Needed to get an old gas Pool heater disconnected on short notice. They were out same day and extremely reasonable when it came to pricing. Third person I called, the other two didn't answer and I'm glad for it. Saved them for future issues, always nice to have a reasonably priced plumber who can also handle gas.

Responsive and came out within 3 hours of my call. Ben did a great job. Will use them again.

Called mid-morning Friday to fix clogged bathtub, were able to come Saturday with $50 surcharge or 7:30 Monday, came Monday  at 7:30  cleared the drain within an hour, and charged only $95.  Courteous technician, left everything very clean.

They are eager to steal your money. I asked them to replace three broken valves under the sink. They said gave me a free estimate, and then came, and charge me for $359 just for three valves! We are the first time home buyer and never use plumbing service before and don't know the market price. After that another plumber said he will do that for just $170. The work is pretty easy if I have the tool to turn off the main valve I would do it myself. But for this company, I would never use them again.

I decided to do a Yelp search to see if i can find a plumber to retrieve a piece of jewelry that fell down the drain ASAP. They advised they would come when i need them to (scheduled appointment) and wouldn't charge me till they accessed the situation.

They were prompt and showed up right on time. We discussed my options and was able to resolve and retrieve the jewelry.

I had a drippy shower faucet that turned into a leaking shower faucet pretty fast and got worse overnight.

I called these guys the moment it happened and they were here the next day.  Jared diagnosed the problem, replaced a couple of gaskets and a valve, and went on his merry way in less than an hour.

I figured an emergency call like this would cost an arm and a leg but that turned out to be the best part.  The whole job cost me less than $250.

These guys should be the first one you call when you need something done.

There's nothing quite as annoying as getting a clogged sink on a holiday - like July 4, in the late afternoon.  So, I figure, we can wait until July 5 and not be charged 2 horses and our left leg for after hours service.  I began calling plumbers early in the morning. Even the ones who claim they have same day service, if not same hour service, were all very nonchalantly saying they wouldn't be able to get out until the 6th.  Some of them said the 8th.  Eventually, I called someone (and I wish I could remember his name!), who said he couldn't get out, but gave me the name of a friend of his who also did plumbing.  I called him, and he also said he couldn't get out, but gave me HIS friend's number!  Wish I could remember his name too.  But, the name he gave me was Brandon at Dependable Plumbing.  Brandon was at our house within an hour or so.  He unstoppped a VERY stubborn drain (note to self and others - a garbage disposal is badly named - you're actually NOT supposed to put large amounts of garbage in it :/ ) and had us up and running again.  His charge?  $100.  I've had plumbers charge me almost that to just walk in the door.

I will be keeping Brandon's number for the next time I forget that I shouldn't put half an onion, 4 tomatoes, and leftover steak in the garbage disposal.

Great company.  Professional, reasonable and efficient. Quoted price was final bill.  Easy to work worth. Definitely a great addition to your short list for any plumbing contracting needs.

Seriously, we are lucky to have this good of a plumber company in our area.

Little did I know when I met Matt at the dog park did I understand I found a great plumber and even better human being.
Matt came in my hour of need and unclogged a severely  stopped up drain in my kitchen.
He and his partner were prompt efficient and got the job done.
They cleaned the area and left it better than they found it.
Now my kitchen is back in business and have them to thank.

I am giving only 3 stars, as this company is VERY expensive. They did a very good job and cleaned up well, but I would not hire them again as their prices are out of this world.

Largo plumbing:  The office staff has no knowledge of the plumbing industry.  The workmanship is messy and of low quality.  I would not recommend this company. I do not believe they have master level plumbing education.

Do Not Use! I had a back up in January they came out and snaked it. Charged $800. The guy tore my TP holder from the wall-didn't bother mentioning it to me. I called the office and they did send someone out to fix.
Had another issue in August so I called them again. They came out and started snaking. Was told a camera was needed to be done at a cost of $2500. I agreed not knowing I was being taken for a ride. Was told they jetted it to clean out sewer due to roots from palm tree.  They were here all day ruined my rug and was told I needed my sewer line replaced. (10 feet of it)  bid was $4650 from them.
I have since called 6 other companies with master plumbers. Each were substantially cheaper then Mr Rooter. Snaking would have been $150-200.
Camera with jetting $500-$700.
Replacement of sewer pipe $1000-3000 depending on how much needed replaced.

In the end I used Continental Plumbing.  Mr Webster was to the point and knowledgable. He is a local to Tampa so he understands the laws and what is needed here. My end charge for sewer replacement was $800.

Please do not use Mr Rooter. It is very sad to see how much I was taken advantage of.

This company was hired by my apartment complex (Beacon430) to address a sewer smell in my apartment. The sewer gas was immediately noticed by the plumbing technician, trap vent replaced, lines flushed, etc. the technician notified me of the steps taken and verified that the smell was from sewer gas (3 mentions of sewer gas). When I notified my apartment (because I was experiencing dizziness and headaches) they told me that it wasn't sewer gas and to call the plumbing company to straighten it out. The plumbing company said no one spoke with me. The receptionist at Plumbing by Paul stated our technicians know not to say sewer gas. I then send videos of the technician wearing a plumbing by Paul shirt stating it was sewer gas three times because he stepped in front of my ring camera. Called the plumbing company today and they will neither confirm or deny there was sewer gas and told me they cannot discuss the matter with me. I asked the receptionist if this was the right thing to do as I am still experiencing dizziness, and she stated this is how I have been told to handle this, I'm sorry you feel this way. When a company won't do the right thing when health and safety is a concern... RED FLAG.

I am the owner of Body Flow Wellness in Clearwater. This company did a great job with a complex installation of 2 colon hydrotherapy machines. John installed my first one back in 2017. Joe & Steve installed my most recent machine. They all did a great job, was very professional & courteous! I highly recommend this plumbing business.
