Above and beyond definitely describes this business. He was punctual, called ahead of time and very fast. His price is negligible compared to the service finding the leak that he conducted. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Just want to give a huge thank you to Shadow @ Harvey Baker Plumbing, Inc. My wife and I came home to wet floor boards and moisture everywhere. Shadow came out after hours on a Saturday, diagnosed the problem, which wasn't even plumbing (our AC condenser has died :( ) and explained what we needed to do. Then he chose to comp. the call 100% for us due to the quick time of service. Once again, this was at 8PM on a Saturday! I know I won't be using any other plumber in the future. I've tried others but this is by far the best experience I've ever had with a home service company. I strongly suggest skipping others and trying them first.

Water leak behind toilet behind the wall, we were not sure where it was coming from. I called this morning after reading reviews and they said they would send someone this afternoon, and Ryland found the problem when he pulled the board covering the lines. There was a staple in the supply line , so water had been spraying a long time. We just bought this mobile home in November. Plus he fixed a leak in the kitchen . Great job Ryland.

I have been meaning to post a review for the Millenia as they are a high service type business and genuinely care about their customers. Our builder selected Millenia to supply all of the sinks, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment for our home. Dennis at Millenia is outstanding to work with and he went out of his way to assist us even after the 1 year warranty period was over.

My 76 year old mother contacted Jim for a clogged toilet and was charged $65 to plunge the toilet. When I called about the charges he stated he gave her a break, normal cost was $75 for a house call. Wow! Wish I could make $65 for plunging a toilet... Perhaps this is normal??? Jim seems to think this is ethical...

Great job. Prompt, professional and upfront pricing. Only company I reached out to and got a quote upfront. Highly recommend.

This post is a few months late in coming...a lot going on. So excited to applaud a firm like this.  Steven arrived on time, explained EVERYTHING he was measuring, showed me the results along the way and charged an extremely fair price given the distance he came to inspect the house.  And speaking of inspection...my leak concern was in the garage.  He checked every room of our tri-level home. He could have been in and out in no time...but he took the time to check. And, yes, our 41 year old house has a water issue....but one that is naturally occurring with age. Steven didn't try to sell us a solution.  He explained what we could do to mitigate what age brings to a home. (Sounds like my primary care doc!)
Strong recommendation of this company for anyone with a concern. In these times I'm glad I have one big worry off my plate.

We had an emergency leak at a rental house on a Saturday; Carlos answered his phone (everyone else was an answering machine) and offered some hands on solutions since he was in the middle of a job and not able to rush over there.

He was very nice and made multiple calls to both me and my tenant.  Thankfully, we were able to resolve this issue without an emergency call.  I totally would use him in the future.

Mario is awesome.  Very impressed with Mario and his honesty and hard work.  I had a leak that he found in no time.  Scheduled service and it was done both fast and efficiently.  I am very satisfied with the job and would like to commend Mario for his great work ethic and his honesty.  Highly recommend.

I called Jims at 8am, was told someone would be out before lunch. Butch showed up at 9:30am. He worked quickly and was super nice. Prices were fair and work was done right.

They were the ONLY company to come out on a Sunday to fix both of my broken toilets. Another plumber said they come out on Thursday 0_o.

I will definitely use them again!

My pipe broke down and we had a fload in the house. Absolute best plumbing responded immediately and fix my issue. The price was very reasonable and the service was clean and fast.

I would have given the company a zero, but it it was an option. My hot water went out and my wife asked me to call the company and set an appointment. The tech the sent could barely speak English and asked me the problem. I told him there was water on the floor, but it didn't look like it was coming from unfer the tank.

He immediately started to replace the tank never checking anything and never calling the office asking when they replaced the tank. He installed the new tank and 5 minutes after we turned it on water started shooting from the floor.

He turned the water off and said we don't do this work call this company and then ask me for $500.00.

I told him to take the new tank out and put my old one back. He left the tank uninstalled and took off.  

About two hours late, I received a call from a very very combative women demanding I give he $250.000 for labor. She yelled and was very argumentative, so I asked her if the tank was under warranty. She didn't answer my question. She said she would file a lien on my house if I didn't pay her immediately. I this point I was upset by the way she came at me.

A couple of hours later she called back and asked why I didn't say anything about the warranty and asked for $185.00. I asked her to send me a signed work order. She emailed me a totally fabricate work order which I never signed.

Over the next day she called and harassed me for a $185.00. I recorded over 20 calls from her.

When I finally brought in a quality plumber to fix the leak he took one look at the water tank and could tell it was less than a year old. I still my file file complaints, but this was the worst plumbing company I have ever come across.

Hard Service one look at ac. Tech was on time but could not get valve open to check level of refrigerant. Charged 99 dollars for service call and left.
Service one sent second tech next day with control board, told me this should fix it. Then tech stated that the freon was low and added 4 pounds of A410 refrigerant for 115 per pound ok. I asked if it was the board or the low refrigerant and tech said it was both. Then charged me about 300 for the board with a 50-dollar board return. I asked tech if I could keep board and he said it would be 750 dollars.  But only gave me 50 for return. Looked board up on line 179.00 What?  Ok you win.   When I got the bill there was a charge for leak detection 100 and some dollars. Ok, but then the tech said if refrigerant leaks out again you will have to replace the coils in the air handler.  Well, if there is a leak and I paid to locate it should we not fix it now, so I don't have to refill the freon again. What do I know, right.
Called that day to get answers and was told that the owner would get back to me on Monday, never received call back.  Left two massages no return call.
If you like poor customer service, I would, call Service one for you air conditioning service.  I will never use them again.
Tech attitude became very combative when asked about control board and the need to replace it.
Some calls to Service one's office were done by my wife for me because of my work hours.

Absolutely  horrible stay far away they destroyed my house and then tried to charge me for them damaging my home. Very Ride about it asap well. They let my house flood missing several appointments  for emergency services. STAY AWAY FROM HOME CHOICE SERVICE!
