We had a leak in our main water supply line, that seemed impossible to locate. Trent was able to schedule us quickly and contacted us a couple times the day he was scheduled to keep us in the loop. He worked for hours and just when it seemed that the mystery might not ever be solved, he found the leak. Because of Trent's hard work we probably saved thousands being able to repair this water main instead of replacing it. His prices seemed very reasonable and he was very courteous through the whole process. I would highly recommend Trent and his business.

I called short notice and they schedules an appointment for the very next day. They sent out a representative by the name of john john and he was wonderfull. He fixed up the bathroom in a short time and wasnt awkward or uncomftarble with the setting. He cleaned up well aftee himself and tried his hardest to resolve the problem with as little inconvenience as possible. I will be saving their number as i see no reason to go to anyone else in the future. The price was reasonable. Many thanks

Arsenio was amazing. I called on a Saturday Morning about an issue with two different showers. He arrived within an hour looked at both and was able to complete one and gave us an estimate for the other which would be a longer job scheduling for two days later (Monday). He was very reasonable, a nice guy and guaranteed his work. After he left, we noticed the shower he had worked on was leaking. We called and he returned as soon as he could (within 2 hours) and fixed the issue without any further cost us. It turned out the brand new part he had installed was faulty.

He also offered to complete the other job since he was already here. Quality service with a smile!!! Will be recommending him to all my friends in the area.

Owner Dennis and his crew were so helpful and prompt. Dennis went out of his way to check two new fixtures at my home on his own time and made it right. And as far as pricing goes, they can't be beat.

My 76 year old mother contacted Jim for a clogged toilet and was charged $65 to plunge the toilet. When I called about the charges he stated he gave her a break, normal cost was $75 for a house call. Wow! Wish I could make $65 for plunging a toilet... Perhaps this is normal??? Jim seems to think this is ethical...

The job was done quickly and carefully. It was at a great affordable price and he was very respectful. Will definitely be calling again!

This business did a very thorough job of inspecting the pool and repairing the leaks in a timely manner.  We were left with a thorough report which included photos, and the cost was very reasonable.  Work was done very professionally.

The Handyman came out fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He was very friendly and we will be using him again.

I recently encountered a situation were Westbrook was not as forthcoming and even after a multi yr service contract we employed another provider. Not over price but rather due to poor communication and a lack of trust.

I called Jim's Plumbing to fix and issue with tree roots compromising the drainage line from the house to the sewer. They came out and found the issue and gave me a quote based on the work that needed to be completed. In the middle of the job they found out that it was over-scoped the time for the repair and adjusted it down saving me money on the repair.

I couldn't be happier with the staff there: Darren (Estimator), Gram (troubleshooter), Javier and Gil(did the replacement), and Will (sink repair that was added on).  This company was very honest and I love supporting local business with this level of professionalism.

They were the ONLY company to come out on a Sunday to fix both of my broken toilets. Another plumber said they come out on Thursday 0_o.

Ok so I gave them a call to get a quote right and the gentleman that answered ZACK was a rude  little sh*t and  needs to work on his manners.

READ THIS IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING USING SERVICE ONE. I have had two terrible interactions with this company. First, I have had the evaporator coil go out twice on one of the units they installed. I was initially told that the repair would be covered under warranty, but later told that the warranty was only 5 years (instead of 10) because I did not complete and submit the warranty paperwork. Meanwhile, I was never given any paperwork when the unit was installed. The next negative interaction was when they came out to one of my rental properties for an annual service. At this visit, they told my tenant that the AC unit was old and needed to be replaced. Meanwhile, the tenant had never complained about this unit and it had been operating perfectly. After this visit, the tenant began complaining about the AC until I ended up having to replace it using another company. Both of these experiences represent terrible business practice and I recommend looking elsewhere.

AHS scheduled them to come out on an emergency basis. They've not done a single thing for the last 30 hours, no one pickups a phone there or calls a customer back.

Stay away from these unprofessional people.
