In the process of trying to clean up my side yard, I noticed it was WAY more wet than it should be.  The more I cleaned it up, the more water I saw.  This is NOT good because it's where the water line comes up from the street.

I turned off the water at the main, and trenched the water away from the foundation. Since it started being LESS wet, I figured there was a leak.

I called Leto and left a message.  Within minutes, they returned my call and asked if I wanted someone out today.  I told them no, it was too wet and would be just a mess for them.  They promised to call the next morning.

I was called first thing the next morning.  The plumber came out and looked, and told me they needed to replace the line along the house.  When I asked about the run from the meter to the house (and found out that it's MY responsibility, not the county), I asked for an estimate to replace the entire run.  I was quoted a price which didn't make me cry, and told them to go for it.

There were two more people to help him get the job done within less than an hour.  Within 4 hours, they had replaced the whole length, from the meter to the house, buried it, installed a shut off at the house and a hose bib.  

They cleaned up the front yard, and as much as they could in the back (the soil was still wet and needs to dry).  

They were polite, professional, gave me a fair price, and were efficient.  I couldn't ask for anything more.  I highly recommend this company.

Can't say enough good things about Mark at Calello Plumbing.  He is thorough and works hard to make sure the problem is fixed correctly.   I really appreciated the information he gave me when he discovered what the problem was and made sure I knew what the costs could be before he started.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone having a plumbing need.

We needed a plumber to replace a water heater. Bayside gave us a good price, they were on time, very trustworthy. We definitely would use them again. Good company!

Best plumber EVER. My sink has been clogged for weeks and every plumbing company I called told me it would be $150-$200 just for them to come out to my house. I was referred to Alafia Plumbing by a friend of mine who said his prices were fair and he was honest. I gave him a call (Friday) and he said he could come out the next day (Saturday) and look at my sink. He told me it would be free for him to come out and he quoted me $75 if he needed to snake the drain(s). He came right on time, looked at everything, snaked the drain, and I paid $75 All together. He was very respectful of my home and did honest work. I will use this company in the future may I ever have another plumbing problem. I highly recommend!

My toilet was leaking... They were there the next day and fixed and replaced the toilet leak within 30 minutes

This is the worst place to have anything done at your house. They were the company that got the contract to do new construction install on our home from builder. Problems at the start and they send people that don't even know what heir doing. To this day our system still doesn't work properly. They install these fancy computer Air conditioning units and don't know how to program them or repair them. Worst part is they're base is 50 miles from my home. That's another reason to not hire these guys. My advise. Make sure you get a mom and pop company near your home.

I called Cornerstone because they are a business in the vicinity where I live and I wanted to give them an opportunity to earn my business. The office person was very friendly and set up an appointment for a salesman to give me a second opinion on replacing my central air conditioning. Michael showed up on time the same day with a big smile and an eager to please attitude. He LISTENED to everything I said which to me is most important! By LISTENING, he was able to determine what my needs were and explained how his company could best meet my needs. I wound up making a purchase right then and there knowing I was getting a good deal and a good product. I would highly recommend giving Cornerstone the opportunity to earn your business and hope you have the same experience as I did.

First they hooked a toilet and a hose bib to hot water. Next, they dig a ditch from the well to the house to put in a new cold water line and hit my sprinkler pipes in three place. Then I hit the new water line while taking out a tree stump. The water line was run on top of the stump and then covered with about four inches of mulch and sand. I took out the stump and dug out the line for about six feet so I could get the line about eight inches underground.

Bill and his team are awesome.  We needed a new hot water heater at our home in Safety Harbor.  Bill was very responsive.  He worked with the distributor to get a new one under warranty.  They showed up on time and did a great job.  
I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

He charged me almost $800 for a backed up sewer system. Tried different things like clearing the air vent, pouring chemicals into the air vent. He finally created a cleanout and snaked the area. Unfortunately, this lasted only a few months and then the problem occurred again.
He did not respond to my call and I had to hire another person to do what I had already paid  him to do.
MY problem was a root that broke the line. If he had a camera, which he should have used (and which I asked for), the cost would have been a lot less and fixed for a lot less. I would not recommend him.

This review is sooo late coming, and for that I apologize.  I'm not an internet type.  I first called Better Plumbing (July 2011) because I got up one morning to shower and shave to go to work and discovered I only had a few minutes of hot water available.  I came home after work thinking I only needed to re-light the gas pilot. However, try as I might, it would not light. So next morning I called Better Plumbing from work, explained my situation to David.  He said he could stop by at my convenience, so we agreed to meet at my house at 4pm.  He arrived as stated and examined my water heater.  Turned out my water heater gas with pilot light) was about 10 years beyond its expected life and not repairable. Well, the good news was he could replace the heater the next day. Bad news, because the heater is outside the DIY aluminum enclosure (came with house) needed to be replaced, but due to changes in specs a proper enclosure (which I had been looking for anyway) is very hard to find in this area but he had a guy he knew he could contact. The next day David called and said his friend had one and he would ship it right down (don't remember from where). So, next afternoon David called to say he had received the enclosure and would commence installation the next morning.  David said I didn't need to be there unless I wanted to, and he would call be when complete.  He called me just after lunch to say job done, but he had another job to go to and would meet me at my house when I get home from work (4-5pm).  David arrived at about the same time I did.  He walked me through the new water heater function (gas with electric start).  I acknowledge this was not cheap, I didn't expect it to be or I could do it myself, but at the same time I do not feel it extremely overpriced. In the end David spent a lot of time, effort, and consideration (I live alone and work fulltime) for me and given all the details I think he did it as expeditiously as possible. For all that I say thank you with respect and appreciation. I will call Better Plumbing again.

Just had Kevin and his crew redo all my plumbing in the laundry room and even replace some faucets outside.  I could not be any happier with their work.  They were extremely polite and clean.  The quality was top notch.  Highly recommend these guys!

Had them come out to unclog a drain.  They did but said it was temporary and they would have to come back with camera Monday.  They came back with an uncharged camera to add to the time.  I was told I needed complete new sewer line at a cost of about $1,500 more than they charged me 4 weeks prior on a very similar job.  Got a second opinion and the plumber who put camera down said it was at city tie in and the city ended up fixing for free.  To add insult the field supervisor was completely rude when I questioned the pricing.  I wrote a review and decided to see if I could talk to owner first.  I did and she asked if she could do anything and I said yes refund my $185 for camera fee and she said ok but sign something saying everything was resolved and don't leave a bad review and I agreed until she said you need to go to a notary to get it signed.  By the way, she said they have a prepared form - must have happened before.  BUYER BEWARE!
