I had a main water main crack that was discovered on Thanksgiving Day.  I put in a call to my regular plumber who said he would send a call to their call service. After 24hr with no call-back, I asked one of my neighbors who was using Reliance for a remodel if I could have their #.  They called and Alfredo said someone would be out.!  The Friday after Thanksgiving, Alfredo was out in the dark himself fixing the issue!  Awesome service - reasonably priced for the short notice on a holiday weekend!

Super unprofessional and harassed my staff into paying for services for a broken lock charged $150 nothing fixed then posted untrue things about my business and even called my employees and vendors to state I didn't pay him was in an appointment on California time and wasn't given even 24 hours to pay and they were stating I was blocking them when I had medical treatment who does this?  If I blocked you I wouldn't have called you right back

this and the lock was still not fixed.  They called 3 people to tell them I am hiding and not paying mine you it was less than 24 hours with no invoice who does this?!!!

As you can see below this owner is extremely unprofessional and is unhinged?  I am begging for a discount? I run a multi million dollar business and was on medical treatment if I was hiding or blocked you I wouldn't have picked up the call and you didn't check me as I own the business so you called my employees to report a lie of not paying and if I am a thief then how did you get paid?  Added a lock?  Defamation and calling legitimate business owners psycho and thieves is proof that no one should hire you and will be filing a court matter for defamation as you were paid and I have the texts of your unhinged actions.

Our Moen faucet was not working properly. After five plumbers and two years, Hancock Plumbing saved the day! The faucet is fully functional! Great job! Would highly recommend.

My gas water heater stopped working and they came out and replaced it.  They were very nice to deal with and they did an excellent job.  I would definitely use them again!

Great communication and price. Kevin came in and was very personable and efficient. We look forward to working with Drain Genie in the future.

Being a business owner myself, I am often asked for recommendations about various needs within our community. The name here says it all! This family owned business has fixed my plumbing needs for over 14 years now. With out a doubt, any and all concerns plumbing related is finished in a timely manner with outstanding quality! I trust Brian- owner, with my house or business key to go in and handle whatever job is needed done. Price of labor is fair market value and with 100% quality workmanship each completed job site; I choose All Service Plumbing each time and refer my family, friends and clients to them as well! Definitely easy to call for scheduling and emergency visits too!

Electrician arrive on time, He was pleasant. He quickly determined and explained how he would repair the problem in the breaker box and  fixed it efficently .

Jarom and Nolan are a couple of honest hardworking men. I would use Bixno Handy services in a heart beat. Their prices are more than fair and their work is spot on. I highly recommend Bixno.

Mike did a great job servicing our units. It was just our yearly maintenance but he was thorough and very professional!!!

Update- 6:50pm day after AC stopped working- I edited my post for three reasons.

1. Jonathan is exceptional! He did an amazing job going above and beyond to get everything working again! He explained everything perfectly, providing options and recommendations. He is an All-Star
2. Mike, who came last night tried very hard to help but was unable to. He was courteous and did the best he could.
3. When we were displeased, this company reached out to try to correct the mistakes made.

For these three reasons, we will continue to use Frank Gay and I encourage others to as well!!

1st post:
Our AC stopped working last night. We called your company around 8pm and a window was given of 10-2 for the technician to come out. When the tech came out around 12:30 he said he couldn't fix it and they would have someone come out first thing in the morning. Great to that point! I disappointing that it was so hot but it would be fixed first thing! We could handle a few more hours.

This morning...We called to main number to see what time someone would come out and low and behold the dispatcher says that techs can't schedule service. She shared he didn't collect anything last night (makes sense since he didn't fix anything).... and said their first available appointment was from 2-6. We shared what the tech told us last night and she said... well techs can't schedule service...How disappointing... we are in a hot house, with animals and have to go to work!

We are calling another company now because having a company who can keep their word and help you when you need it is of utmost importance.

Recommendation to Frank Gay. When you have a middle of the night call and you can't fix it. Please understand that family has already suffered and now hasn't slept... delaying the fix is exhausting for all. Think about your customers when you build your processes and you should never throw each other under the bus. Your tech was extremely nice and professional. It's obvious the call center and techs aren't communicating though which only impacts your customers.

If you want undependable, frustrating service... use Frank Gay.

I cannot explain the relief I feel right now.  I had an emergency plumbing issue that came to a head today.  Granted, this issue has been ongoing for a while and I already paid a lot to resolve the issue, only for it to return.  When I realized that I had to pay more than I had budgeted I nearly cried knowing that I did not have any working toilets in my house and I did not have any additional money to pay.  LET ME TELL YOU!!!!  Steven Santiago and Jeff came to my house and Steven (OMG... ) he bent backwards to talk to my landlord and provide a fair quote so that I can have working toilets.  My landlord agreed to pay for the services after speaking with Steven and I nearly dropped because my landlord is not that easy to come around when it comes to paying for quality house maintenance.  There is no words in the English language that can explain my full gratitude for both Steven and Jeff, but mostly Steven Santiago (manager).  I'm so grateful, and blessed!  THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!  I send eternal positive vibes to you!

I called yesterday to have one vessel sink replaced with another that I already purchased. The estimate I was given is $650 which is ridiculous and way too expensive. A rip off.

Peter was excellent to deal with. He pulled permits and followed thru during each inspection to assure our project went well. He remodeled our master bath plumbing, moved water lines for our laundry room, and added lines for our half bath. Solid work, good guy and a decent price. We definitely will call if we need any other plumbing work done!

Because of a scheduling mistake on my part, I wasn't able to use Holland Plumbing. But based on the help and input that I got from Ricky, they will be my plumber in the future. They responded very quickly to my Yelp request, and even gave me the number to contact the service expert directly. Ricky talked me through a few things to narrow down the problem. He was very respectful of someone who doesn't know crap about plumbing (pun intended), and they were willing to extend their day to help me out if I had needed it. This is the kind of company that makes problems like these somewhat bearable!  Thank you!
