber could earn our business with a completely gouge quote.  Please do not get caught in this scam trap.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

I made the mistake of believing all the marketing and advertising ... the first flag was the mandatory $60 fee just to have them come over an quote on a job.  To be clear, my job was simple - replace the shower trim in our guest bath.  The tech initially quoted $850!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  When I told him that was absurd he asked what are you willing to pay .... What??? Is this is market where we bargain?  I told him a couple hundred bucks at the most.  He called his boss and came back and lowered the price to $550.  So, just by questioning their outrageous quote they reduced the cost by almost 40%?????  That's a HUGE pink flag.  I told the tech I really have a hard time with their business model - come out and hope someone is dumb enough to pay their initial quotes and lower the price when the quote is questioned.  That's a shady business model.  I paid the $60 fee but I'm going after them for a refund.  They should be able to give a reasonable estimate for a job like this over the phone but they don't operate that way because they have too many people paying their inflated fees.  I guess you have to pay for the pink Mercedes work trucks somehow.  Ridiculous.

Total crock.  Never doing business with them again.

I don't know what changed there, but I am dropping them as my plumbers and dropping their rating from 5 to 2... I was sold a hot water heater by them for a very large dollar amount in June of 2017.  I did not pick the brand they chose to carry. Everything was fine until 2 days ago.  Water heater quit producing hot water.  Called pink plumber to come out and take a look.  Element is bad.  Ok, no problem, it is under a six year warranty.  Called the manufacture and confirmed.  Told the plumber that came out the same.  He said, well you can have the manufacture send you out a new element or I can replace for $350.  What?  You sold me this water heater?  Called the manufacture again and asked how the repair was to be done, they said the plumber just needed to replace and could pick up the part at their regional office, they do not ship parts to homeowners.  I told the plumber the same, he made a bunch of excuses about there not being a office nearby, etc... but he could still fix it for $350.  This is a product you sold me, under warranty.  Why would you carry and sell a product that you don't stand behind??? The element is between $9.50 - $15 each depending on where you go and the quality.  You get a very lucky 2 stars because at least he was nice when he tried to rip me off more than I feel I already have been...  I also found it odd that they have 4.6 stars on google, but only 2 here... how?

Watch out for this company.  They  prepared to charge me $59 just to come look until I challenged it and then they almost immediately agreed to wave the fee.  Then they came and gave me an estimate of $650 to replace three outdoor spigots. I said no thanks and called the company to complain about the pricing.  They dropped the price $300, saying it was a mistake.  No thanks!

after our 2-6 thursday cancelled, told first appt sat 8-noon. 9:45 called no comments on first call , advised first avail would be sent, 11:45 called and told they were running late and were still on the schedule. 12:45 they called and Pedro was on the way, 2 pm pedro arrived. Very Impressed with him. watched him work and impressed with work ethic and performance. Casual chat about family and his becoming a citizen, very good worker. As others have posted the rates are high, as much as I am dissapointed in the company and the supervisors who are supose to contact you when you ask them to ( as of 5:30 pm no call from supervisor requests at 9:45 and 11:45 and 1:30 ) but to meet this tech and watch him work almost made up for the short falls of the company schedulers and managers. If you want service here and dont mind the higher prices, call and ask for Pedro to do the work. You will be happy with his work.  Thank you Pedro. Great job. Pink plumber corporate, not so much.

Asked if they could do a PSI video inspection and submit to the county, so I would receive the rebate the county is offering now.  After assuring me they could the plumber arrived (very nice professional guy) and didn't know anything about the rebate or what the county wanted, and didn't think they could send the video to the county.  In the meantime the office called midway in the 4 hour window to say they were running late.  30 minutes later they called to say he'd be there within the hour - lucky I rushed home as he pulled in about 15 minutes later.  The office is a mess to deal with.

I appreciated that they could get someone out as quickly as they did. But for $59 trip charge, I would have expected a little more. I was trying to get my new dishwasher installed (by another company) and problems came up with my house. So the hot water was disconnected (by another trade) and when the plumber Chris arrived, he said he couldn't do anything about fixing the leak. He also didn't know if he had a cap with him, to cap off the hot water line. This was 11-6-20. Today is 11-21-20. and I haven't had hot water in the kitchen  for over two weeks. In addition, when the plumber was out here, he said he could connect my dishwasher.. It would cost $512.00. SERIOUSLY? For a water line and a 'waste' line? The whole dishwasher cost that amount. I called the office yesterday to ask if there was any way this pipe could be capped off so I can have hot water. The woman hung up on me, after I said, Your plumber was here and said he would look for a cap in his truck, but then he never did. I wouldn't waste my time with this company. They seem very pleased with themselves. An arrogant, as plumbers sometimes are.  Think Moonstruck (the movie). No Wonder plumbers are so wealthy.

I had them called to fix a small leak just after the water meter outside. The tech was very dishonest , first he told me a valve needs to be replaced and that would cause more money.
It seems that he did not replace any valve and did a small C joint which took around 30 minutes. However they charged 350$ for a very small job. I would have gladly paid up to $250 as it was Saturday and he had to drive for 30 minutes but 350$ is just too much for a job that took only 30 minutes max.
I would never give them call again and would advise for you to stay away from these thugs.

Techs Mike and Rob arrived at my house on Wednesday morning. I'd used the Pink Plumbers in the past, and had a bad experience, but given their commitment to fighting breast cancer, I decided to give them another chance. Last time, the tech took care of a broken pipe, and left to get a part to finish the job. He never returned. When I called to make the appointment for today's job, (yesterday), the scheduler couldn't access my record because she said they computerized and my record was no longer available so she couldn't tell what happened.

I showed Mike, the senior tech, what needed to be fixed. I decided not to go forward with everything due to budget restraints, but did proceed with immediate needs. He did call his office to verify the past problem and this time there was no issue confirming the past appointment and problem. I was told that tech was no longer with the company. We chatted about the fact that there are bad apples everywhere. Mike said they wanted to make me happy, in part, to make up for the bad experience.

We proceeded with the work in the garage, and I paid the bill. When reading the invoice on my computer, I noticed something I found unsettling. The fine print said  No warranty on pipe repair due to age and condition of the existing pipe.  That was exactly the work they had just done. They repaired old pipes due to old age and poor condition. Mike and Rob were still sitting in their truck in the driveway, so I asked them about it. I was assured that sentence referred to the portion of pipe that they did not work on. I still had an uncomfortable feeling in my stomach.

There was also a clause on their tablet included on the signature page that I found disturbing. I had to sign that I was happy with the job they'd done.  Aesthetically, the work looked very nice, but this is a plumbing job.  I did not have a chance to run a load of laundry before they left, and there was no water gushing from the pipe. Then again, there was no water gushing from the pipe when they got here.  This was preventative maintenance.  I imagine I will not know, for a while, if their work withstands the test of time, so why include a clause like that regarding pipe work?  It makes absolutely zero sense.  These two issues are not issues for Mike and Rob to address. These are issues for the Pink Plumber administrators. I was told that they read all reviews at company meetings, so I'm hoping what I'm writing is actually read. I tried going to the actual website provided after the invoice page, and I hit a random number for the first question, in hopes of going through all of the questions before answering any of them, and program cut me off.

In summary, once the estimate issues / uncomfortable negotiations were settled, Mike and Rob were friendly, and had no problem showing me what they were doing. I appreciate being educated when having things in my home fixed. They take pride in their work, and repeated that I was in good hands,  unlike my first experience with the company. Hopefully the repairs done will withstand the test of time and I was indeed, in good hands. I will update this feedback, as necessary.  Thank you, Mike and Rob.

Addendum:  **Being added at 3:19pm, same day as service.   I have discussed this situation thoroughly with others, and have come to the conclusion that I have been overcharged.  I ended up paying $400 for less than 30 minutes of actual work. The original estimate was $1600, and I was shocked by it. A lot of time was spent going back and forth with phone calls, both to the plumbing office, and to my boyfriend.  I should having just paid for the service call.

I think readers need to draw their own conclusions after reading all of the other feedback from other writers.  I am embarrassed to even acknowledge this experience. When the price went from $1600 to $400, I should have gone with the negative gut reactions I was having from the beginning. My records weren't in the computer, and then they were. Prices went down as my facial expressions registered shock, etc. A prior bad experience, etc.  I made the mistake of not checking Yelp before I called for an appointment.

Please check around for estimates and learn as much as you can before you are faced with an emergency. Education is a powerful tool. Thank you, Yelp.

Big Mistake... I called for a plugged sewer line between the front of our garage and the street.
They said that they could not provide an estimate, only the service technician could after he completed an inspection. I asked if they had any minimum charge and was told no. Then they said help would arrive in 3 hours. 3 hours later I called and was told they were running late and would be 2 more hours. Then after 2 hours they called to inform me that only the next day !!!
After reading the other reviews I strongly suggest you stay away from them...

I waited 3 hrs and no one showed up. I called to reschedule and when I requested an apology, I was laughed at. The lady even had the audacity to tell me someone would call an hr. ahead of time with the next appt.  Seriously? What makes the first appt. not qualify for a phone call but the second one DOES?   I wonder why these people think my life is so unimportant that I have nothing better to do with my time but sit around and wait on them?

Stay tuned for the new appt. tom.

Run for the hills and do not use this pink rip off service. Go to a licensed 'by the hour' certified and bonded plumber, you will be thankful. Pink rip off charges by the job and not by the hour, and they also charge you for looking at the problem, even if they do not perform the work. I kinda get that, but was quoted $738 for very minor work which would have taken them less than an hour to perform, and by a tech and not a real plumber. I paid the stupid 'we looked fee' to a very indiginant tech ($60 dollars for a 10 minute review) and hired a real plumber, by the hour, and was charged a total of $242 for the same work. Are you kidding me? Slick marketing with supportive pink ribbon logo, but don't be fooled, this sheep is a wolf. They are only supporting their pocket book with three (3) times or a 300% mark up to normal cost. Do your due diligence and find and honest plumber 'by the hour'.

I called the Pink Plumber thinking it would help the fight on cancer. I asked on the phone if they could give me an estimate to unclog our kitchen sink. I was told they could't even guess. When the plumber came out, he found the clog, and informed me it would cost $485.00. If I refused service, I still had to pay him $65.00 for coming out. I needed the clog fixed, so I paid their unbelievably high fees. I'll never call them again. Giant rip-off. I had a clog fixed since then for $90.00. Avoid this company at all cost.

Quality of plumbing work is far BELOW acceptable, very expensive costs and a health hazard.

October 2018, I called the Pink Plumber toll free number, which is answered in Atlanta, GA.  I called from my residential home in Tampa Florida; I called with an urgent service request.

My residential home is a designated NON Smoking Residence.  The plumbing service technician arrived the day after I called.  The technician had an extreme stench of fumigant smell on himself and his clothing:  either fruit herbal scented vaping smoke or shisha smoke.  The fruit herbal fumigant stench was pervasive throughout my entire home during the entire time the technician was here. The technician spent approximately 10 hours in my residential home and the quality of the work was poor and expensive.  Several basic plumbing repairs were needed. Within 10 days after the repair, 2 of the repaired items began to leak water.  The invoice I was provided was from www.ThePink Plumber.com and I was charged more than $2500 for the work, which was invoiced to my credit card as Aames Plumbing.

In addition to poor quality plumbing repair, the fumigant stench remained in my home in spite of my attempts to open windows and air out the home.  Finally, about 3 days AFTER the plumbing technician left, I was able to eradicate the fumigant smoke stench from my home, and unfortunately a family member became ill also in this timeframe.  I concluded that the sudden illness of the family member was likely caused by the fumigant stench and associated toxins from the plumbing service technician.

It seems unusual that The Pink Plumber, a company who states that they donate money to Breast Cancer research, would irresponsibly conduct business in this manner.

I can not give this business even one star because of their business practices.  I rent my home and had a toilet that would not stop running.  I called this business and Blaine showed up to assess the situation.  Blaine began checking the plumbing and plays around with the  toilet , only to discover that the flapper was not sealing.  After this diagnosis, Blaine states that due to the age of the townhouse, which was built in 2006, he felt that a completely new toilet was in order for both upstairs  bathrooms.  Blaine then goes outside to write up an estimate for all this work that he feels needs to be done.  The estimate came back at 1997.00's....yes that's right.  I thought I misread the decimal point.  The other options were to replace some of the parts for 995.00s or just try to fix the existing problem equipment for 597.00.  I saved these estimates to present to all the consumer companies that I have contacted about this business.  They use the catch that they donate part of their proceeds to  breast cancer, but it doesn't excuse these outrageous estimates and fees.

They do show up on time, which is why they got 2 stars, the rates are god awful.  Paid over $500 for less than an hour of labor and a $2 part!!  Was told I signed off on the work, which was true.  Learned my lesson with these guys - don't use unless your desperate and have unlimited resources.

Prices are never what is quoted. I have used them twice and both times I have paid more than was quoted, but I wasn't in the position of power at the time, so paid it. First time I clearly told them I needed a propane water heater when it was $699 for a heater and the girls in Atlanta (their home office) said that it didn't matter whether it was gas or electric. After the tech showed up, he seemed surprised that it was propane, then claimed it would be $900 to replace. After I told him I was quoted the same $699 that everyone else was, he makes the call to his manager to see what can be done.  That one ended up being $820 or so.

The last time I used them (and last time I will), I had a potential issue with that same heater. I was told that there wouldn't be a service call charge since it was a warranty issue, yet lo and behold, when the tech got to my house to check it, said his manager hadn't heard anything about the waived trip charge. Whatever.

Let me start by saying that this company deserves ZERO stars. I didn't even hire this company in the first place-- our neighbor did. We came home to a massive, puke-like spill in our parking spot. Being absolutely disgusted, we decided to check our Ring camera to see what happened. Lo and behold the Pink Plumber van, clear as day, and the tech dumping a mysterious, orange-brown, clumpy liquid in front of our property and onto our parking spot. We gave them a call to have them clean it up since we have no idea what this could be and we did not want it to fester. However, we got a call back saying that they can send the tech come out on Monday (it was a Saturday when this incident happened) and that it's safe to clean up ourselves when it's just sediment from a water heater. A tech never came back out. This is in no way to treat someone's property when we didn't have anything serviced. It looks and smells atrocious and NONE of it was of our doing. For a company that advertises their brand as professional and cleans up after themselves, this was not it. They're full of the same stuff they dumped on our parking spot.

Unfortunately we recently had another leak from a pipe in the slab of our foundation. We now have a new insurance company, but we KNEW we would still call The Pink Plumber! This time we had the privilege of working with Daniel! He was very honest, quick, and had great follow-up! He also went above and beyond not once but TWICE! Once, the insurance company needed the invoice further broken down (so even though it was almost a month later), he took time to breakdown the invoice further but then also called our desk adjuster to explain the invoice to her when she was still confused! Daniel and the Pink Plumber team are amazing and I highly recommend them!

I see that there are a lot of bad reviews out there for this company. All I can say is I called them on a Friday morning, and they were able to send someone out to me between 10:00am- 2:00pm.  Fernando, got to my house within the time frame, came in asked what I needed done, and he gave me a cost estimate up front.  I did choose to add their yearly membership onto my bill, which will give me discounts on any other services through out the year.  I have dealt with a lot of different plumbers over the years, and I found the price that Fernando quoted was within reason. It only took him 15 minutes to complete the job, so he was quick, clean and knowledgeable.  I would totally recommend them.

Way, way, WAY overpriced. I called on a Saturday for a rush job for a tenant apartment and the estimate  I got was so ridiculous my tenant agreed to wait till I could come by. They wanted over $2500 to fix a disconnected kitchen sink pipe and leaking shower faucet. I did the work the next day for $30 in parts. Very nice people on the phone and professional response and emails but you better get two quotes if you are considering them!

Night before Thanksgiving we have a slow toilet. Make the call to fix before T-giving. Guy shows up and blows up toilet. Literally, porcelain blow out all over bathroom. Puts in a used replacement for the weekend and says call Monday and we'll fix this. We scheduled an appointment to replace the stand-in toilet for today Wednesday 12-4. Surprise surprise, a no show and no call, no nothing until we call them. We call and they are defensive, pushy and rude. Say it'll be Friday before they can find the time to replace a toilet they destroyed.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! They take your money and destroy your property. Then they ignore you and move on to the next sucker.

I get it, no one works for free. Of course there is a but after that statement. When I called 727-315-1086 for a service quote I was told there is charge of $45 to even speak about the product I want installed. That's no bueno, just because I don't want the standard run of the mill hot water tank that you will bring to my door doesn't mean I should have to set up a time for your rep to come to my home and pay a service fee to speak with her/him about the tankless product I want installed. Being that it's 2016 my expectations of a well known local plumbers lack of encouraging and educating potential clients of their hot water options rather than pushing old not economical equipment leaves me astonished. And the best part of the phone call was she hung up on me. Lol you won't be serving my home, nope not today!

Unfortunately had a plumbing problem back in May but lucky for me had the opportunity to use the pink plumber to solve the problem. I had a big mess on my hands with water overflowing from the washing machine and backing up into the kitchen sink. The stoppage could not be resolved as initially planned. They had to break though the slab in my bedroom of all places to fix the problem. This repair took up the entire weekend. Matt & Sean we're wonderful, professional & explained every step of the process. There were no surprises. Since making the repair everything has been working well. I highly recommend. Considering the amount of time, effort & difficulty of the project they were very reasonable.

I have never written a negative review but I feel like people should know to NOT use The Pink Plumber based on my experience! I had a technician come out yesterday to fix a blockage in my main line. He wanted $560 to go through the clean out and even more to go through the roof vent or remove the toilet to fix. He agreed to go through the clean out for $359. He was not able to fix the problem so I agreed to pay $514 for him to go through the roof vent. He said this was more expensive because their company uses a camera to make sure they fix the problem and that it would be covered under their warranty. Well.....less than 24 hours later and the problem is not fixed and now they said it's not covered under any warranty and I would have to pay an additional cost for someone to come out.

$300.00 to replace a toilet water shut off valve? Took less than 1/2 to replace! When they emailed the receipt there was no breakdown of costs, labor/parts, only total. There was a leak and I couldn't flush the toilet so I had no choice but to pay this outrageous cost! Then the plumber tried to sell me a 10 year plan for my water heater and didn't even know how much a month. Said My $300 job would be done for free if I took the plan.  My water heater is 6 years old so I didn't even need a plan like this. Total rip-off!!!! I should have read other reviews first...lesson learned!

This is the worst company I have ever seen.   I had a leak under the sink.   They replaced the pipe and then the faucet stopped working.  At the same rime, my toilet was leaking and they supposedly fixed that.  One week later. After replacing the faucet, toilet and new shower head.   All three were leaking again!  I believe this company has technicians who are inexperienced in the work and are purposefully ripping off anyone who is not savvy with plumbing.   Don't let the pink name fool you into thinking they care about women.   I never make yelp reviews.   I am also going to make a complaint with the Better Busy Bureau.   RUN!

If you want the highest priced service in town then choose the Pink Plumber!

I had a simple drain clog with my drain tap being three feet from the house.,...easy stuff.

Strike one: The representative called at the end of the four hour window and said they were running a little late...three hours later the guy shows up...a total of seven hours when I made the appointment the day before

Strike two: The plumber (a nice guy) comes in and starts giving me the we are flat rate and we use a camera to check out your pipes...and i told him its a simple clog just simply run a snake thru the drain tap...10 minutes tops!

Strike three: pulling out a tablet shows me a $415 trumped up charge to simply clear a drain!!!
yes.....$415 which is why they wont tell you what there flat rate is when you call.

I basically was going to kick the guy out when he said well wait..what about $250 ? really...you went from $415 to $250..most company will come out for $150.

So I let him do it....literally 10 minutes from the time he got the snake out of the van walked around back and unscrew my tap...

STAY AWAY...

Horrible Company!!! On 13 April, I called The Pink Plumber to have my water softener replaced.  I paid $4,200 for this new water system which resulted not to be a water softener.  I called them on 16 April 2021 so they could take their system back and the technician just kept complaining about falling into a manhole and for me to please wait and talk to the manager first.  The next day I called them for them to send another technician and he said he would rather not touch the unit because he wasn't the one who installed it.  Two days later the manager (Blaine) still hadn't contacted me because apparently he had just received his Covid shot. So when he finally contacts me on Monday 19 April, he says he is sorry he can't do anything for me because the 3-day return period had already passed.  In addition, the technician who installed the unit welded the pipes for this water system while on my driveway, and left melted aluminum on my driveway pavers which I had just sanded and sealed.  It cost me $600 to clean this mess.  Blaine (the manager) refuses to take the system back and says his guy did tell me it was not a water softener.  Needless to say, I disputed the charge and received my money back but Blaine is still trying to fight the charge with my credit card company.  All this while the unit is still sitting disconnected from my house in my garage. He called my wife this past Monday to tell her you all might win this one but I'm not going down without a fight!!!

I will never use them again. They quoted $500 for mainline water break & said they would have to go into the wall they did not go into the wall. Only filed a slightly smaller hole, cut pvc and glued new pieces on. If I had know that was all that was needed I would've bought the $20 parts myself. In his words it was a 30 minute repair. It was not a break between the meter & house & they did not open up wall or replace parts in wall. Will never never recommend!!!

We got fantastic service from the Pink Plumber.  The guy they sent, Chip, showed me exactly how he could tell that our hot water heater was shot, and also checked out a few other things around the house free of charge.  He gave us a good explanation of whether we should get a tankless vs. conventional heater to replace our broken one.  He installed the new heater first thing the next morning at a good price (flat fee) even though it involved more labor than he'd expected due to the weird configuration of our pipes.  Also, someone called me from the office to make sure the schedule worked for us and that we were happy with the service we'd received.  Thanks guys, will call again!

Stay away from this plumber! Call ANYONE else! Very unscrupulous. We had a malfunctioning disposal and called for help. Yes, they were available for same day service which was nice. But they completely took advantage of the situation where one of my assistants had to make a judgement call. They seemed to have a very hard time evaluating the problem and then, finally,  insisted on an astronomical service fee. Given little choice, we were sold a disposal at a 500% mark-up. Please don't make the same mistake we did. Stay away!

One horrible experience! These people used our personal belongings to clean themselves up. They used my dogs water bowl to allow water from the toilet to drain. They did not put enough glue on one of the pipes in the wall, as soon as the water was turned on the pipe popped off and started spraying all over one of the bedrooms. They said it was cleaned truth be told they used my now mildewed clothing and allowed some of my valubles to be damaged. They left tools laying around. They left behind their sweaty shirt mixed in with our clothing and left in the garage. We informed them we have a 2 year old child and could not shower due to the condition they left my home in (youd think they would gave came out) but no they took their time. This was the most unprofessional company! We had them back out to our home at least 6 times fixing things they messed up on (leaks mainly) i would not recommend this company to anyone they are overpriced and do the worse job possible.

I had no choice, but to call these scum bags to come and estimate an emergency job on a saturday afternoon. The price they quoted was SO RIDICULOUS that I laughed at the tech to his face!!!
DO NOT CALL THEM OR YOU WILL BE PAYING THE SERVICE FEE AND GET AN INSULT AFTER SEEING THEIR ESTIMATE. May be that's their MO - just go out, ring the door bell, take a look at the job, pull out a number out of the blue and charge you a service fee, knowing that you won't agree to that.

Scheduled for yesterday 4-8, no one came out. Had to leave work early so someone could come out today.  He did arrive on time today. Poor explanation of what the total cost would be until so far in that he said the cost was same even if work was stopped- so obviously had him finish.  Charged $680 for only Snaked drains, and he fixed one sink connection, that's it. And bathtub isn't even draining right. $680!!!!!  Insane! Not even 2 hours of work and he tried to tell us he was giving us a deal!

Called the Pink Plumber for a toilet problem and I'm very happy with the service.  Felix tried to fix the issue but had to replace the whole toilet.  I was kind of expecting it and he did a great job getting me the best deal he could.  If you look at reviews for all legitimate plumbers you see that people bash them all about the cost.  Face it, plumbing and electrical work is expensive.  Most of the big reputable companies are similar cost wise. Felix was here most of the day and did great work and left my bathroom as clean as it was when he arrived. I would call them again.

I called and asked how much a new gas water heater would cost.  The woman said it was $899 if it were a normal install.  She said they would send a tech out and give us an estimate.  He came that same day and gave us 3 different options - one was a tankless heater for $5100, one was for a water heater and installation for $1700 and the third was labor only for $976.  I asked him what happened to the $899 price and he said that gas heaters were really expensive and that the $899 was for electric.  He could tell that we were not going to use his services so he called his 'boss', who informed him that because I was told $899 they would honor that.  Classic bait and switch.  We went with another company that charged $850 and he gave us a form for a rebate from the gas company for $350.  Pink Plumber never mentioned the rebate - I'm sure they would have kept it and made an additional $350.  I will NEVER do business with this shady outfit!  Incidentally, the tankless version (same brand) at $5100 would have cost $2100 from the company that I used.

Made appt. for entire house repipe.  Also, had 3 other companies come out for quotes. I felt comfortable with Pink Plumber and they were middle price range.  Company came out on appt and job on time, at first.  The remaining 5 days they we late, and by late, it was usually 2-3 hours.    Appeared that they were being rushed each day to get the house finished and move on to another job, when they needed to be focused on one job at a time.   Job was left dirty. Quality of work was marginal at best.

DISAPPOINTED in the entire job and experience.

Bathroom sink was chipped in two places. They  wanted me to replace it and wait for them to reimburse me.   I didn't, because I felt I'd never see the money.

Be certain to do all research.  I thought I did, but in the end wish I did more.

Josh is such an awesome plumber. He totally saved my life when I was about to drown in my kitchen hanging on to nothing but pots and pans for dear life. He came in like a masked hero flying through the sky on a rainbow color cloud riding a fire breathing winged dragon. He battled the overflowing demon washing machine that spewed uncontrollable water with his master plumbing skills. He helped clean up the disaster as if he was a magic wizard who cast a restoration spell. Although the evil washing machine destroyed my kitchen and living room, he made it manageable for me to remain in my home and still be able to continue to use my kitchen until things can get restored. He is a knight who carries a golden wrench who can fix anything. Plus he's super sweet.

Thank you for services Josh, I really am grateful for you being there to help and I swear I'll recommend you to everyone since you are so awesome.

ALSO I see a lot of people complaining about how high priced they are...yea they are, hell yea they are, BUT I had a flood exploding from my wall that I couldn't turn off that was running for at least an hour or more, These people were the ONLY people who were able to come out and save the day and right away and actually know wtf they were doing. I called like 6 or 7 other places and no one could be there, So if you have an emergency...dude they are there. If they didn't come as fast as they did I would have been done-totally effed and they were able to help and fix what was needed. I'd rather pay extra for an emergency then lose all my possessions. So 5 stars from me!!!

Let's begin with Tech Mr. Salvato. Very nice to work with, knowledgeable and accommodating.
A copper pipe had sprung a leak inside a wall in my garage. Mr. Salvato showed up on a Saturday and tried as much as he could but couldn't locate the leak's exact location, expected, I guess, because the leak was behind the wall.
So, he called for a leak specialist who couldn't make it until the next morning (Sunday.)
Now, let's examine the costs. I realize Mr. Salvato came out on a Saturday and I expected to pay a little more. He spent around an hour or more searching for the leak, which involved cutting two holes in
the soggy fiberboard and drilling out a section of concrete footing.

I mentioned I expected to pay more for a Saturday visit, but more than $400? Therein lies my problem -- the cost.
So, on Sunday the leak tech came out and found the leak in short order and replaced a 12-inch section of copper pipe. I am guessing he spent a short time searching for the leak and spent, I am guessing, 20 minutes on the repair. The cost $461.00.  Originally Mr. Salvato quoted me $400 plus and another $100 for Saturday's visit and the Sunday leak repair. I paid $521.88 on Saturday that included, he said, the additional $100 for the leak test on Sunday for the total of $521.88.
On Sunday, the priced changed. He told me the leak test and repair would be around $460 additional. I argued with him and told him we agreed Saturday the total would be $521.88. He said that was the best he could do. I said never mind I was going to get another opinion on the repair and after going back and forth arguing about the price, he dropped the price by $200. Why didn't he quote me that lower price originally? Bait and switch?
He asked me if I would like to have a restoration company estimate the cost of restoration, a company he works with. I said yes.
The restoration company came out Sunday to review the situation. The tech was very nice and said she would send me a quote by email Monday morning. I said fine, and that I was going to get one or two quotes. She said that was fine with her.
Mr. Salvato looked disturbed, shook my hand and left.
The restoration clerk said he was quite mad. I said I noticed that, too. She said he probably was upset because he wouldn't get credit for the referral of her company.
First, I always get more than one quote for any work I need. It is the proper thing to do.
Second, as a journalist we do not trust anyone, because we have been lied to so many times. There is an old saying among  journalists: If you mother tells you something is fine, check the facts.
Third, I do not like to be rushed into my decisions. He also suggested I should buy a water conditioning system that would solve the problem of gunk in the water lines and help prevent leaks. Cost, $4,800. When I reacted to the price, he said they could finance it for $30 a month.
That is one of the reasons I would not recommend this company.
Bottom line, I paid a total of $824.69, not including the restoration and replacement I have coming up next.
In my opinion, this plumbing company's prices are exorbitant. I don't mind paying my share but to quote a high price and then lower it because of pressure from a customer is dishonest.
You be the judge.

I would give them negatives if I could, what a horrible experience we had with this company.  Our tankless hot water heater broke on a Saturday night.  I found the Pink Plumber online and called them because they said they have weekend hours for no charge, now I see why.  I was told they could not do it until Monday because it was a tankless unit even know they had one at their shop.  When he came Monday, he gave me the outrageous estimate of $4900.  I baulked but I have a medical condition that requires 2 hot baths a day to get out of bed.  I told him the only way we were doing it is if it was done that day.  He assured me it would be 100% done and running.  I told my husband the price and he said a new unit is only $1000 but if he was for sure going to have it done that day then we would just have to do it so I wouldn't be in agony as it had already been 2 days without hot water.  Fast forward a few hours, the technician told me he was unable to finish the job because he was not comfortable with the electrical work (even though plumbers do electrical all the time) but he had already called the electrician and he would be out the next day.  He then let it slip that it was his birthday and his wife was mad at him because he was not home. I then googled the place and realized just how badly we had been screwed but it was obviously too late. The next day the electrician came and started to do his work , after a bit  and a call to customer service he realized that the technician the day before had screwed the digital control to the front of the unit which customer service and the manual for the unit both state it that cannot be installed in an area that receives direct sun or could be splashed with water, ummm this is Florida like it never rains or is sunny.  The Pink Plumber informed the electrician that is incorrect, that is how they always install them.  I verified in the manual that it is absolutely the incorrect way to install.  The electrician had to leave to get parts to put the digital controller in a weather proof casing.  When I went outside to look at the unit there were drilled screw holes in the front of the unit which when it rains would allow for water intrusion which would destroy it. The electrician said he was told to caulk the holes.  I called and sent an email the next day to the company to tell them this is not ok. The next day they sent someone unannounced to our door to replace the door on the unit.  When I got home from work, I noticed a permit hanging on it.  The permit was pulled the day they replaced the door of the damaged unit so clearly, they never intended to pull a permit in the first place or it would have been mentioned or done in the three days preceding the repair.  They were just trying to cover their butts with an unhappy customer.  The permit also had a price for the job at $2100 which the city puts in and is what the real price of the work should have been.  When I asked the company about the outrageous price that should have been at the most $3000 (that's with a huge profit) they said that is industry standard which is an absolute lie (I checked several other big and small companies after the fact and the most I was quoted is $2500) and they do great work another absolute lie as they installed my unit incorrectly.  They were unwilling to give any kind of refund for lying to get the work in the first place by saying it would be done in one day and truly just screwing us.   I was told to keep them in mind the next time that they would do better, what world do you live in? The only thing I am happy of is the internet and the fact that in this day and age with online reviews this company may eventually be out of business because no one in their right mind would use them if they saw how badly they take advantage of  people.  If you want to pay triple for your plumbing work by all means go ahead and line their pockets.

We called the Pink Plumber because we had a leak in our retail space.  The service call was $225, very steep.  The technician said they could apply that fee to the repairs.  The source of the leak was a water fountain.  The technician said he could replace the fountain for $2200, or simply remove it from the wall for $750.  I was suspect of the estimates so I just ate the service fee and sent him away and called a certified technician for that fountain brand.  They replaced the fountain with a new one for a total price of $800, labor and materials included.  Very suspect of  Pink Plumber's ethics now and would not do business again.

Pink Plumber are scammers.  They were at my parents' house looking at a toilet that was only a little over a year old.  They quoted my parents $250 for them to fix if dad bought an entirely new inside tank unit (which he would have to go to Home Depot to buy) or $450 if dad wanted to have them get the unit and install it.  They said there was no other option as it was shot.  I am so glad I was there as I immediately found the plumbers that installed it only over one year ago when my parent's moved to their new home.  That plumber came out today and told my parents that NOTHING was wrong with it.  He simply cleaned it out and it works good as new.  He didn't even charge them for the house call.   To think that Pink Plumber was going to scam my elderly parents out of $450 makes me so angry!!!!  NEVER use this company!

Do not recommend. Our tech was Richard Quoma. I needed an outdoor hose faucet replaced. While he was very friendly and professional, he was also overly complimentary, with way too much small talk and long complicated explanations about the complexity of a hose faucet, I felt like I was speaking with a salesman and not a plumber. After he quoted the price at approx. over $300. I was shocked and said why is it so expensive? He asked me if I qualify for a special discount and found one on his iPad. I still thought it was too much, he went and found a few more discounts. Just under $300. That right there looked a little fishy as he obviously makes up prices and is on commission.
2 days after he installed. it, there was a major leak and the faucet was fully cracked open and on full blast and a big waste of water. I called them at 7:30pm. They told me they dont have 24hr emergency service. They offered me a schedule date the next day btw 9 and 11 am. I was shocked.
Firstly, I was overcharged for a faucet change. Then when there was an emergency at their fault , they weren't able to help. Along with a huge waste of water. They wouldn't credit me for the water waste damage and told me to call the water company for a discount on my water bill.
Never Again. Wish I could have left a positive review.

I'm giving them 1 star because I can't give 0. They wanted to charge $59.00 to quote a price, I said no thanks then waived the fee. Jason quoted $6000.00 to run a water line and hook up the drain pipes under a new mobile home which ALL pipes and fittings were supplied from the manufacturer. Price go down to $2500.00 so I said yes.  The job failed inspection for several problems, mainly because drain lines were run the wrong way and they hooked a drain line up to my electric supply pipe. This is the pipe our electrical wires are into the main panel inside the house. When I called Jason he said, I don't  understand why it failed they had a master plumber hooking everything up. I don't  see how this could be possible.  I called Jasons boss and he understood why I was upset. After the problems were fixed it took 5 weeks of me calling to complain to get them to backfill the trench for the water line.  I only hired them because they donate to breast cancer research. Never again, and I mean never will I hire them. If anybody asks  me to recommend a plumber it will be anybody but the pink plumber.

WOW!   Called for quote on replacing cartridge on Moen shower faucet. Person came out almost immediately. And he tapped the info into his company iPad the price was over $500.  I told him no way.  It's only a $20 part at Lowe's and $500 was for a 30 minute job was ridiculous. It wasn't the individual it is the company who provides he and other techs with the interactive pricing program.  I bought the part and the core puller for $35 at Lowe's.  Unless I can get someone for $50 to $75 I will do it myself. I am almost 80 and don't like doing this type of project anymore. Would not recommend this company to anyone!

Update....paid $60 for one hours labor and bought parts for $45 using Handyman in Riverview. Most excellent!

They came quickly, on Saturday, and took care of the standing water, removed old equipment, and repaired a leaky valve! Super courteous and polite! Highly recommend!

My daughter had an emergency plumbing issue on a house she recently purchased and called Pink Plumber on a Saturday night. The tech that arrived was a jerk and quoted her $800 to fix the problems (plus $50 service call).
The next morning she called Roto Rooter. The difference was night and day! The Roto Rooter Technician was very nice and completed the job for $460. I would never recommend anyone call the Pink Plumber!
