Best Plumbing Services in Orlando, FL
I had Five Star Plumbing out after a recommendation from a neighbor in Apopka. They were able to fix the toilets I needed fixing and also replaced my hot water heater, fitting me into their schedule the same day after hearing I was from out of town which I really appreciate. Fair pricing and professional. I am very happy with the service I received and I will definitely use them again.

Jeff & his team are Great! Approximately two years ago our home had a huge plumbing issue and flooded out house. Jeff dropped everything to come over and handle the situation as quickly as possible. His company does fantastic work and he is the first person I refer people to when they are in need of a plumber.
His pricing is very fair, considering the Excellent work that they do! Great People, Great Work, Great Company. Worth EVERY penny!

Called Brett around 8:00 p.m. and by 9:00 p.m., our problem was solved for the price quoted over the phone! Fast, courteous and professional service. Can't recommend this business highly enough and will be calling them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

Marc Jarman has rescued me multiple times from dead garbage disposals, stuck drains,a cut water pipe (someone was careless with a hedge trimmer) and the confusing installation of an instahot.
Prior to calling Mr. Jarman I had used several different plumbing services. Some were cheaper, some were about the same price, but none of them took the time to explain things and make recommendations like Mr. Jarman. Also none of them could match his quality work and courtesy.
I highly recommend him!

We've been happy Pro-Tech customers for @twenty year and using their preventative maintenance program as well. Today Nick was here and completed his usual competent maintenance procedures.

We had been without water since Friday evening when I called the owner of Affordable Pump & Well Repair, Steve Perry, today at 10:00 A.M. He picked up as I was leaving him a message. We spoke, and he said he'd be at my home in forty minutes; he was in my driveway in thirty-five minutes! He and his assistant assessed the problem with my well and, in five minutes, they determined that I needed a new pump. (My original pump had lasted 28 years.) They replaced my pump in the best way that could possibly be done for an exceptionally reasonable price. (I had spent hours researching pumps and prices on W.W. Granger's website, so I know for a fact that Affordable Pump and Well Repair is extremely fair!) My price included new wiring and the best made American pump. They put on a new control box and pressure switch; they fixed some plumbing leaks I had at the well-head, tested my well, cleaned everything up, and were leaving my property in two hours. They were prompt, polite, professional, and thorough. They only use the best quality well and plumbing products, and their service is excellent. Their quality should ensure a long life for my well. You might shop for someone cheaper, but you won't find anyone better!

Update: Office contacted me to resolve issue and come to an agreement. I appreciate that someone reached out. Unfortunately it took to me posting online but regardless, issue has been resolved.

Dateline: December 29th, 2011...my living room.
While on Xmas break, enjoying the finest in daytime television--my relaxing morning turned to chaos in the blink of an eye.
OH SH*T! I heard my wife yell, while pointing toward our bedroom.
(Sidenote: you know that camera trick in the movies where, should an actor see something horrible/scary and the shot zooms in on their face while simultaneously zooming out on the background? That's exactly what happened for me)
About 2 inches of water was already resting on the dining room and bedroom floor as it continued to spill out of the master bath.
I didn't know what to do, so I called The Leak Doctor (in-laws recommended them). Fortunately they were able to come out almost immediately.
I was told that the flat fee for them to visit is 295 bucks. After Quinton (amazing technician) managed to diagnose and fix the problem he wrote up our bill.
He was working at my house for a good 3 hours so I was worried the labor fees added on would be tremendous--upon receipt of the bill I saw that he didn't tack on any surcharges to the flat rate.
I was pleasantly stunned.
He also mentioned that since we had laminate flooring, The Leak Doctor had a division that specialized in removing ruined floor boards and drying out the affected areas.
Miguel was called and came out that same night shortly after Quinton left.
Although it was a nightmare scenario...a true home disaster, the pros over there managed to make everything a-OK in less than 24 hours.
Obviously insurance claims need to be made to get us back to where we were before the water damage...but The Leak Doctor managed to take care of all our needs on the front end in a fast and courteous manner.
Very pleased!

Pretty disappointed by our experience with Stuart's. We called for a toilet that won't flush appropriately. The plumber augered the toilet to clear the material in the bowl but failed to diagnose the root cause of the problem.
The toilet will not flush appropriately and the plumber stated that the toilet was 10-15 years old and would need to be replaced. The flushing mechanism in his opinion had been updated and he couldn't get replacement parts for it. However the toilet was made in 2018. All toilets have a date stamp for their manufacture and our toilet was not an exception. With that, there is a sticker on the lid with all the replacement part information.
If the plumber had spent some actual time diagnosing the problem they may have noticed that the gurgling is a symptom of a clogged vent pipe.
We also had an issue last minute where our not in service sprinkler system had failed and was running constantly. When we moved in the previous owner had removed the timer and sprinkler control box leaving the sprinkler heads and control valves. For some reason one of the zones control valves failed open. The plumber did not try to diagnose the problem and instead tried to tell my girlfriend that the timer must have failed and would be in the garage somewhere. Luckily our lawn guy was able to send a irrigation person to find the control valve and shut it manually.
Unfortunately I was at work and not able to help give direction but why should a paid professional need to be coached through troubleshooting their specialty.

Nelson did an amazing job with the septic tank at my house. He also guaranteed that his job was warranted so the instant I had an issue he came right back out to rectify the problem. He also went above and beyond to keep in contact with me if he was running late and etc so I was always kept in the loop. He is extremely professional and great at his job. I would definitely use his company again as well as recommend him to anyone who needs any plumbing and septic work done.
