Fixed what they came to do and showed up when all other plumbers said they were a week out to come do the job

We called Calello Plumbing Monday morning because our garbage disposal had broken over the weekend. Also, our dishwasher was backing up and had an awful smell. We knew this would be a big expense .... 2 appliances broken, along with service fees. Mark came out, immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than 15 minutes. Mark honestly told us that neither appliance was broken and we were charged a very reasonable fee. We will definately continue to use Calello Plumbing and will highly recommend to our friends.

No need to call anyone else. Darrel and Forrest were awesome! Knowledgeable, efficient, and competent. They came, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. No gimmicks no games and fair prices. No surprises or up charges. We won't be using anyone else for our plumbing work in the future.

Showed up quickly was very fair with pricing came did the work got everything done happy with the service if anything gets clogged up again or bust any problems with my plumbing or pipes I'll be make sure I call Sierra service again I'd highly recommend Sierra service to anyone looking for any problems with plumbing and whatnot!

This company did a great job on short notice clearing a clogged sewer line that was making toilets and bathtub unusable.     Building is an old Victorian in San Francisco so i was alittle nervous about a plumber from Petaluma but great job for a good price cheaper than what the San Francisco plumbers quoted.

They pointed out some deferred maintenance issues that I may have them come back to work on but were honest about it not needing to be done right away.

My husband and I needed same day spigot repair to pass a 4 point inspection on our home and didn't know who else to call. Manny and Will came out within the hour, fixed the spigot, repaired the block wall and were on there way for a ridiculously reasonable price. They were professional, thorough, quick and reliable. Awesome guys and was very pleased with their efficiency. Recommend to anyone considering and needing plumbing work done! Thank you guys

These guys were great.  Showed up on time, got the work done in the time they said they would, and were friendly and professional and reasonably priced.

Needed a couple of things done - our shower was dripping, and although I know how to fix it, the screw for to remove the nozzle (to get to the cartridge that needed to be replaced) was stripped.  Therefore, it had to be cut off and a new nozzle installed with new parts for what they cut.  

We also needed the drain stoppers in both sinks replaced, which was probably something youtube could teach me, but since they would be here anyway, why not have them do it.  

Unfortunately, parts had to be ordered for the shower, so we did need to reschedule, but they showed up for that appointment on time as well and got the job done quick.  They also told me what to buy for the drains on amazon rather then pay their marked up prices.

Guys were pros.  I don't feel like I got taken for a ride on the prices and the job was done right the first time.  Won't hesitate calling them again.

We called this plumbing company and the plumber came out in a reasonable manner of time for a leaking outside  pipe and the plumber was excellent. His name is Alex. He was very informative explained everything provided additional information was very kind wore the mask very professional highly recommend this company especially Alex Neville. Awesome job This service was In Wimauma Florida.

We had a flood in our Condo which flooded our electric panel. The power had to be turned off until we got a licensed Electrician out to make sure it was safe to turn back on. As we all know, water and electricity are not a good combination. We found Cornerstone on YELP. Since it was a Holiday weekend, we were forwarded to an after hours message center to schedule the service call. They were prompt and efficient. On the day of the call, we received periodic updates on the technicians location for his ETA. Chris was very professional and was able to service our panel and check out our mechanicals. Pretty affordable call.

We live in a mobile home which is doubly hard to work on . the technician was Quick to arrive, very knowledgeable about the situation and we felt like he gave us an honest assessment of our damage. Highly recommend them!

I recently had my water heater replaced. The price isn't cheap but shopping around only saves you a little and who knows why they skimped. Clearwater Plumbing is an established, reputable company so I went with them. Rob was my installer and knew exactly what to do. I had no worries because he demonstrated his expertise and knowledge right away. And he was determined to do a good job and make sure I was comfortable with this once-every-15-years-or -so event. Rob pleasantly answered all my questions and even gave me free advice on the remodeling plans I shared with him. I would definitely hire them and him again.

Really fair pricing and honest about the problem. Have had a lot of plumbers out to the house and I would use them again by FAR!

He charged me almost $800 for a backed up sewer system. Tried different things like clearing the air vent, pouring chemicals into the air vent. He finally created a cleanout and snaked the area. Unfortunately, this lasted only a few months and then the problem occurred again.
He did not respond to my call and I had to hire another person to do what I had already paid  him to do.
MY problem was a root that broke the line. If he had a camera, which he should have used (and which I asked for), the cost would have been a lot less and fixed for a lot less. I would not recommend him.

This review is sooo late coming, and for that I apologize.  I'm not an internet type.  I first called Better Plumbing (July 2011) because I got up one morning to shower and shave to go to work and discovered I only had a few minutes of hot water available.  I came home after work thinking I only needed to re-light the gas pilot. However, try as I might, it would not light. So next morning I called Better Plumbing from work, explained my situation to David.  He said he could stop by at my convenience, so we agreed to meet at my house at 4pm.  He arrived as stated and examined my water heater.  Turned out my water heater gas with pilot light) was about 10 years beyond its expected life and not repairable. Well, the good news was he could replace the heater the next day. Bad news, because the heater is outside the DIY aluminum enclosure (came with house) needed to be replaced, but due to changes in specs a proper enclosure (which I had been looking for anyway) is very hard to find in this area but he had a guy he knew he could contact. The next day David called and said his friend had one and he would ship it right down (don't remember from where). So, next afternoon David called to say he had received the enclosure and would commence installation the next morning.  David said I didn't need to be there unless I wanted to, and he would call be when complete.  He called me just after lunch to say job done, but he had another job to go to and would meet me at my house when I get home from work (4-5pm).  David arrived at about the same time I did.  He walked me through the new water heater function (gas with electric start).  I acknowledge this was not cheap, I didn't expect it to be or I could do it myself, but at the same time I do not feel it extremely overpriced. In the end David spent a lot of time, effort, and consideration (I live alone and work fulltime) for me and given all the details I think he did it as expeditiously as possible. For all that I say thank you with respect and appreciation. I will call Better Plumbing again.

These guys are not very professional.  I called them and emailed them numerous times to get a plumber and they never got back to me.  When you call their number it always goes to voice mail.

Avoid this plumbing company. Called them after hours, guy came out and said he didn't have a snake in his van, would have to come back later. Came back, dismantled a toilet (for some reason), and said he would have to come out the next day. After working half the day he FINALLY got on the roof and snaked the line - BOOM, problem solved. My friend told me he should have started there. Cost me $650.00

Yesterday my friend had the same exact problem, called a plumbing company, an hour later they were at her house, went straight to the rook, snaked the line - BOOM, it is fixed. Cost her $250.00

The supervisor came out and tried to pressure me into pre-purchasing work for them to do, said if I told him that day, I could get a discount on the cost. That turned me off immediately.
