Very reliable plumbing service. They came to my house and took care of my putting together my pipes for my salt water machine in a quickly manner. Very friendly staff. I would recommend using them again.

Bait and switch. I recently moved into a new home and I called to get an estimate of what it would cost to unclog my sink. The lady I spoke to on the phone said the plumber would give me a quote once he assessed the job. The plumber arrived and ran some water in the sink and headed outside to get on the roof. I thought this strange, but thought it was part of his assessment. At no time was he telling me what he was doing. After about 10 minutes on the roof, he went back in the kitchen, ran some more water...and after a few minutes hooked up his machine underneath the sink and still not saying what he was doing. I then figured he took it upon himself to unclog the drain. Not once did he give me a price quote before he began the job. After he finished, he said the job cost $167. I thought this to be utterly ridiculous as I wasn't allowed the opportunity to make an informed decision. It was also utterly ridiculous since the machine did all the work. I spoke to the owner and she said that was their standard rate. if that is the case, why didn't anyone tell me that? She then tried to convince me that their price is a low price in comparison to other companies. That was not the point. The point is that the customer should know how much he or she will pay prior to conducting the job. After all, how do you (owner) know that I have $167? Would you the owner buy something before knowing the price? 23 years of my life I gave to the military. Never would I have thought that I would find such dishonesty in the civilian world. I feel ripped off, misled, and will not use these crooks again! I don't care how long you have been in business. Honesty, fairness, and taking care of customers is what counts.

I usually deal with Kevin. Their service is great and I've even referred several of my friends and clients in Tampa Bay to them. They always do a great job and make me look good. Thank you!

Have had a few plumbing emergencies - main water line leak, busted sink pipe, tree limb broke into main pipes - and they always came same day, with no issues. Always had great customer service from the office gal all the way to the owner! Will continue to call them for service, hoping that we don't need it though!

I recommend this company. Scheduling was easy. Nate came out and was fast and friendly and fair. Both my plumbing problems were fixed in a jiffy.

I've used and recommended Sun City Center Plumbing since I moved to Sun City Center.  They are reasonable, reliable and do the neatest, cleanest work I have ever seen in the area. I can totally depend on them every time to go above and beyond and give me value added service.  They are just wonderful.  I can't say enough.

Let me start out with this company has excellent customer service and communications. I was able to reach out to them via phone, email and through Yelp and all my questions were answered promptly. It's hard to find a company that shows this thorough level of communication, so with that alone I knew I was going to be in good hands.

I needed to have my kitchen faucet replaced, the faucet we supplied by me I just needed the installation. I asked for an estimate beforehand and the price given was fair for the work that needed to be done. The day the work was scheduled, Ray, the plumber showed up on time and even called about 15 mins before to let me know he was on the way which I appreciated. He was pleasant, knew what he was doing and got the work done in a reasonable amount of time. Even though the work ended up being about $50 more than the quoted price, it was fair for the work and the professionalism of this company. Overall I would definitely use them again.

I had a house full of company and unexpected plumbing issues!  I called Kevin Kerbow about the situation and he went above and beyond coming to my house early in the morning before his office opened and fixed the problem in a very short  time making us all very happy!  I would HIGHLY recommend Sun City Center Plumbing Services for any plumbing issues.  Kevin was very professional and helpful and I don't think you can beat their prices and services.

Showed up in only two hours.  Immediately diagnosed problem and fixed it quickly.  Cost was reasonable.  I highly recommend Howie's and will use them in the future.

OK I called them they told me they're coming out the next day they show up we talk very nice person won't mention his name on here says he's going to order the part and he will call me I called them three days later leave a message for him still nothing now it's four weeks later and still nothing I told him I'm gonna let him have it on Yelp because I've had it this is bull blank

I was getting ready to leave the house this afternoon and found my garage flooded from my defective hot water heater.  I called and talked to the receptionist and had someone at my house within a hour to check it out and found my tank was leaking and needed to be replaced.  Start to finish must have been 2 1/2 hours total.  They exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend and use them again!

courteous and professional.  Installed toilet inlet valve and braided stainless steel connector in about 20 minutes.   But bill very expensive for 20 minutes labor and less than $30 (retail) in parts.

Great plumber in sun city and Brandon area! They're very quick to get quotes out for residential plumbing and commercial plumbing. Especially restaurants and salons with all that custom piping!

I called on Monday 2/13 for a clogged toilet problem as was able to schedule a visit between 9:00-12:00 on Wednesday 2/15. I failed to ask for a cost, my bad. I thought the charge would be based on a time/materials basis not a fixed amount.
The tech aeprrived at 9:10: surveyed the problem and took 3 or 4 plunger strokes in the toilet. The clog cleared and 4 flushes was the proof. Maybe 15 or 20 minutes had elapsed.
Six months ago in August we had a toilet clog up. The plumber we used cleared the clog and charged a reasonable $70.00.
So imagine my complete surprise when the tech gave me a bill for $237. This was a slight break on the fixed price of $277.
This am upon waking up and reflecting on my experience, I felt as though I had been rippedoff. From $70 6 months ago to $237 is difficult to absorb. I will not be using your company in the future. Thanks for letting me vent.

I used this plumbing company to do some plumbing work in my kitchen and utility room as I did some remodeling. They seemed to do a good job and gave me a fair price. I had them come out again to install a new toilet in my master bathroom, again a good job. Then a couple weeks ago I found wet wallboard in my utility room, a water leak inside the wall. I called them out and they found the leak to be a problem with the work they had done months earlier. NO excuses, NO trying to shift the blame they got right to work, fixed the problem, had a drywall man come and repair the damage, no charge. And a nice apology as well!
Anybody can make a mistake, anything mechanical can break but how a business handles it when something happens is what makes the difference. Sun City Center plumbing is a class act in my opinion and I recommend them very highly. They are the kind of business people that make dealing with honest people enjoyable.

This was our first experience with Sun City Center Plumbing after receiving a positive recommendation from one of our neighbors when we discovered we had to re-pipe our home.   We appreciate the polite and quick response from the owners and the office staff in getting  the paperwork needed to appease our insurance company.  The re-pipe team  was a hardworking crew and were polite and very efficient from start to finish.  Their drywall guy is a true artist.  I will definitely recommend Sun City Plumbing to any one who asks.

How refreshing to have a company do what they said they would do; timely, friendly, affordable and dependable. In our case, they were here next day and problem solved. We add our terrific experience to the many comments already made. We'll ask them back, and that's as strong a referral as we can give.

We had a major blockage in two of our bathrooms and Jonathan came by and went above and beyond to fix our problems, he actually dug a hole in the front yard and found our clean out pipe so he wouldn't have to climb on the roof and did this so that no future plumber would have to go up there. We have a Spanish tile roof so his actions were highly appreciated.  We will now always use this company for our plumbing needs based on his exemplary work ethic and professional demeanor. An outstanding face for an outstanding company.

We bot an older manufactured home and needed them out 3 times to replace and/or upgrade things.  VERY happy with this company and with Lance.  He is professional, polite and knowledgeable.

Absolutely fantastic customer service!! Had a small issue with a service call last week (things happen), and was impressed with how quickly it was taken care of and with zero hassle. Not only are they great plumbers who know their stuff, they show up when they say they will and actually return phone calls in a timely manner, something virtually un-heard of in this industry.
