We've used them serval times so far for various reasons and call backs. All of the techs were friendly . They are reasonably priced and hold a high level of integrity, and show up when they say they will. My first project they gave me a veteran discount for my spouse serving. I thought that was really nice and thoughtful. Claudia at the front was also really responsive. We will use them for all services moving forward .

Kenny and his team are the best! They've fixed up several plumbing issues in my condo, some big and some small. I trust them to do the job right and I really appreciate their professionalism. I wish all contractors operated by their standards!

I will refer anyone I know who has a plumbing issue to Llona Plumbing. I thought I had a leak and called them to set up an appointment. Their plumber came out to my house at 4:45 (last call of the day) and found out that I did not have a leak at all. I asked the company what I owed for wasting their time, and they told me not to worry about it. I still feel awful about it, but this goes to show everyone in Tampa the high quality people who are operating this business.

I decided to do a Yelp search to see if i can find a plumber to retrieve a piece of jewelry that fell down the drain ASAP. They advised they would come when i need them to (scheduled appointment) and wouldn't charge me till they accessed the situation.

They were prompt and showed up right on time. We discussed my options and was able to resolve and retrieve the jewelry.

I am very pleased with how this company resolved a very stressful situation for me!  First, I appreciated the calls and texts to keep me informed of exactly when someone would be out to my house as well as the customer portal to be able to log in and view invoices and appointments.  Jonathan worked closely with Webb from Leak Ops to find this hard-to-locate slab leak and fixed it, all while saving my shower floor, which would've cost me thousands to repair.  A slab leak repair is going to require some unavoidable destruction, but he was able to keep it to a minimum, which I greatly appreciated.
For the all work that was done, the price I paid was more than fair.  I will definitely be calling them in the future and would recommend this company to anyone.

They fit us in late in the day and took care of our clogged toilet from the roof right to the clean out. Everything runs better than ever thanks to these guys.

There's nothing quite as annoying as getting a clogged sink on a holiday - like July 4, in the late afternoon.  So, I figure, we can wait until July 5 and not be charged 2 horses and our left leg for after hours service.  I began calling plumbers early in the morning. Even the ones who claim they have same day service, if not same hour service, were all very nonchalantly saying they wouldn't be able to get out until the 6th.  Some of them said the 8th.  Eventually, I called someone (and I wish I could remember his name!), who said he couldn't get out, but gave me the name of a friend of his who also did plumbing.  I called him, and he also said he couldn't get out, but gave me HIS friend's number!  Wish I could remember his name too.  But, the name he gave me was Brandon at Dependable Plumbing.  Brandon was at our house within an hour or so.  He unstoppped a VERY stubborn drain (note to self and others - a garbage disposal is badly named - you're actually NOT supposed to put large amounts of garbage in it :/ ) and had us up and running again.  His charge?  $100.  I've had plumbers charge me almost that to just walk in the door.

I will be keeping Brandon's number for the next time I forget that I shouldn't put half an onion, 4 tomatoes, and leftover steak in the garbage disposal.

These guys are awesome and I won't consider using anyone else in the future.  Fast, professional, and honest.

Little did I know when I met Matt at the dog park did I understand I found a great plumber and even better human being.
Matt came in my hour of need and unclogged a severely  stopped up drain in my kitchen.
He and his partner were prompt efficient and got the job done.
They cleaned the area and left it better than they found it.

GENTLMENT PLUMBERS. SKILLED MASTERS WITH SOLUTIONS FOR EVERY ISSUE. The entire team is stellar.  This is who you call if you want a reliable solution and no subsequent issues. Because my properties not new construction so many old world skills and knowledge need to be employed and these guys see the end of the road and plan backwards so there are no surprises. Excellent communicators and quality!

We had two small issues one of which needed to be addressed quickly. I called another company who said they could not send someone out for 2 days. So I tried Largo Plumbing and was assured they could get someone out same day. The plumber came a couple of hours later. He diagnosed the issues and fixed them quickly and did so at a reasonable price. I'd definitely call them again in the future if we have any other plumbing issues.

Two Very helpful men showed up to take care of a kitchen sink plumbing issue. They ended up on top of the roof working hard to work the snake through our pipes. Was finishing up the the tub started filling with black water! They loosened something up and shifted focus to the bathtub. They were very polite, informative and fast to respond within the same day. Will go with them if we are in this situation again.

Our main sewer line backed up for the third time in three months. The first two times I rented a router from Home Depot and snaked it out, we sent a full 50 feet through from the roof vent and then back from the clean out by the street and the second time I got the electric version and sent 75 feet several times with each of the tips from the clean out (I couldn't get the big one up on the roof). Since all this lasted only a month at a time I felt it was time to get a professional out there to snake it with a longer and better snake and send a camera in to see what was up. I told them all this when I called and they sent Josh out. He sent the snake in 30 feet with the straight head felt a blockage at 15 feet horizontal, got through it and the water started running. At that point, 25 minutes in on a $165/hour minimum service call, he was ready to be done and said it was roots. I asked to put the cutter fitting on since I knew from my past experiences that this small hole was not going to stay open long. I also told him that when I snaked I felt other blockages farther up. He couldn't find the connector to attach the cutter head so put a grasper type thing on and fed that in. It stopped at the same 15 feet over and he couldn't get it past. Since I had gotten bigger fittings through last month this doesn't seem right but the cutter head was not available so I'm stuck with a small opening that will be clogged again shortly. At this point he thought it was not roots but maybe a lip in the pipe and suggested a camera for $250/hour. I'd asked about a camera earlier but apparently these services cannot be combined. All in all I was better off renting a router and doing a thorough job myself.
