My back flow device started leaking, more like pouring, from the bottom in the evening on Labor Day. I shut the water down to the house and started looking for a plumber first thing on Tuesday.  After attempting to get service with another local company that a) couldn't say when they could be there  b) didn't take credit cards and c) required payment at time of service, I found Gallo Plumbing. When I called, Christina was incredibly friendly, professional and fun to speak with! She put me in touch with Jason, who messaged me barely an hour later that my back flow was repaired and water was back on at my home! W O W!!! They emailed me the invoice (which was very fair)  and made it very easy to pay online.
Going home to 2 teenage girls in the house and no water was not going to be pretty but I was ready to face them. Thanks to the team at Gallo, I didn't have to stress.  
I cannot say thank you enough and I HIGHLY recommend their service!!

Great folks here from the person that initially took my 1st call to the plumbers that came out. We had a backed up toilet and tub. Fixed in a fast timely manner and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.

Responded to my Yelp request quickly and provided an estimate of time and labor. Work was performed professionally before other contractors even responded to my request. The worker showed up on time, wore a mask, removed his shoes before entering the house, finished the job within the estimated time window, and cleaned up.

They came out to to fixed a stopped drain. Service was quick and they were on time. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone in need.

Great experience with Gallo Plumbing, at my door within an hour of my emergency call, and water flowing in two hours after our back flow pipe was snapped by a vehicle! Grateful for their speediness, expertise, reasonableness, and good cheer on a rainy Saturday morning!

We were very impressed with the service and manner in which Gallo Plumbing made repairs and took care of all our issues.   The technician Kyle was excellent and was so neat and  tidy you would never have known he was here.  We will use this plumbing service going forward.  EXCELLENT.

I just flipped my grandmother's house. I needed quite a bit of plumbing done. I had a bunch of companies come by and give me quotes. He beat the competitors quotes by a very large amount. He seemed more competent in his answers about the solutions to the problems I had and so I chose to go with his company. He keeps up good, prompt communication. He sent his employee, Dell. Dell, is absolutely great and is a definite asset to the company! Very personable and very good at what he does. I am a very happy customer. I live in Tampa and just wish I could have them work on my house when I flip it!

I scheduled Gallo to install an electric hybrid hot water heater (uses a heat pump to assist heating water and minimize electricity consumption) that I had purchased on my own.

The tech arrived as scheduled and was very courteous and professional.

Hybrid water heaters are not too common yet, and have unique features unlike most water heaters.  The tech carefully planned then installed the hybrid with new pipe routing and fixtures. A superb job that's been running well for weeks.

The price was more than the estimate; however, I fully understood the additional labor to reroute the piping.

My one con: A $75 additional charge for travel seemed unreasonable for a 14 mile drive.

I did a review this morning on the wrong plumbing company. This one was absolutely perfect, and I'll use them again in the future!

If you are looking for a professional Plumbing Company that still believes in high quality work at a truly reasonable price, then call Jason from Gallo Plumbing.  He responded quickly on a holiday weekend I might add.  He explained everything to us, pro's and con's and repaired the issue quickly and efficiently.  All of the aforementioned is very important to us, because we operate a business in our home and when there are plumbing issues, it can affect our business adversely.  Thank you Jason!

Jason and the crew at Gallo Plumbing did a great job.  I can tell you they were very dependable and on time.  They added a second hook up in my bath room

Great Service! Great Value! Reasonable Price! Needed a repair done quickly, they were on the job, did the repair and were on their way.

Installed a water softener. They were on time, they worked quickly and efficiently and after some maneuvering they did an excellent job. Price was on point and fair.

i got another company out and they cleared the line, and everything is working perfectly.

jason the owner called and texted me, saying he would make it right. it is now a week later and nothing !!

he left me hanging !!

i gave him and his company a chance-------it's a shame.

I was in dire straits with no hot water & coming up upon a weekend.
I tried contacting 8 plumbers in all & Gallo was one of very few with a live person answering the phone.
They were able to quickly help me out in less time than they quoted & in a friendly professional manner.
They will be my go to company from now on for any of my future plumbing needs.
I am HIGHLY recommending them.

I was new to Sarasota and found Gallo Plumbing on Yelp. I have had this company come out for two different problems that I was having and the response was fast and very reasonabl. I felt like this company was very honest and reliable. Thank You Gallo Plumbing!

Once again, throughly pleased with this professional plumbing service. I called spoke with Jason and scheduled them to come on Monday. Need a outdoor faucet replaced and the laundry drain snaked.

Monday rolls and I get a call to advise the plumber was on his way and should be here in 15 to 20 minutes. Exactly when Del and Todd arrived. These guys are super nice, clean, and ready to work. Loved it! Both issues resolved in one hour and prices quoted were prices charged!

This operation is the way all service professionals should be. We are very lucky to have them working around area.

Was referred to Gallo by my excellent appliance repair guy. Very pleased with their service from the moment I called my problems in until they finished the work. Kyle showed up fully masked and with foot coverings; was extremely courteous, friendly and professional; and very quickly diagnosed and efficiently repaired my toilet, shower and sink issues with complete dispatch. Definitely recommend the company and especially Kyle! Charges were fair and not budget busting!

Out of this world!  Jason Gallo is simply a Super Star!!!  Was referred to him for a sink issue that was non-existent after he showed up.  I thought he was next door when I called him because he showed up so quickly.  Maybe I'm having an amazing day where the right people show up at the right time to make my life easier OR maybe Jason Gallo is one of those great individuals that believe in Outstanding Service.  I think it's BOTH and so grateful for the referral and speechless on how wonderful Gallo Plumbing Services truly are!

Gurgling noises coming from my shower drain were the 'uh-oh' signal that something was wrong. I figured it was also time to have a few minor, but pesky adjustments made by an actual professional (with the right tools and more hand strength than me). I had called Gallo to the rescue once before and was happy with the results, so I felt confident about ringing them up this time.   Gallo gave me a rough estimate over the phone and scheduled me quickly. Kyle, the technician who came to do the work, was friendly, hard-working, efficient, and handled all of my problems in no time.  Gallo is definitely a 'go-to' in my book.  And thanks again, Kyle!

Fast and responsive. Jason came out on a Sunday to fix a serious sink clog. He was nice, thorough and made sure the job was done right (I really appreciated that he ensured the line was fully clear and spent time snaking it. ) most impressive was the fact he cleaned up around, under and in the sink. Price was fair for a Sunday and I would highly recommend him as he was very knowledgeable.

After reading the good reviews on Yelp I called Gallo and they lived up to their reputation.  We had a water emergency going on in a rental home.  Jason and team were friendly, timely and got the repair done quickly - for a very reasonable price.  I am thrilled to recommend them.  Thanks!

Had them come out after purchasing a new home. I called and left a message Monday morning, they returned my call within the hour and were available within a couple of hours. They also called before showing up, which allowed me to work and come back home before they arrived. They were quick and reasonably priced. I also had an additional issue after the first visit and I sent a text message of the issue- gallo plumbing said it was something I could do myself and saved me a service call! I appreciate their honesty and the help provided. I hope I won't need a plumber again anytime soon, but if I do, I will call them back.

NO HOT WATER!  Called Gallo and had a return text within an hour, on a Sunday no less. Jason arrived on Monday am as expected and was able to replace (and correct a faulty installation) that day. His estimate was accurate and even secured a reasonable price electrician to correct poor installation by prior contractor.  Honest, reliable and a genuine nice man.  We highly recommend Gallo.

After 2 unsuccessful and expensive visits by Terry's Plumbing I contacted Gallo Plumbing. I'm ecstatic! They arrived early, went right to work, were courteous and very efficient with diagnosis and cure! They had me up and flushing in an hour, cleaned up every bit of mess, and were very reasonably priced. I can't recommend them enough. Don't be fooled by their youth...Brandon is a master plumber in my books and his side-kick, Kyler makes them a super-hero team!

I was referred to Gallo Plumbing through a neighbor.  I just moved into my condo and had a clogged/slow bathtub drain.  I called the morning after Christmas and 3 hours later they had come and gone and cleared up the problem.  They were nice guys, professional and reasonably priced.  I had a great experience and will be calling them again with any future issues.

As new home owners there doesn't seem to an end of projects to tackle!  When our toilet broke the day before our washer flooded the laundry room we knew we were in over our heads.  Dell and Scott were able to come out the very next day and help get everything back to ship shape.  They were professional and personable, while giving me a whirlwind education in our new houses plumbing needs.

Thank heavens for Gallo Plumbing Service! They replaced my garbage disposal and, more important, repaired a leaking Toto toilet that Daniel's Plumbing had improperly serviced. They were prompt, courteous, professional, fairly priced (as opposed to Daniel's, which always charges way more than they estimate) ... and got the job right the first time!
They're my new go-to guys for any plumbing issue.

After some really unpleasnt, surly, downright stupid plumbers in the past, it was a delight to talk to one on the phone (Jason?) and to have two (Del & Todd) in my home, doing exactly what I was told thry'd do, for the price quoted on the phone and in a timely fashion that showed their knowledge and skills. Bravo!!

Had an urgent issue to address and Gallo worked hard to schedule me in quickly.  They were professional and thorough. Pricing was also fair.

We were moving into our 1950's home.  It was our second day in the house and one of the toilets wouldn't flush, a new washer and dryer was to be delivered and the old washer was rusted to the hot and cold water taps and my husband couldn't get them off.  I went to YELP and they came through for me.  Gallo Plumbing was highly rated and sounded reasonably priced so I gave them a call.  Could you come out before 1:00 tomorrow before they deliver the new W/D?  The office manager had to check in with the owner regarding their schedule.  She would call me back in 20-25 minutes, and she did!  Gallo fit us in that very afternoon.  Kyle arrived and saved the day.  After 2 hours of work we had two new taps for the W/D, a snaked toilet, and a new hose bib in the backyard.  They will be coming back to install a garbage disposal and possibly replace a bathtub.  Thanks to Kyle and Gallo Plumbing for saving the day and being a fair and honest company to work with.  You have a new customer!

Jason and his crew have been taking care of our home and rental properties for many years. Always quick, clean and fair with pricing.

We had a leaking cast iron drain line and Gallo spent a lot of sweat sleeving it with a new PVC line for us so that we didn't have to take down the ceiling.  They were also able to snake a shower for us that another company failed at snaking.  Everyone on their team was respectful and patient. Jason is so nice and was willing to spend time with us on consultation answering questions, explaining things, offering opinions, etc.  Price was absolutely fair. Would highly recommend them and will be calling them FIRST next time.

Super helpful in getting enclosed water heater exposed so it could be replaced. I also needed a very hard to find water heater size and geometry, and after much searching, Jason found one. I was fixed up in no time and his follow up was great.
